Best pizza in town. Great people and friendly server's. It's not fast food so don't expect to have food in 2 minutes. They have to cook your pizza after you order it.

Natalie, our waitress, was awesome. Decided to give dine in a chance again after a previous bad experience and she gave us such an awesome experience. Very nice and respectful. Made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make the experience great.. left her a super nice tip and this girl deserves a raise. Lol. Would for sure come back to deal with her as our waitress.

I could eat here every day because, sure the pizza is good, but the desserts are delicious! We can never pick just one. The fried apple pies and cinnamon sticks are always hot and fresh. I can’t resist the warm, gooey triple chocolate brownie. We have never experienced a problem here and the employees are always nice. The meat lovers and the backyard bbq chicken pizzas are the best!

My husband and kids are the pizza eaters in our household, so we order from here quite often. We have never had a problem with anything we've ordered. We have never had to wait on an order, and everything is always hot and fresh. Store is always clean and employees are friendly. My absolute quick dinner go to when I don't feel like cooking.

I love going there. Best pizza around, lots of toppings, hot and pretty fast service. I was disappointed this trip tho, not because of the pizza but because of the restaurant itself. It was very dirty. Seems to me with the employees standing around and not a customer in the place there could have been some cleaning going on. That is my only complaint that's not gonna keep me outta my favorite place tho. Bon appetit.

Okay the food is always great and in store service is great. But I tried to call in an order and the new way they are doing the orders is awful! I couldn't understand the guy he I tried to ask about the crusts and he had no clue about them.. A ND he told my total was 10 dollars and the store charged me $14!! ..and the store would not change the difference

The pizza was not as good as I was expecting. The Chicago style pizza did not have cheese edge to edge,it was like eating dry bread with no flavor.

No more buffet. Also way over priced for a medium pizza. Super sad part is they are calling their medium pizzas large and charge 20 bucks each. Way over priced for the volume of food they are giving you. When they have 3 bucks or less in every pizza made ever...

This Pizza Hut smelled weird, people were slow at everything,no prices on menu had no prices on it. I ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread and it was almost $60. That's ridiculous!!

Don't order from here unless you want to wait over an hour past the expected arrival time for your order to arrive like I did. They said it would have likely been faster had I paid with a card, and in my opinion, that is plain ridiculous. On the other hand, the store staff member I spoke to was very friendly and even gave me a credit for a future order.

I don't know what was going on with this Pizza Hut today, but it was not a good experience at all. We always eat here when we are in town & always have great service & the place is clean. Today, was totally opposite, starting from the menus were sticky & gross to touch, food left in the booths, the blinds were even dirty. They were serving appetizers after pizza arrived, they didn't bring mine at all, people were walking out because they were never acknowledged, even the customers who were already seated & eating were never checked on to see if they needed anything. The place was not even busy, only 3 tables had customers. Also, the outside could use some curb appeal. C'mon Liberty Pizza Hut get it together, I'd like to continue going there.

Online shows Dine In until 1030pm but they lock the doors at 8pm... Make sure your online information is correct. That helps customers plan on how they want to eat your food.

Ordered pizza and wings. 2 pizzas were correct one was not. Also ordered 12 BBQ wings, received 6 of some other flavor. Attempted to call the store right away 4 x’s. Was hung up on after a few rings each time.

Pizza was as ordered but was way under cooked. Nobody likes to bite in to raw pizza dough. Cinnamon bread sticks need to come with 2 frosting cups. 1 is not enough

Walked in and guy yelling yelling at everyone saying cuss words and telling all the workers to work and he was yelling saying he wanted to fight everyone I finally got my pizza it took 1hr and I got it with hairs in it and looked a little undercooked do not go here

Every time when I walked in...it smells like a damp attic; never smells like pizza or food cooking. The ceiling is dusty and have mold spots...and the restrooms are horrible. The menu is always dirty or sticky, food/crumbs all over seats and floor, windows are smeared, even the ground/yard is unkept. They never give me extra cheese on my pizza when I request it but I'm charged for it. I will not come back until they clean this mess...I will continue to go to Domino's where they get the order right and clean restaurant.

So i just called pizza hut letting them know order was 2 hrs late. I got a hold of manger saying it was canceled cause it was out of range even though its like 4mins away from pizza hut store. I didnt get my order because they didnt have the main ingredient "dough". The only reason i was ordering from pizza hut was because dominos was closing early. What i dont like from pizza hut is the price, delivery time and not many options to customize my order.

Was going to do a to go order while in town and the doors were locked at 6:30pm Guess all the others that showed up when I did weren't very happy either. Don't even think I will give them any more business.

Took 2 hours to get to my house. After calling I was told the pizza would be remade which it wasn't. After going to the store and having them remake it the pizza was wrong, manager and delivery driver were both rude. Second time this has happened Will NEVER return to this pizza hut.

Absolutely worst pizza hut ive been to. We called and ordered over the phone, we payed over the phone as well. When we arrived at the drive in we was told they had canceled our order and never contacted us. The staff was super rude not to mention. We then went to reorder and one employee was yelling at the manager because she didn't know what she was doing and was trying to charge a lady for a completey different order , so she got mad at the manager for not coming in there. While waiting on our order they come out and tell us that they don't have what we ordered . If I could give zero stars I would this is ridiculous we waited an hr for our pizza then travel 20 min to pick it up cause no one called just to find out they canceled it then the absolute rudeness and cluelessness is ridiculous . This pizza hut used to be amazing, now we will never order from here again .

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give no stars then I would. Walked inside to dine in, rang the bell, which were the instructions given on the sign since there were no employees anywhere near that front counter, and waited for an employee. Stood inside for 15 minutes after ringing the bell twice and nobody came to the front. After 15 minutes of waiting, an employee walks up, makes full eye contact with me but doesn't say a word, then turns around and walks to the back. We stood there another 5 minutes waiting because were trying to give the benefit of the doubt in the fact that they were busy with online and call in orders but we didn't see a single employee at all. Do better! Apparently some people don't understand that the customers spending money is the reason they get a paycheck. Smdh.

The only reason I give them a star, is that negative ten stars is not available. I cannot begin to tell you how disrespectful the manager was. She was not aware of the national promotion that is being advertised on television. She rudely challenged and refused to honor the promotion. She stated that she could however throw the pizza away in thrash and that I could go online and reorder, but then I would have to wait an additional twenty minutes for them to prepare the pizza. Rest assured, I will never patronize this restaurant ever again and will be letting everyone I speak know of my experience.

Not only did I not get my full order, when it finally did arrive after 45 minutes of waiting it was wrong!! It clearly states on the receipt that was giving to me by the driver what my order was. When i called, the manger gave no explanation or any apology! Just "It's on the way" AND apparently they were out of one item that I ordered and didn't even bother to call me and just refunded that item. Would have been nice to be notified. Placed an order online arrived 25 minutes after placing order. The manager told me it would be like 5 more minutes ok no problem as I am waiting I see this young lady pull 3 of my pizzas from the oven set them down by the dirty pans and put orders together that came in after my order. When I attempted to ask the manager why this happened he just gave me a dumb look and asked me if I would like him to call the store Manger I said yes. He the manager the one that is supposed to be in charge went to the back and never did come back out another employee was being nice trying to ask what the problem was when I tried to explain another rude employee started saying all kinds of hateful things a young man who was working the drive thur. Told her you can't talk about or to customer like that. She said I will talk to who and how I want. I have not been to that pizza hut in two years due to bad service ,, I will never be going back.

My sister called to make sure place was open for inside dining. Person acted odd and rude. We walked in....place smelled. As soon as we walked in the person working was not friendly. We was handed a menu card to scan to view menu. We were there for a birthday party for my nephew. We decided to leave due to the demeanor of the worker. We won't be back for dine in. I ordered 3 pizzas bread sticks and a brownie. Got home and my chicken pizza had onions and banana peppers on it. I called up there to explain that my order was wrong. The manager said all she can do is replace the pizza. I then explained that I just got off a 13 hour shift and I honestly didn't want to return tonight. The manager REFUSED to work with me. And REFUSED to give me her managers number. I will NEVER order from this pizza place again. Worst tasting pizza I've ever bought in my life. Trash customer service and food!!!

The worst stuffed crust pepperoni ever! The grease was so thick! I couldn’t even swallow it! I called and spoke to Jocquelone she offered to make it again tonight not another night but tonight! It’s 9:30 I live twenty min away. I’m not driving back I ordered pizza I’m not an idiot at least if ordering from Pizza Hut made me one it won’t happen again! I had to give a star in order to leave a review. I use to love this place but I’m done! Nasty if it wasn’t for the star I had to give to leave the review it didn’t deserve one! Had trouble from the start to end. When ordering had to repeat my self multiple times and order still ended up wrong. I ordered medium wings, honey bbq wings, and pizza. They gave us mild after repeated on phone that it was medium. Tried to eat them when got home and they tasted horrible. The rest of the food and wings were fine. Called to inform them that the wings didn't taste right not even counting they were wrong. The manager is horrible with customer service made me want to drive up there and throw them across the counter by the time I ended up just hanging up on her. Definitely last time to ever eat here over something that should have been so simple.

Dirtiest Pizza Hur I’ve ever been to. We were the only customers so no excuse. Sticky menu, food smeared all over windows,blinds chairs and tables. Smelled horrible inside. We wanted to walk out but our 2 and 3 year old didn’t understand so we stayed but will NEVER go back. All I can say good about it was waitress was nice.

They litertly put no sauce on there pizzas we given them chance time after time hoping that they well start Saucing again but no its been months now and they sauce none of there pizzas. I have to say my experience with Pizza Hut was awful. I placed a order over the phone. In the past we would get excited to get Pizza Hut but The pizza was Terrible. They didn’t put sauce on pizza & it was overcooked. I called to tell a team member but I don’t think they cared.
