Came here last night for a date and although I didnt have the best date, my server Maria was extremely nice and was the best girls girl I could have!

Fried pickles were good, olivia was our server and she was super sweet and attentive.

We went on wing night for the unlimited. It was my birthday, and I wanted to check it out. I topped at 50 wings! lol, and I still didn't get to try all the flavors! Lol, next time, I know which ones to skip. But the ones I had were all good! Super crispy too. If they were bigger Wings in Never would've been able to eat that many.

Maria B was an exceptional server! Very attentive and knowledgeable. Sweetest server ever!

Jillian was a fantastic waitress. Despite the craziness from the BOGO Thursday, Hockey Game, and systems going down, she was full of energy and kindness and made sure our large party got everything we ordered and needed. Visited the Ulster Avenue location in Kingston

My kind of place. Good "U" shaped bar with lots of TV's and surrounding bar tables. Massive beer on tap selection. Always have a good beer on special at the bar. Burgers better than average and cheaper than the next 2 competitors that are on par. Bartenders are always cool. Good place to see a game. They have good appetizer specials at the bar and some wings buy one get one deals with a downloaded APP on some days. Wings are good and big, not those dainty wings some places push as a wing. Good selection of rubs and sauces to coat the wings... I struggle with getting a burger or wings every time. The wings are filling so I can not do both!!

Had dinner tonight with our server Jillian who was fantastic! Full of energy and was very kind, also gave great food recommendations.

My experience was made great by my waiter Paul! Paul had to have been the most attentive and kind server I’ve ever experienced in my life to date. To add to this, I believe it was one of his first shifts, and my husbands order was a bit complicated and he was still amazing! BWW Please give this man a raise! It’s very rare a servers truly makes my night so much better. You’re very lucky to have Paul as an employee :)

Stopped by last weekend to catch some games on the tv and was served by a nice young lady named Annalise. Food was on time and water was always refilled. She was always checking in on us and funny and entertaining too. I downloaded the app for the first time but couldn’t figure out the whole account thing. Annalise went out of her way to help me through it. She was excellent for me all night and hope to see her again when I come back later in the season with my family.

The waitress, Maria was such a patient person. It takes a while for my sister and mother to explain what they want and she didn’t mind waiting. She is a joyful person and a super nice lady. Give her a promotion.

Buffalo Wild Wings has become a weekly trip. Sauces and wings are good, but the salads are my favorite. Our waitress, Hayden, was polite, super nice and a pleasure. We will be back again!

The best wings are here! My faves are mango habanero, Parmesan garlic and brown sugar heat. With ranch and large order of fries- absolute GOLDEN combo. I tried another location more north and was not impressed. Here they are generous on the sauce and wings are perfectly cooked. Top notch! No other place to be for wings, games and just chill vibes. You can also play trivia and win drinks and food.

Have been a fan of BWW for a long time, a fun place to grab some food and watch a game. What my fiancée and I didn’t expect was Liza to be our server and provide us with one of those most fun and informative dining experiences of our lives. As a regular she gave us knowledge of items we didn’t even know about with an exciting, kind and fun flare that left us ready to come back every day. If you are lucky enough to get the chance ask for Liza the next time you come in, you can’t miss her charm!

This B-Dubs is the neighborhood hangout! Great atmosphere and all the sports on loads of TVs. The staff are all diligent about making sure the food is hot and fresh. Shout out to Olivia who works hard to keep up with patrons drink orders and any answer any questions or concerns.

We are regulars at this location, We request Olivia everytime!! She always does a great job of explaining the deals they have going on for the evening and makes sure we get good use of our points. We were at Buffalo Wild Wings in Kingston NY on Friday. Maria was the waitress that took care of our table. She was attentive and kind. Food and drinks were out in a timely manner and she made sure drinks were refilled and was just an overall nice person. We were visiting from out of town and when my husband asked her for suggestions of things for us to do in the area she took the time to make some suggestions. Thank you Maria for being such a great waitress and a kind soul. The world needs more people like you in it.

I have been here many times but tonight had to have been the best experience I’ve had at this restaurant. My server, Maria, suggested we get the ultimate sampler because we couldn’t decide what we wanted and it hit the spot. She was prompt in refilling my drink and took the dirty dishes away before my meal arrived. She was so friendly and attentive. I couldn’t ask for anything more. And her laugh made me feel Like she genuinely enjoyed waiting on me. I did not have room for dessert but I will be back. But only if Maria can be my server again.

My partner and I order takeout quite frequently. The orders had been quite accurate, but about a month ago, (April 2024), something changed. Every order we've picked up has had items missing. Sometimes it's half of the wings. Sometimes it's either the carrots, celery, dressing or a combination. It's a bit disappointing...

Was visiting my grandchildren, and they love going here with me when im in town. Today's visit was disappointing when you walk in to a fairly large restaurant and there were no servers or workers on the floor. We stood at the hostess table for a few minutes before a bartender came out of the back and told us someone would be with us shortly. The food was ok, and our server was fine as well.

Good place to watch a game while the rest of the family shops nearby. Attentive bartender.

Busy working dad means takeout and BWW is my go to. Taia is great and always there with a smile.

Please read full review: I originally gave them 1 star for the below reason/story. However, the general manager, Bree, reached out and was very nice regarding the issue. She stated that this is not the way things should and are typically done. I do not feel that the establishment should get a negative review for one bad employees actions. Thank you to Buffalo Wild Wings and Bree for making things rights and resolving this issue. It takes pride to admit when you make a mistake and I think it’s important to note that they took every action to resolve this issue after the fact. I do hope that this help avoids any future issues. Lisa or Liza our waitress refused to serve my 24 and 25 year old friends and myself alcohol. We are all high school buddies and college graduates from New Jersey who came here on a hiking/camping trip. After 4 hours of hiking, we just wanted some beers and wings to finish our day. After bending our IDs and “going back to her manager” which she NEVER did, they refused to sell us alcohol because “the markings” did not match up on our licenses. We requested that she scanned our IDs as all of them were legitimate, but she stated she could not. Then as we were leaving, the hostess asked why we were leaving. And we were explaining that we were denied alcohol. The waitress then came in and said to stop “harassing the hostesses.” I was not raising my voice, causing a scene, or doing anything that could be considered harassment. The hostesses were quite nice and understanding. There was no need to “harass” or be upset with them. The waitress should held accountable for these reasons: 1. She does not how to tell Real Ids from fake IDs and refuses to go through normal channels (such as asking a manager or scanning the IDs) to verify them when unsure. 2. She is rude and was unreasonable when I asked if she thought our IDs were fake. I was simply confused why our legitimate IDs were being denied. I don’t leave reviews often but this is establishment needs to be held accountable, more importantly the establishment needs to hold their employee accountable. Lisa or Liza was the waitress’s name and she served us at approximately 6:20pm on 10/18/2025. I strongly recommend that the manager or owner of this establishment reviews the footage and asks for an explanation as to why our IDS were fake and why she didn’t double check with a manager if she was unsure. Lost out on a $300-400 bill and denied 5 grown men with legitimate IDs. It was one of the most outrageous experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I am a frequent Bdubs customer and they usually have great food and decent service. P.S Go to Blue Duck Brewing Company down the street! The restaurant is family owned, has great beer, great food, and friendly service, most importantly they knew how to check IDs!

We stopped in this Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch on a weekday in July 2023. We waited at the front desk for quite a while.Finally the bar tender came over and sat us. A little bit later we met our server at our table. At first everyone seemed kind of cold and unfriendly. But as time went on, our server warmed up and was much friendlier. We had lunch specials which were pretty good and reasonably priced in todays market. As I said, the food was pretty good. Our server got better and better as we were there. So it's safe to say that she was quite attentive. We didn't have dessert since we were full. This BWW seemed smaller than most we have been in. Although it may just seem that way. The building seemed clean, although I didn't look all that close. So all in all, it was a decent lunch and a decent price. I didn't expect it when we stood in the entrance waiting for someone to come out. But things did work out.

BRAND NEW Buffalo Wild Wings!!! The food was pretty good!! I got the pizza boneless wings they were AMAZING!! I questioned it but they are surprisingly great and my kids loved them, I’m tired of them always using ketchup haha...Everything was nice & new, and they were fully staffed with helpful and friendly people! It was a tiny bit of a wait, but I’m sooo glad they opened up over here we NEED good places to eat in this area! I loved the nachos and the hibiscus drink super good... the dry rub isn’t done right... it’s like sprinkled on and missing in places not rubbed on at all but it tasted ok

Service was great but the food was mediocre at best. The wings were ok but the fries had dried (probably microwaved) cheese on top. Disappointing, for sure. One and done for us.

Food is always good. Bartender with long black hair and a headband is nasty. Extremely rude when I came in for a takeout order at 8:50pm she said "did you not see the sign that says after 8pm our servers go home and u have to come to the bar for pickup?" .... little did she know, there was no sign, I looked everywhere. I will never enjoy a drink from that woman and her terrible attitude. Everyone else has been great every time though.

Nothing exceptional. After ordering the waitress came back and said sorry we are out of lettuce. Couldn't they send someone out for some lettuce since the grocery is across the street?

Our waitress was very sweet and nice and she said she put our order in the way for we asked for it correctly but when we got our food it was incorrect. I got a Buffalo chicken wrap and I wanted hot Buffalo instead of the mild. My girl got the Buffalo salad and wanted mild Buffalo instead of hot. Basically they gave us our orders and they made it backwards and we wouldn’t have minded waiting for it to be remade but we had already been waiting an hour for a simple salad and wrap, it was not busy or many customers in the restaurant with us. Maybe if it hadn’t taken that long then we would have waited but I was not gonna sit there for another hour. Management was very nice about it and only charged us for the drinks. Idk maybe in a few months I’d try them again, ppl make mistakes so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt this time.

I wish I had better things to day about one of my favorite establishments. I’m astounded at my recent experience when I requested the game on a visible tv, and they said they were unable to due to other costumers requests. I come here for wings and ball, and I was denied my most basic right as a patron. In what world does a boston college softball game take precedent over a new york baseball team’s game?! Not to mention the various screens of post game coverage of an out of state hockey team. The bare minimum of a sports bar that prides itself its multitude of tvs should be to play the games of that state’s sports team. Truly a no brainer and ridiculous that I had to ask in the first place. Dont come here if youre a real sports fan.

Second time having Bird Dawgs and I am very disappointed. First time was at work and they were great, filled with everything the menu says. A big mess of yummy goodness! This time they had practically nothing on them and I got chips with no salsa. (Kind of defeats the purpose) Sorry, it's a big no from me!!

My waitress was nice but I was not allowed to sit in an out of the way table for my comfort. I love wings and will tolerate the TV noise but I was not expecting loud vacuuming right next to where I was seated. This made the noise level unbearable. The food was fine and what I expected.

Awful experience. I found a tick in my blue cheese tonight. Our waitress was attentive to our needs and took care of the situation asap. The manager comes along, doesn’t greet us and IMMEDIATELY points the blame on us “you need to check yourself that tick came off of you”. Granted anything is possible, but I came straight from my job, which I work all day INSIDE. The rudeness and solution to the situation was unprofessional to say the least. No apologies from the manager only from our friendly waitress. Had to pay in full for my dinner that I was sick from following finding a tick. Appalled. My family and I will never return.

I am not lying when I say we sat for 15 minutes plus without even being acknowledged...so much so i was gathering my things to leave. Staff standing around seeing how long we were sitting not getting served without A single soul caring ..my mind was BLOWN. The service after that Point wasn't any better. Our server was literally RUNNING thru the restaurant frazzled with maybe 4 tables.... We witnessed a father and daughter experiencing the same thing we did. They waited even longer without acknowledgment. Did not see a manager in sight throughout our whole visit. This place needs to start to get it together or they will be the next to close.

I ordered Instacart through Uber eats...I ordered the wing deal 20 boneless and 20 regular bone in, had to choose 4 sauces. I received only 2 sauces, it came with a large fry and a McDonald's small fry is larger than what they gave. Only 2 SMALL ketchup packets, it was required to choose either carrots and celery so I chose that with ranch, I only received the ranch! Very disappointed for the price I paid.

They actually tricked me. I ordered a 10 traditional wings with hit sauce to pick up. Once, I got home the wings were originally buffalo sauce and then they throw a bowl of hot sauce on it. The worse taste ever.

We are very disappointed at what we received on a takeout order. We usually enjoy our order, but this time it was completely disappointing. We order mild boneless and with bone buffalo wings only to receive chicken with no sauce at all. Ridiculous! We didn't check our order, because we don't usually have a problem. Sauceless wings and a waste of time. I could have made unbattered fried chicken wings myself....

We waited over 45 minutes for 2 salads and a kids chicken tenders. First we found an ant in the strawberrie lemonade!!! This was after waiting 10 minutes for this drink that was for a kid. Our server comers out with 1 salad and the chicken tenders, and told us the other salad was next. We waited another 10 mins and still didn’t get our salad.. The service and all of it was absolutely horrible. The manager came over and knew there was no excuse for this… Go else where .

New York New York!!! For the 5th consecutive time I've been completely disappointed by going to any of your restaurants except for pizza hut in Montgomery on Neelytown rd this time I stopped to get wings Now how could they mess this up??? They were over cooked sauced down like crazy I guess to soften them up which didn't work I could hardly break into the surface of the chicken the flavors I got were ok and the drinks I got were ok but now I know to (bmof&d) bring my own food and drinks next time I'm in the state of NY.

Every time I visit this location it is nothing but problems. Today took it over the edge. Order WAY ahead of time to issue food would be done by the time we arrived. Not only were we told it would be an extra 20-30 minutes after placing the order 30 minutes prior, asked to speak to someone and was told they would be right out yet no one came to speak with us. Order was incorrect and missing items that were paid for. At this point we just walked out with our incorrect order as we were already running very late. Will never go to this location again.

Despite the dining room being nearly empty, we waited an unusually long time for our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold. We brought this to the staff’s attention, and while they re-heated my entire meal, after my family received their food) my wife’s fries were cold like they had been sitting out on the counter. To address the issue, they they provided another order of Fry's when we had nearly finished our meal. The overall experience and food quality were subpar, and it seemed like the kitchen staff was not attentive to our concerns.the bill came to just a little over 70 dollars which they said since they remade the for free there was nothing they could do. Given the poor experience, we left feeling quite dissatisfied and unlikely to return anytime soon.

Absolutely terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited an hour and a half for our order, only for the server to finally admit she forgot it. The place was a mess—no host, confused staff, and zero accountability. We asked for a manager, and after another 15 minutes of waiting, we left without a word from anyone. This location is a disaster. Save your time and money. 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. Also, at-least 20 plus huge bags of to-go orders were flying out of the kitchen. Atleast they prioritize the people eating at home.

This place is not good purposely ordered 45 minutes ahead of time for takeout to be told it will take in total an hour and a half after me and the family has worked all day and just want to go home with some good food apparently they can't handle a large crowd within the restaurant ....us having to wait longer than 10 minutes happens every time we go there and this time of course they forgot stuff in the order

Employees Amy and Brie were racist to my friends and I when we arrived earlier this week. They purposely served other ( white ) customers before my friends and I ( Hispanic and black ) even though we were waiting first. When we asked about how long the wait would be , they responded with attitude and disgust. We will not be attending this wild wings again because of their service. I’ve been telling everyone I know in this area not to attend so long as they are working at this location. I’m disappointed to know that BWW allows this level of awful customer service.

Just moved into the area and never had Buffalo Wild Wings and wanted to try them. Downloaded the app to place an order for DELIVERY. After filling out what everyone wanted, 6 adults and 2 children, I went to pay, and a box popped up "we are having technical difficulties please try again" did several times. Finally just called the place. Don't know who you have answering the phone, but the girl had NO IDEA what she was doing. First I told her I wanted it for delivery, then I had to repeat myself several times for each order. On one order I asked for no slaw and was told she couldn't take that off. I wasn't able to pay over the phone and was told my card could be swiped. The order would be there in 45 mins. One hour later no food. Called the restaurant to see where it was and was then told phone orders could NOT be delivered. Seriously!?!?! I was NOT told this when I placed the order and I had told the girl several times I wanted it delivered. Sent my grandson to pick up the order and they couldn't find it because it was a phone order. Huh? Two hours after placing my order I finally got my food. The fries and wings were cold and the slaw was hot. Who ever is answering the phone (she said her name was Gabby) needs to be retrained or not put on phone duty.

Had uber eats grab our food. Uber was great. Paid $60 for crap and less than portion food. Was like boneless chicken tenders were sitting all day, burger was a mess, paid $8 for like 12 little cheese curds and OMG THE PHILLY CHEESE STEAK "SUB" WAS LIKE 4" INCHES LONG AND CRAP!!
