My waitress made the experience worth it. I know it's a hooters, so there's certain attributes that are know about the establishment. But she was actually one of the sweetest waitresses I've ever had in all my restaurant experiences. The food wasn't bad. Not a five star rating but decent enough I'd go back again.

Although it can be a little loud inside at times, the atmosphere is usually pretty lively. Service is great and the food is amazing here. If you're a fan of spicy, I definitely recommend trying any of the different wing sauces all the way up to the hottest they have and believe me you won't be disappointed.

We just went on a road Trip and decided to go an hour and a half to this Hooters in Albany. They NEVER disappoint. We were very happy with the service and of course the food!

Stopped in for a bite to eat and a drink. The food was good, and the service was outstanding. I never waited for a drink or anything else. The bartender Maddie was excellent, and attentive to all the guests. She was a fine example of everything customer service should be.

First time I’ve been to this place in years. We got called out for work early, but the waitress didn’t miss a beat and got us our food and check in a very timely manner. Wings were delicious. May talk her into going again!

Updated review: I've been going to this Hooter's for years and last night 10/30/24 it was the most ridiculous experience ever! My husband and I specifically went to watch the World Series pre-game and have some wings. I don't know who this manager is now but not the professional, nice and accommodating manager we had there in the past. We had asked the waitress if they could turn at least one of the TV's near us to the pre-game (it's a "sports bar"...cmon)! The waitress went to ask this so called manager and his reply was when he "decided" to turn the channel, when the game started it wouldn't be available on the TV near us and she explained she was very sorry and apologized over and over but and explained he yelled and was very short with her and she seemed very fearful to push the issue. To sum it up.....we won't be back till that jerk is gone!!!!

I stopped in to get some breaded medium wings (all flats), and a few beers, and had a great experience. The bartender (I think her name was Rachel) was very friendly and checked back frequently to see if I needed anything. The wings were delicious!!! I love those wings because they're fresh, made to order, and really juicy and tender.

Their fries and wings are famous and for a reason. Those were amazing. I fell in love with the dip sauce. Service was smooth, not much waiting and the ladies were super nice. We also got the 2 patty beef burger. It was not bad. I couldn't finish the burger fully, but my friend did. So, just a heads up for how much you should order, as their burgers are really filling.

She truly made the night memorable with her friendly and attentive service. Katniss was not only quick with our drinks, but she also took the time to chat and ensure everyone was having a great time. Her vibrant personality and excellent customer service skills made her stand out. If you’re stopping by, make sure to grab a seat at the bar with Katniss – you won’t be disappointed!

8-22-24, the two of us enjoyed the chicken tenders and curly fries with a couple of Coors light beers. Maria was our fine bartender. A good crowd on a Thursday afternoon. I highly recommend patronizing this bar.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch today as we often do and we had Katie as our server. Amazing service! Hope that you are seated in her section. Very friendly and quick! She made a good experience great!

I went to hooters today and had Kaitlyn as my server. I will confidently say that if every server was like her- hooters would not have ever had any financial issues! She was engaging, attentive and was running around working her butt off! I also observed Nick (who I think was the manager) helping out bussing and cleaning tables which is quite refreshing to see, as I often see managers letting their team drown. I was hesitant to come here as some hooters have been hit or miss as of late but I would say this one was totally a hit. I would for sure come back if I am staying in Albany again!

Went for the Royal Rumble watch party yesterday, and had a very nice time. Unfortunately there were a couple guys who left without paying, but that’s no reflection of this place. The food was pretty good, and I can’t say enough about the service of Carolina. She was very attentive, and friendly. Never felt rushed, and even sat down at our table, and talked for a few! Definitely would recommend whether going as a family, or even yourself!

The food was fantastic, they are incredibly busy this evening! Mackenzie our waitress is absolutely wonderful and on point. Celebrating my friend Jamie's 33 Birthday dinner. I had a exquisite Grilled Chicken in Jamaican jerk rub, jalapenos, mushroom, onions, tomatos on toasted brioche washed down with lemon water. My friends all had honey chipotle, garlic Parm and naked wings nachos or fries all of which that I sampled were delicious. They all washed theirs down with beer, twisted tea or shots of their choice.

I ordered wings (which were good) and my fiance got a build your own burger (also good) but the fries were cold and service was... Ditzy and forgetful. On the up side wings were brought out quickly. Update we went again again on Wednesday for all you can eat wings and the service was much better despite it being much busier than Sunday. Not sure what happened Sunday but I am giving 4 out of 5 instead of 3. Also wings and food is brought out crazy fast.

Pricey wings still even though price of wings has come down since COVID. But they were good. Burgers were average. Bathroom was a mess but they were busy and I'm sure it wasn't a priority at that point. Our server was awesome though. Polite, helpful and friendly.

I took my nephew there for his 17th Birthday and our waitress was sweet. My nephew wanted chicken wings and has never been. My nephew is shy and doesn't talk to much around people especially females because he gets nervous. At the end of our meal (which was very good) our waitress brought him a piece of cake and asked to take a photo with him and it made him so happy. It really was a pretty good experience all the way. It was clean, service was great and again the chicken wings were REALLY good!

They were out of many menu items which was a bummer. The wings were good but not as good as I had hoped. Our server was great and made super helpful suggestions.

Love this place and staff. It's so close to our place. Pickup orders are generally very fast than dine one but ambiance of the place and hospitality of the staff is definitely a scoring point to get more customers for dine in. We love their "Spicy Garlic wings". For us that is our favorite food there compared to their other options. Managers are also very friendly and responsible. Very welcoming place.

Service was great and food was delicious! They have outdoor accomodations that were a perfect way to social distance during the pandemic and still enjoy Hooters food. Unfortunately, being outside means you get half the Hooters experience. Could use an outdoor TV for sports.

Hooters has changed over time. No merch for sale, menu doesn't offer a single burger for smaller customers. Only 2 staff on the floor very pretty and attentive but needed more help to keep flow for patrons

Always a great time at Hooters. Good bar and cheerful staff. Nice place to meet up with friends or just for a quick nightcap. I was exceptionally pleased on my last visit. My host and bartenders are always more than amazing. The food was on point! I am not a fan of seafood but devoured a tasty plate of crab legs. Service was good except when I noticed there was a 4 minute period where not a single server or bartender was in site. The fries I got weren't cooked all the way and the smoked wings had parts so chewy it hurt. When the server was around, she was awesome Meghan I think her name was.

Beer was great. Part of our food came out. Had to ask about the rest and it followed a few minutes later. Burger came out overcooked to where you could peel off sections. They took it back and cooked a fresh one with no issues.

Not my kinda place, but if you are a fan of wings, beer, heavy high calorie food, sports on tv, and scantily clad lady servers, it fits the bill. Wish I had ordered chocolate cake.

Food was Trash. Very forgettable I'd rather go to a local bar and get better quality food. The service was very good. Our server Sophia was a delight. However the food was BASURA I wouldn't come back. The wing sauce was so generic and bottled it was gross.

Had a bad experience. Servers were very nice but it took 40 minutes to get an order of wings and they weren't done the way they were ordered. Beer selection was terrible with Guiness being the only dark available. And there was a local radio personality there doing trivia incredibly loudly on a bad sound system and encouraging people to shout their answers to him. And when I tried to cash out and leave it took nearly 15 minutes for someone at the bar to acknowledge me. Would probably never go here again.

The food was awful its nothing like Hooters used to be. I got the original Spicy chicken sandwiche. It tasted like it was just a frozen pre cooked piece of chicken that was fried for a could minutes. The breading was not crispy AT ALLL . The chicken was half the very small, half the size of the bun. You can get bigger sandwiches than that from chick filet or wendys. Three sandwiche was also cold. Also ordered the chicken wings they were OK but some of them were raw. I definitely miss how good the food used to be.

This is Literally the most depressing hoots in the country. Went to the Albany location recently and wow bad bad bad service! The girls don’t interact with any of the customers. The bartender left for about 20 minutes somewhere in the back. People couldn’t find their waitress it was bizarre. Girls put a smile on your face, appreciate your customers maybe even talk for a few minutes and you’d make larger tips for sure. One guy sitting next to me said it’s usually like that where you are lucky to get a hello from most of the girls lol. One table said they waited about 15 plus minutes just to get a drink and there were only 12 people in the entire restaurant. Don’t waste your money on this joint.

We had a bad experience with manager Shawn. His behavior is rude and not respectful to customers. He run the check twice and never payback the amount paid twice. Today he said you should not come to the restaurant again. How bad this is and this not the first time with this stupid guy.

Hooters going down hill, soon there won't be any left, I have to drive 90 miles to a hooters to get a girl to take order, bring order, bring check. Mediocre at best. Food was meh, overcooked burger, wings were bland and everything was cold, probably sitting under inefficient heat lamp for quite sometime. Service was slow, obviously understaffed as it seemed only one waitress and one bartender for a fairly busy lunch time visit. Atmosphere was bleek! Came to watch basketball tournament game no sound. Kinda let down my friend as I raved about Hooters wings to only disappoint.

Absolutely dreadful food. Boneless wings tasted like rubber and the fries lacked taste and were cold. Everyone's food was bad, boned wings were barely cooked and the Miller light beer wasn't great (tasted stale). Waitress was very nice but many of them stayed huddled around the kitchen and there was no food check in. We had to send back a whole order of wings because of how bad they were. I got medium buffalo and there was 0 spiciness!! Hooters used to be halfway decent food, but seeing how bad it was no wonder why the restaurant was empty on a Saturday evening at 730pm and NFL playoffs were on!!! Also, the high stools will kill your back, super uncomfortable. I chose to stand most of the time that we were there!

The service was excellent. Our server, Abby, was right on top of everything. She had a great personality and took amazing care of our party. Food was not good at all. Philly cheese steak sandwich was all dried out, roll was soggy and barely any cheese. Cole slaw tasted like an old fridge. The best part of the meal was the mozzarella sticks. I won't return. Not impressed at all.

Thursday July 11th at 6:30pm I was the only woman guest in the building. I wasn’t greeted in a timely manor by the staff. While I was patiently waiting to get noticed I observed women bartenders flirting with men at the bar and I had to wait for service because I wasn’t a man they could take money from. My food which was to go, was thrown into the to go box. My nachos were only chips and chicken that wasn’t even shredded. The chef didn’t know the recipe I’m guessing since I literally only had chips and blocks of chicken! My mini sliders were burnt and tossed into the box and were not even inside the buns. The hamburger buns were on the side and hard as a rock. The wings were fine. To spend $62 in an establishment and the service and food were horrible is disappointing. I got the teaser slider combo with a cost of $15 for 2 chicken tenders and 2 tablespoons of hamburger meat. In this economy that is appalling!!! My tenders that were tossed in honey bbq had a strong stench of old oil. I think it’s time to change the oil inside your fryers. The most mind boggling part was the woman manager with the black shirt on and glasses was in the kitchen cooking on the line. How could this food creep right past her? Must not have high expectations. The bar is small, and the restaurant was not over crowded or at capacity during this time of service. Do better. Also, please take allergens more serious. I asked twice to be sure the kitchen knew we had a shellfish allergen. The printed ticket did not state any notes on it that pertained to this. My husband was afraid he was going to die eating every bite but wasn’t wasting $62!!! I would have called to complain instead of a review, but after calling 5 times with no answer….here we are. Don’t eat here if you’re looking for a meal that is worth spending your hard earned money. The LAST time Hooters will get my business. ✌🏻

Waitress was really nice. Everything I ordered wasn’t available came here several months ago and it was the same issue. I guess I did not learn from the first time. There smoker is broke was same problem several months ago. Left without eating. Suggest skipping this establishment.

Denasia was our waitress and barely paid any attention to us until we were trying to get the attention of a different waitress or the manager our food came out wrong and she didn’t bother asking how it was supposed to be before she went back to go get it replaced we came there for drinks and food and only left with half of our food eaten and only one drink because she took so long to get the first one. Our bill came out to $80 because we were charged for things that we didn’t even know we were being charged for. I feel like if you’re gonna charge extra for sauces or for veggies or any type of little sides that’s fine but I think that you should also verbally let somebody know that it’s an extra up charge, she didn’t provide us a good greeting. She did not make sure that we were taken care of. She came over only when she saw us looking for someone all the way on the other side of the bar where we couldn’t find her. We did not get the hooters greeting and the food.

Terrible experience at this franchise tonight. I have an allergy to eggs and cannot eat anything containing mayonnaise so I specifically ask for no ranch or blue cheese dressing for my wings. Look what appeared on my plate ... It took the waitress 15 minutes to return to our table by then we were out of time and needed to go. Manager refused to give us a receipt and ignored our request to pay for the food that was eaten. Literally walked away from us while we were still talking. Sat for 30 minutes with my child and wasnt even acknowledged. When i asked the waitress who was my waitress, she said NOTHING AND WALKED AWAY!!! Whoever was working tonight 7/29/25, short brown hair should absolutely be fired. I will never come back ever again. I never write bad reviews either, what a waste of time sitting here.

Dude... apparently there's a difference between garlic parmesan and parmesan garlic. Garlic parm is the delicious sauce that many people love. Parmesan garlic is the most disgusting sauce I've ever had on wings. I could have dealt with it if the wings weren't dripping in it. I kid you not, it was like someone poured soup all over the wings. It was so bad I had to scrape it off, and I am not exaggerating. After, my husband told me that I'm a better person than he because he would not have eaten it. I just don't understand how you can mess up wing sauce this badly. Server was nice and it was a good place to watch football, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't worried about my stomach later...
