I haven't been to a Wienerschnitzel in years and I've been really missing it. So I stopped in and I'm so glad that I did. The chili still tastes the same and their hot dogs have that same crunch to them I remember. I like the food so I'm really only giving them 5 stars for that reason. The staff needs some work though. Maybe in their "down" time they could learn to not mock their customers so much when there are other customers in the dinning room. We can hear EVERYTHING you say. It's very rude.

This is the cleanest, best Wienerschnitzel in the area. They cook the food as it's ordered, unlike other locations, who cook in anticipation of orders and it sits in a warming tray. Good dining room. Comfortable.

Was just at the drive-thru for this Wienerschnitzel. The person at the window was very considerate of my long wait time and even offered me a free drink for the wait. I don't normally rate fast food places, but this kind of quality service deserves to be recognized.

Based on drive thru experience: I like that fact that their coupons allows me to use 1 coupon for 2. Example of the coupon is for a shake then I can use it towards 2 shakes on 1 visit. It is not like McDonald's that you can only use one coupon in 60 min. Wienerschnitzel is way better! If you want a fast food night and great savings, this is the way to go. The chilli dogs, chilli burgers, shakes, mini corn dogs, regular corn dogs were fast food good. I tried their chilli fries for the first time today and I will definitely be a junk food junkie on them again. They were delicious for being a fast food place! Staff was super friendly at the window and when ordering.

The employees were awesome.... They took a little bit longer then expected on our food and instantly tried ordering is something for our wait.... I told her it was ok.... It was just nice to see someone actually care about their customers.. doesn't happen allot these days.

Went and had lunch there with the wife. The restaurant was very clean and well stocked. The people serving us were polite and helpful. The food was hot and tasty. The ice cream shake was just plain awesome.

I had a very nice experience when going to Wienerschnitzel yesterday. The selection was a little different and very nice, the food was tasty, served quickly and hot, and I was truly in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I especially loved the vanilla orange shake and I highly recommended it.

Went through the drive thru and when I pulled up to pay the card reader was not working, they attempted to fix it for 10-15 mins. Finally the manager came to the window , handed my card back and gave me the food at no cost. I will be be going back with cash to pay for it but it was an nice gesture and they were very nice about everything. I've been to this location several times and the service is always very welcoming and fast. I will be a repeat customer for sure

I get a little nervous when redeeming free coupons especially when you don't have money to pay for it in case its not valid. But in this case it was simple and quick. Plus the corn dog at Wienerschnitzel has to be my new favorite food.

I've come to this location for several years. The lady that took our order was very nice and pretty. We poked fun at her a little bit about the hat she was wearing but she laughed a long with us. She was awesome. The restaurant itself was very hot and stuffy so we ate outside.

Not the biggest fan but my boyfriend loves it! This review however is for the customer service we received at this location from Jeffrey. From the moment we pulled into the drive through I was taken aback by his friendliness. My boyfriend wanted to take some chili cans and likes to stock up on them so asked for 6!!!! However, Jeffrey informed him he wasn’t sure how many they had left but he took the time to go to the back and check for us. We pulled up to the window and got our food nice and hot. Jeffrey took the time to ask us if we needed anything else or wanted extra condiments. We’ll definitely be returning to this location from now on. Thanks Jeffrey for the awesome customer service. I don’t write many reviews but I had to. I hope he sees this!

I had the bratwurst which is here for Oktoberfest. I tried both types. I enjoyed with saure kraut the best. The only bad thing is, it is only available for a month

I eat here all the time. I live on the next street over and my family like the ice cream . The bad thing is the chili is way too salty. The people around this area are friendly and hotels in walking distance.

This place holds a lot of childhood memories. Back in elementary, you'd get free chili dog or ice cream tickets for getting honor roll. I love their chili dogs and corn dogs.

The was fast and friendly. I can't say to much because all I ordered were two corn dogs. They came fast and hot and with a little mustard they tasted just like I remembered... GREAT.

I love Wienerschnitzel but it is very expensive. Unlike other stores this location does not offer the combos, so you end up buying each part if your meal individually and it really adds up fast. The Wienerschnitzel on Avenue J and the one on Avenue K and Challenger Way not only have combos, they have $4.00 meals.

Wienerschnitzel has gotten far too expensive. While I love the food... Prices need to go back down. $3.50 for a chili cheese burrito that used to be $1.50 or something along those lines.....

Great service, and just the right amount of food to fill you up, but for the price and the grease and lack of tasty-ness, it's a once in a great while thing. Like when you're craving something like a chili-cheese fry burrito.

Food is okay but they charge EXTRA for all beef hot dogs. Chicago dogs have to be all beef but they serve imitation Chicago unless you pay extra!

Very nice people, clean, and warm. Only down fall is that they are extremely greedy with the mustard. I'm usually spending around $80 a week here and I usually only get like 2 mustard packets per meal smh. Now I have to make multiple orders at once so I can get more mustard packets in each order.

Great for fast food on the go, and I absolutely love their soft serve cones. They even have all the pumpkin shakes and pumpkin hard shell dipped cones...yum.

Hot dogs are getting expensive. $10.85 for 1 kraut dog with small fries and med drink. Almost any fast food place you could get more for your money. Other than that it was good.

Don't say you're open until midnight on a Monday night then not answer the phone to clarify it. My friend walked there from the motel came back & said the drive thru was the only thing open..The time was 11:15pm. I said go thru the drive thru. He said it didnt look like it was open either.

Dont go to this Wienerschnitzel drive thru if your really hungry or got some where to be asap. This is officially "slow food". They are extremely slow, so have patience.

Well if you remember the big giant hot dogs I used to have jumbo beef they took it out and put a small non beef hot dog taste horrible it was salty at the same price as a big jumbo beef dog that used to have not eating there no more so ripped off

We've had better chili dogs elsewhere. Too expensive and the French Fries have changed since our last visit. We used to go the Wienerschnitzel often - no more.

So i went to this location ordered a number one and three with raw onions and liquid cheese. My order was wrong i went back to have it replaced and it was made wrong again. I requested to have them made right with the liquid cheese and i was told something about using american cheese which didnt make sense because I ALWAYS ORDER MY HOT DOGS WITH LIQUID CHEESE. ONLY FOR THEM TO REPLACE IT FOR THE THIRD TIME WITH A COLD SLICE OF CHEESE. IM BEYOND ANNOYED. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS SO HARD ABOUT ADDING LIQUID CHEESE AND RAW ONIONS TO A HOT DOG. I appreciate the young lady that called her self helping. I didnt even try to have it fixed again just decided to leave a review.

I tried the pineapple/strawberry lemonade because it advertised real fruit. What actually happened was a scoop of srawberry mush and one of pineapple mush were dropped into the bottom of a cup and then covered with ice and lemonaid. That meant that when i tried to drink it, i got a strawful of fruit goop or lemonade but not really mixed. The fruit just sat on the bottom. It should have been stirred in or blended to make it drinkable. Very disappointed, especially since it was nesrly 4 bucks for a lemonade with goop on the bottom. Won't be ordering that again. I was also the only customer both inside or in the drive thru so there was plenty of time to make the drink and actually mix it.

The original ranch chicken schnitzel sandwich was the saddest thing I've ever seen. I was reminded of why I've only eaten hear twice in my life. This sandwich should have been 1.50, not 4.00. It tasted as depressing as it looks. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also not appetizing. I couldn't wait to leave. The chicken corn dog and the chocolate dipped soft serve cone were adequate, however, so I raise my one star review to two.

So the young girl didn't greet me when I walked in the door. I'm a business person and when someone comes lin the door, you greet them. Then, out loud she looks at the money I gave her and says, "I'm confused" I tell her how much change she should give me, and she says "I know, I see it" in a pretty shitty way. I ran customer service for 30 years and I would never hire her.

Paid $4.25 each for a beef chili cheese dog with mustard and onions. It was a mustard and onion dog. No chili... Just a tiny amount. Worst weinerschnitzel experience. Go to a different location.

Food was great. However, this place is inundated with homeless people using the bathrooms to bathe, panhandling customers, and loitering everywhere. Simply not a safe place to go.

I'll never eat there again and your sister used to be a good place to get a good hotdog they changed the meat in the hot dog is very poor doesn't even taste good at all it's nasty the only thing good there is two ice cream quality of meat tastes like dog food there is no quality anymore jumper. Very disappointed I used to have the giant hug hooks I ordered one today I had it 3 weeks ago it's a small hot dog like you can get at 99 Cent Store skin was dry and it was very salty I took one bite and gave it back. My money back they show the picture of the big beef talk which I used to love and replaced it was a cheap hot dog with the same price of a large jumbo hot dog beef they used to have walked in there to stay they had 10 buckets collecting water from ceiling leaking everywhere very poor maintenance of this building I sat next to a bucket dripping water from the ceiling as it was raining the ceiling leaked everywhere I was very disgusted I'll never go back there again

I understand hot dogs are steamed not over cooked but mines was still cold in middle of I wanted cold hot dog with chilli I could have made my own .... Maybe new staff but the pasted visits have never been disappointing untill now this use to be a must stop at least twice a week untill now a total waste of money we had to good to McDonald's because the food was unsatisfying

The food is good-who doesn't love weinerdude!! And the people that work there are great-it's the owner that's the problem. He yells at his employees in the dining room even going so far as to say things like " I can train you but I can't give you common sense!!" There is no excuse for that kind of behavior-especially from an owner!!! AND when I wanted to complain could I get a number to call? Nope! Not to be found anywhere!! There's no way I would give this pig a penny of my money!! No wonder it's always empty in there! I shouldn't have to witness or hear yelling (especially from an owner) when I go out somewhere and am a paying customer!!!

People can't follow instructions ... On 4/24/2020 @ approx 10:30 am - 12:00 pm. Case in point, I placed an order for (4) all beef relish dogs, and a medium drink. But what I received were (4) all beef (assumed) hot dogs with relish, mustard, and onions. I had to discard this order, because by the time I reached into the bag, I was about 10 miles away. I lost $13.63. The bad part about it, I'm a big rig truck driver, and had to walk up to the drive thru window to place my order. So, be careful about stopping !!!

Ordered a polish sandwich, they didn't have the rie bread, so I got it on hot dog bun, chill on the chill dog didn't taste like what I grew up with, just not sure what happened to wienerschnitzel but they need to change back to the old way.

Why are they CLOSED at 10:30 PM? Google Maps says they were closing at 11PM, Google Search says the same thing. There was NO REASON to be rude when telling customers that you’re closing EARLY. If it was cause of staff scheduling or too many staff “called out,” then politely say so. If your manager doesn’t know how to schedule staff for a hour past closing for clean up, then you need a new manager or your staff needs to understand that cause service stops at 11PM, clean up does not.
