Went for Mothers Day. Was busy, but we were well taken care of. Food was excellent, and so much that we all took "doggy bags" home. Nice place. Great food, super nice service!!! Go and enjoy!

I have ate in and usually take out from Christina's. Either way is always excellent. The owner (?) Always recognizes me (even though I'm not terribly regular and rarely eat in) , on the phone and when I walk in the door. She knows my order everytime also. ( yes it's usually the same, but I'm not the only customer here by far). Tonight she even threw in a free little dessert for me and my wife. Not because I had a complaint or because it took too long or anything of the like. She went and grabbed it when she saw me and told me she appreciated me ordering. Not to mention.....the food is very very good!! Italian is definitely their thing. However anything I've gotten has always been excellent. The old adage dont get a steak at an Italian place doesnt apply either. Definitely go to Christina's!!!!👍👍👍

Phenomenal. The food was so delicious. I ordered the Tortellini Carbonera and couldn't believe how flavorful the sauce was. The service also matched the food. Our waitress was friendly, even took the time to give my girlfriend recommendations for GF pasta. I'd easily recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My birthday luncheon with my family of 11 including 4 great grand kids was handled superbly by a wonderful, caring server, Amber, who attended to our wants and needs. She offered many comments on the menu and wine list. Can't say enough good comments on the entire staff and owner( who greeted us as family) the food was varied and excellent and abundant . Amber topped it off with a photo of me and the grandkids printed out and placed in a photo album. Don't know how she pulled that off. Never saw it done anywhere( usually any server will take a picture of your group on your camera) we will definitely come back and spread the goodness about Christina's

The food was great. We unintentionally got there in time for early bird special with friends. I was shocked how low the bill was. It included soup, salad, dessert n coffee. But on top of that the service is amazing. They make up the salad at the table, put the croutons n Bleu cheese crumbles on for you. They offer pepper ground and also parmesan for entree. I don't give 5 stars that readily, but this is definitely my most recommended place in Kingston right now. 😀😀

Nicole was our server. She, as always was amazing. Personal service and just the right amount of passes from her to check on us. I was full at the end of the meal. Drinks were good. Food was full of flavor. Music was not too loud. Overall. Good spot to go and not wait 2 hours for a table like the chain restaurants.

Dinner was just great. My wife and I went there for our anniversary dinner. I had the tortellini special with shrimp and chicken. It was excellent. My wife had the lasagna. Portions were generous and we both had some to bring home. I finished the meal with the tiramisu. Also very good. Our waitress was very nice and the place was clean and not overcrowded. I highly recommend this place!

My second time eating from here and it was delicious again. Had penne all a vodka and mozzarella sticks, service was great. Will come back again thank you!

Outstanding food and service! We’ve had several meals at Christina’s, and have taken our friends there. Every meal has been perfect, and the service is excellent, especially our server, Nicole. My husband and I were alone for thanksgiving this year, and decided to eat at Christina’s. We were not disappointed. We’re already planning our next meal there!

Christina's is my favorite restaurant in Kingston. Sat outside for dinner among all the beautiful flowering plants and comfy patio. Service is always good here, the food is always plentiful and delicious. Love their bread basket and hummus. Their house salad is my favorite. Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken or lasagna or their steak sandwich are my three favorites here but their menu has much more to offer.

Quiet Saturday night at Christina's. Our server was lovely and attentive. Our benchmark dish, calamari, was pricey but tender and plentiful. Pasta dishes were good. All in all, a pleasant dinner!

We went with a tour group and our meal was part of our tour package. The service was pleasant, quick and efficient. The food was off-the-chart good. Our only complaint was our coffee was not topped off very quickly. We were in a party of 44 and all of us enjoyed our meal!

I thought the chicken parmesan sandwich was just average. My friend add a chicken dinner and thought it was awesome. The service was definitely on point and so was the atmosphere.

Amazing service. The breadbasket is the best breadbasket from any restaurant I've ever eaten at. We had a huge party, and all of our dishes came out fast. They took really good care of us. Definitely would recommend.

Superb service. Ample and plentiful quantities. All fresh and me to order. The ownership and service team are in lockstep and perfectly synchronized. Whether it is a, in our case, afternoon luncheon for family and friends after a family funeral or a simple lunch, they can accommodate all parties swiftly efficiently and kindly. Christine at the bar is top notch. Liz is a terrific steward to a generations long legacy at christina's.

We went on a non busy night and they sat us in our own little section on some surprisingly comfy seats. The waitress was attentive and kind and the food was delicious! I had the Chicken Franchise and they made it perfect. They do something special with the bread baskets - check em out 👌

What an amazing place to eat!! Came with a party of 10 to celebrate Various birthdays. When asked if we could get separate checks the answer was “no problem” our server was very personable very kind and got nothing wrong on any of our orders!! And the food oh my goodness amazing, there was so much leftovers that I had enough for lunch for two days!! I will definitely be back to Cristina’s Restaurant

First time going to this restaurant and I was so pleased! The staff was super friendly and was always politely checking in on us. The food came quickly yet efficiently so that we weren't bombarded with the soup, salad, entree and dessert all at once. We weren't rushed to leave as the dinner hours started approaching and the food itself was fantastic! Will definitely be coming here again!!

Everything about this restaurant was so amazing. House salad was large with blue cheese crumbles added by waitress. 3 types of bread with one being a fried bread ball deep fried with powdered sugar added. Entrees were large portions and very tasty. Wines, beers and cocktails were on the menu as well.

What a find! Stopped for early dinner on our way to a meeting. From bread to dessert everything was great. Since this was Early Bird hour we got wonderful bread basket, plus soup salad entree dessert and coffee for $20 each! Server could not have been nicer. Will consider making the one hour drive just to eat here again.

Top-notch. Great food, terrific service and a very cozy environment. Prices are very good. Bathrooms are so clean you could eat off the floor. I left a nice tip for our waitress. She was really awesome!!

We love going to Christina's as a family and it's a favorite date night spot for my parents (say hi to Pam and David if they come in!) and has been for years. We've never had a bad wait staff person any time we've been there- in fact we've never had a wait staff person that was anything less than excellent. This is the spot for birthday celebrations or any celebration (birthdays just happen to be a favorite in my family) as the food is always as excellent as everything else about this place.

Great experience. Food was delicious and you get enough to have leftovers the next day. Desserts were fantastic as well. Staff were courteous and friendly. Meals areived hot and fast from ordering. We stayed until close and the staff never asked us to leave.

To the The staff are very friendly and they have delicious food! I ordered the Veal Marsala w/ mashed potatoes and had the sauteed mixed vegetables! My son took me for Mother's Day and everyone working there wished me a "Happy Mother's Day ( from the owner right down to the waterboy and our waitress!) It was a very pleasant experience!

was there for an early dinner last Monday with some friends. I started out with a bowl of pasta fazool, which I have always loved and it hasn't changed in the many years since I have last been here. Delicious. I love calamari and have it every chance I get wherever I go, and this was great. cook perfectly and nicely seasoned. I had their special, sliced steak with a blue cheese sauce that was again cooked perfectly and truly delicious. great! mashed potatoes and the broccoli was done right. I actually wanted to try to get back before the specials changed. it was that good.

We had a family Christmas gathering there and it was wonderful. The food was fantastic and our waitress Madison was terrific. The regular menu and the Specials were great. The only downside was it was a little too expensive but everything is these days. We love it there and will definitely be back !

Came here not familiar or by a recommendation just looked up restaurants in Kingston and took a chance. Everyone at our table got something different and the dishes were cooked to perfection. This place is amazing! I’m from Kingston, but live in SC now.. I ALWAYS make sure I eat at Christina’s when I’m home. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing, and the service is always amazing. The new owners have kept the menu very similar and the food is still so delicious and well made! The wings on wing night were so good and fresh. 100% worth the trip!

Visiting for the day from Atlantic City, NJ with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. I give the most praises to our server Carla. She was the most personable server I’ve ever had while still maintaining such professionalism. I truly appreciate her making our date night so easy-going. I went out on a limb ordering the Dinner Special Filet Mignon, Carla suggested serving it Medium temp. Boy, was she spot on. What a beautiful steak and especially served with really good Brussels Sprouts. The entire restaurant is beautifully decorated and as being a manager of a restaurant down where I live, I can only strive to match the aesthetic and atmosphere Christina’s has. Whatever you guys are doing, keep doing it. I’ve truly never had a better restaurant experience in my life.

My husband and I are visiting from Portland, Oregon. We have tried a few restaurants in the area, mainly we've been disappointed. However, things changed when we tried Christina's! The food was wonderful! I had the London broil. It was delicious tender! My husband had an omlette. They gave us large portions, the food was fresh and tasty! Our waitress, Amy was also very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone who is tired of the same old box restaurants and longs for a truly wonderful dining experience!

We began with the burrata charcuterie board, a true masterpiece: creamy, luscious burrata paired with perfectly cured meats, olives, tomatoes and a drizzle of high-quality balsamic that tied every bite together. I met a few friends at Christina’s last Saturday. We had a snowstorm earlier in the day. When I arrived, the parking lot was clean, making parking a breeze. I entered the restaurant and was greeted by two female hostesses who were supremely polite. With zero hassle, they allowed me to walk around the restaurants to find my party. I found my party in a spacious, clean room. I’m a silverware checker, and I was pleased to see the silverware was clean, along with the glasses provided for drinking water. Unlike my friends, I couldn’t eat a meal with garlic. I told the owner, and she could not have any more accommending; it seemed like no time she brought me a chicken and pasta dish with an oil-based sauce, no garlic. And it was absolutely incredible – to be honest, it was better than my mother’s. I won’t tell my mom. I’m definitely going to tell my friends who missed out. This is a place I recommend you all try. Bring family and friends to Christina's Restaurant, they’ll be glad you did!

We took a weekend trip to Kingston, NY. Arriving latish for dinner, but still hungry Friday night. We planned on dining at Lolas but they were closed for a private event. Still hungry, my husband suggested we stop at a restaurant we passed on the way to Lolas. I quickly Googled their reviews, decent reviews but Google reported them as being closed, the parking lot seemed to contradict that so we went in to give it a try. There were patrons dining and we were promptly seated. Our server quickly took our drink orders and explained the kitchen closes at 8pm ( the time we arrived ) but she told us if we ordered quickly she would get us dinner. I order a cup of chicken and rice soup, delicious and clearly prepared from scratch, not canned and the salad special. My husband ordered the lasagna, the portion was larger than any lasagna order I have seen, the sauce had a fresh tomato taste, light with chunks of tomato and seasoned to bring out the tomato taste not overpower it! And of course, lots of gooey cheese beautifully crusted on top! Even more impressive than the food, and drinks was the gracious service extended to two hungry travelers late on Friday night! If you’re ever in Kingston, Christina's Restaurant is definitely worth the stop! We will return!

The food it's really good 'really good', service is excellent. unfortunately they cleaned our table and what they used left it smelling bad, my husband clean with wipes that I had (we were really tired to move, since we were coming from camping), Then the area where the handles attach to the bowls were our food was serve, seems that it hadn't been cleaned for years.

This was our second visit after stumbling upon it July 21.(12 days ago) the first meal was so good we decided to return. THE same 3 people who ordered the exact same entrees and apps. The second time every one of us said the same thing...didnt even taste like the same dishes The buffalo calamari was so hot it felt like somebody dropped the cayenne pepper 8n the sauce After the second visit we are not sure what to expect so may or may not return.

Food is great, portions are large, free basket of bread, pita, dough balls, and humus. We had the turkey dinner one time and we wanted to split it, when the plates came out we looked at the waitress and said we wanted to split it. She said it is, it was like two separate meals with plenty to take home.

The food was very good. Huge portions. The servers were stretched thin, but we expected that due to Covid. We sat on the patio in the back which is in the center of a parking lot so the ambience was not great. I will choose inside seating next time.

Food excellent! We went Valentines Day for dinner & the only problem we did hae was I think our "waitress" was drunk or at least close to it! I think she forgot to put in our order& kept coming back to ask us again what we ordered! We also had to ask where our appetizer & soup was! Manager needs to pay attention to staff!

The restaurant was picked by our friends who had been there before, and wanted to enjoy it with us. I had the Pork schnitzel special and my wife had shrimp on linguine special . The Pork schnitzel was very delicious while the shrimp specials had very few shrimp that made it a bit disappointing for her. The staff was very attentive and friendly which made it a pleasant experience anyway. I would probably go back and order a different entree next time.

It’s a lovely place with a very kind staff! They check up on us often and kindly explain everything. The food was tasty and the portions were very generous. There were several errors on the menu, that the staff seemed to know about but have not fixed and never mentioned when we were ordering. It made it trickier to order because the information was not correct or was confusing.

We went to a bday party there. We're vegetarian, so choices were chicken, steak or tilapia. We had "no chicken" marsala, which pasta was swimming in sauce. Came with a nice salad, which was very good. Soup containing bacon, which we didn't eat. I'm sure we're not the only people on earth that don't eat meat. A vegetable lasagna choice would have been great. Servers were excellent and we thank them for that.

Thanks to the 16 of us who enjoyed an evening of “Dinner with Robert and Friends” last night (August 14th) at Christina’s in Kingston. The evening was a solid 10 as far as fun and interacting with old and new friends. I speak ONLY for myself when I say I would give the food a 6 out of 10. The service was a 5 out of 10 but not because the waitress was bad because she was actually very good; it was because she had absolutely no help, no bus-person and no help from anyone at the restaurant. We left her a very good tip but the overall service was not up to par. Still, we had a great time - we just won’t be returning to Christina’s in Kingston. Our meals were great. On a ladies trip and wanted to shar a plate because we don’t eat much. They charge $5 extra. The reason for the review is that I ordered tiramisu. It was absolutely the worst. I have tasted it around the world and this is nothing like tiramisu. It was two flat dry cakes with very little “ topping. They slid off each other. I paid 8.50 and took one bite. I normally can eat any dessert. Not this one. We got it to go so I could not send it back. Also small

So unfortunately the dining experience was marred by very ill-timed delivery of the courses. First arrived the bread with a dipping sauce that was a garlic hummus - it was delicious except that the salad arrived 30 seconds later. That would have been ok except that the main course arrived 90 seconds after that. There was no room on the table for anything. That's extremely annoying to me. In all fairness, I would go back since the food was very good, and the atmosphere is upscale. I had Chicken Sorrentino with a side of pasta - both excellent. But the timing was horrible and they weren't busy - so there's no excuse for that. If I do go back, I'd give them very stern instructions not to rush the courses.

Had a good entree, although the pasta was way overcooked on the verge of being mushy. Appetizers not as good as they used to be. Got mussels, but they no longer have the pot that they used to offer, so you get less now. And no longer offered in fra diavlo. The marinara was more like tomato soup. We almost always have a good meal here, bit this time it wasn't as good as it usually is. Our server was very good. For six adults and one child, bill was about $400.

Mother's day menu had so many great choices. Always a good meal with great service.

We had five o'clock reservations, and were there a few minutes before nine tables?Large tables were seated quickly while we waited till five twenty when I finally had to say something before we waited.So long. We were then seated.The server did not come to the table for another fifteen minutes.And I had to go back to the front to ask, where is the server she acted like we were an annoyance.I asked for where unsweetened ice to you with lots of ice and lots of lemon.I got no ice and no lemon. Finally, she remembered the ice.I never got the lemon and every time we tried to get her attention.She was paying more attention to the table to the left of us taking care of their every need. She brought the dinner and walked away.We never saw her again to ask if everything was all right. Attempting to get her attention even though she was right next to us was an impossibility.She moved around so fast. The only time I felt that they were attentive to us was towards the end when they boxed up our food and gave us the check and came back five minutes later to see if we were ready. The food was delicious, but the server ruined it. I should have went to Deitz diner. I will not be back.My husband is huge on service in spite of all of this.We still left her twenty dollars which was more than we needed to.I did speak to a manager, but I want someone else to know the service was terrible

I only ended up here because the reviews were really good, which I am not too sure as to why. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but the calamari was overcooked and small quantity for the $17 I spent on it. The chocolate mousse did not look like the photos and did not come with any whipped cream.

After a 20 minute wait... $30 WHERE?? Where's the onion's?? Where's the chickpeas?? Where's all the ingredients in a Christina's House Salad?? Those two strips and pieces of dry chicken that I was charged $5 for... Then, to have the person who took the order behave very unprofessional by teasing me with the order receipt smh.This is the second to-go order that's been messed up. We used to love coming here. What a waste!

The problem was the food. My husband ordered the trio and only got lasagna. He thought the ricotta was sour..it was definitely off. But he was disappointed he did not get what he ordered. I ordered chicken with pasta and the chicken is usually thinner as they tenderizers it . This was 2 this pieces of thick chicken and dry and very bland. On top of it 70 bucks . Sorry won't be going back there.
