Good vibes, good location, and stellar food and service. Im on keto and was able to get a veggie only and beef bowl for around $6 and was happy with the amount of meat-to-veggie ratio. (Very keto friendly) Been coming to this spot for a couple years and would definitely recommend their awesome infusions like the ninjas fries and ninja tacos (not keto) .

This place is amazing the smell is intoxicating Matt is the definition of customer service. If every restaurant had a man like this behind the register you never have a problem with your food and you'd always know what to order. 50 stars

Awesome place with a cool vibe! The tacos are a great deal, and the ninja sauce is amazing. If you like heat you can step up to the furious sauce or even to the "Death taco"

I know i know, ANOTHER teriyaki joint, but this place is sooooooo fire! Charred chicken breasts and ribeye beef cuts with really mouth-watering homemade teriyaki sauce that isn't overwhelmingly sweet like most places. Ninja tacos are 🔥. Recently they added cool things to the menu like ninja dogs and ninja fries. Get it in a rice bowl, taco, burrito, hot dog, fries, you name it, they got it. If you'd like to try what it feels to die, try the world-famous death taco, if you dare. It was featured on man v food. Ps. I just tried cajun wings and ninja wings yest which is new on their menu. It was so good. Ninja wings has a pretty close resemblance to the korean marinated fried chicken and the Cajun wings....just trust....

Do you enjoy spicy teriyaki tacos and the aftermath of them? If so then this is the place for you. I have been coming here for years with my friends and although the recipe and prices have changed a little the place still leaves me satisfied. The fusion of Asian sweet and spice, with the cilantro and onions is simple but it is delicious. If you don't do spice be sure to get a drink as thir sauces have a kick.

Eat here! Their teriyaki bowls make Flame Broiler look like TV dinner. Rice is sushi grade and never overcooked. Ninja tacos are a must try! Delicious street tacos about as spicy as Tabasco. Their gyozas are big, crunchy, and full of flavor. Their fusion meals are adventurous and delicious but do tend to be on the heavy side. For example, try the fully loaded Ninja Fries. It's basically a teriyaki bowl on top of Irish nachos. Fries are thin but not shoe string. Not exciting enough? Try their famous Death Taco. It's so spicy you have to eat it at the store and sign a waiver! I've been coming here since opening week and I can say that Genkiyaki keeps getting better. The interior has been renovated (Summer.21) and the owners and staff are all really personable. Come in and enjoy the best teriyaki bowls around!

First time coming here and it was surprisingly good! They're sauces with my chicken bowl was so good! They also have an small arcade for customers, and they're anime drinks are super good! The cashier was so nice and explained everything for us and gave us two free tacos for our first time coming! I'm definitely coming back here again!!!

Ninja fries are really good It has a unique flavor that I can't explain and the Death Tacos mannn It was no joke, Finished It in like 5 mins. On my second one my whole face was hella numb.. My lips was locked and I had an ugly expression on my face For like 10 mins I could not talk right but I conquered It. This place has been consistently fresh and delicious for 11 years.they are so accommodating I like their teriyaki bowls & special sauce has but sometimes I need to reduce my salt in my sugar intake and so they're willing to leave the sauce out of the cooking for me. For instance today I got steamed vegetables with grilled Chicken.. at other times I get it with all the sauce and fixings and they have great mild and super spicy options. Great food cooked fresh and if you're daring try the death taco

I was introduced to this wonderful place by my son. It is a very lived in environment and the food is absolutely awesome! The employees are polite and great you like family. They have some in house only foods that I can not enjoy because of my stomach...but my son has and many others. Its a challenge of who can handle hot food! Its an experience in it self!

Best. Fries. Hands. Down. Ninja whatever, don't get me wrong it's all amazing food, but the beef Ninja Fries - there isn't a better "Fries + other things" around. Period. The End. The owner is a great guy, too. You'll see him there on most days. Definitely will always come back!

I ended up eating here two days in a row because the first visit was that good. Tried the nacho fries and tacos the first time, then went back for the D-bowl, which was the perfect portion. I prefer the beef, but the chicken was good too. Genkiyaki has an interesting mix of flavors, and I’m definitely planning to go back and try more.

Great and interesting food. Del! Got the Ninja loaded fries. Asian chicken was really good but the oranges in the salad were a bit old. Otherwise really good and we will be back.

Cool and cozy place. The bowls are a solid 7.5/10, the tacos are an 8/10. Prices and portions are fair, not a place I'd come to weekly but once in a while it hits the spot.

First timer. Apparently it has been around for awhile and I recently got around to trying it. Got the ninja tacos and ninja fries. Both solid options!

Great food, would be better if they used different tortillas on their tacos, idk maybe because I'm Hispanic I appreciate quality tortillas more but aside from that it's my favorite teriyaki spot. Get the sweet potato ninja fries, freaking awesome.

The tacos were pretty decent, but also quite small, so I wouldn't only get tacos unless you weren't that hungry. I was way more impressed by their nachos and fries (I got the nachos, a friend got the fries; both were large, both were great.) I'm still saddened they were out of the sweet potato fries, though, which is what I'd been there to try. But I'll probably be back sometime to try them. Definitely don't get the death taco unless you -really- like eating spicy things (another friend said she did, and ordered one; she couldn't eat more than a couple bites, so I tried it. I also couldn't eat more than a couple bites. I can't even begin to imagine what their zombie taco is like, other than pain.) Food didn't take *super* long to get out, but it wasn't as quick as I might have expected, either. Edit: came back later, they weren't out of sweet potato fries this time. As expected, their sweet potato fries were even tastier. Also, a fun fact I just learned (I was there for a third time today): you -can- order tacos with sauce halfway between the normal not-spicy-at-all sauce and their horrifying death tacos, for no additional charge. And they are way tasty.

this is one of my favorite places and i put my mom on to this spot. every time i go, we get this chicken and rice plate and ninja fries. the last 3 times i’ve gone and asked for my plate with NO SAUCE and no veggies, they ALWAYS put the teriyaki sauce. i have my own personal issues with certain sauces and foods. i can’t eat it with the sauce. and so this time i decided to bring it back to because i checked… and then i get my food again and check it again. either they just replaced the rice and washed off the chicken or dabbed off the sauce from the chicken. i’m sorry but that’s super wack:(((.

I was beyond disappointed. How can you mess up a beef bowl? I ordered it because the photo on the menu looked appealing... but, when my beef bowl was brought out, it only had beef and rice. The photo showed that veggies were included. Yeah, apparently, you have to request the veggies as an add on, even though they were pictured. So, to appease me, they brought out a container of green onions... ummm, yeah, not the same. $8 for beef and rice. Total rip off. I will never return, nor recommend.
