Great location!! The place is super sanitary!! Also, while I was eating my meal one of the cashiers was out in the lobby cleaning and asking everyone how their meal was and if they needed anything else!!! I had to ask for name so I can submit this review!! Thank you Hailey for your exceptional customer service!!

I ordered a number 9 she asked me if I wanted spicy or callasic. I said wanted classic being spicy I can't do due to really bad ulcers instead of telling me 9 is originally spicy and suggesting another number she let me order it return it and order it again just to be as spicy being now I ordered the classic again thinking it was the spicy mix up. The. Explained to me the difference and refuses to give me a different sandwich. I asked for management and she replaced it for something I could eat.

They have the best breakfast potatoes. The bacon, egg, cheese biscuit is also quite good. Not usually a fan of Wendy's. But, they also offer a $5 big bag. Choice of bacon cheeseburger, chicken sandwich. Comes w/ fries, 4 piece nuggets and a drink.. with today's economy, , you really can't beat the price . It's good for a quick inexpensive bite.

This Wendy's is a very well run establishment. Each time I've been inside, the interior is clean and the employees adhere to food safety standards to the letter. The food is consistently good and well prepared.

Wendy's is currently under construction/renovations. I did not see a sign when they would resume business. However, I think their frosts are one of the best (thick not runny) and affordable in town.

Food is consistent in flavor and quality. Dining room is kept arctic. A good value when you use coupons whether paper or in their app.

Pretty Solid place with a low cost menu and a motivated staff. They also do a military discount.

The food was good the poor kids behind the counter were so... Lost/confused. They got a group of orders mixed up and got so flustered. I felt so bad for them. Everything in life is education lol I just hope they look at it that way and use it in the future 😉

Bourbon burger is amazing to be a Wendy's burger. I don't recommend fast food. But it is my new favorite burger 🍔 from anywhere

3 Stars because the staff is super nice, they are overworked but still beyond nice. Bathrooms are always filthy because all the migrant farm workers staying at the hotel in parking lot when drunk and homeless pee all over the floors. You have to ask for the nuggets to be fresh cooked & fries or else they will be cold or room temperature.

Their homemade lemonade is amazing. I don't usually eat ground beef but theirs is very flavorful and doesn't taste like fillers. Fast drive thru.

Usually don't eat too often at Wendy's. I do however like their chili. But, their Dave's Burgers you'll be lucky to get them hot, the same goes for their fries.

Order usually gets messed up. Food really doesn't seem fresh. I have eaten here a dozen times and usually have some kind of issue. I am not a picky person either. The new management has really let this location slide.

Had the worst experience today in drive through. Oder was incorrect the drivethrough window operator was rude and disrespectful. Definitely the worst customer experience I have ever had in a drivethrough. And on the other side the supervisor after I called gave me a refund for the parts of the oder that was wrong. Hopefully something can be done about the drivethrough operators and improve on the customer service. Don't think we will return for awhile.

The ad on tv that says their fries are always hot and crispy is wrong. We’ve gotten them a few times lukewarm and soggy. I had to take them back ones because they were cold. 👎🏻🙁

Remodelled to be like the modern fast food restaurant: less comfortable, noisy, and efficient. The employees seem as bewildered as I was! Eat in area with tv, piped in music, and high uncomfortable chairs. ICE TEA is NO longer fresh brewed!!!! Sadness.

Don’t usually leave reviews especially for fast food but this is the second time I have ordered a triple cheeseburger & when I got home it was a double. I should have known better to check the bag but since it was the only thing I ordered I did not.

ALWAYS smells like vagrants have been living in the dining area. Combination of piss and funk from the carpet has ruined my appetite the last two times I have been there.

They need to clean their grills there was so much smoke in the building plus there's soda machine was nasty filthy! Plus even though there's hardly anybody in there they had a hard time getting people's orders out one employee was giving people free stuff tell the manager showed up

So I order with the utmost not urgency but I am dealt with the drive-through women that is working at the register of And she has no clue what customer services I mean it's not hard for drive-through to be good but unfortunately this one is not I can go to galita and get wendys no problem I work in Goleta but I would feel like the town that I live in wood bigley's be decent enough for a drive-through women to provide the minimal customer service

They can never get an order right, but will not be going here any longer. After getting back on road to go home, the order was wrong and not edible more wasted money. Not worth it to waste time having to go back as it would only be wrong again.

The only thing good about this place is the building/location. Poor customer service had everyone in line shaking their heads. Treat your customers better.

I will not recommend this restaurant not for the food but for the employees! We visited wendys at 21 (25.09), we waited over 10 minutes for the order to be accepted by the sellers, after noticing when it would finally be possible to order, she graciously approached the counter, rolling her eyes, another 15 minutes to order 1 burger (orders in the restaurant above me 4, drive thru 3 cars), despite the fact that at around 9:30 p.m. another seller approached the counter, we tried to order another burger, he said that at this time they would not have time to make it because the restaurant is open until 10 pm…. He took another order a second earlier. Laughs, they won't make one burger in 30 mins ?! Latino workers served only Latinos faster, I felt discriminated against because of the color of the skin! If work is a punishment for them, don't let them work, the approach to the client is terrible.

We don’t go out much, but today we craved some Wendy’s. Went through the drive through, and they made us wait a long time. We got our order and drove home only to realize our chicken nuggets were over cooked, the fries were soggy, and our cookies were burnt. Won’t be going back again.

Was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, stuck in a line of car's. Was told 6 time's that they'll be right with me. I asked for a discount because that was 20 minutes out of my life that I'll never get back and received the sales tax off my purchase. Waited all that time and the fries were cold and old. Never again.

A most disappointing experience. Refused to provide accomodations to a disabled person needing to pay cash for existing so called " burger day deal". App did not work and mgr. not available.

Handed my card to employee at drive thru on September 1, 2023. 2 days later, fraudulent charges. Didn't use the card anywhere else. Thanks crooks.

Haven't been able to get a fresh French fry out of this place in years. The burgers are good, but any salad order never comes with the dressing. Entry level staff under terrible management.

I arrived through drive through, and it was closed! Then I walked indoors and all the workers are eating. Looked like a potluck at work day! Everyone just looked at me. I walked out. I had placed an online order and it went through. I need the manager to reach out. This is not acceptable and if the restaurant is closed due to a work party then they need to let the customers know! Wasted 30mins of my time waiting for food.

Nobody at this place seems to know proper food handling protocols. I have worked fast food before and I know that you are regularly supposed to change gloves and wash your hands ESPECIALLY after handling money. I saw one worker wearing the same gloves for a good 10 min while taking customers orders, handling cash, and also packing orders and I also had one worker give me my tray and a chicken nugget had fallen onto the counter and the worker proceeded to quickly pick it up with her bare hands and put it back in the box of nuggets hoping i wouldn’t notice.

The only reason I come back is literally because my wife is terminally ill, and a Wendy's Single (pickle only, no cheese, usually have to send it back because it's prepared wrong) is a comfort food she can stomach, there isn't another Wendy's around for 20 miles, and I'm not about to deprive her. That said, I hate this location. Hate it. Don't waste your money here unless you have a mitigating circumstance.
