Great place. Was waiting on chow mein so they gave me a complementary cup on the house. I sat down and watched their television and when it was ready they walked the order out to me.

We ordered a very large order during the dinner rush. They were prompt getting it ready. A young man put everything on a cart and helped us get it into our van. As we were driving away, he flagged us down because an item had been missed. He went above and beyond! I wish we had caught his name. He was wearing a black button down jersey with the #24 on it. Thank you sooo much!

Parking lot full but line was short and we got our food in less than 5 minutes and left. Came home and my beef steak and chow drinks was delicious. Mom got walnut shrimp and said it was good.. so all in all we were happy!

My wife and I usually get the family meal which will feed up too 4-6 people. We have been very happy with the service as well as the quality and quantity of the menu items, everything is hot and fresh tasting. We Will usually call in our order which saves time. We frequent the restaurant knowing that we will be receiving the same quality food and service on our visit. 👍

Definitely one of the cleanest, well-run and well-appointed locations for Panda Express I've ever been to. Each dish is cooked perfectly, consistently, and tastes fresh. Heck, the food here is BETTER than the food they serve at the chain's original restaurant (the Panda Inn in Pasadena).

Great staff and great service. Good is always fresh. Once I had to wait for maybe 10-15 mins in line but the crew was moving and they got us served.

I like this location but the parking can be challenging coming off Foothill this person was flashing lights and honking horn behind me in the rain! Yes this person was in such a rush to get their food, and be ahead of my by two people, what is wrong with people or should I say people like this are what is wrong with this world. If you see or know this person they have some issues… especially when they get behind the wheel.

I'd give 5 stars but each order, they have not given me teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. 😑 Even when I have asked for extra. The details go unnoticed, such as napkins and plastic ware. It's a bit annoying. My family loves Panda but they slack in the extras department....

Plenty of parking usually, a few tables outside for those who want to enjoy eating outdoors, and tons of seating inside. Looks pretty modern and in line with other Panda Expresses and if you've eaten atone, they're all pretty consistent.

A very good panda outlet with enough customers to keep things fresh. Some servers can get skimpy with the scoops unfortunately and the lines can get pretty long when someone is making special orders or ordering family feasts.

Everything is pretty good. The fried rice is too hard and dry, and Beijing beef tastes pretty dry as well. Other dishes are good

I had to go to the register where they directed me back to the front of the order line. Finally my order was taken buy a girl who clearly hates her job. I felt like I was annoying her just by being there. We all have days like that. The food was excellent! Hot and fresh - probably because it was so busy. They put a great amount of fresh white meat chicken crackling with sauce and flavor in with my veggies. The chow mein and rice was delicious, not at all greasy. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I got a good amount of sauce, which I appreciate. I will definitely visit this panda express again when it's not so busy.

Your basic fast food chinese cooking!!! Orange chicken for all!! But please, stop asking for donations everytime for your own corporate greed! It only benefits their company cause the donations are under their taxes!

And it wasn't busy so she was just not paying attention or untrained properly. Food was good, despite her errors.

Not this Panda ..... 8:45 pm Thurs Oct 10 ... 3 orders of bigger plates slim pickins for entree`s , choices were limited fried rice & chow mein were bland entree`s were OK counter person rushed us thru .. like hurry up .. I have better things to do here not friendly at all had good experiences elsewhere , but not this La Canada location on Foothill Blvd we contacted corporate to inform them about our bad experience , took them a week to get back via email saying they will look into this matter on Oct 22 Now Nov 5th .. nothing more , just the look into it !! No Follow Up ?? We waited now for over 3 weeks to review this to see what they will do about it .. now we know they do not care about good customer service or food We will do our best to to share this bad experience with all our friends and associates in and around La Canada to let them know to eat elsewhere Just no good this Panda Express is in La Canada , CA And we will let restaurants know when we have good experiences too If anything changes with this review we will update if and when Panda Express does

Bad service…they took for ever to give us our food. They said they had a big catering but that is not our fault. We asked how much longer and they didn’t answer then we asked again and they said a few more minutes. Wouldn’t recommend this place!

So on my way home, the drink does not fit into any cup holders I have in my car, and since the lid did not fit right, the drink spilled all over my lap! Then I get home & open my food, and the broccoli beef order was 95% brocolli...what a waste of my money. I will never go to this Panda Express again!!

Shrinkflation, the portions of the two item plate were very low. Not only has the foam plate gotten smaller, but they only put in half the chowmein and about 70% of the double orange chicken.

Absolutely terrible service. Extremely incompetent. I ordered 5 items from uber eats and when my order came I was missing 3 things. If you’re not able to comply with customers needs from other services such as uber eats or postmates, remove yourself from their services. Also could not get a hold of them on the phone tried calling for 30 minutes straight and everytime it said “Phone Is Busy”.

Ordered from here via postmates, the driver said they were on their way, another postmates driver called us to say our food was not there. Minutes later, our order was cancelled. Although this is a postmates issue, when i tried to reach this location to find out what happened, no one answered the phone- i called for one hour straight!!! They never answered.

I’m so upset today after I opened my family feast meal boxes. I felt like they’ve literally scammed customers. I ordered two box of mushroom chicken ,angus steak and chow mien. The chow mein was ok but I felt like I ordered vegetable dishes. There were barely had beef and chicken but instead if meat there were full of zucchini and other vegetables. I wonder why they named Mushrooms chicken and angus steak. I think they should name them sautéed vegetables with tiny chicken or beef… something like that. Especially the steak was $ 5 more cuz it’s premium but it had less than 10 tiny pieces of beef. I really think that they’ve scammed the customers. If the people who related to this restaurant, you guys should not do this anymore. Once I opened and ate some I couldn’t even bring the box or complain it. I think they used that customers’ situation. You have to be honest to customers. !!

Worst panda ever. Small portions of meat with large quantities of veggies . i told them if they can add more meat and mamager (old asian lady) said go to ano th er panda with a rude Attitude. Never going here again

Very rude customer service I asked for cup for water and my son filled up lemonade the lady came by said this cup for water only do u wanna pay for it it’s just 99 cents I not running away from 99 cents whatever I will never come here again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered food for two and asked for one cup of water. Employee said they are not allowed to give me a cup of water had just watched her take 10 minutes to get 8 sodas from the same tap where the water is.

I ordered two entries and paid for it, but after we got home we found only one entry in the box. This is not the first time they made errors like this. Last time I called them and they said I could go back and they will give me a new order, but my kid were hungry and waiting, we need the food now! This time I tried to call them but they would not pick up the phone. After several rings the phone hung up automatically. So frustrating!
