Taco Bell had always been a hit and miss fast food place for me, but this one in Lindale has never missed. Food is always cooked exactly how I ordered, the employees there are very nice and easy to talk to. If there was a Taco Bell I knew wouldn’t disappoint, I would point here.

Always good fast food with fast service. Stays busy a lot of the time but always to me some of the fastest service. Employees are always friendly and we go there enough that they know my sons order by heart mainly because he always gets specific soft tacos with meat only and extra cheese sauce sides so they usually ask how many extra today kind of thing. It makes me happy they remember things like that and are always going ahead and adding the things they know we always get. Every now and again with the large orders things are forgotten so we always check to make sure we get everything but when they do mess up they always fix it right away and almost every time I get back to say something was missing they were waiting for me to show up. I have only had one time where they didn’t realize that something was not there almost to the point someone was sure they put it in there but they didn’t. Not sure if someone just didn’t want to get in trouble. To avoid it just check the bag if you are leaving or driving through just to make sure you have everything. They don’t mind and are used to it. People make mistakes so no big deal. Overall to us it’s one of the best fast food places with good prices and probably top two with fastest service. Also very good and friendly employees. Always recommend going here

I’m not sure what went wrong, because this used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but this location has gone from a 5 star to barely a 2 star. First, the service. I don’t expect anyone to be bowing down to me or even going the extra mile for that matter, but when I get to the window and there’s absolutely no form of acknowledgement other than “here, go”, it doesn’t make my experience any better. You would think the faces of the drive thru would be friendly, courteous, or even SLIGHTLY customer centric, but no, there’s maybe one or two employees who actually look like they don’t actively want me to blow up. Second, doesn’t matter what time of day (this also applies to my third point), something is always wrong- whether it be super small like they forget to give me a fork with a bowl, or big like giving me meat instead of black beans in my burrito. Or just completely forgetting an item entirely. I don’t want to have to sit in the drive thru & up their times or even go park in the parking lot to check. I just want my stuff to be right the first time. This is fine if it’s once a blue moon, I get it, but it’s not it’s every time I go. Third, the quality of the food. The rice is crunchy, the black beans are dried up, the quesadillas are burnt, the tortillas are hard, and the food is cold. There’s no care put into anything they put together. Taco Bell is so good, but this location is not. I’d rather drive to Tyler and waste more money on gas.
Worst employees ever. Don’t go here unless you want money stolen from you. I didn’t get my food because the little girls behind the counter were extremely rude and disrespectful. Asked for a refund because I chose to take my service elsewhere when I am getting yelled and cussed at for no reason. And they refused to issue it. I never received my food and they took my money. Absolutely awful service. This place needs to be shut down immediately.
Taco bell is my favorite fast food place but enough is enough. I ordered the cantina chicken bowl with extra Avocado ranch. Did I pay for the extra sauce? Of course. Did I get any sauce? Of course NOT. Thats irritating. But not cooking the rice all the way so the entire bowl was not edible...this pisses me off!! Oh, and if that wasnt bad enough I had to argue with the employee because I ordered the new supreme dip, which they insisted does NOT come with chips. So, you gwt a dip with no chips??? Well the dip was cold and the chips broke EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to dip a chip in the dip.... so that wasnt edible either. I mean, it wasnt just the chips. The dip was gross....none of the food was even kind of warm. It was all cold. OH, and the moment I decided to just eat the chips... well, they were stale. Thanks Taco bell for great food. 👍 great job. We wont be back.
Food was very cold and old and workers caught an attitude and didn’t want to redo the food and told me over the phone they only get paid once that’s not a great way to satisfy a customer

Your employees didn’t care about the order, crammed all my tacos in one small bag. My whole order was crushed and soggy. I am beyond mad.
Got food and did get everything i asked for and didn't get the 2 sauces miid and hot and I called to let the manager know and she was a smart ass and I'll never go to lindale tx...Taco Bell again and I might not go to taco bell ever again...her name was hope at least she said it was and I ordered 6 boxes and I do that every week but I am considering never going back to any of your locations truly
Waited over 30 minutes just for two deluxe boxes.. customer service sucks
I had a mobile order this evening and as I was pulling in, there was an emergency happening in the parking lot involving a child. It was a very extreme emergency and out of respect for the family, I will not post the details. I parked my car and got out to help immediately with a few others, and was helping while the EMT’s were on their way. The manager, Hope, came out and yelled at us to move our cars because we were “blocking” the parking lot. I replied telling her “give us a second to move our cars please there’s a CHILD in danger.” She said “I know it’s a child, move your car” and went back inside with attitude, while the family is outside in distress. I personally think that is the LAST thing the family needed, was extra stress from Hope rushing to get everyone out of the way when we are all helping. She could’ve came out and helped, but instead didn’t and caused more stress for everyone. Let me be clear, the rest of the staff is not to blame. But Hope handled the situation insensitivity, rudely, inappropriately, and with complete lack of care for the family affected. When I ended up getting to the window to pick up my food, I apologized for not moving my car fast enough and Hope replied, “It’s okay, but everyone out there should’ve just moved their vehicle because everyone was standing around doing nothing.” When in fact that was not the case whatsoever. Here’s to hoping this situation gets resolved, it was completely uncalled for and unfair.
They forgot 2 of my items. My burrito was the wrong one chicken when I asked for beef. The food I received was half filled sub par at best.
the food is always wonderful! But the attitude of the lady working at the drive through has made our visits not so pleasant..we came 4 hours before closing and ordered a meal for 4 people and during the entire order process she kept huffing and making snarky comments like saying “oh my god” with an attitude when we order this has happened more than once anytime we’ve come in during night shift hours.
Came here tonight about 20 minutes ago the black girl with little black and brown hair was very rude! I asked for extra sauce and she literally blew and said here and slammed the window closed after prior to this , turning her back to me so she didn’t have to see what I needed. Maybe you shouldn’t work nights if being busy is going to make you be rude
There is not a zero option if it was I will choose that I just got off from this place , I were through the drive through because I have a toddler with me that was asleep and I can’t get to dine in and this lady in the drive through said that I have to go inside to order because she can’t hear what I say. If you are not whiling to work in this kind of kids why do you make others waste their time stoping for a service that would not be done. Thank you very much for nothing Taco Bell location at I20.
I placed a mobile app order at this location. The ease of the app was nice and the free reward was beneficial. Unfortunately, my free reward came out looking like puke literally as well as incorrect I didn’t want sauce and ordered it with out sauce however there was sauce. Service through the drive-through was decent. Sadly, I had to delete my previous review, giving five stars because Google made me in order to write this review way to go Google maps I should be able to post multiple reviews
I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at this Taco Bell. Not only was the food cold and sloppily thrown together, but the customer service was absolutely appalling. A worker named Olivia was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. When I politely asked a question about the menu, she rolled her eyes and gave a sarcastic response. Then, when my order was wrong, she acted like it was my fault and refused to fix it without an argument. She even muttered something under her breath as I walked away. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ll never come back to this location again.
Ordered a chicken cantina quesadilla, I have ordered this item many times before. What I received was a regular quesadilla. I brought it back in to kindly let them know of their mistake. However, the manager argued with me and said it was correct. I pointed out that there was no cheese on the outside, she said "Yes there is, see the yellow, that the cheese." As you can see in the pics, there is none. She then said "well, we can remake it, but it'll be exactly the same." Wow - that doesn't really solve anything. Horrible customer service. I should of requested a refund but I had somewhere to be and had to go.
This location has a major mold/indoor air quality problem and likely should not be serving food or have employees in there until it is abated. It is unsafe. Plus AC is on so it's going to go everywhere. The mold smell hits you strong when you enter the doors. Board of Health and/or OSHA needs to enforce the food and employee safety.
