Good breakfast, I think that Melissa should be the manager of that store She's very good with the public and knows our jobThe main manager lady that they have I think Should be fired .They always seem to be running out of stuff.

Very nice staff. I've always gone through drive through. Today I finally went inside and dined in. Clean bathroom & lobby. Even the outside was clean. They made my order just as I order, literally. I told the cashier I wanted a ANGRY whopper meal, then another staff behind her told the cook in the back, "Angry Whopper", and it was made. And done when I got my empty cup(after I paid). Service was fast. I enjoyed my food and time. Just sat there and ate my food, sip my drink(with no lid), and watched my movie. It was awesome. Thank you. Will come again after work when I'm hungry and craving.

Not much to say since it is your typical fast food eatery. Though there were a couple flies pestering me the place seemed clean to the eye. I didn't go in to the restroom so I have comment on them. The service was fast and professional and the food came out hot in a reasonable time. I was however glad the burgers weren't thrown together in a speed over quality issue. I had the #2 (Double Whopper with cheese and jalapenos) and it was done right with about 10 jalapenos slices. DELICIOUS!!!

It's a Burger King. Recently remodeled and very clean. Staff seems fine, my order was made plenty quick enough and it was made correctly. Nothing worse than getting on the road or home only to find out your meal is wrong.

Eduardo was so helpful, he ensured we had everything we needed. The restaurant is nicely updated. The food was hot and fresh!

My family and I were coming threw lockeford from camping at lake camanche we stopped at this burger king. This crew/team this morning were VERY considerate to my son's food allergy condition and put in the care to make his meal. We're ordered $70 of food and they didn't miss anything or mess up our order and cattered to my son's health needs. I know it's only fast food but that kindness made our morning. Recently I dined in at this Burger King with my siblings and the employees were so nice and offered them crowns with their kids meals. The kids were so happy and asking me to come back again. It was a great experience!

Excellent drive thru experience...I 4got my wallet & didnt quite have enough loose change 2cover it..they let it slide !!

Not a big fan of the burgers or fries but the croissants bacon and egg are good, and their hashbrowns are the best in the fast food space. Unfortunately you really need to check your order. I have received sausage instead of bacon 3 times. I now don't leave the parking lot without checking.

Food was good. Service was great manager made sure we were wearing our masks but for some reason we were only allowed one drink no refills even tho we were dining in and I asked to use the bathroom so I was directed to the mens bathroom no problem butttttt when i got in there i found out there was no toilet paper and no seat covers luckily I carry t.p. in my big purse lol but overall servers were great ate even got a 2go order love the dollar menu

Only 2 people staffing this place when we ordered had to wait a bit for our food. There was one girl cooking and the other one was working the drive thru which was very busy and the front counter. She seemed very irritated like she really didn't want to be there.

The French fries did not have any salt! Hopefully just an oversight this last time I went (6/7/2021). They were a little slow in the drive through window today too.

I often go here. This time wasn't so great. 2 for 6 sandwich deal. Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches, no lettuce. They didn't have lettuce on them, but no mayo or any kind of dressing! Very dry.. put mayo on myself.

Went to Burger King before trick or treating and the manager is extremely rude to customers there was a very nice kid there that worked there and the manger was upset with him talking to the customer the manger is not friendly or kind seems like he hates his job

When you ask for a whopper without cheese is it that hard to do? I guess it is. Mine had cheese on it. If it wasn't for the fact there was a long line I would've taken it back. Now what's up with the 5.00 small milkshake? Ice-cream isn't that expensive.

I wanted an orange frozen soda, they had no orange frozen soda. Then I decided to get an Oreo milkshake and their milkshake machine machine was broken. I probably will not go there again for those types of things. If you're going to advertise those things on your board you need to actually have them available.

Stopped on the way back from Tahoe. Empty and dingy inside. Employee was rude and missed up my order and it took much longer than it should have to correct. Food was edible but meh. The taco bell/kfc next door is much fresher and cleaner, I wouldn't go here again.

Pretty bad...short staff no mananger on site...burnt buns...cold fries...waited 35 minutes for my order...i think the manager needs to be fired for putting those 3 workers through all the chaos

It was the worst Burger King I've ever been to! No soda to choose from I mean literally they were out of everything. Trash cans you couldn't use they were covered up said please do not use I guess they didn't have any trash bags. When I asked the guy if they were getting ready to close the Burger King he looked at me with a glaze in his eyes like he was a zombie or something, bizarre. They were rude I will never go there again and if you're smart you won't go there either!

If I could rate in the negatives I would, the worst service I've ever recieved. I'm more than sure the employees violated a disabilities act.i went in there to get an iced coffee. When I was in there I witnessed employees being rude to a customer with a disability. The customer accidentally went into the wrong bathroom, employees started yelling at the customer to get out of the restaurant. When the customer was trying to apologize that they had gotten confused. To top it off they didnt give me iced coffee they have me a hot one when I showed them my recipt the cashier rolled her eyes and asked me if I was sure I didnt order a hot coffee when my recipt clearly says ice. I would recomend going anywhere but this place.

I have been consistently disappointed with everything about this burger King! I used to choose to go there and for years, and years...yeah I'm really old...but in the last couple of years it's going down hill...on my last EVER trip my original chicken sandwich looked so bad that not even my son, who never turns down food, could eat it...we threw it away! Awful experience. No menu so i couldnt see what they had or prices. When i asked the guy taking my order (i think he was the manager) he got irritated. They tried to overcharge me 3 times so i changed the order. He left 4 times during taking my order to do something else. After him leaving the 4th time and the 3rd time overcharging me i left without ordering anything. I will not spend my hard earned money here. EVER. very rude employees and overcharging. My kids love Burger King but they are not clean there at all the man at the window took my cash and then grabbed a handful of jalapenos and put them in a cup with the same gloves he handle my cash with. Paid $20 for cold & wrong order??? Short Manger got nasty over buying another sauce for our food. After we bought the extra sauce she took it back and screwed up our order. Just took our food and threw it in the trash... When we were starving! Can't seem to red the order correctly.

Rudest front end person I've ever met. This guy working the drive up and front counter needs to be put in the back away from the public. I understand you still want to wear your mask but at least look up at your customers. If you have to wear your black mask up to your eyes and keep your cap down to your eyes and never look at the customers then you need a job away from the public

The chicken nuggets were so old they were nearly jerky. I was given no option of what I wanted to drink nor was given any sauces. Two more people in line had problems with their orders and a drive thru customer also had to come inside due to mistakes. Very rude when customers needed help correcting Burger King staff members mistakes.

Numerous signs stringently advised to pay at first window, no one ever came to first window. Finally, when helped I drove away and began to eat, both sandwiches were inedible and literally gross, the food was soggy and unfortunately disgusting. SAD TIMES. I cannot recommend this location until owner reviews and makes changes. If I was local I would definitely be in there requesting a refund, what a waste of money.

Do not eat here! The price on the menu is different from what they charge. There is some workers working at night here that are jacking the price up slightly from what the menu says so they can pocket the difference. They are scamming. Plus they close the milk shake machine down 3 hours before closing. Boycott this place please. Stand up to fraud!
