They are very generous with their sandwiches and I love their curly fries. A good lunch at a good price.

Hot n fresh Deluxe fish sandwich and the crispy fish sandwich was very good . And service very fast and courteous ..

New gyro is real good and you can't beat their fast beef amd cheddar on the flu. Make sure you get cheese for your curly fries

I usually stop at this location just after they open at 10:00am in the morning. I have always received excellent customer service at this location. There is one gentleman that often works the drive-thru in the mornings that is remarkable.

The night manager at this location runs a really good crew. She's very pleasant and her team seems competent. I'm not in town for business that often, but I am likely to stop when here based on my positive experiences.

I wish they had more of the classic Arby's around like what they had at Brockport, however this one is very clean. The prices may be alot but honestly that taste can't beat any other fast food. Their milkshakes are really good as well, it is a nice treat to have after those delicious curly fries.

Great customer service! Went through the drive through and left a food item behind. Came back later after calling and they were so kind and gave us the missing item along with some fries! Recommend this location!

Arby’s has some nice food offerings in addition to their famous Roast beef. Their curly fries and their cream cheese filled jalapeño poppers are a fave of my family! I wish they would bring back the onion petals as they were fantastic!

I bought food and it was wrong. I emailed the people there and they went above and beyond to earn my service back. They called me and actually cared about the customers. I will return now because they made it right. In life it’s all about making things right and they do that there. There’s always improvements to make so good job on actually caring to improve

Tried the new fish sandwich. So much better than McDonald's fish sandwich. Thicker, larger piece of fish, made to order so it's fresh and hot. It comes with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayo. The bun is soft and fresh. Will never go back to the fish fillet at McDonald's. The fillet of fish is small and comes with a half piece of cheese. Arby's is so much better. Will have to wait about 6 minutes for the preparation but so worth it.

I went through drive thru and they were extremely fast. I order everything with some sort of modification because I am the pickiest eater on the planet. This Arby's is the one location that has NEVER messed up a special order. Plus, who doesn't love their Jamocha milkshake!

The customer service is outstanding, they have never messed up my order and the food is always good, I have absolutely no complaints! To the workers, you're doing a fantastic job, thank you!! ❤️☺️

Arby's is by far the best fast food. We ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich, curly fries and a beverage. And it was delicious and looked just like the picture. It is always consistent.

After running across the parking lot through the cold rain to get to this Arby's, I was greeted by the most warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who got my food ready so quickly and seemed genuinely happy to see me! The food was delicious, as Arby's always is and the Reese's peanut butter cup is absolutely worth it!

I had the Traditional Gyro. It was a fast food Gyro! Not enough Tzatziki sauce, though. Verdict is good but not perfect.

I love this place and the curly fries. I try to eat here when ever my wife is out doing her own thing.

I come here about 1-2 times per month. Customer service and food is always good. Will continue to eat here.

It's Arby's what's not to like? They had a recent remodel and it's all updated inside. They have this great new spicy 3 pepper sauce, it's not really spicey but boy it's good.

Sandwiches and fries were warm, could have been warmer. Turnovers were awesome! Would have given 4 1/2 stars if I could have.

We Love Arby's especially the fish sandwich. I wish they had them all year round. They have the best out of all the fast food restaurants. As for the fries we ordered 2 large fries and when we got home we found they were only 1/2 ,full

New remodel is very nice. Food is good but roast beef should be hot. Mine was barely warm. Service was quick and pleasant. Parling lot atrocious! Awful potholes all over.

Looks nice inside after the remodel but the small two person tables border on unuseable. They combine being half the width of a normal table with being too close to the wall to use the arm next to the wall and the aisle is too narrow to allow people to walk by if you move the table out 6".

We only live 5 minutes away and by the time we got home the sandwiches were already cooked off. Otherwise it was good. I've never been disappointed in their Reuben.

This is an update to a previous bad experience i had. The owner reached out to me and spoke with me, he was genuine and wanted to know who made the food to make sure they are trained better. He paid for my next meal, and this time it was exactly what I expected it to bed. I was suprised he called me with in 2 days, thats customer service!

I love coming to this Arby's to get food 7-10 times it's nice hot and fresh. Today i got food and everything was perfect, sandwiches hot and fresh, fries fresh out of the fryer, and a nice and hot cheese cup. The customer service could be a bit better, but some of the staff is nice. There is one extremely polite service guy that always has a huge smile, reads back the order, and over all just gives off a great vibe that definitely makes getting to food just feel better.

I'm not a fan of Arby's, but this was a good experience. Food was typical fare - sliced meats and fries. We both had roast beef and it was as expected. Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere was typical Arby's/fast food. There were a couple of tables which had not nor were cleared - a bit messy.

The food was just ok..cashier was in a hurry..I do t know why it wasn't busy...I guess we were interrupting his conversation with co-workers...the floor was sticky from previous soda being spilled not cleaned well and the place smelled like backed up sewer..after we ordered we were leaving..and very expensive for what we had .won the returning anytime soon!!!!!

Where is the good deals they offered years ago? They used to have decent deals now you get the same food for more of the price.

Very disappointed..I usually get the chicken cordon blue...they no longer carry it. What we did get was good but this will probably be my last visit.

The turkey bacon sandwich was delicious. But the crinkle fries were way too salty. And there were burnt curly fries mixed in.

Closes at 11pm but won't take an app order after 930pm. Food isn't worth it if you can't get a deal on it.

Roast Beef & Curly Fries were good. It was a wait in the drive-thru , because the idiot in front of me held up the line ,by changing her order 3 times , then paying with change. Then sat there checking her order in the bag. She must be counting each curly fry , before driving off. Thanks for pissing everyone off ,behind you that was on a 1/2 hr lunch break.

The sandwiches were priced high. The meat was dry. There was no gravy available. You had to add a package sauce to the otherwise bland sandwich. It would be nice if they would cook the meat and make a homemade gravy. This is not how roast beef sandwiches should be served.

I should've gotten the fish sandwich. Poppers weren't as spicy as I was expecting. Cheese sticks are a great side option. We miss the potato cakes!!

The food is decent but way expensive especially if you don't use the stupid app. Pet peeve is that I ordered food at a few minutes after noon and they said "We don't have any at this time" I would have waited but they said "what else would you like?" 🙃 Not nice, but the lemonade is good!

I was there on Sunday and got charged 4 times for my dinner. Was told they couldn't do anything about it and to talk to my bank. Not a happy camper.

Usually I would go to Arby's before I start doing a double at work but today's experience stink overall. I'm here sitting at my work's parking lot and was eating Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich( my go to meal) and ended up finding plastic in my sandwich. This Arby's location is on point and never disappoint at all so I gave a curiosity call and let whoever in charge I found plastic in my meal. I told them I didn't want to be comp or get credit to what I paid for because I know what it's like to work in fast food Industry. The person I spoke to sounded unpleasant and just felt rude. I wish I can post a picture up in this review but anyways I know this location can do better

My first time here in awhile, food was fine, but walking in and seeing four extremely miserable looking employees on a Saturday evening was almost enough to make me go elsewhere, no friendliness at all.

Went through drive thru with friend and got to the window payed and my friend (the driver) took a quick photo on her phone of the both of us and after that all three of the crew we seen gave us dirty looks while we waited for our food and when we got the food the younger lady asked if we were videoing her co worker and my friend replied no I took a photo of me and my friend and they continued to give dirty looks as we drove away and if the workers were to watch the photo my friend took had the flash onto us and not into the store find unprofessional that they gave us dirty looks and stared and asked if we took a video of her co worker

I went in the store the other day through the drive-thru and when I opened the bag I had someone else's order. I took the order back and they refused to make it right and said "I have food so what's the big deal" I shall never go back to this Arby's.

So Arby’s and along with everyone else in Lockport that serves food you must get Covid from the food after 11 PM can we go back to 2010 when everybody was open till 1 AM pure laziness

Had to ask for the au jus for my French dip sandwich to actually get it. Also asked for Arby's sauce and didn't get any and had to correct the type of fries they were giving me. Asked for crinkle and they were putting curly fries in the bag. They also no longer had two of the items I wanted to order despite them being on the online menu. It was the ham sliders and the loaded curly fries.

This was once a positive review 5 star but after tonight I will never return to this location. Handling food without gloves, staring down customers and in general being rude.

took a selfie with my friend in the drive thru and kept getting stared at during our wait. then the cashier proceeded to ask, “we’re you recording her?” we were confused and said no we were not because we were literally not. then we proceeded to get multiple dirty looks from the entire crew, and even as we were pulling out some girl made some ugly face. very unprofessional and not cute at all. you’re not that important to be filmed in a drive through sorry. don’t know if i’ll be coming back to this arbys because of the rude staff.

I rarely go to Arby's cuz the food isn't always good, last night (Jan 6th) I ordered my food and was eating it at one of the tables, and I over heard the cashier talking about people's weight and how they should be going to the gym, making other comments under her breath. She seemed very ignorant. You don't get to comment on people's bodies when you literally work in fast food. If your miserable find another job!!!

There was a pale faced mush mouthed flamboyant boy that was taking orders at the counter. I had watched him take 3 people's orders ahead of me. He was rude,snotty and acted like he. Ouldnt be bothered. I didnt want him to be that way with me so I left without ordering. He is bad for business with an attitude like that. I'd fire him if I was in charge.

I was excited to hear about the new steak bites but very much disappointed with the actual thing. It's quite difficult to cook steak ahead of time and yet have it remain tender and juicy for long periods until it is served. Such is the case here as I found them extremely dry. The bbq sauce they provided did little to alleviate the dryness of the meat itself. On a positive note my dog loved them.

This review would not exist if the staff had simply said "Hey we're out of *insert product here*, can we get you something else?" instead of handing me the bag for my mobile order and having me find out when I got home that they just tried to replace my item with whatever they deemed fit. I wouldn't have been upset at all if they had simply asked. It's the manager's duty to educate their staff so this doesn't occur again in the future.

Food was fine until my son took a bite into his roast beef sandwich and noticed a very small black bug like worm. His dad called Arby's and was sent a 10 dollar gift certificate when our food cost more than that. I'm not sure if roast beef was old or it came from the cheddar will not be dining here again. Stopped in to get a bite to eat and we had to wait until everyone behind the counter got done talking to a relative for about 10 minutes then came around counter and gave the person a hug before we could order as the pink haired manager watched on . Service was not good . There was a girl that took our order after I came out of the bathroom she was very good and seemed like she was the only one working that day and she was cleaning As we ate as everyone in the back was talking away still .. food was not hot at all .. felt sorry for her that she worked with a manager and employees that could care less ..
