Really upset jack in the box discontinued my fav munchie meal the stacked grill cheeseburger I hope its able to be put back one day😭

Breakfast plater had freshly cooked eggs, much better than the breakfast sandwiches I had a few weeks earlier, those eggs were green.

Monday-thursday service is fast, but come Friday and Saturday,Sunday there is a bit of a wait.the line sometimes is out to the street. Other then that fast in and out service.

Jack in the Box always closes late, or not at all. I am grateful that when all the Asian restaurants are closed, there is still Jack in the Box where I can get rice.

Food wasn't what I thought it was.It was to salty nasty tasting I just took a few bites and threw it away..

The food here is so BOMB I would definitely come here every day if I could!😝😝

I always stop at this Jack Box when traveling down South. They always get my order right. I love their fresh salsa cups. I always ask for 2 and that is what I get. If there is a line, it moves quickly.

I had a good experience this time. I went inside the store to order my food. The staff were friendly and my order was correct. My burgers were nice and hot. The only thing I wish was automatic is that they place napkins in with your order.

I went around 11pm and asked my partner to ask the girlie in the drive through if she could make me one ( i know it’s not on the menu but i wanted it sooo bad and was hopeful ) and she said YES :’) her name is Leoner and everytime i’ve visited Jack she has given me the most pleasant experience 🥰 It was a kind gesture that my emotional pregnant self appreciated SO much ! I went again tried my luck and a different employee told me that they were unable to make it (completely understandable i understand it’s not an actual menu item) but it made me realize she really just did it out of the kindness of her heart! Very thankful and great employees you guys have hired 🥰🫶

I'm only writing this review because I had a awkward encounter at the drive through window today. When It was my turn to pull up to the windo I had my card in my hand ready to pay but I saw that the guy who was going to help me had grabbed a soda first so I put my card pack in my car door but then the guy wouldn't give me the soda and it was like this weird stand off of between us so I had to go in the door and grab my card again so that I could give it ho him first and it's just so funny, I've never had something like that happen before lol. But I guess next time I'll try to make it clear the I have my card in my had and that I won't take any food until I pay and have gotten my receipt.

Had to give them only 3stars because to other times I have came and my sourdough is not even toasted or just half a$$ done. But this time it was done correct.

I've heard so much about this restaurant growing up, but sadly...I don't think it's that great. We had the Chinese rice bowl, and some kind of chicken wrap. Both items weren't great, and the curly fries seemed substandard. What was good? Service was excellent, and the bathroom was extremely clean. If I'm back in the area, I'll have to try the hamburger.

Stopped here on our way home from Yosemite clean bathrooms fast service food is to be expected.

My experience here was similar to my experiences at other Jack in the Box fast food restaurants. I had a sourdough jack & onion rings for lunch and was very satisfied with the meal. The staff were fine, not friendly, but not unfriendly. Place was clean.

I got home without a patty in my cheeseburger they replaced it but I still had to drive all the way back.

Was ok stuff tasted old and was outside 20 mins past 6 waiting for someone to open door.. if your open at 6 then open up!

I'm giving it a two because I order a spicy chicken (number 10) plain with cheese, (normally other times I order the same and they give it to me with the bread, the spicy chicken, cheese, and moyonisse/cream, but today was only the bread and the spicy chicken, also I order curly fries they were over cooked

Used the drive thru a few times and experienced rude employees. Millennials expecting more out of fast food industry... I used courteous etiquette and was glared at and these girls at the window all had poor attitudes and were basically prepared to toss the food into my car.

Walked in. While waiting for someone to help me I witnessed some (no no's) like fries being refried for a order at the window. Hmmm someone finally addressed that I was in dining area. I ordered Tacos I'm sure the girl was getting ready to refry the tacos that where there but she seen me observing n walked away from tacos n got fresh ones hmmm I won't go back to this Jack in the Box

Ordered a crispy chicken salad and was extremely disappointed when I got home and I realized it didn't come with tomatoes or cucumber just lettuce bacon cheese and the chicken.. wished they could a had told me my salad wasnt made completely right

I ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches through the app along with some other items. When I got to the window, the employee told me that they didn't have anymore chicken sandwiches and asked what I would like instead. I said Jumbo Jacks (since they were $2 on the app). The employee told me that she couldn't do that because they were too expensive. After I told her that they were $2 on the app, she refused to believe me. After I showed her proof, she called another employee to come help. The other employee told me that she could give me Jr. Jumbo Jacks but not Jumbo Jacks and the "only difference is the size". I said I wanted Jumbo Jacks because on the app, they're $2 (a comparable price to a chicken sandwich). She said they're only available for that price on the app. I told her that I DID order on the app and I would have gotten Jumbo Jacks in the first place if I had known they didn't have chicken sandwiches. After she refused to help me I asked for a refund. She said she couldn't give me one. I left with no food and had to get in touch with Jack In The Box through Facebook messaging. It took several days to recieve a refund. I also used a coupon for free mini churros that I never received. When I asked about getting my coupon back I never received an answer.

I've noticed that this location frequently makes mistakes with orders. For instance, today, I ordered a Double Jack combo but received a Jumbo Jack combo instead. On previous occasions, I've also found that the items I paid for were missing.

Order numer 905319 1/30/22 Hello my name is Christina I placed a mobile order through your app at 10:17 PM this evening when my husband arrived to pick up the order the order was not ready and they had him sitting outside for 15 minutes when my husband arrived home we realized that the tacos were missing out of my order and our food was extremely cold My husband called to explain that they had messed up our order and neglected to add in the tacos and that our food was cold cold we live not even 5 minutes from the store our food should not have been cold Your employee Katrina decided to be very rude with my husband and when he asked to speak with a manager your he was informed they do not have a manager on their crew my husband is a manager of a restaurant he deals with customers all the time the way your employees handled the situation was very unprofessional and needs to be addressed

Google says that they are open 24 hours, the sign on their door says the dining room closes at 12 pm, I was there at 9:45 and their doors were locked. What is going on?

I don't give this a 1 star rating I give this a ZERO. These french fries ain't even fresh what's wrong with you the cheeseburger has one pickle the tacos are nasty. Whats the point of the name of curly fries if there not even curly there curved and the service was good but the food is🤮🤮.

Horrible. This crew got every single thing wrong. Their loaded tacos was just mini tacos with little dumped on top and about 5 packs of taco sauce squirted in. They put sauce on everything and it was all ordered without sauce. I got one curly fry, I was owed 2 regular fries. And I got cheap chicken nuggets when I ordered jalapeño poppers. I've never been so eat down by this branch. The crew tonight was an embarrassment to all crews.

I ordered the vanilla shake boba TWICE one through drive through and the dude at the register said he made it correctly and I knew he did not because I ordered it before and it WASNT supposed to be boba coffee but I didn’t want to argue so I drove off, my boyfriend doordashed the same drink for me online since I was upset and they AGAIN gave me the vanilla coffee boba instead of the shake. Really upsetting please train your damn employees I just got off a 10 hour night shift and that’s all I was craving and can’t even get that.

This place is dirty, dirty, dirty!! Its a tin y place, how hard is it to keep the llace clean? No ice in the machine in the dining room. They got my husband's burger wrong, (no cheese) and he just said forget it, get my money back. I took it up and told them they made it wrong just to give me a refund, the employee was rude and said well let me have the rest of the food.... I said, well I just wanted a refund for this burger but you know what, yea, give me a refund for all of it!!! Actually kind of glad I did that, I probably saved myself a a stomach issue from the dirtyness of that place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.....
