Love the 7th North location as it is the best around in our town! Very accommodating and friendly staff every single time.. more over and as equally important, my server Anastasia, is by far one the best servers I've came across. I've eaten over 1000's of restaurants and she is top of the 1% of elite servers! I highly recommend, and ask for Anastasia!!! 🍽️😋

Ordered a burger and it was delicious! The server was polite, happy, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. Haven’t been to Dennys since they closed the one in Colonie, NY. It made my night, having some great food and a nice place to have it in.

We were more than satisfied with our service by our waitress Anastasia… she readily answered questions, efficiently brought our meal and was very sweet and friendly, especially considering it was Easter. We highly recommend this Denny’s!!

My partner and I have absolutely loved Denny’s since we were little kids. Sadly, our hometown doesn’t have Denny’s anymore so we are always so happy to be able to go to the one in Syracuse. Today, we went to the one at 103 Elwood Davis Road. I cannot say enough how pleased we were with our experience. The food was amazing as usual. The service was absolutely incredible!!! Our waitress, Sarah made our day by her complete kindness and welcoming atmosphere. Also extremely attentive to all of our needs and making sure we were set. She was the light of that place!!! We felt completely at home because of her. We can’t thank her enough for turning our morning that started out with bad news to complete happiness. We will continue going to this location. Can’t wait!!! My favorite restaurant forever. Also, praying Dennys comes back to Auburn, NY. We love you Dennys!! Thank you, Sarah!! Keep being the amazing person you are❤️

We had a craving for breakfast late last night after the SU game and stopped in to our local Denny’s. We experienced fast and friendly service, and great food! The portions were more than plentiful, two of us order the lumberjack slam, and the others the American Slam! Tons of food and more than fair prices. I will be back to try the pumpkin pecan pancakes this fall, I didn’t see they had some seasonal specials! I had not been to a Denny’s in many years, I won’t be waiting so long to stop back!

I had a great experience here, largely thanks to our server, Anastasia. She was hands down the best server I've ever had! She was engaging, had an excellent vibe, and gave us a real reason to come back. I'm giving 4 stars because the food was just good, not great—it tasted like the fryer grease hadn't been changed in a while. However, Anastasia’s service made the visit worth it. We will be back to see her!

My family visited this Dennys Thursday night and the service was horrible… we were given plastic ware and no napkins the food came out messed up and the server didn’t ring us up properly. We decided to give it another chance on Saturday morning and Sarah gave us great service! Very friendly and kept us in the loop with the food. The kitchen forgot one of our breakfast platters but she made sure it was quickly put together. The food was delicious. We fully enjoyed our experience this time thanks to the awesome service.

Went in for breakfast with my husband this morning and it was clean, quiet and cute. We were some of the only people there but it started to pick up once we ordered. I decided to go in to this Dennys Restaurant to have 2 blueberry pancakes and that was it. It was slow and I was seated quickly. My server was attentive and the food came out quickly. Everything in the dining room seemed okay. Once I paid, I decided to run to the bathroom quickly before I left. I almost wish I hadn't. Everything was disgusting and stinky. The toilets were stained from lack of thorough cleaning. This was not a hard water issue. This includes the 2 urinals. I would never touch the baby changing station let alone set a baby on it. It is as though the managers don't care and it trickles down to the staff. I cannot imagine staff using this bathroom and then prepping food, wrapping silverware etc. It turned my stomach. I get that people come here late at night after partying and are probably not on their best behavior or that bad days can happen but this wasn't that kind of dirty. The upkeep and cleanliness of the restaurant should remain top priority. "If there is time to lean there is time to clean." The photos really don't show the grime. However, the built up filth all over the black garbage can makes it evident this restaurant does not make cleaning a priority. I will not make the stop here again on my way back from Buffalo or Rochester. Yuck. This won't stop me from going to other Dennys because I know it is a management issue. Most that I stop at are clean.

We stopped in on 1/18 around 7:15pm for dinner the food and server were great. The only downfall that was pretty disappointing was the kids menu stated kids eat free with an adult purchase 4-10pm daily. When we asked our server she said they aren't doing that anymore. I believe if they aren't going to honor it they should have new menus printed to not mislead customers. I purchased 6 adult meals and 3 kids meals. We decided to go to Denny's when we saw online that it also says kids eat free so it was disappointing.

We both ordered Country Fried Steak meals with eggs over easy(got scrambled), two salted caramels (which come with whipped cream on top and caramel drizzle) got a cold brew half and half. Food was not what I have come to expect out of Denny’s, there was a tired, I do not want to be here, atmosphere from the staff. All in all nope won’t come back.

We stopped at Denny's at about 3:30am after being released from the emergency room, because we were all hungry and they were listed as the only place open and serving food. Except, they wouldn't serve us. We were told that their system was down until 4:15 and we couldn't be served in the restaurant, but could get take out. Can't figure out how their system can be down, but they could still process an order for take out. Will never go back to Denny's at any time, as the food isn't that great to begin with. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Went here for the first time since I was near by waitress just didn’t care, said two , put two menus on the table and walked away, didn't take us to the table, we sat down, the place wasn’t full only a few tables, took her 30 minutes to get to us, breakfast just horrible, burnt hashbrowns, eggs were not over medium, pancakes thrown on a plate, like this was heated up food, horrible. We had no silver ware, she didn’t ask if we needed refill, saw we was almost done, brought the check over as if hurrying us up. Horrible horrible service n breakfast. Like what happened ? Dennys always serves good food- but this one the waitress just seemed aggravated.

As a local resident, we often pop in or mostly do take out and everytime we do take out it's never right. This evening we get a nachos order to go just like we regularly do in which the nachos are always prepared layered with toppings on it. Tonight, we received all the toppings separate like a pool of soup SEE: PHOTOS. Whenever we receive an incorrect order it's always the same girl who is extremely defensive too deal with. She's rude, and unprofessional and calls herself a manager. Abby needs to understand that kindness is free, a little understanding goes a long way and fixing customer issues is GOOD SERVICE. I have had several great experiences with Sharon who is always super nice and willing to make things right. We are DISAPPOINTED and this isn't the first run in with Abby.

We had waited 40 minutes after ordering before being told our appetizer should be out soon. It had been another 20 minutes before we were told it was coming again. We have a flight to catch in the morning and when I asked one of the waitresses if all of the food would be coming out at once, I was ignored. I have no idea how long it will take to get all of our food but I honestly have never had service this bad at a restaurant before. We are hoping we don't have to wait 2 hours to get food at a restaurant, and I would've appreciated it if they told me they were sorry that they were busy but we were seemingly lied to instead. We got the food after an hour and a half of waiting and my burger was not a veggie burger like I had asked. Also my girlfriends broccoli was cold while some of the other items werent very warm either. They are claiming they can give me the refund tomorrow morning.
