Really great food. We tried the Taco flight to get a variety of what they had to offer. While the price of each taco is on the higher end, you're getting a handmade tortilla and a punch of flavorful meat . We loved the green and red sauce ... still debating about the habanero cream sauce. We waited for this place to open and weren't disappointed. A must try in Lake Elsinore! We will be returning to try more of what they have to offer .

Best tacos in the Temecula Valley. They have the awesome Birria, awesome customer service and one of my favorite things is you don’t have to use an app you can give them a call say hello and tell them what you would like to order and it is always done quick and exactly what I ordered. This place is gold. Food is fresh and amazing. I had the surf and turf burrito. The steak and shrimp in the burrito were fresh and cooked perfectly and the rice had a great taste and was done just right. I also tried the poblano craft taco. Their tortillas were made fresh in house and was one of the best tacos Iv had. Will be back again and again and again.

Visited El Taco Bar in Lake Elsinore yesterday afternoon 1/9/26 for lunch and was seriously impressed. The service was great—friendly, welcoming, and fast. We ordered the birria tacos, a crunchy shredded beef taco, and a carne asada taco. The food came out quickly and was incredibly fresh. The meat portions were generous, perfectly cooked, and packed with amazing, authentic flavor. Every bite was satisfying. This place is a gem, and we’ll definitely be making it a weekly stop!

My adult sons love their here as well! It’s clean and nothing smelled bad like other reviews mentioned. The staff is knowledgeable and food is served quick fresh you can see them making the it!

Definitely getting what you pay for! I got the California burrito with shrimp added and it was incredibly good! Very filling and the service was friendly. The atmosphere was up beat and chirpy!

The food is closer to “real food” They aren’t just slapping it together from a frozen container. They are sincerely cooking it. The meat is tasty. The tortillas fresh and good. This is my second time here. It’s not cheap food. It’s cooked fresh and it’s good. I’ll be back soon. They give more red & green sauce if you ask. I received 2 of each without asking. I bought the pico de gallo on my first visit. I was a bit huh? When I saw it was more then I thought. That changed when I saw it was also MORE than I thought. They give you a little tub of it. Not just a little cup. It’s worth the price. They are kind & friendly which is saying a lot Because I’m still learning and trying new food items. I super like the crunchy birria tacos. Their food is good. It’s usually busy too. You know it’s not sitting in the back somewhere unseen. They are cooking it and serving it fresh. I’ll be back!!

I appreciated the Latina behind the counter providing detailed explanation of food being served and ingredients. She knows her shit I will definitely be back. Taco enchilado spicy but delicious. You really can't go wrong with any of the craft tacos.

In my opinion, by far the best taco spot in Elsinore. I know, a bold statement, but give it a try & you will probably have a new favorite as well.

El Taco Bar in #LakeElsinore is not just a Taco joint. It's an experience. Now, I've been to plenty of mom and pop Taco shops, but this here is off the chain. They have a wealthy variety of tacos. From Carne asada, to Caritas, to shredded beef, chicken, all the way down the line to beer batter fish tacos and shrimp tacos. And, it's not just tacos they got burritos, quesadilla , nachos, Taquitos, even carnesada fries, and surf and turf fries too. Any tacos u choose, you can make a combo out of it and add rice and frijoles. The ladies that take your order are very helpful and knowledgeable about their product, and the guys on the grill be pouring their hearts out on that black top. They are not making tacos there, making delicious miracles. If u want some of the best tacos your taste buds ever desired, then treat yourself to #ElTacoBar in #LakeElsinore. You won't regret it.

Nice little spot in Lake Elsinore near the Costco! Definitely some great food to be had here! We had the barria tacos, rolled tacos and the barria ramen! You can order bottled beer as well! Inside is a decent size with ample seating. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t tried them yet! We’ll certainly be back!

Had the taco flight with carne asada tacos just wish they were seasoned a bit more. But we’re overall flavorful. The takis Elote was very dry and tasted as it had been sitting out for a very long time. The TAKIS crumbles were also very stale so I’m very disappointed in that. The Birra tacos were excellent! Super flavorful, juicy, and had put a great portion of meat. Also enjoyed their salsas. The green has a nice heat level to it. And the red isn’t too overbearing.

The food is pretty good here. Authentic style street tacos with pretty solid birria options. Their street corn is hit or miss but I suggest the Poland tacos when you come. The only thing I find issues with is the pricing. Its VERY pricey. You're looking at about $7-9 dollars PER taco! The larger options are even pricier. So I suggest you come in on a taco Tuesday and just get a bunch of street tacos for cheap, and if you fancy an alcoholic beverage, they have them available weekdays from 3-6 on a happy hour special.

Pollo Asada Fries very good and a big portionfor the price, plentyof meat and guac and sour cream., Poblano Taco we so good. I need to go back soon. I recommend this to everyone.

One thing that stands out about El Taco Bar are its prices: they are on the expensive side. At close to $20 for 4 tacos AND side order of beans and rice with no drink. Food is OK. Always use carnitas as my litmus test: they were flavorful and not dry and crispy. Breakfast burrito prices are more in line with other places.

It would have been nice when she gave me my water glass to mention that the water was around the corner at the soda fountain. The soda fountain water tap malfunction and I could not get it to stop running. We did get our food and the food pretty good. Upon my departure I turned to tell them thanks however there was no one in sight. The reason for my comments are not to complain but to let the management know that hospitality is a very important aspect of a successful business. The food and service was great! But it is very hot in there, the poor cashier was sweating and looked very uncomfortable. We sat outside it felt way cooler than inside.

It's been a couple of times that I've called and they placed me on hold, and not coming back to the call. I showed up to the restaurant, the cooks are busy, but their cashiers just standing by the register not doing anything that would keep them from answering the phone. Tables were dirty. The food is amazing. Their service is just going down the drain.

1/5 stars - Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bar. The quality of food is incredibly inconsistent. I stopped by right before closing and unfortunately, my meal was overpowered by salt. I wish I had eaten at the location so I could've returned it immediately. I tried the burrito and tacos, and let's just say it was like taking a wrong turn at the beach - all I could taste was the ocean! Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon. What's really upsetting is that Taco Bar is usually really good, and the service is always friendly. But my last 4 visits, including today, have been truly disappointing. I hope they can get back on track soon. Yo, Taco Bar! Make it right! At least remake tonight's order. I'd love to give you another chance to show me what you're made of.

Horrible service, deceiving menu with prices that were not correct. Super expensive. Way more than I wanted to spend for taco Tues ($15 for two tacos). good flavor, good salsa, but definitely not great. No chips and salsa; with those prices they should be serving all the chips and salsa you want. Not worth it. The end

I asked for a cup of water and the cashier (Rubia) said she didn’t have cups for water and offered me a water bottle instead so I told her sure that’s fine but may I get a regular cup so that I can put ice for the water bottle and she said she would have to charge me (I told her ok that’s fine charge me for a cup of ice for the water bottle I am already purchasing) and she charges a regular fountain drink, like really that’s ridiculous and poor customer service skills, when I asked if I could speak to a manager she said no one was in charge and I said ok cool let me get a # to where I can reach someone in charge, she rudely said the store # I completely understand that this is a small business and don’t get me wrong food is great, cleanliness is good, but her customer skills made me feel so uncomfortable so I suggest either the owner puts effort into having a manager on duty or gets someone with better skills I am posting a picture of the cup I had to purchase in order to get water (looks like a water cup to me)

I often come to this place for lunch, and today I noticed something concerning—the cook on shift kept the same pair of gloves on while eating his lunch, grabbing a drink, doing kitchen prep, handling duties, and even making someone’s order. If gloves aren't being changed between tasks, what's the point of wearing them at all? Might as well go barehanded throughout the day.

Do not eat here! The meat is overly salty to hide old meat. The service is horrible, management and lady with the black hair is rude, lacking customer service skills. La Unica's is way better place!
