I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named “Junior” during a recent visit. I stood waiting at the counter for about five minutes while he completely ignored me. When he finally addressed me, it was with an aggressive, “Are you good?!”—which caught me off guard. I calmly replied that I wanted to order some food, but he walked away without saying anything and continued to ignore me. A moment later, he abruptly asked again, “What do you want?!” in a tone that made me extremely uncomfortable. At that point, I decided to leave and said, “I’m good,” to which he responded loudly, “Alright, good!” as I walked out. Even the cashier seemed taken aback and said, “Junior, oh my god,” in response to his behavior. As a business owner myself, I came in with the intention of observing and possibly supporting the establishment, but I left feeling disrespected and frankly disturbed by how I was treated. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this seriously. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to avoid visiting if this individual is working. Some people simply are not suited for roles that involve interacting with the public.

Didn’t even get to eat. The lady said she was switching over so there was no food ready. It’s 930. They open 24/7. You just turned away my business for no reason I will never be back now to even give it a chance. and I’ve been waiting a long time for this place to open to try it. It’s on my way to work and Looked promising Too bad I won’t get to give it a try now

You don't have a a running business and lie to your patrons and say the restrooms are under construction. You don’t walk 4 blocks to a Dunkin’ Donuts in order for your staff to urinate.

Ate once and was great. I've been back twice and no one came out from the back for over 10 minutes so I left. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting.

They need to clean the bathrooms. This is disgusting
