Stopped in today, June 15, 2021, at about noon. The girl working was excellent. Friendly, efficient. She went out of her way to make sure my order was correct. Subs were good too.

Have only visited Subway twice in past year. Menu is very different. Thought prices were quite high in comparison to prices a few years back. We ordered foot long Turkey /smoked bacon sub. Also a Spicy Chicken salad. Both were made exactly as we asked. The salad was a 10/10, would definitely order again. With one orange juice cost was 32.00. Staff were very patient and did a great job with preparing our order.
Went to subway today and have to say Aaliyah is such an excellent worker . She is such a sweet girl , friendly and always makes my sandwich perfectly . Love going in when she’s working .

There is an employee named Summer that works at the Kingsville location. She is great, kind, and always greets the customers with a smile. Every time she is serving I always know my order is going to be done the right way.

The place was clean and hygienic. We met Mark there and he was very sweet and attentive. Sub was made with fresh bread and veggies.
My favorite location is Kingsville Subway. Cleanliness and great quick service. Haven always has a big smile on her face and is so polite. Aaliyah is also a great worker and makes great subs. Keep up the great work ladies.
I ordered the Canadian Club, and it was made with fresh bread, crisp veggies, and perfectly balanced flavors. The place was very clean and hygienic, which made the experience even better. I met Mark there, and he was incredibly attentive. Everything tasted so fresh, and I would highly recommend this location!

Went to the grand re-opening and couldn’t help but notice the stress the workers were under. It seemed as tho management had no problem interrupting their sandwich making process to show them how to give a smaller portion( I went for the 2-4-1 special not a 1-4-2). Regardless of these interruptions I would say the worker did a phenomenal job in making my two subs. I took my food to go because there was no room to sit down since half the room was cleared so two unknown individuals could sit at a table while on their laptop and just stare at the workers while doing nothing else but scrutinize if a customer got an extra slice of tomato when they shouldn’t have. My suggestion to management would be to create a better layout and training for such an event.
I was there yesterday and ordered veggie delight they didn't give any plant based patties, maybe they are not trained or they are cost cutting, but I paid the full price. Also the oven was down, so no toasted bread anymore. For some reason the bread was stale too. I hope they can fix it and make it ike before.

I've given this location a few chances but I've learned my lesson. Every time I've stopped here the buns are hard, the lettuce is soggy and the subs are not put together nicely. The first couple times I chalked it up to new staff, covid supply issues or just an "opps" but tonight we had subs from there for the last time. It took a while to have 2 subs made which is fine because I wasn't in a rush but I felt bad for the employee. It took him the longest to get the meat on the subs. I suggested they should fold the meat ahead of time like other locations to which he responded "we're supposed to but nobody wants to do it". Once I got home and started to eat the buns started crumbling and was very difficult to eat. We ended up throwing out two half's of our subs. Bread should be soft and fluffy... Not hard like a crouton. This location needs to work on efficiency and freshness. Since "Eat Fresh" is in their slogan. I'll be driving to the next town from now on if I want Subway.
I went into this location to get some food and first thing I noticed was not a lot of people were following the COVID-19 safety procedures. Theres no sign about wearing a mask, also an employee was sitting next to a man and both weren't wearing masks. The way that they were handling the food was also unsanitary, such as touching the screen with their gloves and then proceeding to make my sandwich. They had hand sanitizer but these other things make me not want to come back to this location again.
We attend this subway location several times a month. Today we were very disappointed, firstly with the toppings offered for our subs. Notably, the brown lettuce kept behind the glass. I asked the employees to change out the lettuce, please, they stated that that was all that was available. Most topping bins looked like they had been there for days , not been replenished or refreshed. I used one of the washrooms it was disgusting, very dirty, unkept. Sitting at our table, we noticed that other tables had not been cleaned. While the employees, not busy, stood in the back room talking, and we could hear them quite clearly. I also went up to the counter and suggested to the employees that they were remove at least that bin of lettuce so other patrons would not see the brown lettuce. There was no action on this and no response from either employee. On the way out I noticed that the glass entrance , also disgustingly dirty. Very disappointing today.
Got kinda of grossed out after the younger man working gave the bathroom key to someone while he had his gloves on then proceeded to make my sandwich.
We went to the grand reopening of the kingsville Subway to take advantage of a special deal. However, the staff mixed up the bags with another order and we did not get the subs we ordered. Didn't realize it until we got home and ended up with subs that were not to our liking. You'd think Subway would have a system in place to keep the orders straight.
If I could rate a 0 I would. This location is always out of product, staff lets Movati employees into their back room to party, and they never get our orders right. We have given them multiple chances, and I’m tired spending my money on a restaurant that doesn’t care what they put out. I will never be back to this location. Please do better.
From here on out if I walk into subway and nick is not working i will be walking right back out. It just completely ruins my day when me and my girlfriend go In and they cut my sub with random dirty saucy knifes that arnt even from our order. I’d rather McDonald’s RKO my burger then have a saucy sub from you guys

Food was great as usual just like the costumer service. However…. It was FREEZING today. I left the store as it felt like it was outside. Workers were wearing jackets and said this has been going on for a bit. I actually feel bad.

Updated I tried one of their 'signature' rice bowls (as vegetarian option). Epic failure. Just pieces of cucumber, tomatoes, onion, green pepper and scoop of guac. The lady behind the counter did not even check if the other person fully filled the order. She closed the bowl with no rice!! I had to ask her if she forgot the rice. Very small quantity, rice was totally bland, not filling for $10+ . Not worth at all. I reduced my rating from 3 stars to 1 star because of poor quality of food, customer service, quantity and the price I paid. Earlier Decent place...at lunch time you may have to wait for 5 - 7 min to be served. You can eat in but no trays. 4 or 5 tables inside. Free parking inside the plaza. The service staff do not change the gloves between orders. (That is the reason for 3 stars..do not want to serve veg orders after serving non-veg orders) Though not a requirement, a small hello or hi by the staff will go a long way...
