Don't order food on the app. Every time I have I have to tell them when I get there and wait again for it to get made. This last time after I told them they took my food and gave it to someone who came after me and I had to tell them again. Are they not doing it? Are ppl stealing it before I get there? No clue. But 15 min wait after I placed my order on the app sucks.

Good drinks & store with hardworking baristas. Ayanna, Keke, Ashley, and Jason are all very hardworking and kind, remembering my regular order. Fast service and ample seating. I like the egg chairs. The natural lighting is a plus too. …but this newer barista (I think her name is Renee?) is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered at Starbucks. She always gives me and customers attitude for the smallest things :( I always feel like I’m being judged by her. If I see her on register, I will mobile order instead. She also is constantly touching her face or chewing gum and I’m scared of her making my drinks. I’m writing this review because yesterday I saw her give a customer the middle finger. She needs to be retrained or fired!!!

Nothing like feeling ignored for my race… I’ll never come in here again. I was nothing but pleasant when I came in and stood to order for more than 5 minutes at the counter to be ignored. When my order was finally taken, it was met with an eye roll before the total was called out. The general attitude and vibe of the staff was as though I was a terrible person for not being black.

Don’t order any kinds of coffee items on Monday, especially the day that the big black woman, with insidious attitude that target certain customer for fun and no reason by giving very very bitter coffee which probably from the old batch that even one sip is undrinkable and every single time I ask for a straw, she ignores me so I need to take it by myself. I really don’t like to face such insidious vibes every single time I order some drink being a customer who pays for that drink. It’s not that this issue is only for that targeted person, but the issue of that possibility caused from that insidious person that shift the target and bringing down the reputation of that branch!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed through the Starbucks app. I ordered an Iced Shaken Espresso with caramel drizzle and soy milk, but when I received my drink, the caramel drizzle was missing. I had made sure to select the caramel drizzle option when customizing my drink, and I was disappointed to see that the barista did not add it to my drink, despite it being clearly noted on the cup. To make matters worse, Starbucks charges extra for customizations, so it’s frustrating to not receive the full product as ordered. Given that Starbucks is known for its high-quality service, I was expecting better attention to detail and consistency. As a loyal customer, I find this experience disappointing, especially considering the premium price of Starbucks beverages. I hope this feedback will help improve the experience for future orders. Thank you for taking the time to address this issue.

Placed an order in advance. Only got one drink out of two. Waited patiently, then called out 'excuse me'. No one responded. They were busy chatting. Finally, one girl checked my order and started my second drink. No apologies, though. Very upset. They ruined my day!

I arrived at store 6:15AM, store was closed even though hours of business stated they are open since 5:30AM. I tried to get there attention but 2 individuals inside ignored me. Very poor customer service

I understand ice is the most expensive and important part of a drink. If the customer mention "light ice", I think Starbucks can save some valuable ice for next costumer. I don't know what Starbucks employee think about if they get a $5.5 drink with three quarters ice.

Tricky promo. Today I was in the store 254-21 Horace Harding Expy in NY. I found a promo called “Gifting on the go”. In a basket and in the storage says that. I picked up cup, that, with the discount I should pay 8.40 dollars. The cashier told me that the final price instead of that was the full price because that item wasnt in promotion.
