I've never been to a more festive fast food restaurant. They've done a lovely job decorating for the holidays. Love the kiosk option for ordering too.
This location was fantastic! After a very long drive we found ourselves starving and in desperate need for some tacos and burritos. The staff here was amazing and energetic. Not only was our order correct but it was delivered fast and fresh. This place has been bookmarked for future trips. Will go back!
Before the rebuild of the building, I never thought I would eat here again. Now, they have really turned the quality around. I eat here at least a couple times a month and always order from the app. Never sit in the long drive thru line again, use the app 10 minutes before you get there and pick inside pick up, BAM your bag with your name is waiting on the counter when you walk in.
Fast and great service,food always warm. The many times I been there they have never mess up my order.. Highly recommend this Taco Bell
Unlike many people....I really like taco bell. This one wasn't any different, efficient and the food was tasty. Never had any "digestive" issues as some claim.
The new drive thru girl they have at night now is amazing. Very kind and sweet. Honestly lately it's a breath of fresh air like life before pandemic
Went there ordered 4 5dollar boxes charged for 4 $7.99 boxes got home had things missing.. I called and they replaced the missing items but still left out 3 of the 4 cheese sauces.. another customer who was waiting out side said they were all playing earlier.. I really like taco bell.. this is the 1st bad experience I have had here.. maybe its because they are short staffed but it wasnt very busy when I went... I'm not mad or anything just disappointed... THIS WAS NOT AT THE LINDALE LOCATION... IT WAS IN TYLER
The drive through actually moves which is great. The food comes out correct and with a decent amount on the burritos. The staff is courteous and speedy.

The potatoes in the cheesy tater bowl (?) were a bit overcooked. No biggie. The place was clean, the staff friendly and on-the-job. The food was typical of Taco Bell - delicious and appropriately hot. MmmNUMMY! Five stars.
Fast, Friendly service Food was prepared correctly Right items placed in bag along with adequate amounts of condiments and napkins. Bag was folded down neatly and closed with a sticker. Great job due to excellent teamwork.
This place does it right. Should be the example for other taco bell locations. I can actually taste and feel the chicken in the shredded chicken burrito unlike other places ive been. What a pleasant surprise. Folks were real friendly and attentive here too. This will be out go to stop along this route. Great job y'all
Let's just all admit taco bell is not top shelf cuisine but for late at night I dont want to cook. Its amazing! We've always had friendly service here! They've always given us the right amount of napkins and taco sauces! Thanks yall
Let me just say after the staff taking my order i asked if they could take there time and needless to say it was literally the best TacoBell i have ever had. And we all know how Cheap there food normally is. Well this time it wasn't if your passing through after hours i recommend you stop by and ask to take time on your next order. Definitely going back there my next trip through East Texas
It's taco bell I can't say too much about they food. This one did serve us fresh hot food. Service with a smile. No problems with order/ drive through. This is probably one of the better taco bells anywhere.
Food was really good and made fresh. Cantina bowls are my favorite right now. Employees were very nice too. Clean restaurant and restroom.
This location is great. The staff here is very accommodating and very polite...more than any other Taco Bell we have been to. So we always make it a point to come back. The restrooms are clean, which is rare at other locations. Being close to the interstate, it is rare to see a fast food have such a persistent level of performance! Great place!
This taco bell is fast and friendly. They manage to keep the dining area clean only time I have ever seen it otherwise was when they get slammed and they clean at first chance. They get the order right the first time and if they ever make an error they promptly take care of it when notified.
I don't have a car so I called ahead and asked if the lobby was open. They said they'd just closed it but said they'd take my order at the window. Very nice ladies were super helpful and I thank them! We almost walked away without our nachos and they actually called to us (we were a bit away) and saved us another trip. Also I've never had an issue with the food or service here.
For a Taco Bell, I have to say that it's rather good. This location is one of the newer updated buildings and doesn't feel sketch, ghetto or dirty on the inside. Food was well-prepared and tasted as I would expect good Taco Bell to taste. With so many of the fast food chains being hit or miss on quality and management, it was nice to pull in to a well run location such as this.
I was about to give up on eating Taco Bell until we found this location so far has been the best. Food tastes good, they get your order right, feels like a clean place. Keep the good job going. My one complaint is prices have really shot up to eat out. Please allow for more specials for limited incomes.
The staff worked very fast to prepare the food and they made the food also fresh. And very welcomed. I do modified my food with few extra add-ons and they did prepared exactly as I wanted. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Taco Bell had always been a hit and miss fast food place for me, but this one in Lindale has never missed. Food is always cooked exactly how I ordered, the employees there are very nice and easy to talk to. If there was a Taco Bell I knew wouldn’t disappoint, I would point here.

Always good fast food with fast service. Stays busy a lot of the time but always to me some of the fastest service. Employees are always friendly and we go there enough that they know my sons order by heart mainly because he always gets specific soft tacos with meat only and extra cheese sauce sides so they usually ask how many extra today kind of thing. It makes me happy they remember things like that and are always going ahead and adding the things they know we always get. Every now and again with the large orders things are forgotten so we always check to make sure we get everything but when they do mess up they always fix it right away and almost every time I get back to say something was missing they were waiting for me to show up. I have only had one time where they didn’t realize that something was not there almost to the point someone was sure they put it in there but they didn’t. Not sure if someone just didn’t want to get in trouble. To avoid it just check the bag if you are leaving or driving through just to make sure you have everything. They don’t mind and are used to it. People make mistakes so no big deal. Overall to us it’s one of the best fast food places with good prices and probably top two with fastest service. Also very good and friendly employees. Always recommend going here
The food here is always good and the service is quick. I eat here once or twice a week and have never had any problems with service or quality of food. The dining area is usually tidy also
Double check your order before you leave. I didn't get part of my order and had to whip back around on the highway. They were super friendly and made up the order for me straight away.
Food was room temperature and when asked for hot sauce was only given 5 for three orders of food. Had to specify numbers for salsa. That to me was odd.
On my way back to Vegas needed to gas up my vehicle and my belly .Went inside ordered to go..kinda busy but got my order fairly quickly only thing is I had requested to go. She put my items on a tray for dine in.. I reminded her that I had requested to go. She kinda rolled her eyes like I was an idiot.. Other than her attitude 4 stars.
I do enjoy Nachos Bel grande. The cheese here, however was not like I am used to in Arizona. Weird texture, didn't taste the same. Maybe they ran out and were using what they could get. I'll try them again, hopefully it's better next time. Staff was courteous, went through drive through, it was quick.
The food & service was great. I ordered one of the meals, total cost was $10.83, but my debit acct read $13.00. I've lost my receipt but will keep an eye for next time on my end. I was more concerned with someone pocketing change
One of the higher end Taco Bell’s that I have seen. Although there was a bit of wait the service was relatively quick. The food didn’t have any issues, tasted like what you would expect from a Taco Bell.
I did the drive-thru. It was very quick. Order, pay, and get your food 😋. It was how it should be. My order was correct and hot. I don't mean like reheated hot, but fresh made hot. I will be going to this one from now on.
I like the location of this Taco Bell because it is close to the freeway...easy to find...easy to get back on the road. The customer service has always been great and the interior of the restaurant and bathroom clean. I have had errors on my orders a few times but I actually never addressed it with management because I was passing through. I have visited this location more times then I can count and I will continue to do so when I am passing through...
Food is as expected, but the service was excellent! The woman at the counter was friendly and very helpful!
Went there because I wanted a taco salad only to find out that they no longer have the taco salad so that was a disappointment, order other things for family and a taco Supreme for myself which they put in the box with the party pack of tacos which was a mistake because I couldn't tell the difference between them it was the same size as the others and wrapped in the same wrapping they used to be a bigger taco with tomato but was exactly the same as regular taco only sour cream added did finally find it, a little disappointed after spending $43.
It was ok, good fast food. Nice new building. Parking lot and drive thru has a conflict. People tend to backup around into the parking lot. Then nobody can get in or out.
We ordered cinnamon twist, and asked for mild and hot sauce. We received no cinnamon twists and only mild sauce but no hot sauce. Other then that they were nice.
We enjoyed our 5 dollar naked chicken chalupa box. They were cooked fresh upon ordering. We have had them at other TB's and the chicken chalupa seemed spicier. The place was clean.
Standard fast-food setting; consistant quailty and portions mean I always know what to expect. One recent trip was pleasantly surprising - tried the steak Doubledilla...it was a very nice change!
Was ok. Didnt intend to visit but was last minute. Food was about a 4. Wasnt hot at all. Salad was all shell. Hardly anything in it. Shell was cold and stale. Couldnt even find the chicken in it. Counter help was very friendly.
Orderd the Mexican pizza combo . Tacos came out good. BUT the Mexican pizza shells taste like old grease and cardboard. I ate one bite and trashed the rest . Disappointed I payed 10 bucks for something I had to throw away.
Food wasn't very hot but employees were nice. Burrito seemed to have been rolled the wrong direction. All the meat was at one end and the beans were at the other, instead of being combined in each mouthful. Not real happy with that. A mouthful of room temperature refried beans isn't very enjoyable.
We were greeted with a friendly, happy smile and " Welcome to Taco Bell". The staff have no way to ring up a Quesarito in the store. You have to order it online or Door Dash. We decided to Door Dash so we did. The order we received was perfect. The order was 2 Quesaritos, 2 Bean Burritos no onion, extra cheese and I tried the Steak Nacho Fries Burrito, minus the Chipotle sauce and I added lettuce. All the burritos were delicious and we were stuffed! Definitely recommend the Quesaritos and the Steak Nacho Fry Burrito! I gave 3-stars because Taco Bell made it difficult to order the Quesarito.

I always go through the drive through never inside . I did once very rude cashier even manager was rude when I complained about how rude the cashier was. Didn't get his name looked 35 dark hair thin build. I will never eat there again because of this. I had no issues before
We were a bit dissatisfied with service here. It was by far the worst experience. Customer service was awful. They said they are short staffed but the way they handle the situation was not professional and she said she was the manager. They were laughing at a man after he left cause he didn't know how to use the kiosk so he left to go to McDonald's. I ordered on the kiosk and never got my order 25 minutes went by and I asked about my order and got the same reaction from them. Somebody really needs to check this place out cause if they really are short staffed there's something not being run right. Its been going on for months.
New chicken chalupas are usually great. On Friday there was about a teaspoon of the chicken in them. It was full of lettuce and nothing else. I showed my husband and said same. VERY disappointing.
Torn between 2 & 3 stars, and here is why. Service, speed, taste, customer service and correctness of order is highly inconsistent! Always check before pulling out. Tonight my wife and I got chips and cheese. Some of the chips taste like burnt plastic. I tried to call and warn the restaurant but nobody answered the phone. It was so bad it made me want to gag.
This location in lindale Texas has been over the past year been getting worse. The food many times is not correct, not fresh and not hot. Some days they barely have anything in my burrito or taco or bowl. Today again the wrap was old and dried out and today tough. The last 5 trips I've had to return items that were just all out terrible twice just to get one good item. The manager has not been customer friendly nor caring. But makes us feel like we are wrong and the bad food isn't their fault. I am very disappointed in this lol locations food, the many things rude employees and more often than not the way the management handles our complaints and returns. I will not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone, but will continue to warn all our friends to avoid Taco Bell in Lindale Texas I don't like leaving there feeling like I'm the bad guy for having the courage to say something my food is below par, or tastes old or they didn't put hardly any filling in some item. And every time I do a customer survey, and tell them what happened or about our terrible experience, No one ever responds or tries to make it right. So I gave up on Taco Bell surveys. These people don't want to know and have no interest in caring about the customer.
What ever changes that have been made with employees or policy in the last month needs to be changed back. Rude employees and the portion size is now half of what it was. Sauce and straws are always missing from my order too.
I’m not sure what went wrong, because this used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but this location has gone from a 5 star to barely a 2 star. First, the service. I don’t expect anyone to be bowing down to me or even going the extra mile for that matter, but when I get to the window and there’s absolutely no form of acknowledgement other than “here, go”, it doesn’t make my experience any better. You would think the faces of the drive thru would be friendly, courteous, or even SLIGHTLY customer centric, but no, there’s maybe one or two employees who actually look like they don’t actively want me to blow up. Second, doesn’t matter what time of day (this also applies to my third point), something is always wrong- whether it be super small like they forget to give me a fork with a bowl, or big like giving me meat instead of black beans in my burrito. Or just completely forgetting an item entirely. I don’t want to have to sit in the drive thru & up their times or even go park in the parking lot to check. I just want my stuff to be right the first time. This is fine if it’s once a blue moon, I get it, but it’s not it’s every time I go. Third, the quality of the food. The rice is crunchy, the black beans are dried up, the quesadillas are burnt, the tortillas are hard, and the food is cold. There’s no care put into anything they put together. Taco Bell is so good, but this location is not. I’d rather drive to Tyler and waste more money on gas.
Today is 3-11-19 @ 10am till 11am. Dined in, waited forever until I could get someone’s attention to take my order. I had to go back and ask for cups. Sat at table for 10 mins then waited at counter for 5 mins to check on my order. They looked puzzled & proceeded to make my food! What an embarrassment to their management!!!
My wife and I really like Taco Bell, but when I saw their new 30.07 sign, I turned around and took my business elsewhere. As someone who has spent over 20 years in law enforcement and national security, I don't want to support emotionalism/ignorance, and that's what these signs show.
I ordered a crunch wrap meal. Let me explain to you all what i got. My crunchwrap was literally a tortilla with sour cream and nacho cheese on it. NO BEEF, NO LETTUCE. NOTHING ELSE ON IT. And didn't even get the taco that comes with it. Took it back and it took them 3 times, THREE TIMES to re make this. Im not sure if they host a special school to work here or what, but this is rediculous. Finally got it made after 3 times and it was still wrong and STILL did NOT get the taco that comes with it.
Well I never have high hopes at a drivetrhu window anywhere much less Taco Bell after midnight but I ordered my food got home to eat and my quesadilla has lettuce in it and around it not a lot but enough lol and the food has a mild cigarette smell and flavor if there was a option to give them minus 5 stars I would owner or management really needs to check the employees out because there's no getting around the smell or taste it's like it came out of a smoke filled gas station in the projects!!! It's Taco Bell what do you expect....hopefully the right person sees this and addresses the issue or discovers how my food from a non smoking building taste like cigarettes nasty!!!!!
Sat in the drive through for almost twenty minutes before they took the orders for the four cars in front of me. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, they are incredibly slow at night.
Went inside ordered 3 burritos and 1 taco to go. 3 other people waiting ahead of me. Drive thru real busy. 15 minutes later went to counter to ask about my order and was informed that they were just too busy at the drive thru to get the inside orders out. 12 people working that I could see. 16 orders handed through the window while I waited. Told them it was ridiculous to ignore us few inside. Received my order 1 minute later, 2 of the 3 waiting were still there when I left. Very poor management....
Drive through was packed went in and took almost 30 minutes to get served 3 simple items. Also they purposely left cinnamon twists out of everyone’s order as a game. I definitely won’t stop here again.
This location is horrible and has false advertising for their hours online for when they are open and on the front door. Called they said they were open at 8 took 25 mins to get there doors are locked lights off and called to see what was up they were rude lied about hours online and how can you get breakfast which they advertise on the building when they dont open the doors or drive through until after 10am!! The owner needs to fire all the staff and hire employees that want to work. Reported to bbb for false advertising and harrasment of customers
I love, love, love taco bell. But stop being stingy with your mild sauce. When I say alot of mild sauce I mean like 20-30 packets for a $40 order. Not 5 packets. I'll give a better review when you're not stingy like subway. This is always an issue in the drivethru.
Awful service with Savannah W. She didn't greet me, she acted like I was annoying her in top of the really bad service she did not hear correctly what I wanted for my order and she did not repeat my order, so I didn't know it was incorrect. I hope the food is good at least
THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL! I WAS DOORDASHING AND I HAD 3 ORDERS. THEY GAVE ME THE FIRST TWO AND TOLD ME TO WAIT IN THE PARKING LOT FOR THE THIRD ONE. 30 MINUTES GO BY AND THEY LOOKED AT ME TWICE. I GO TO THE FRONT DOOR CUZ I HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM AND CHECK FOR THE ORDER AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY RUDE!! THE LADY TOLD ME “i don’t know what you want me to do, we’re closed” AFTER KNOWING FULL WELL WE WERE WAITING ON AN ORDER (mind you we came an hour before closing time) I TOLD HER I HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM AND THAT I HAD A DOORDASH ORDER AND SHE SAID “we’re closed” VERY RUDELY AND WAVED ME OFF. NEVER GO HERE AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE !!
They don’t listen while taking your order so might need to repeat your self a couple times. I order a beef chalupa regular I clearly said no sour cream twice and they out sour cream anyways then when I called to say something about it she said it’s because they’re short staffed. I’m sorry but that is no excuse. So frustrated because they can’t ever get my order right for the 3rd time in a row now!
Went thru drive through to pick up an order and they told me to go into the lobby but the lobby looked closed due to chairs being on tables and very low lighting so I spent 15 minutes in drive through for nothing! Went in and waited an additional 10 minutes for order.
We were on the road to Dallas and stopped to get something to eat. Google said they're closing at 1am. It was 12:30 when we pulled up, we could see the workers on the inside laughing at us, they never even had the courtesy to answer us at the drive thru window.. just looked at us and laughed! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
Made a mobile order took 30 mins to get the lady in the front didn’t even pay attention to any of the 5 customers waiting up front until I yelled for the lady to come take care of orders this place and the employees are trash!
It's a damn ice box in here! Can't even enjoy our food with how freezing it is. While all the employees wear hoodies! On top of that, they got our order wrong, and there was hardly anything in the tacos. I paid for extra meat and cheese and there was hardly anything.
Well, I have to give it to this Taco Bell location, they are consistent (consistently lazy and could care less about customer satisfaction). I use to get lucky and every once a while would get a really nice young lady who seemed to exude great service and a smile. I haven't seen her in several months. Instead I get this one woman who never smiles, has horrible personable skills, and slams the sliding door in your face each time she interacts with me. Ugh, the number of good restaurants is getting low in Lindale, wont any of these companies focus on customer service any more?
Ordered $32 worth of food and I asked for sauce and they did not give me any at all! Also my fries were not crispy at all and old, they did not even grill the grilled burrito. I used to work at a Taco Bell location but we would never serve food like this.
EVERY TIME! EVERY DANG TIME! I ask the lady at the window "is everything in the bag." She says " yes" you know what's not in the bag? EVERYTHING!!! Luckily I learned from being fooled in the past and walked in to retrieve my food. She pulled out my receipt to show everything was there until she realized. . NOPE! It's not. If this was the first time whatever but this happens literally Everytime. And I, being the trusting person I am, always get screwed. Then I'm frustrated about it and as I'm talking to the lady who told me everything was in the bag some guest tells me to have Grace and treats me like I'm wrong for wanting all my food. I told her to mind her business. Who does that. Do I know you? I maybe sound crazy but this taco bell is literally stealing from people cuz I know this doesn't just happen to me. I work and fast food as well and we rarely have this problem and when it does happen it's a talk with the employee. Obviously the manager at this establishment is very handsome off. Come on guys. This isn't hard. I know because I do it. Really easy. Thanks
My fiancee and I went to Tacobell last night and the line was long as the Bucks had just won the championship. We waited 20 minutes which I didn't mind, however my fisncee and I got pretty sick off of the food. I am pretty confident we are not the only people who got sick, as there were so many people that there is little chance that we were not the only people who got sick. Illness at a fast food restaurant is a very serious matter and it could have been a lot worse. I called this location today, for which I spoke to a woman named Gwen and was informed that somebody will be reaching out to me, so I will wait on the call before moving forward and may be updating this review in the future.
Service sucked their system was down. So they told me to go to an ATM to get cash out then. When I got back from getting the money, they wouldn't even remake my order to be hot and not soggy. They gave me the food that was already pre. Ordered 20 minutes before hand.
Worst employees ever. Don’t go here unless you want money stolen from you. I didn’t get my food because the little girls behind the counter were extremely rude and disrespectful. Asked for a refund because I chose to take my service elsewhere when I am getting yelled and cussed at for no reason. And they refused to issue it. I never received my food and they took my money. Absolutely awful service. This place needs to be shut down immediately.
Taco bell is my favorite fast food place but enough is enough. I ordered the cantina chicken bowl with extra Avocado ranch. Did I pay for the extra sauce? Of course. Did I get any sauce? Of course NOT. Thats irritating. But not cooking the rice all the way so the entire bowl was not edible...this pisses me off!! Oh, and if that wasnt bad enough I had to argue with the employee because I ordered the new supreme dip, which they insisted does NOT come with chips. So, you gwt a dip with no chips??? Well the dip was cold and the chips broke EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to dip a chip in the dip.... so that wasnt edible either. I mean, it wasnt just the chips. The dip was gross....none of the food was even kind of warm. It was all cold. OH, and the moment I decided to just eat the chips... well, they were stale. Thanks Taco bell for great food. 👍 great job. We wont be back.

Got food and did get everything i asked for and didn't get the 2 sauces miid and hot and I called to let the manager know and she was a smart ass and I'll never go to lindale tx...Taco Bell again and I might not go to taco bell ever again...her name was hope at least she said it was and I ordered 6 boxes and I do that every week but I am considering never going back to any of your locations truly

I had a mobile order this evening and as I was pulling in, there was an emergency happening in the parking lot involving a child. It was a very extreme emergency and out of respect for the family, I will not post the details. I parked my car and got out to help immediately with a few others, and was helping while the EMT’s were on their way. The manager, Hope, came out and yelled at us to move our cars because we were “blocking” the parking lot. I replied telling her “give us a second to move our cars please there’s a CHILD in danger.” She said “I know it’s a child, move your car” and went back inside with attitude, while the family is outside in distress. I personally think that is the LAST thing the family needed, was extra stress from Hope rushing to get everyone out of the way when we are all helping. She could’ve came out and helped, but instead didn’t and caused more stress for everyone. Let me be clear, the rest of the staff is not to blame. But Hope handled the situation insensitivity, rudely, inappropriately, and with complete lack of care for the family affected. When I ended up getting to the window to pick up my food, I apologized for not moving my car fast enough and Hope replied, “It’s okay, but everyone out there should’ve just moved their vehicle because everyone was standing around doing nothing.” When in fact that was not the case whatsoever. Here’s to hoping this situation gets resolved, it was completely uncalled for and unfair.
They forgot 2 of my items. My burrito was the wrong one chicken when I asked for beef. The food I received was half filled sub par at best.
the food is always wonderful! But the attitude of the lady working at the drive through has made our visits not so pleasant..we came 4 hours before closing and ordered a meal for 4 people and during the entire order process she kept huffing and making snarky comments like saying “oh my god” with an attitude when we order this has happened more than once anytime we’ve come in during night shift hours.
Came here tonight about 20 minutes ago the black girl with little black and brown hair was very rude! I asked for extra sauce and she literally blew and said here and slammed the window closed after prior to this , turning her back to me so she didn’t have to see what I needed. Maybe you shouldn’t work nights if being busy is going to make you be rude
There is not a zero option if it was I will choose that I just got off from this place , I were through the drive through because I have a toddler with me that was asleep and I can’t get to dine in and this lady in the drive through said that I have to go inside to order because she can’t hear what I say. If you are not whiling to work in this kind of kids why do you make others waste their time stoping for a service that would not be done. Thank you very much for nothing Taco Bell location at I20.
I placed a mobile app order at this location. The ease of the app was nice and the free reward was beneficial. Unfortunately, my free reward came out looking like puke literally as well as incorrect I didn’t want sauce and ordered it with out sauce however there was sauce. Service through the drive-through was decent. Sadly, I had to delete my previous review, giving five stars because Google made me in order to write this review way to go Google maps I should be able to post multiple reviews
I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at this Taco Bell. Not only was the food cold and sloppily thrown together, but the customer service was absolutely appalling. A worker named Olivia was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. When I politely asked a question about the menu, she rolled her eyes and gave a sarcastic response. Then, when my order was wrong, she acted like it was my fault and refused to fix it without an argument. She even muttered something under her breath as I walked away. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ll never come back to this location again.
Ordered a chicken cantina quesadilla, I have ordered this item many times before. What I received was a regular quesadilla. I brought it back in to kindly let them know of their mistake. However, the manager argued with me and said it was correct. I pointed out that there was no cheese on the outside, she said "Yes there is, see the yellow, that the cheese." As you can see in the pics, there is none. She then said "well, we can remake it, but it'll be exactly the same." Wow - that doesn't really solve anything. Horrible customer service. I should of requested a refund but I had somewhere to be and had to go.
This location has a major mold/indoor air quality problem and likely should not be serving food or have employees in there until it is abated. It is unsafe. Plus AC is on so it's going to go everywhere. The mold smell hits you strong when you enter the doors. Board of Health and/or OSHA needs to enforce the food and employee safety.
