I ordered here last night and went to pickup. It was busy, but the food was good. My gripe is that in my order, I had ordered 2 meals and 3 drinks, and every single drink was a Coke instead of a Diet Coke. I had ordered an extra Diet Coke so my mother, who is a DIABETIC, could have a soda with her meal she had at home since she was craving a Diet Coke and I was headed there anyway, hence why I tacked on an extra Diet Coke when I went through the drive through. The people are nice, but y'all need to be more careful, you could put someone into a diabetic coma with these drinks!!! But I guess I've learned my lesson, guess I'll have to fill my own drinks from now on to avoid this issue in the future.

I usually don't have a problem with this McDonald's. Most of the time the food comes out hot and most of the time they don't mess up the order. I have going here for about 7 or 8 years now. But this time I went I didn't like what the bun looked like. I don't know what happened to it.

Tonight I ordered two cheeseburgers and one of them had green tint to the cheese slice. Made me loose my appetite, especially since I had already ate half the burger before noticing Usually never have an issue here, tonight I am disappointed.

The weekends are the worse. My 10 piece nuggets where old and had condensation on the inside of the box. The kids are rude.

this is what you're paying for when you order medium fries from here now. their costumer service used to be decent. who they have at the drive through window tonight around 6 p serving food orders is a total negative. tonight was a bad experience and it will def keep me from coming to this location for a long time so that way I won't have to overpay for food and put up with bad service from a rude, incompetent person at the window on top of it. who's in charge of hiring? the only polite person there tonight was the guy who took our order

I placed an order around 11:20pm 2/21 for just a milkshake, first time ordering at this location. My partner went to pick it up on his way home, and at the drive-thru he assistance greeted by an robot that was not understanding the order number and the women at the window said they could not help him. I changed the order for counter pickup and he went inside to find a huge crowd of people and no one receiving assistance. He left without my drink and I lost $5. I expect a refund and conversation with the manager.

They need to work on the quality and the freshness of their food, I have gotten sausage burritos there where the flour tortilla was so old it was stale and brittle and quite frankly disgusting, it doesn't take that much effort to make your food fresh, do better mcdonalds

I went in at 4:15 in the morning, there was only me and one other customer waiting at the window. She told me to wait, which I did for 20 minutes. When I went to the window, she told me I had to order over the microphone, but she was on the phone. It's a terrible service.

I ordered four cheeseburgers last night no ketchup my son is allergic to tomatoes. The receipt said no ketchup I got home. They all had mounds of ketchup on it. This happened very often at this McDonald’s it’s out of hand. I never complain, but this time I had to very disappointed had to throw out for cheeseburgers, cause I wasn’t gonna drive all the way back there.

The worst McDonald’s or restaurant I ever want to, the workers are extremely rude, handle your food with poorness, and yell at customers for asking simple questions. Did not expect to be yelled at by an employee today and denied to receive an online order which I ALREADY paid for. She said her name was Alyssa and she was a female with a large build. Unacceptable and disgusting behavior, if you hate your job just quit!

If their food was good I wouldnt even come here. The workers are always so rude and miserable everytime i go inside. I will stand there for 10 minutes before someone even looks in my direction let alone comes over to help me. Absolutely terrible.

3/25 My bf went & ordered 2 Big Mac’s.. He did not ask for a scoop out bun…. I didn’t know that’s an option.Idk what’s going on over there. Both Big Macs looked like this thin floppy bun. ***BEWARE RAW UNCOOKED CHICKEN SANDWICHES *** Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & it was uncooked! Salmonella poisoning waiting to happen.
