Ate at Chili’s in League City yesterday and throughly enjoyed our time there. The food was fantastic, the service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean and great atmosphere. We will definitely be returning and recommending everyone try it out!

We stopped in starving after being at a car dealership all day and stopped in for what we were hoping was a quick bite as we still had things to do. Gracie was an absolute amazing server and got us in and out very quickly, which was our exact need. The food was excellent. Some of the menu items we loved (dry rub ribs) were no longer an option but she was very kind in her explanation and understanding. We do not come here often but next time we do, we will definitely stop in and try to grab the same server.

I'm so easily influenced by what I see online, but this for certain was 100% worth it! The triple dipper is a pretty good value deal for incredible quality food! I absolutely loved my server Gracie (Gracie with an i-e ❤️)!! My wife and I wanted to go out for a simple date night so we chose chili's, Gracie was taking another tables order when we sat down but wasted no time in turning around to greet us with the most contagious cheerful attitude ive ever seen and informed us she would be with us momentarily. While Gracie worked with the other table we made our decisions on what we wanted to order. When Gracie came to our table she again greeted us and introduced herself, we all laughed and joke while the order was being placed. Throughout the duration of our meal Gracie never once let our drinks go empty it seemed like as soon as our cups were empty she was coming up to the table with a smile, her bubbly attitude and a fresh drink. The whole experience tonight was made a billion times better with Gracie as our server. Gracie very quickly made this particular Chili's location our new favorite place. Overall a solid Chilli's restaurant. We just ordered the Triple Dipper for about $13.00. The plate came with 4 Mozzerella cheese sticks and 3 sweet chipotele chicken strips. The food was okay overall. I felt maybe the mozzarella sticks could have been heated more as they weren't as melty or had as great of a cheese Pull as I would have liked. The chicken strips were fairly good. Crispy and tender. We got a bowl of salsa and chips, which came with quite a large amount of nachos. Server and environment were fairly nice.

Food is always the same. The family wanted to eat here. I'm not a fan of chili's. They have great service however the food is the same. In my opinion the food is not fresh. Seems always frozen.

Drinks and fried food is the only things worth going here for. The potato soup was watery. The ranch was also runny. I ordered the lunch special and never got my chips and salsa. Pasta was very salty.

We went January 10th around 5pm. The service was incredible we had a really attentive server which made the experience worthwhile. Their chicken crispers are the same as they’ve always been. Crispy , but bland. The guacamole was served fresh which is a plus. The mozzarella sticks need work. It’s a block of cheese , a literal block, I can’t see any mozzarella stick enthusiasts enjoying that. You could make 6 mozz sticks with the amount of 2 that are served with the triple dipper.

I used to think the food at Chilli's was good. I see why this restaurant was almost empty. The food was nothing like I remembered it. I wii not be going to a Chilli's again any time soon.

Started off with asking about the craft beer which the menu says to do. Waiter tried to look at menu and see what they offered. Then after I explained that the craft beer isn’t on the menu, he went to the bar, came back and told me they didn't have any. Skillet queso reminded me of wolf brand chili and the salsa was like ketchup. Also ordered a flamingo margarita that sat at the bar for a while (heard waiter and bartender arguing about it being there for so long that it unfroze and they blamed it on each other). The Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were sub par also. Have had them at other Chili's and were great.

Has definitely gone down hill but I don't think this location is at fault just chili's as a whole. Staff was great and on it very helpful and great service. Just food was not great.

Staff is usually friendly ,a Few are great and know how to handle a table no matter what the size but most are just ok. You could get a server who takes 55 min. To bring a refill or a server who is more interested in joining the 7 other staff members watching the game on the Tvs while guests needs are put aside. Store is not always clean and up kept but I have truly been in worse so I rate this particular establishment after 15 visits a 3... Sorry! True . Will re-review later for improvements /Faults.. As promised and updated review. Had the displeasure of dinning here just this last Sunday night 3/1/2026 store was the usual busy for that time of day (5 pm) brought 2 guests with to talk business and other while watching the pool game on the TV. Staff seemed adequate but short on servers this evening. I went out of my usual and ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and chips quest and the dip trio.. the dip trio and pan quest were good decent at least have had bad befor but they were decent. My guests ordered the sirloin 6oz and the crispers.. the chicken crisper were grossly overbattered and fried to a rubberized consistency, the steak a 6oz supposed to be well done was more than well done it was a brick that the guest found very unsatisfying and as she said tastes horrible but I can't say as I did jot try so will take her opinion on the matter. The Swiss burger must have been flash cooked as the entire edges were cooked but the entire center was Blood Raw in fact it was so distasteful I actually lost my dinner upon getting to my vehicle I had to run to the bushes behind to release the uncontrollable flow. Back to the meal.. the waiter actually caught it right as I did and said he'd send over the manager. When the manager came over he did not even introduce himself or announce he was the manager he just said What you don't want me to remake that for you big man. I unfortunately already felt ill from the burger and the thought of another made me uncomfortable so I said no thank you I am done with that. The manager as I assume him to be then offered to take care of all our deserts for the troubles raw burger,over cooked steak and stale fries... not the American diner experience I was looking for. However when the bill came the manager took the burger off and comped only one dessert. I again assume he was the manager because the waiter )Who by the way was the only great thing about this visit). Came over and asked if his manager came by and I said I think so. The waiter was over worked he had several tables (3) that were 3 or more and one real large one that was 15 and he still kept the drinks full himself and brought out whatever we needed. So As for my review I leave it at a 3 star for service move the food down to a 2 star and Hope that Noone else has this experience.so My overall rating at this time is a 2Star. Will review again after time for store to improve. In meantime enjoy at own risk and please check your food before biting into it.🤑

Decent service. Terrible food. You have to ask for napkins. Iced tea was warm. Ice was already melted when I got it. “Queso” was terrible. Tasted like burnt frito pie. Beef fajitas were over cooked and tough. Chicken fajitas were decent. Food was not seasoned and no salt/pepper on table to help make it edible.

I am not the biggest fan of Chilis but this location was dirty. There was trash all over the floor. This was my first time visiting so it may have been a one off. My triple dipper combo was over cooked. My chicken was dry as can be. Normally I would have sent it back but I was on a date and thought that it would not be wise. Oh yeah and the restaurant was pretty empty and there were seats everywhere but somehow we were seated in the booth next to the kitchen and restroom. I don't know why they would even have a table that bad but when there are other options why seat customers there? Again, I normally would have complained but was on a date.

Well.... this is the first time I'm writing a review of a restaurant with the worst service. Arrived at the restaurant around 8pm. Not many people were there. The hostess got us to the table. The waitress came in shortly and took our order for the drinks and appetizers. She came back with water, and appetizers and took our food order. A few minutes later another person brought us sweet tea. About 15 minutes later our waitress noticed that we didn't get our beer and then brought it to the table. She didn't check on us after that. 47 minutes later, I approached the hostess, because the waitress was not around, and asked when we'd get our food. The Hostess said she'll check with the kitchen. 5 minutes later another lady (I assume she was either the kitchen staff or a manager) came to our table, she apologized, and informed us that the waiter had never rang our order. I asked her: So we were waiting for 50 minutes for nothing? She said: yes, I'm sorry. We decided not to wait any longer. The lady apologized and didn't charge us for the appetizer and the drinks. I hope that what happened to us is not a common thing there. It was just very frustrating that we spent an hour there and left without eating. At that point going somewhere else wasn't an option (9:15pm).

We experienced horrible customer service!!! I took my mom and mother in law to drink coffee while my husband and I got a pedicure next door. They sat there for 50 minutes without anyone checking on them to see if they wanted a refill or would like to order anything else. My husband and I went after our pedicure so all 4 of us could have dinner there. I let the host know we wanted to order and he told me he would get someone to help us. We waited and no menu or server even though there weren’t many tables. I’m very upset at their disregard for the customers. We walked out and took our business elsewhere.

We came to this location for dinner with the family. We were never greeted after being seated. Another group was seated about 5-6 minutes afterwards and had their drink order taken within 1-2 minutes. We had to get up and leave. The hostess told us good night as we left even though we had only been there barely 10 minutes. We will never come here again!

0/10 wouldn't recommend. My family and I were racially profile by the night shift manager and bartender as we were enjoying the night. We all order one drink per person and was denied by the manager from ordering another drink. He came to the table and stated that it was policy (never stated the policy when asked) and based on personal observation and then proceeded to say based on recent lawsuits with the company that he couldnt serve another drink. Our dinner party wasn't loud nor distracting. When asked what was the policy, he doubled back and stated it was the bartender who denied it. If policy was supposed to be enforced then the company failed from the very beginning. Even though everyone was over the legal drinking age , no ID was checked. There was no valid reason other than "observation" of my family being the only black party in the restaurant. This highly disappointing especially when we frequently spend our money at this particular location. This has never been an issue.
