Weber Grill - Lombard

I went to Weber grill on my birthday which fell on a Saturday. Making a reservation two hours in advance was not a problem. The food is reasonably priced for the portion received The quality was excellent and the wait staff was attentive and friendly . Parking in the area is not a problem given there are several restaurants in the area.

This was our 3 time coming here and every time we come here we get good service and great food, shout out to our server I don’t remember her name she had green hair and glasses she was super attentive to us made sure we were good! I recommend this place!

One of the most memorable impromptu dining decisions I've made! What got me was the iconic grill outside! Having purchased a Weber, it was exciting to see one outside a restaurant. Inside you immediately see the history of quality of Weber. I was greeted by very friendly Staff Members. Most of what is cooked here is done on two large Weber Ranch style grills. I ordered the grilled meatloaf and I was not disappointed! I had never even considered this a possibility before and now it will be a staple in my own grilling experience. Thank you Weber.

I've seen Weber Grills all over and finally decided to try it. It's a solid restaurant and I will definitely not hesitate to dine here again. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. And the food was delicious.

Atmosphere was very nice and inviting. Our server was great, very attentive. Now the food: Fresh, steak cooked perfectly and tender. Loved the Maryland Crab cakes and slaw. Can't forget the Citrus Punch.

Maritza, our waitress was phenomenal. Food was excellent. Mashed potatoes were delicious. Filet mignon was cooked just right and the winter salad was delicious. Brownie was a picture way to end the night. Thank you for a positive experience

My husband and I took one of the cooking classes and had a wonderful time. Chef Kaus was wonderful and it was great to learn about smoking and grilling. We are definitely doing the cooking classes again.

Our Chef was fantastic! This was a really cool class that not only was fun, but was informative for grilling newbies. The food was amazing as well. We are definitely going back to try another class!

The food was excellent. The price was as amazing. Darko, our waiter, was superior! Every aspect of tonight’s meal was top notch!

Delicious food and drinks. Service is friendly and responsive. Anything they make off their grills is tasty. I had the ribs during my latest visit, and they were excellent. Prices are on the higher than average end of things, but still within reason f I recommend the quality of meal. Enjoy!

My husband and I came for a date night. Our server, Maritza, was amazing! She was very helpful with the menu and was very attentive and friendly. It was a great experience and we will come back soon!

Took the Valentines Day class. Service was amazing, major kudos to Mo and Hector at the Lombard location. Food was incredible, chef Klaus is a great teacher. The only thing I’d hope for in the future is a bit more space - we were all crowded and bumping in to each other while at the work stations and grills. Will 100000% be back.

It had been a long time since we have been here... And I am extremely happy we came back! Wow the food was phenomenal! I had the steak trio and loaded baked potato. The steaks were cooked to perfection! My fiance had the walleye and she said "it was perfectly cooked with a delicate aftertaste" Our server "Morgan" was personable, attentive, kind, and Efficient. Thank you Weber Grill! We will be back for a cooking lesson very soon!

Exceptional Service at Our Dad’s Birthday Dinner! We had the pleasure of dining at Weber’s Grill for a birthday celebration, and I just have to say, Maritza made the evening extra special. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and provided top-notch service throughout the entire evening. She was attentive without being overbearing, and her recommendations were spot-on. Her friendly demeanor made the experience feel personal and unique, and she went above and beyond to ensure that our birthday celebration was memorable. Whether it was accommodating special requests or bringing out a surprise dessert, Maritza truly made us feel like VIPs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be returning! Thank you, Maritza, for making our evening unforgettable!

Weber Grill in Lombard offers a solid dining experience with a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly service. The cocktails were definitely a highlight--well-made, refreshing, and a great way to start the meal. The Margherita pan pizza and fries were just okay, nothing too memorable but still enjoyable enough. I also tried the white chocolate cheesecake, which was decent but didn't quite stand out. Overall, Weber Grill delivered a pleasant visit with great drinks and reliable service-just a few tweaks to the food and it could easily be a 5-star stop!

Good food. Especially steaks and there are a lot of interesting things to see inside!

Monday late lunch, we sat at the bar, bartender took long breaks, where we needed attention and he wasn't there . . Wife & I had sticky ribs for appetizer (ok) I had the Big G burger (Good but patty needed more seasoning, good fries!) wife had steak wedge salad (good).

Stopped in for a late lunch. Staff was quick and friendly. We got the cornbread for an appetizer. I thought it lake much flavor and did not taste like cornbread. I'd prefer the store bought 99cent box over this. The cornbread came in a skillet that was hot as the sun, but somehow, the cornbread was luke warm at best. I got the Cubano sandwich with fries. The sandwich was very tasty but could have been warmer. The fries were good and crispy. The wife got a traditional burger that she liked very much.

Food was pretty good. I had a New York Strip it was very tender and great flavor. My wife had the brisket. That was very good as well. The meat was tender had the perfect smokey flavor and the BBQ sauce make it perfect. It had a little spicy kick just to tickle the buds. Could not have been done better! The atmosphere is very nice. The service was okay. Our server was kind but kind of got the hint of attitude. When we asked question since it was our first time there. There was another waitress who dragged the food the food stand across the whole dining room without picking it up. By the food stand I man that metal portable tables servers use to put the food on before it is given to your party. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Great place for a casual or celebration dinner. Dishes were served hot and good! There's a main dining room and a separate bar room with a few booth seating and high tables. Location is convenient to shopping centers nearby. So you can shop then grab a meal or appetizers and drinks.

Delicious food. Decent prices, we sat outside in the heated tent in December. It was well heated and nicely decorated. Friendly staff. They currently have a limited menu due to everything going on with covid. We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely go back again.

Great lunch! Good menu with plenty of healthy options! Salads were excellent!! Chicken satay… ok (I prefer peanutier peanut sauce) Drinks were also good! Mai tais strong! Rum Sangria very yummy (less rummy). Service was great, nice people!

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend the shrimp and ribs. The garlic mashed potatoes lacked flavor but everything else was seasoned. 1

The patio here was surprisingly nice. Its right next to the parking lot and Butterfield road but it was still pretty quiet and cozy due to strategic shrub placement. I went for lunch so I simply got a side of Mac and cheese and a side salad. Side salad was good and did the job. Don't order the Mac and cheese. The sauce was way too thin and I could barely taste the cheese over the overwhelming garlic flavor. I could forgive it, if it wasn't $8 for a tiny, bad portion. The pretzel rolls were really good and the cheddar butter was tasty and something I've never seen anywhere else. I am giving it 4 stars because my waitress was wonderful and I liked the patio where I could sit and study. I wouldn't reorder my food though.

Food was good. A little high priced for what I think we got, but good overall. Service was fantastic. She explained all the food and sauces that hit our table and she was patient with questions. Place was fancy and elegant.

Well not like it use to be. Party of nine no one was satisfied. It was my husband’s birthday and he wanted to try the steak. He changed his mind when he saw another table’s order. My daughter ordered the meatloaf and said it had no taste and was dry. Everyone else ordered burgers and didn’t finish eating. It was a bummer I was hoping to really enjoy myself 🥹

We loved the atmosphere and wine selection. Our server was excellent as well. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I wish I could go on, but that's where the good ended. Stone cold mashed potatoes (whipped butter didn't melt at all) and horribly tough asparagus. At this price point, I expect excellent, warm food.

Insanely pricy three stars experience ! Nice staff yet lacking guidance.Awful bathroom and overall atmosphere.. If you are in the business of selling outdoors grills but not using them to demo while prepping our food .. there is a disconnect.In spite of great steaks cooked almost to perfection and moist chocolate bunds cake this visit was not memorable.

I think we just had bad luck with our server. We usually love it here but she barely said 2 words to us. It was odd. We had to tell her we wanted to order drinks and then we had to flag her down and tell her we were ready to order. We had 2 children with us and waiting patiently is not the easiest. Food was still good and the staff that cleaned our table and brought our food were very friendly so it’s just a bad experience with the server but that is sorta a big part of the experience.

Considering the prices, the food and service were disappointing. My shrimp dish had a side of spinach, and I requested a change to green beans . The waiter declined and said it was 'just as garnish' so I didn't order a separate side of beans, but the spinach was clearly a side. He was also unaware of the fish special of the day. A side salad was not included with any entree either. Service was slow. Most main dishes were fine. But for $440 for 5 adults and 1 3- year old, it was definitely disappointing. We will not be back.

Came here on a colleague’s recommendation and had high expectations, especially for the price. I ordered the Delmonico ribeye ( ~16oz for $55) med rare. Received it cooked medium (confirmed by server, but it was seasoned very nicely and was fairly tender. Garlic mashed potatoes were tasty. Pretzel bread rolls and pretzel bread appetizer were not special. Big g burger was nice but a little too salty for me but no complaints from the one that ordered it. Baked potato was a little bland. Food felt like it took a long while to come out (dining room was booked out for event, so I adjusted expectations). We arrived before happy hour (~2:30) and first appetizer came out at 3:06 (happy hour starts at 3). If it was going to take this long anyway, I’d rather have waited for happy hour to start to place the order ($6). Some pretzel rolls arrived after (assumed to be complimentary rolls). I would suggest if possible, serving these after/during ordering (perhaps the supply was depleted by the event?) to lower the perceived wait time for the appetizer. The bread appetizer was full price ($11), but it was later comped by management for the steak issue. It would have been nice to have a slightly higher discount, though. They did offered to do a new steak but I’m not okay with wasting meat, so I declined. I had high hopes from the Weber name and reputation and was deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant when Longhorn charges less for a 20 oz well seasoned ribeye and can cook it to med rare.

My son and I decided to give this place a try. We both had The Big G burger. Nothing to big about it. Doesn’t automatically come with fries. The burger was just ok, the bun was hard, fries were just ok. Water was room temperature. The pretzel bread and spread was not good at all. The manager came to my table only, probably cause I asked for extra ketchup and salt. He didn’t check on anyone else. When we went to the car the parking lot was pretty empty and Yard House was rocking so we will be going to Yard House next time. Sorry Weber Grill you fell short.

It was my first time here. I was pretty set on getting the chicken picatta but ordered steak because it smelled good. I ordered the filet mignon. At $47 a plate, I thought it would be stellar but I was very disappointed. I ordered it medium rare and it was dry. I could have gotten a better steak at Friday's.

Came here for a family lunch. We tend to come to Weber grill often and have our waitress Maritza who tends to us well. She wasn’t available due to being otherwise occupied and we were served by Jasmine H. Instead. Suffice it to say she was not friendly. When a dish came out from the kitchen that wasn’t made well she got defensive and told us she had placed in the order to the kitchen how we had stated it to her. When our check came we noticed an 18% gratuity added to the check. We asked the manager if this was a new policy which the manager said no. We have never seen this auto gratuity being placed in our check before. Overall bad experience. Bad food and bad service from both the manager and the waitress Jasmine H. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

Service could’ve been better. Waitress took my utensils after my appetizer and never replaced them I had to go take some off another unoccupied table so I can eat my meal. Food was not the best was they fell short compared to other places to go eat. I was really annoyed that it was only 4 of us and they automatically added 18% gratuity!! So if you want to dine here be aware they practice this at this establishment!

Please don’t fraternize this business. It was a horrible experience. Me and my wife walked in was seated towards the back which wasn’t the problem , it was the time from us being seated until anyone came over to ask anything (20 mins went by) they all just walked pasted and looked and IT WASNT BUSY AT ALL. And it wasn’t until we got up and put our coats on is when the manger decided to come over and ask if we were taken care of, when we already had our coats on ready to leave. IT DEFINITELY GAVE ME RACIAL VIBES . Never I have ever been in a place where it took you 20 mins or more to even come to a table to see why we are leaving. I guess you guys are in the business of losing money. Now I see why this place was empty at 3pm on a Sunday went right across to Yard House and had a wonderful time…. Please don’t spend you money here especially if you’re of color they will have you there just sitting

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Weber Grill. The food was underwhelming and nowhere near the quality you would expect from a place that promotes itself as a grill specialty restaurant. Items came out poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and were not worth the price. What made the situation worse was the customer service or lack of it. Our server was inattentive and difficult to find when we needed anything. We waited far too long for basic things, and no one checked in to see how our meal was or if anything was wrong. It honestly felt like once the order was taken, we were completely forgotten. When we tried to address the issues, there was no sense of urgency or effort to make things right. No apology, no follow-up, and no attempt to fix the experience. For a restaurant with the Weber name behind it, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and hospitality. Overall, overpriced food, poor service, and a very frustrating dining experience. I would not return and would not recommend this location to anyone looking for good food or decent customer care.

Everyone who ate the shrimp at this location in my party got sick after coming here. I have not been able to eat anything for the last 24 hours after eating at this location. In addition, most of us ordered medium rare steaks and some people got what looked like well done and some people got what looked like rare. Most steaks cooked poorly. And the char on the steaks was unbearable, tasted completely burned on the outside, not even edible. And the $50 Rib Eye I got was about 20-30% fat. Not good fat, the stuff that is not chewable. Absolutely awful experience here. We were going to do our Chirstmas party here as well for 2026 but everyone agreed not a chance.

I walk in and am standing in front of the manager and wait staff not a single problem. We sit and get served our water and menus. While looking at the menus the manager comes over and says I have to leave cause im not in "appropriate " clothes. I was wearing overalls with an undershirt. So if that is your rules and regulations why sit us and then embarrass us in front of a full restaurant! Been coming here for many years. As a restaurant owner this is embarrassing and shows a lack or training and communication. How sad we use to actually like this place. But clearly to embarrass us They sat me and then made me leave .

My finace and I visited Weber Grill in Lombard. When we arrived the parking lot was not full and upon entering the restaurant there was one other family. We were seated and looked at the menu, after being sat for 15 minutes no one came over to greet, or introduce themselves as our waiter/waitress. There were three waiters who looked in our direction but never came over. As we proceeded to leave, the same gentleman that had seated us, looked in our direction and asked if we were leaving. At that point he apologized and asked to help us and we declined. The experience was horrible, the lack of communication and despite the fact that there was only one other family (who was already eating) that was in the restaurant. I will never visit them again. We came right actors the parking lot to Yard House where we were greeted, seated and our waitress came right over and took out order.
