The rosemary cheddar sausage biscuit was delicious! They have full coffee options including espresso drinks. The food was out on our table extremely fast. The service was speedy and friendly. I would come here every day :) We had a lake view while we ate breakfast, you can't beat this.

Great diner and surprised it would be so good as this town seems to have forgotten how to deliver good service. So choaked by tourists, the town seems more well known for locals complaining and doing the bear minimum. But this place is the exception. Its a share they dont do a dinner service .

The food was very good....veggie rosti. I did order eggs over medium and got egg whites but it was perfectly fine. The menu has a variety of breakfast foods and some lunch items. They were very busy and although they tried their hardest some people were borderline rude about it. Our waitress was sweet and of course we would come back!!

A must stop every time we are in town. We have been coming here since 2011 every year. Lots has changed but we always love the great view of mirror lake when we eat. Highly recommend omelettes if you like omelettes. The breakfast burrito is my husband’s go to. There is also a coffee shop located up at the front for quick coffee on the go. They also have small bakery items like muffins as well. Parking is street parking which is free. There are a few parking lots near which you have to pay to park in Inside seating

Wow! Quite possibly one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in years!!! Lots of options, great and creative specials and some custom made sauces were amazing! I’m not a morning drinker but there weee also quite a few Bloody Mary choices that were very tempting. Give this place a try for sure!

The breakfast was delicious. The service very fast even when the place was packed. We arrived around 8:10 am and we had to make line. It was during Columbus holiday (long weekend) we took the omelet, chai latte (100 recommended) and Benedict salmon eggs

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We've visited twice in the past three days, once for the berry compote waffles and once for the berry & mascarpone french toast + coffee. Each time they had our order ready quickly (20 minutes). The food is delicious and I was pleasantly surprised but how extravagant it is! We loved the cinnamon butter and maple syrup they gave us. The coffee is also amazing. We will definitely visit again the next time we're in Lake Placid.

Drove to Lake Placid for breakfast and checked out the breakfast club. The menu looked good and the view was amazing. I ordered my Arnold Palmer and the biscuits and gravy with eggs. It was pretty good. My wife ordered the roustis which was eggs, home fries, sausage, Brie and my son had the pancakes with home fries. Wasn't into the home fries that much but everything else was delicious.

We stayed in Lake Placid for the first night of our Mini Honeymoon (Minimoon) trip, and this was the spot we read was THE spot to have breakfast. And, they did not disappoint. Mimosas (of all varieties) for breakfast, the food was impeccable and so eclectic, the bartender was so friendly and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed every second of this experience and WILL be back!!

First time eating here, about 15 min wait. This can get very busy, we went around 8:45 and when we left there was a line outside waiting to be seated. Excellent food and service and great views of the lake.

Good service at the bar and wonderful setting on the lake. Only downside is it was absolutely packed even right at opening (it was a Saturday). People can apparently call in to add their name to the wait list so maybe you should do that. Get there early and be prepared to wait.

Nice restaurant for breakfast. It is right on the water so it had great views of the lake. Loved the omelette. You can put up to five ingredients into it which is more than you really need. Also the pancakes were great. And you get real maple syrup with it (which is more important than you realize) Definitely gonna go back there.

The BEST PLACE for breakfast in lake placid!!!! Every time we go to lake placid we go here!!! Delicious food!!! Unlike other places on Main Street, here you actually get big portions for great prices!! Not expensive at all for being in a touristy town. Have been coming to this place for years, and don’t think I have ever had something to eat or drink that wasn’t absolutely amazing! They have a broad selection of incredible food items and an insane specialty cocktail menu. Honestly, one of the best Bloody Mary mixes I’ve ever had in my live. Also offer to go cocktails and coffee drink which was awesome. Can’t wait to come back for many years to come!

My partner and I ate breakfast here twice during our camping trip. It was delicious! We loved the home fries and I got the omelette one time and the salmon bene the second time. My partner ordered sausage apples and Brie skillet both times. The service was great, and the breakfast was so tasty! We would definitely recommend this place and come back again and again.

My husband and I eat at the Breakfast Club every time we are in Lake Placid. We are aware that there may be a wait but don’t mind as it is worth it. We arrived on Saturday and were told it was a 10-15 min wait. The owner came over and said we could eat at the bar if we didn’t want to wait. What a great decision! We had so much fun interacting with the staff. A shout out to Natasha, Bella and the amazing bartender Melissa. My husband and I laughed so much and the entire bar was having fun. The music was perfect too. Melissa made a French toast shot which was amazing! We will be going back the next time we are up there and will be sure to sit at the bar. This is a must visit, particularly if you plan to do any day drinking. Large variety of mimosas and bloody Mary’s. We ordered the Bacon Bloody Mary and the Raspberry mimosa to start, upon recommendation from our fantastic server, Charles. Both were as good as promised. Later, we ordered the Bourbon Sunrise which was great as well. I ordered the corned beef hash rostis, which had excellent flavor. The hash, which was supposedly made in house, was lost in the dish. My only critique is that the hash needed to be more prominent. It was lost in the potato, cheese, and egg. My wife ordered the mega breakfast burrito with sausage, which she thoroughly enjoyed. However, we learned later that her second choice, the biscuits and gravy with chicken tenders, is apparently the greatest dish they have, so she has some order regret. My wife and I shared a pancake, which came with cinnamon sugar butter and locally made maple syrup (by the local high schoolers). While she loved the pancake, I thought it was a little rubbery. I am personally used to a fluffier pancake. Good atmosphere with a fantastic view of Mirror Lake. Will definitely be back on our next trip to LP! Make sure to ask for Charles!

We LOVED The Breakfast Club! So much so we have thought about driving the 6 hours north one weekend soon just to eat there again. We sat at the bar for breakfast where we had the loveliest conversation with other tourists and a view of activities on Mirror Lake. Our waitress was fantastic, my omelet was perfect and my son's French toast was out of this world! Definitely include this stop on your next visit!

Truly one of, if not my best dine-in breakfast experience I’ve ever had. Our waiter was very personable and kind, even chatting with us for about ten minutes after we paid the bill. The freshly squeezed grapefruit juice was delicious. I got the salmon Benedict and it was best benedict dish I’ve ever tasted. The capers gave it such a great flavor and the lox and eggs were perfect. Also was able to try the blueberry pancakes which were so fluffy and flavorful. I wish I lived in the area because it was spectacular

This is an amazing place to go eat! You can sit back and enjoy the view of Mirror Lake and the mountains! Our waiter Hasan was wonderful and funny! The food was delicious as well came out nice and hot! If your in Lake Placid you should definitely check this spot out!

HIGHLY recommend. My husband and I are visiting Lake Placid on our "mini-moon" and decided to give this place a shot based on reviews. It did NOT disappoint. I got a Strawberry Blush mimosa with Chickenand Waffles and my husband got the breakfast burrito. Everything was amazing!! To make it even better- the service and view was astounding. We had a wait of 1hr, but it was 100% worth it!! So much so, that we plan to return tomorrow before heading home. Seriously...do yourself a favor and HEAD OVER!!!

Incredible food, super friendly staff! The views while eating here were amazing as well. I don't think there is another location I would eat breakfast when I visit Lake Placid. Everything was clean, parking wasn't too bad but there was construction happening on the main street. There are a lot of nice shops around in case there's a wait. Enjoy!

I love this restaurant! Such a beautiful view and the food was fantastic! The skillet is to die for, the smoothie bowl an absolute treat and the traditional breakfast was amazing, with option for sourdough rye. Paige, our waitress was wonderful and very kind. We will be back!

Such an amazing spot to be able to sit, relax, and eat while enjoying amazing views of Mirror Lake. On top of the views, the staff is awesome and food is great. They're breakfast is all the classics but with a spin. I had banana pancakes which were served with cinnamon nutmeg butter. I also had a bacon and cheese omelette with breakfast potatoes which were I think my favorite part, their potatoes are like no other! The seasoning is insane. My other favorite was the mulled cranberry and apple cider. Just warmed my soul. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Outstanding. Having been in Switzerland just last summer the Rosti here was top notch. Nice people, great breakfast and breakfast drinks. Cannot recommend this spot enough. We put our name us a did some shopping then came back. It was busy as this was a holiday weekend but will absolutely be back any time we visit Lake Placid.

You’re seated right away. Our server Charles was very quick and attentive to details. The food came in pretty quickly and a was very delicious and flavorful. The unicorn hot chocolate looked so beautiful, fulfilling and festive. The breakfast burrito was huge and taste really fantastic.

Only thing the best whipped cream I’ve tasted on hot chocolate made the hot chocolate cool so opt for less whipped cream or none at all or in a small bowl on the side, the scratch biscuit was so good the waffles with apple compote so good everything we had including the vegetarian dish was delicious, you can also get drinks at the bar yes they got a bar, no reservations needed; they get very busy go early or you will have a long wait service was exceptional place was nice and clean.

We ate breakfast here 2 days in a row. You may have to wait 20 minutes for a table, but it is worth it! Great breakfast specialty cocktails and Bloody Marys. Eggs Benedict and Corned beef cheddar rosti were fantastic! Charles was our server and was knowledgeable and friendly.

Went this morning for breakfast and I am not disappointed. After requested to sit near the lake view, host happily took my contact number and asked to wait for atleast 25 minutes. After 20 minutes got the call from host and we sat near the window. Our server was extremely nice and friendly. I ordered fire marry, and the drink was simply Wow, little spicy but all the ingredients were well balanced, and enjoyed. We ordered home made sausage egg Benedict, vegetables egg Benedict and mega burrito with sausage, all the breakfast was delicious and mouthwatering. We also added choclate chip pancake, that was delicious too definitely recommend this restaurant and can't wait to go back again. Service is quick and food awesome

Always one of my favorite places when we are in town. The BC Rostis are an unusual and delicious option that I don't see offered very often in other restaurants. (They are like a breakfast skillet with a base of homefried potatoes.) My husband and I both ordered the corned beef hash one- delicious!! Scrambled eggs were actually scrambled and not just overcooked fried eggs. Corned beef hash was great too. He polished his off, but I just couldn't eat that much (2 people with smaller appetites could easily share 1). They also serve tomato juice (not V8 like most places) which is a huge bonus for me. Great views of the lake, pleasant staff, quick seating, and food was on the table less than 15 minutes after ordering. Highly recommend.

They were huge and amazing. My husband had an omelette and he ate everything on his plate. Our server was great as was all of the staff. I highly recommend this place.

Went with a couple of friends to Adirondacks for the 46ers. Found this as a better reviewed place for breakfast The place had great vibes and views. We were lucky to walk in without having to wait for long. By the time we were leaving there was a significant queue waiting to be seated (around noon) We got some pancakes, smoothie bowl and french toast. I loved my smoothie bowl and my friend loved the French toast. However, the pancakes could've been slightly better in terms of being warm and better toppings evenly spread out. Nonetheless, the service was great and the staff was friendly. Loved the views and the food overall. Would not mind coming back here again

Atmosphere casual, comfortable. Natasha was phenomenal! She was on top of everything during our meal all while managing her other diners. She was very attentive and great personality! What a cute breakfast spot ! Was visiting from out of state & loved how close it was to dog sledding and all the cute shops nearby! Would highly recommend if you're in the area. Sweet mercy do I love this place! I have been here over a dozen times, and the service and food is remarkably consistent. The views are excellent, staff is pleasant and attractive, food is top shelf. Every dish and drink I've had is actually really good (Bourbon Sunrise and Sausage Benedict for the win). Anytime someone want to go out for "a bit 'o breakie" this is my recommendation, which is always well recieved. I literally don't know anyone with a negative opinion of this wonderful restaurant. Call ahead and tip those pretty servers well.

Had to get breakfast from The Breakfast Club based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to have a sit down brunch but I grabbed a bagel and it was so so good! Got the egg and cheese with Avocado and Spinach bagel. I asked to add some butter as well. It was absolutely delicious. The portion was huge and very filling. They are a very busy restaurant so they are a bit slow. I had to wait quite some time for a simple bagel.

Disappointing breakfast, but tasty. Our server was incredibly gruff and rude. I looked at the menu the night before, excited for a Rosti. I ordered and what came out was a plate of from a bag frozen style breakfast potatoes. I was excited for a shredded/fried traditional style Rosti (like a latke or hashbrown). They were also cold and needed to be sent back. We are getting married in the area this coming Winter and we were looking for places to send our guests, this place is not it.

a very nice place for breakfast, in the center of Lake Placid. in an old school style. The place is quite large and with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains! They have a lot of guests, but the waiters are really fast and you don't have to wait too long. The service is very friendly and nice. the coffee is ok, and the food is very tasty. I ordered a supreme omelet and home fries. The omelet is very good, lots of fresh vegetables, and the home fries are amazing, I ordered extra ones! The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. I really recommend it!

Cute place right on Mirror lake, so the views are nice. Staff was super friendly. We had to wait about 15 minutes for 2 people on a Sat around 11am. Drinks were good. Food was ok. Nothing too special. Glad we experienced it.

Let’s start off with the long wait time, our server vanishing after giving our food and when we need to pay. It’s kinda understandable because the wait for the food is worth it but the vanishing of our server decreased the experience. The view and food made up for the wait and service, but is never the case all the time. The special for the day was Smoked Brisket Rosti and I’m happy I ordered it. Brisket was smoked well over a bed of crispy potatoes, tomatoes and onions with signature sauce of the day side with crispy bacon. We also had a basic breakfast order of two eggs, crispy home fries and bacon. Overall, food tastes better when you are by water.

It was wonderful. The space is huge inside, but this is a very popular spot. The four of us waited about 10 min to get a table. Everything was delicious. The window view was great. Kids had a wonderful time. The people who worked there were nice and professional.

Ate here twice and the food was terrific both times, Very nice portions and prices reasonable. Needed reservations and both times wait was about an hour but was not disappointed.

Potatoes were stale probably an old batch from the day before. Their "fresh squeezed orange juice" was clearly store bought tasted like Tropicana with no pulp. Besides the view, I wouldn't recommend.

A tad disappointed after all the hype I have heard about this place! Our food came out cold…. Yes it was fast, but almost like it had been prepped and was sitting there as a popular option to just be served immediately upon request. Super disappointed with that! On a positive note we really enjoyed our server and she was super genuine and friendly. The views are amazing if you are lucky enough to get a window seat. Unfortunately, I do not think I would go back here.

Great view while you eat breakfast. Pancakes are phenomenal. Eggs and toast tasted like eggs and toast. Smoothie bowl had about 6 large chunks of unprocessed ice cubes with shriveled blueberries. Waitress was exceptional.

Everyone was raving about this place so I gave it a try. It was ok. Farmhouse cafe is so much more flavorful and authentic food. Great views and service. Mocha was very watery and again just ok. Portions are very good.

My wife and I love to try different breakfast places and I would say this place is meh. Its not bad, but its just not good. The quality of the food was on par with Denny's. The cornbeef hash tasted like it came out of a can. The Bloodmary's and Mimosi's are good though. I might be a breakfast snob, but the next day we just went to the McD's down the road and that was better and way cheaper.

I wanted to love this spot but the food was disappointing, hash browns were cold and not flavorful. I got the cheddar biscuit sandwich however the biscuit was dry. My friend got an omelette and there was no cheese even though she specified that she wanted cheese. The avocado was also not fresh. Overall the food felt like it had been sitting for a while even though the service was fast.

This is our fifth time at TBC. There was only one person with a cherry disposition and it wasn't our waitress. Our waitress was sullen. No smile, no interest in our table. The home fries were overly seasoned and inedible. Checked on our meals after we were no longer eating. Mentioned our experience to the manager who said, "Sorry" as they wiped a table. Disappointing all around.

We ordered an espresso and chai latte. Latte was not on the warm side but not too sweet (great!) and coffee is too acidic - just to note for the coffee lovers. For meals we had omelette and salmon eggs benedict. Fries were old and cold - looked like it stayed in oil overnight. Food in general not anything worth mentioning - flavorless. Service was bad - our waiter was sloppy, dirty outfit which was falling apart. Mugs were dirty and drinks arrived without teaspoons. We were paying at the machine where one screen was to give the rating - while waiter was standing overhead. Place is dirty, falling apart and worn out - our table was wobbly.

I'm only giving two stars for nostalgia's sake and because we had a table overlooking Mirror Lake. We've been going to TBC since it was at their original location. Service has always been wonderful and the meals fresh and delicious. On our recent visit to LP, we were all very excited to return, anticipating the welcoming staff and usual delicious breakfast. This time, however, it was exactly the opposite. The hostess couldn't even muster a smile when seating us, our waitress had absolutely no personality and even seemed annoyed when we asked a question about the food, and, most disappointingly, the food was awful. We all ordered our favorite, BC Röstis. When the food arrived, it was like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 10+ minutes. The eggs were dry and tasteless. The potatoes were overbaked, dry, and so salty that we couldn't even eat them. The lattes were weak and underwhelming. Our waitress never checked on our meals until near the end. TBC wasn't even that busy when we were there so not sure what happened. When we apprised the manager of what had happened, she offered an apathetic and obligatory sorry. Definitely felt like a get 'em in get 'em out atmosphere this time. The kicker...$125+ for breakfast for five...absurd.

People were rude and they stopped making sandwiches to go because they said they were to busy. The muffins tasted store bought. We ordered a yogurt bowl and wasn’t given a spoon and when we asked staff was very rude.

Waited 45 minutes for a table. Ordered the BC burger with cheddar & sweet potato fries. The burger patty was burnt on the outside giving it a very bitter taste. The cheddar was a very thin slice of processed cheese. And instead of the sweet potato fries I got a small amount of regular fries. My wife's eggs Benedict was underwhelming to say the least. The English muffin was not toasted enough, the egg whites were not fully cooked. And the waiter was going to refill my wife's coffee but never did. We also had to ask for cutlery. The waiter was friendly in the beginning but by the end seemed to be annoyed at us for some reason. No idea why as we never complained about the poor food quality. Overall, this place ranks very poorly wrt to the food and service. I paid $18 for this burger when for the same price I can have the buffet at Whiteface Lodge that is far superior. An overrated restaurant that we will never frequent again. $18 for this...what a joke!
