Delicious, sweet, fluffy donuts 🍩

They have good donuts and coffee, they also have sandwiches which I didn't get so I can't say anything about them. The place was clean sparkling clean. Lots of tables and chairs with a viewing window that allows you to watch the process of making donuts. This place is a hell of a lot better then when I used to be a Assistant Manager of a Winchells that used to be on AV. J east side a couple of blocks east of Sierra Highway. I started working for Winchells, must have been around 1983 and at the Donut House located at 10th St. west and AV. I, back when it was a Winchells of course.

Went back in February while visiting California and specifically old places with my parents (mainly my dad) that we used to go and after not living in Lancaster or in California for almost 20 years the donuts were as good as I remembered and my wife and in-laws enjoyed them too.🍩🍩

Always was n always will be my favorite 😍. They always have every donut u cud hope for and their employees ❤️ are always friendly and helpful!! My only complaint... they're not enuf of them.🤣🤣🤣

I’ve had their donuts before and thoroughly enjoyed them but, I wanted to something more substantial. I ordered a toasted bagel with egg / cheese/ avocado, along with a cup of coffee. Definitely worth getting if you need something other than a quick bite.

Affordable and great quality, I’d recommend the Chicken Fillet with Jalapeño cheddar bagel 🤤 Very clean and the staff are very polite, worth a stop!

This Winchells staff is awesome and get an A++ for service and consistency with the quality of their desserts. I must say, their bacon Avocado cheese bagel is something to to die for. Trust.

My daughter and I stopped by Winchell the other day because if you grew up on their donuts you know the quality is one of a kind. The Winchell is always clean this experience was a 10 plus the gentlemen that help us was very friendly and made me smile and laugh all at the same time. He had a lot of patience we us it's always a hard job to pick from the yummy selection. We finally pick our donuts and he keep that smile and great humor throughout the whole transaction. Love great customer service when you find it we should always share with others. Many hat tips on this purchase of donuts and yes are divine as only Winchell taste "super yummy"

Classic donuts. Never go wrong with Winchell's! Not a bad location and service not too shabby.

My coworker and I went in to look at the donuts and discovered there was more there than just donuts they also have ice cream I think it might even been thrifty ice cream and they also have food and they make bagel sandwiches of all sorts. We ended up having a little bit of the ice cream it wasn't too bad it was pretty good! I would definitely go back and I definitely want to try one of those bagel sandwiches! They also had fresh fruit juice. Didn't have too much time to take in everything that they had, but they had quite a bit, it wasn't like the Winchell's donuts that I remember... it was better!

The quality of Winchell's Donuts has increased dramatically over the last two decades. Walter Winchell the reporter initially founded both Winchell's and Denny's restaurants. Although the quality has vastly improved the prices are actually a bit High compare two independent donut stores. For instance an old-fashioned chocolate iced donut will cost you a dollar 50 or higher. Most independent donut stores in town cost $0.75 to $0.85. Winchell's Donuts are actually very good but I can't get over the pricing. The Staffing at the store are very kind and courteous as well as helpful.

It is a good spot. The only issue I have is their Raspado Guava flavor. Not sure who prepares the flavoring but it has bunch of seeds. Those seeds are hard. Bite on the ice and bam, your teeth hurt cause it had a seed. They need to fix that asap. On the other hand, it has a good flavor. Just those darn seeds.

The Donuts are excellent and the selection is great. Service suffers slightly from the staff being non fluent in English. I would definitely make another visit, and I may have to brush up on my Spanish.

Donut selection is slim. Not too many options to choose from giving its a donut place, I would expect more variety. This is not the place to get a dozen donuts since you will be forced to pick several 3 of the same kind to make it a dozen.

Let me stand in the store for 15 minutes while they served other and when it came time for me to order they said no because I had no mask. I examined I had pneumonia and lacked oxygen even had the hospitals note, they still said no. Makes no sense I can stand in the store but not order.

The service was amazing! Same goes with the quality of the food. However, as soon as I walked into the donut shop the restroom smell hit me. It’s a horrendous and hard to ignore smell. Reason been why I changed my opinion on dinning in and rather took out.

They ran out of what I wanted but that probably because I went at such a late hour, everything was still really tasty

They gave me a tiny dolopd of whipped cream on my drink, they couldn't remember our simple order of one breakfast sandwich and burrito, they made my boyfriend's order wrong, didn't offer their best service. Im very dissapointed, they weren't busy believe me, I work in the food industry and they could have done way better. Don't come here if you expect good service and good food.

Very nice people but Not the best donuts. I've gotten donuts that weren't fully baked and I could taste the unbaked dough which tastes disgusting. Mom and pops donut shops are much better and cheaper

And even though they’re open 24 hours, they don’t serve 24 hours. So you’re lucky if they have what you want at the time you go in assuming they’ll even serve it to you because from what I understand, they won’t make anything that isn’t already made so no sandwiches no bagels nothing but whatever donuts they have there at that moment and they don’t seem to make donuts until later in the morning like around 4 to 5 if you’re lucky. Have to say that when it comes to the employees it’s pretty unnerving to have the employees scowl at you such as if you’re bothering them by coming in it’s very disappointing. I used to go here quite a bit during the day but coming here at a different time has completely ruined my experience. Makes me really appreciate when a place is run by good staff.

Extremely disgusted this morning that the front cashier lady was handling money and then handling food with the SAME GLOVES. WILL NOT be returning to this winchells that is just absolutely unsanitary.

Wasted my whole lunch........change your hr.from 24hr. Closed from 3-4am so people don't count on getting coffee on their lunch break and end up driving around having to find somewhere else to get some coffee because 24 hours Winchell's is closed till 4:00 a.m. thank you

It was an older hispanic worker with the worst attitude. No donuts were there. The place was a mess, and all the customers had to turn around because there were no donuts . When shift changes, at 1 a.m. is the best time to go because that's the only time it's fresh donuts, and the crew is welcoming.

The lady who helped me didn't speak english and double charged me, I knew the price was wrong and told her I was not going to pay $13 for 2 small basic and weak cups of coffee and two plain donuts. Another employee quickly fixed the situation, but to be honest the experience was already ruined for me. Sweetie Pies has been and will remain to be my go to place for donuts.

Carrot muffin was hard maybe 3 days old, brownie was not like any brownie I ever tasted and cinnamon rolls was day old. Will not visit them again.

This place use to be good, but now they have no customer service, you ask for one doughnut and they get bother if the one they got is not the one you ask, but they have to understand that their products have no names so is hard to be pointing, and onother thing is that " They have the music super loud!!!" And they can't hear you what you asking for,.. they are so many employees but I see no organization, the produc is empty, few employees are nice, but some have no customer service maners...

As we were choosing our donuts, we chose three large size twist donuts, and he said those were $.50 extra when we went to the cash register he charged us $23.49. Now let’s do the math $17.99 + $.50 times 3+10.75% tax equals $21.48. I’m uploading a picture and a video of our box of donuts and in the picture you’ll see the donuts were all regular size except for three. If this is the type of business, you guys are running at this donut shop. Well you just lost a new customer. Consumers beware that they’re dishonest people working at the donut shop. And also by the way, the place was very unclean. The man’s apron was dirty. I really was going to turn around and leave. I’m disgusted by my entire experience tonight I really want to throw my donuts in the trash. Also my picture looks like the circle donuts are large, no they’re regular size and the man told us only those large twist was $.50 extra.

Pictures on the door which was hard to see as the picture was more noticeable from the outside, the drink was horrible! Sign said must have receipt and item for a refund which I did not get back! I left the 2 drinks on the counter and walked out I will not be going back! Horrible customer service!!!
