Ive been enjoying breakfast with my wife at this DD for 6 years. Staff are the best, welcoming and attentive to your order. Youth staff are learning the ropes but are just as exellent in service.
Service is wonderful. They are patient as my very young daughter places her order, providing choices for any items that may be out. This, even on a busy Sunday, after chirch! There is a particularly lovely young lady who works Sunday mornings at the register. She is friendly and welcoming to my girls, even as I encourage my girls to place their own orders without my assistance. The service is what helped this Levittown location make its way into our Sunday routine!
Coffee and donuts are always fresh and tasty.
Like most others. Wasn't too busy I ordered ahead. Everything was ready except for a drink that they didnt have the secret sauce for. Otherwise typical.
It's a Dunkin you know what to expect, ... But maybe you don't, there is a sub shop here too. I think it's either a jersey Mike's or something
Not good for me or any1. Some time bananas. Jimmy John's was incredible tasting bread 🍞🥪. yes made the sandwich great and I believe they have donuts here too try to deal with the Jimmy John's people their customer skills are much better IT'S NOW A JIMMY JOHN'S SANDWICH SHOP AND DUNKIN PLEASE UPDATE GOOGLE MAPS
Communication and service very lacking and was an issue with ordering and getting the items. After ordering at the counter in one area by the register at which we paid when the items were ready they were placed all the way down at the other counter at the other end of the store and noone said anything until after just standing there wondering why it was taking so long. Lol. Disorganized and lacks proper customer attention and service. The grilled cheese sandwich was greasy and cold...Yuk... The iced latte was ok...not that tasty. Oh well! 🤔
Payment today to grab it online order for coffee and food. As soon as you walk in as usual, there’s a leak coming from the ceiling, which is not a big deal. Ordered the s’mores cold brew and as usual Dunkin doesn’t disappoint as It was missing the cold foam that comes on top. Overall, I usually find that the coffee is subpar. The only reason I went today was because I was in a hurry and it was the closest to me.
Had to mix my matcha so much to get the powder dissolved aka doing the job for them.
Tell me why they charged me on my card more than they said in person. I literally bought one doughnut and they’re trying to charge me five dollars mine you the doughnut was stale. I honestly can never complain but what is this? They don’t even answer the phone I deserve something back because this is insanity manager immediately.
No customer service 0 out of10 the lady at front so rude refuse to use my reward … they need to fire her as soon as possible
this place used to be great before covid. then they started hiring lazy teenagers. i understand what its like to not wanna serve customers right before closing or have to stay late, especially in the food industry but you cannot act the way these employees act. running away and pretending to not see a customer and be in the area, and then pretending to run out of something just because you dont wanna make it is shady and lazy. i had a previous issue where they turned the oven off an HOUR before they closed after i placed a mobile order and told me it was "procedure". the manager called after my email complaint and said it was not procedure and he didnt know why they did that. the kid was also literally mopping over my feet as i was standing there asking why i couldnt just get the food i paid for and he told me to get a refund. i had to drive out to another dunkin that night after an exhausting shift. the door also says they close at 10 but online says they close at 11 and we called to verify and nobody picked up. do better dunkin, and hire people who are actually willing to and want to work
Don't use this location. She tried charging me for extra caramel in my coffee lol. That's illegal in NY. However I did grab a huge handful of straws to get something out of it. Oh well
Awful! What do they put in their coffee? Stomach cramps and diarrhea whenever I drink it (not very often and only when there's no other choice).
The worst customer service ever I asked them many times add jelly in my bagel but they never added jelly this is sevens time this happen never going to this Dunkin’ ever good bye I told them to put jelly
Second visit after the renovation and it was still a bad experience so here we go. The donut selection has been reduced by 3/4, it is now just a small cabinet in the front. When I arrived they were finishing one order with no one else waiting. With 6 people behind the counter I figured out would be in and out in a couple of minutes. Two simple iced drinks and a dozen donuts. Between the person at the register being on her cell phone, the person at hot food playing with the cream cheese and a third making their own drink, I figured at least 1 of the remaining three people could have made the drinks…. Nope. After getting the drinks and getting home.. the donuts are clearly day old. This may be my closest DD, but after two chances since the re-open, I will not be visiting again.
Young lady at the front needs training. No customer service skills. She will charge you more than the promotion and won't do anything to correct it. Please provide additional customer service training. Customer service plays a large role in the success of a business.
I was in a rush and me and my kids were hungry so I went to the closest Dunkin near me and this one was not one of the best. The workers took for ever trying to work out the system and I couldn't pay card and had to pay cash. When I was ordering the lady gave me an attitude and kept on popping her eyes at me.I ordered a Dunkin Wrap w/ chicken, one plain bagel w/ cream cheese, 10 munchkins, one iced latte, and one refresher. The cream cheese of the bagel was expired and I found hairs in my food which disgusted me very much. I don't recommend this place..
How is it possible that you don't even know what you're ordering, even though it's on the menu, you need to improve your attitude and dirty atmosphere. I didn't even receive what I ordered.
I have ordered from this place several times and they consistently mess up my orders. But today was the final straw when there was a HAIR in my food. My coworker went in person to place an order and took a video of their disgusting floor! I’m beyond horrified.
LAST TIME AND NEVER AGAIN. I used to come to this location often because its close to work. I put up with the rude manager from time to time. The long waiting because store was under staff. After walking into the HOT MESS, I m officially DONE!!!!
This lady was picking up donut that fell on the floor and threw it in my donut box. She thought I didn’t see it. Really Disgusting!!
