A beautiful afternoon was enjoyed by all who attended the Women's Guild Armenian Christmas Party hosted by the St. Peter Women's Guild today at the The Parc at Trilogy complete with a festive atmosphere, delicious food and wonderful service.
I was quite surprised to find this fantastic restaurant attached my to hotel. Hotel restaurants are usually a miss. This spot is not. Excellent scratch made food. Kind and conversational staff. A small, but good selection of beer, whiskey and other spirits. The menu is limited, but I ate here three times in a week and found something good each night as they rotate the menu. I wouldn’t even have to be staying at the hotel to come back here if I was local. I’d even bring a date here if I was.

Hidden Gem, great spot for drinks
Work event, great apps, drinks and buffet! Food was excellent!
Great modern hotel room, breakfast decent nothing fancy
Interesting (in a good way) food and nicely offbeat in its decor and service.
Great food! Great staff!
Food is excellent and service too.
Xcellent food and great service. A real keeper.
Wonderful staff. Great for a private party.
Great food, great staff, great environment!
Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere!
Leanne was amazing as always!
Delicious and great service!
The food and service was excellent 👍
Clean, comfortable, and prompt service
Whether you are coming or going! It’s a great spot for travelers!
Another great meal at this excellent hotel restaurant! The wagyu burger is outstanding
Ribs melt in your mouth. Delicious food and wonderful wait staff. Will return and recommend to friends.
Went to a memorial service there. They served some nice finger foods an it was very good.. Service was good!! And it was nice an clean..
Leanne was great! Very welcoming & gave great food recommendations.
Had a wonderful time and good food. Waitstaff were very helpful and friendly.
Great hotel/restaurant. Really a step up in the Hilton chain.
I was there for a very late breakfast. Only a couple other people there. Good food and good prices.
They offer a truly bistro style menu with regular unique specials that make return visits mandatory.
Johanne takes great care of customers at The Parc. Thank you!
Excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere. We will return!
I love when Leaann is working. So cheerful and bright light to the establishment.
A classy place. Top notch ingredients. All fresh. Good staff too.
Leanne is the best, she always knows when it's Miller Time
Food was excellent. Staff was super friendly
Good service, interesting menu, decent rotating beer selection. Upscale atmosphere and upscale prices. All around great place to eat and drink if you don't mind spending a few extra bucks.
Great service. Amazing food. Charming atmosphere. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Might I recommend their popular Hawaiian Mac and Cheese, incredible!
Leanne was awesome. Very attentive, professional & UPBEAT! Patti hustled her butt off! Made it a very nice atmosphere
Leanne was the best bartender and server. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and always welcomed us back.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hours aren't posted but it's open 6 to 10 and there's a buffet on weekends in August. Jodie, our server was great.
I did not get to eat here but visited. Place is beautiful and the Christmas decorations are gorgeous. Very friendly staff and a great overall vibe.
The food at Blu Stone Bistro is always amazing. I've been there many times and it's always an amazing evening. The Tuna is always fantastic and the staff are great!
Had breakfast here. Had an omelet, home fries and toast. The presentation was very nice. Food was hot and good , coffee great and staff was very nice.
Great food. Beet salad was delicious. Beer was super cold AND service was friendly and prompt which is getting harder to find.
Lovely dinner with a group of 40. Great breakfast that day too. Adjacent to the Indigo hotel. Super convenient to the airport.
Wonderful, atmosphere was perfect, staff accommodating and professional, appetizers and meal delicious. Will definitely return.
The food is excellent. The restaurant has a great ambiance and the staff is wonderful!
One of the diverse menu's I have seen at a hotel restaurant. The habanero shrimp were grilled perfectly firm but still moist. The hotel needs to step up its game to match the blue stone bistro. Oh by the way very reasonable prices.
Small restaurant within the Hotel Trilogy. Sat at the bar for dinner after checking in. My dining companion and I decided to split two dishes for our meal. We shared the California flatbread and an order of Wagyu beef sliders. Both were excellent, especially the flatbread. Wish I had the bartender's name to give her a shoutout; excellent and efficient service. Would definitely consider having dinner again at The Parc with or without a hotel stay.
Really unique small restaurant. Excellent quality with some special flavor and dish for each day. Price are worth for it's quality and service. Been here fews time since last year. Every time comes in gives me a surprise on the dish. Try New York steaks which are not on it daily menu.
Leanne has always been very professional and effective while serving everyone. She always makes everyone feel like they are old friends. This is important when your either on vacation or traveling for business.
We loved everything we ordered. The wait-staff was friendly and helpful, bringing us extra balsamic vinegar and fresh baked rolls to go with the seasoned butter, and hummus dip. I ordered the stacked roasted beets with Chevre cheese and arugula with a honey vinaigrette. My husband had the burger, made from filet and Porterhouse steaks. Yummy. I especially enjoyed the french fries. We also had a bowl of the beans and greens with Italian sausage. I will try to make that at home, it was so good. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend it especially since they serve locally harvested foods.
I ate here for breakfast and would highly recommend this as a breakfast choice. Fresh vegetables in my scramble (ordered off menu) - the owner topped off my freshly brewed coffee and the most expensive thing on the menu is $9. So many places say they are farm to table - I think this place really might be! Highly recommend!
Just left Valentines dinner and it was great .so good I’m doing this review immediately before I forget lol . We had late reservations , our food wasn’t rushed or messed up and we were not rushed out . It was a great experience good customer service and the food amazing not one complaint!

I stay at the hotel connected to this restaurant often for work. I always eat breakfast here, and sometimes dinner. I’ve always enjoyed the food, but the morning hours do have slow service. Evening service has always been efficient. Everyone is super friendly here as well.
A very quaint and trendy bistro. The food is fantastic. The drinks are tasty and the service is impeccable. The decor is tasteful and trendy. I came for cocktails and tapas with friends and was not disappointed. The shrimp cocktail consisted of plump and flavorful shrimp. They did not taste like the defrosted shrimp that is the usual fare at other establishments. They were fresh, plump and full of flavor. they also had a Tina tar tar that is the most delicious thing I have experienced in a lifetime. Skewers of beef teriyaki were available. They were flavorful and tender and didn't have that overpowering taste that items marinated in teriyaki can possess. They were wonderful. Dirty vodka martinis made with top shelf vodka helped to balance out a perfect evening with friends. Definitely a great place for the mature and adventurous or the millennial looking for a trendy hip place to have a bite and a drink. A must experience for the adventurous grown up.
It is a short menu, but what the have is generally good. In the fork and knife part of the menu, when they say small, they mean it. I got the chicken breast, then ordered the flatbread because the small was, in fact, small. It was, however, very good and perfectly spiced.
We stopped on the way home from Montreal. I didn’t expect much but food was actually very good. Zucchini pasta was excellent.

Good food and convenient if you just landed at Albany.
Had a very good dinner there and would go back.
Trendy, chic... nice. Good food. Nice little getaway spot
Short Ribs very nice, and very tender. C
Food is great, price is on the high side but worth it
Very nice place to have lunch or dinner. The meal was great.
It's a nice place to hang after work or with clients. Good food. The decor is pretty swanky. ☺😀
My hands down favorite dish they serve is the short rib dinner with polenta. I like that they serve it in two sizes.
Service was great, food was nicely presented, but atmosphere was very odd.
Good food, great service, just reserve a table booth ahead of time.
Good service and food taste. Can improve on the beer selections they offer
Food was good. Great place for large parties. Beet Salad was great.
Cool place. They've done some renovations that make it cozier and a great location. Stay tuned for more from there
Food was definitely good--I got the short rib and parmesan truffle fries--but the prices are too high. $45 after tip for only that! I was staying at the hotel attached to it so it was convenient, but too expensive to go back again.
Good food. Chef does use local ingredients and also every layer of food is seasoned well. Small cozy but not very formal setting.
It's clean and everyone is very nice. I wouldn't do brunch there but every other time I've gone the food has been very good.
I had a nice meal and a good double IPA. They had a few good NYS beer selections. I recommend giving them a try.
Had a nice drink and some great appetizers at Blu Stone. Nice event room in the back, as well. We'll be going back soon for sure.
Had a small private event here with small plates followed by a 3 course meal. Some excellent gluten-free options including gluten-free (AND non gluten-free pizzas/flatbreads and a delicious flourless chocolate cake. The event also included an open bar which was a little sparse on the drink offerings however there we some good beers on tap.
Attended a happy hour teachers gathering. Bar tender was awesome. Starter foods were great. Only gave it a 4 because I didn't have dinner or stayed in the hotel. We were a private party and just anyone couldn't walk in to order a drink however the bar tender did accommodate a few people that were not in our party.
I was here for a conference and we were served breakfast. Standard fare, but all itemds I tried were tasty and the workers were very friendly. I'd come back for a simple meal

Ok restaurant right next to the hotel. Service was good for both dinner and breakfast but not exceptional. I found the prices for dinner to be a little bit on the expensive side. Wide variety of beers, some local, some not, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all worth it if you’re staying in the hotel

Good food but a tad expensive.
Very short menu for Sunday dinner.
Atmosphere was excellent, but food wasn't that great.
Food was was bland. Definitely not great especially when compared to other restaurants in the area. Service was good. Drinks were fine
It's changed. Still very good food, but used to have a much more extensive menu and better ambience. Staff friendly, but amateurish.
Host was hanging around the kitchen for a while and we waited, it took a good while until she came out to sit us. We were seated got darker and we found ourselves below some strong light, we asked to be turned off and sadly they did turn off for a couple of minutes until they turned it back on and didnt even had the courtesy to dim the light as we had said it was bothering us. No drink menu, how can you try to be upscale ish and not have a drink menu with signature cocktails The space is very nice and the decor is pretty good. I just felt that the place was little too cold as it is fall right now and I was pretty cold in there. Seems like the photos I see here are very mixed with items that are not in the menu. They do have daily specials and I think they just changed their menu. SEA FOOD CHOWDER - I cannot explain how amazed I am with this soup. Sadly with soup of the day u cannot plan going to a place to try the item and that makes me sad cause I think everyone should try this rich flavored and sea food chunky soup, even the amount of potatoes in it didnt bother me. Pretty amazed with this soup. PARMESAN TRUFLE FRIES- this is a side and we got as the appetizer and the serving was very impressive. It definitely has an appetizer size to it I'm was pleased, a little oily but very tasty. I could taste that it was not a frozen pack of fries they were fresh cut for sure. The truffle flavor was lacking a bit though. CALIFORNIA FLAT BREAD- the toppings really sounded very interesting and all but the flavor was not up to par. the crust was dry and tasteless and a bit too oily. the overall truffle claims were just claims as I did not taste much of the truffle oil which let me down cause I love me some ruffle. I was disappointed with this flatbread. as I looked on yelp for the most popular meals here I noticed that they do have a lot of changes very often on the menu, although that is a cool thing that keeps the restaurant innovative and you have that never know what to expect factor, also comes with the negative of people who comes here for the first time like myself have somewhat a hard time to figure what to try and if the meals here are consistently good. In my opinion the inconsistency on the menu items can be a bit detrimental to the places specially for people who likes to research about the food encounter before coming in, this was basically a blind sweep as the menu items are not really well represented on the app. They should stick with the items on the menu for a little while to at least make people come in for their food rockstar plates and not for a guessing game. overall it was ok but I was not impressed.

Service is horrible, food cold. Received wrong drink order twice.
Overpriced food, limited vegetarian options
Needed a note on my drive and expected to pay more for better quality. I paid fine dining prices for a meal that was less than so. The salad tasted like nothing, the crab cake was disappointing. I ordered the special filet medium rare and received a medium well piece of rubber. If you’re looking for a bad meal this is your spot. The waitress was great on the other hand. She gets the 2nd star.
Don’t eat the chicken wings. I ordered them and instantly knew something was off. Less than an hour later, I was sicker than ever. Giving this two starts because the bartender was lovely and the flatbread and beer were both good.

I give this one star because it would not let me give no stars.
Poor service, food was okay, better places to eat near by.
Prior to the menu switch the blue stone was a great restaurant ,now it's so so miss the old blue stone.Staff is very friendly.
Ruined our Valentine's Day. The service was excruciatingly slow... We were there for 2 hours. The food was good but barely warm by the time it made it to the table. We never received the soup and it was sent home with us. Very disappointed.
Food is overpriced for what it is. Waited an hour for our food when we were told 25-30 minutes. No apologies. On top of that our bill was screwed up and we had to waste more of our time emailing with them after our stay to get it right. Will not be dining here again.
Dissapointing! 40$ for 2 plates of scrambled eggs. No menu. Worse, the workers did not communicate there was no menu, that the teeny buffet was being put away, and that they were closing 20 minutes from our arrival. Although, I don't find this odd for the Albany area.
Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Had a 4 course meal as part of Valentines Day menu that they forgot we never even got one of the courses until we reminded them. Would not recommend.
We we’re staying at the hotel, upon check in we were told that the restaurant was open until 10. At 8:35 I called down to place an order and the very rude woman simply said “the kitchen is closed” and hung up. I then called the front desk to ask and the man on the phone informed me that it’s only open until ten Monday-Friday and then he said “On Saturday they close... um... “ and paused apparently to check the time “around 8:30”. I then checked the website and it said that they didn’t close until 9.
Why list a business phone number if you never answer it? Would be more efficient and save time if customers were able to actually place a phone order instead of coming in person...
Went for breakfast. This was truly the worst dining experience I've ever had. It was the perfect combination of terrible food and terrible service. I'm not even sure where to start, but let's go with the food. How do to screw up scrambled eggs? Let them sit in the pan for a good 5 minutes after they are done. There was a thick crust on the bottom and around the edge. Mmmm, appetizing. Also, do you like pepper indiscriminately poured on top of everything? Even your bagel? This is your place. And that's ignoring the fact that even the food that was right was just downright awful and cold. Another order for our friend came out as a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on English muffin. But the order had been a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Oh, and this was after the waitress told us they were out of sausage. When dropping the food off, the waitress shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know what's going on in there this morning" and then walked away. If you like beverages, order then all up front, because the wait staff doesn't come by to refill even water. Even when you specifically ask for it and wait for 45 minutes. Normally you'd speak up and say "where's my water", but we actually never saw our waitress near our table again. Oh, but we did actually physically see her, because we saw her slip in a recently mopped area. Now a normal person's reaction to seeing a co-worker fall like that would be to make sure they are OK. But no, our waitress' colleague began to berate her in front of the entire restaurant, yelling "WHAT DID I TELL YOU?! WHAT DID I TELL YOU?!". Always good to have the support of those you with with. Our waitress quit on the spot. At least we got a show with our terrible food.
Definitely not worth the money. My rare steak was served medium well. I had a beer, salad, steak and with tip my bill came to 60 bucks. The steaks I cook at home are better. Avoid. (This is a review of Blu Stone Bistro which google has at the same location, and I ate there only three or four weeks ago)
FOX news was in all 3 TVs here both mornings at breakfast and in the evening. Felt very discriminatory and hostile. As a public business at least try to offer something for both sides. I’ll never stay here again.
