I have ordered the same thing from this location fix or six times: bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a whole wheat bagel with two extra eggs. On several of those orders, something wasn't quite correct -- i.e. wrong type of cheese, or one fewer egg, or no bacon. This time I got exactly what I wanted -- the sandwich was perfect, everything as ordered, and the bacon was even crispy. It was a great start to the day. I was even happier with the service. A gentleman named Andre took my order and prepared my sandwich. He was very friendly, polite, and patient with me even when I asked a bunch of questions. And the sandwich turned out perfect, which I was very happy about. This was the best experience I've had here so far. Thanks Andre!

I go here regularly and absolutely love it. The service is amazing and I always leave feeling very cared for. Never had a messed up order and coffee is always great. So happy they are here!!

Had an iced donut with sprinkles around 10am. It was good and still fairly fresh. The store was neat and clean, and the staff were nice.

Food was alright, really cold in the dining area for some reason. I had to go to the bathroom but it said that it was for employees only so I went to Pavilions to use their restroom

Clean, well kept location. Service is confusing. They should really take people's names for orders or tell you your order number. We got several drinks and there were lots of other people who ordered as well. The barista's just yell out the coffee but aren't clear who the coffee belong to. So if several people order the same thing.....it's kinda like who ever grabs is first it's theirs. When I brought the latte home to my friend they said it was just iced milk. So I don't know if I got someone's else's or the person who made it messed up. So if you go here pay attention to your order and keep your receipt for corrections.

The food items here are okay, not bad. The donuts aren’t that good sadly 😢 The savory items were better. The non-coffee drinks were honestly really bad though which was super disappointing. Maybe I’d try their coffee but I feel like if the other drinks are pretty bad im not sure how much better it can get. We ordered delivery but it seems like from other reviews the staff sound amazing, so my review is only regarding the products!

I will never go to this place again they open late. They won’t let me use the restroom even though I just spent $25 in their store for coffee and donuts. I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts, specially in the East Coast. It’s definitely not the same.

I was so hype for this location to open but unfortunately the baristas there were not it. I’ve ordered from this location 4 times and every time I got my coffee it was tasteless, watery, and crafted poorly. One time I even asked for an iced caramel coffee with oat milk and I just couldn’t believe how utterly disgusting it was. The donuts are great and fresh, hopefully the baristas tighten up and use this review as constructive criticism because I genuinely love dunkin. However, until this coffee situation is sorted out, I’ll be getting my jelly munchkins at dunkin and walking down to brick and bell for my coffee!

Rude baristas. I immediately walked out this morning. They have an attitude and vibe I don't want to start my morning with. What happened to the other staff? They were nicer than these two girls.

I used the restroom and the staff got upset. They said it says, "right there" that they don't allow anyone to freely use the restroom anymore, I seen other use the restroom here in the past each day I came here for the past 4 months. There was no sign that said we cannot use it. There was an out of order sign posted nearby but the restroom had nothing wrong. I suggest placing a sign that states no use allowed, instead of LYING. I left immediately, I felt by their facial expressions and body language (eyerolling, sighing, arms crossed, etc) that I was not wanted there after that happened. Not ever going back after being shamed for using a restroom and reporting this to a corporate office.
