We were looking for somewhere child-friendly to eat before going to the Paddington Bear experience and came across the Atrio Bar - County Hall. Lovely relaxed atmosphere for families with a great service from Sai who served us. Food was quick to come out, delicious and was the perfect place to stop for lunch. Thanks Sai!

Service was exceptional. We had Christmas Eve dinner here, and Sai and the staff went out of their way to make it a very special experience. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience having dinner here. The staff were very attentive, especially MD who made sure that we have a pleasurable experience, and the food is very good as well, really do recommend the Bolognese and the Chicken Burger! Would definitely return with no hesitation!

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, wonderful desserts, especially Tiramisu, delicious food ( nice presentation) and excellent service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and polite. Thank you Sayed and to the rest of the team!

Had the yummiest truffle pizza, and sharing plates to start. Cocktails were delicious, and it’s right near our offices. Perfect. Will definitely be back!

Nice place for a dinner. Staff is very polite, friendly and organised, but would be even better to be a bit more faster. I had calamari & aioli and seafood linguine and it was delicious. Definitely come again 😃

This is part of the Park Plaza Hotel, in the same building and also opposite. I've eaten at both locations and restaurants. The Atrio Restaurant feels less formal in comparison to the main hotel one, and that's not a bad thing. Staff are very courteous, polite and professional. Great service and the food was also excellent. The setting is lovely, well decorated with a contemporary look and feel. Price wise, not overly expensive, and much like any restaurant in Central London. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Atrio Restaurant and will happily visit again. Recommended.

The bar itself is stylish and bright with an easy comfort (the lighting could perhaps be a little lower but that’s a tiny thought), the design was fresh and inviting. All staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that you are ok, comfortable and that your drinks are as expected and delicious. We had Rose Garden Cocktail made with Pink Grapefruit Gin and Passionfruit Liqueur, a Green Planet Cocktail with Hendrick’s Gin, Fresh Cucumber, Mint and Elderflower plus Whiskey Sours using Wild Turkey Whiskey… All of which were sublime, perfectly balanced, flavoursome and fresh with the right alcoholic ‘hit’ - we ended up order one after the other and can’t wait to be back soon for more.

Delicious food and great staff. ! I had a burger and a coke for 25 pounds last night and enjoyed a superfood salad, glass of wine, and meatballs tonight for just a bit more. I hope the service charge goes to the servers!

We were staying at the Park Plaza County Hall, so considering this restaurant is in the hotel, it made it convenient. The food was great! We ordered the calamari & shrimp appetizer. My son chose the toasted cheese sandwich & fries from the kids' menu, and my husband and I both had the chicken Tikka masala; I thought it tasted good, but my husband said it was not authentic. Service needs a little refining. I'm a patient person, but there was a lot of waiting. We walked in and found seats. Waited for about 10 minutes, and since no one came or even looked like they were going to come, I went up to the bar & asked. Our server took our order. We ordered drinks and saw our drinks on the bar counter. But it took the server another 10 minutes to bring it to us. Then, ALL our food came out around the same time. First, our Tikka Masalas. Then, the calamari. I joked to my five year old son that we finally got our meals first. Eventually, his meal followed. We ate, plates were picked up by someone, and we never saw our waiter until we had to flag him down to order a brownie to go and for the check. Waited a while again, and he brought us the brownie on a plate with ice cream. We told him we asked for it to go and says, just stay 5 more minutes because it'll melt. I laughed cause I knew that 5 minutes would mean another 20 before we saw him and the check. He saw my annoyance, and just like that, he got us a box and the check.

We had dinner here once. We stayed at Park Plaza, and they give a 20% discount to the guests for one visit. We ordered pizza from the kids menu for our daughter and pasta with prawns for me. Pizza was amazing, the kid ate it herself regardless the big size. Pasta was good, nothing special. I didn’t like the atmosphere much because of lots of students with laptops during the dinner time.

Steak that doesn't come with veg nor chips, just sauce, not good enough for me especially for the price! It's nice but need a healthy balance on a plate! Busy atmosphere but nice and friendly.

Great location and selection of food at breakfast buffet, with a few exceptions in quality, namely the eggs and the coffee, both lacked any flavor. For what you get, the price is rather steep, but the service is wonderful and it's an easy sit-down meal.

SAI’s service very good. For the food with goat cheese or lamb, maybe try methods to remove the muttony smell.

We just went to have some late lunch at Atrio. Wasn’t sure whether we waited or just sit anywhere. Went to the counter and asked and the staff asked us to take seat anywhere. The person to take order was taking very long . We sat nearly half hour before someone came! Nearly walked out . But once the order was taken the food was very nice . May be service needs to be bit faster . On the whole good experience .

The Angus burger was good, it was a bit overcooked. I ordered medium and it was well.

Great food and service just let down by how slow the service is it's very slow and poor comunicrion from front of house to kitchen if you change or order something specific double and triple it correct our food came out wrong to start with but easily rectified by the manager. Would still go again but not a quick drink place as service speeds for drinks is poor.

Good hotel food if you don't have any energy to go out. Would recommend the club sandwich or pizza if ordering room service. But nandos would be a safer bet.

The Italian restaurant of the Park Plaza County Hall hotel. The service was really slow. I ordered a drink and it was on the bar for 10 mins, which it wasn't busy.

The food is very fine and well prepared, and the quality is definitely high. Unfortunately, the service needs improvement. In addition, the door downstairs is frequently left open, making the restaurant quite cold and uncomfortable. With better attention from the staff and more care about the atmosphere, this place could be much more enjoyable.

Lovely restaurant, very nice food. Terrible waitresses there yesterday. They just refused to serve us. I had to go to the bar to ask someone to serve us. Rude girls and I won't be back because of them. Manager should speak to them

Had a pretty average burger and chips here - it’s a standard hotel restaurant, fine if you’re staying there but not worth visiting otherwise.

The food is good if you can order at all. Unprofessional and not a children friendly service. We ve stayed 3 nights in the hotel but we never come back here due to the bar.

After a long day of travel, I checked into the Park Plaza County Hall Hotel hoping to enjoy a quick and convenient meal at **ATRIO Restaurant** as directed by the front desk. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected at a hotel of this caliber. I arrived at ATRIO at 10:38 PM, only to be informed that the last food order had been taken at 10:30 PM—barely eight minutes prior. Despite explaining my situation and asking for a simple exception given the minimal time lapse, I was refused service. I was then advised to order room service instead. However, since my family was already asleep in our room, ordering food there wasn’t an option. I suggested ordering room service and eating downstairs to avoid disturbing them, but I was told multiple times that the same kitchen serving room service was the one handling restaurant orders—yet no solution was offered to help me. After a long day of travel, all I wanted was any kind of food. Instead, I was left with no choice but to wander the area on foot for **45 minutes** just to find somewhere still serving food. This experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate a guest in need felt unwelcoming and unnecessary, especially considering the hotel’s reputation and the resources available. For travelers, especially those arriving late, this lack of support is frustrating and far below expectations. I sincerely hope the hotel reconsiders its policies or trains staff to provide more thoughtful solutions for guests who find themselves in similar situations.

They don’t have anything what's on the menu. Several Beer's from draft or bottle. Nothing ! Take a IPA was suggested, oke... the brewdog please, oh no, empty, take the other one. Oke... after 10 min, sorry we are empty. etc. Really pour place

Our experience at the restaurant was terrible. Despite making repeated eye contact, we were simply ignored. We waited for 20 minutes without anyone attending to us, while other guests who arrived after us were served immediately. According to reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue, so we're not the only ones with such negative experiences. The behavior of the staff was absolutely unprofessional and rude. We strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.

Our visit to the restaurant was deeply disappointing, marking it as one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Despite being ready to order, the waiter ignored us and prioritised to clear and clean tables. After 20 minutes of being overlooked, a guest who arrived after us was served immediately, which led us to leave. Reading other reviews, it seems we're not alone in our dissatisfaction. A glaring lack of basic customer service places this establishment firmly at the bottom of recommendable dining options.

Quite awful! Service was very, very slow. They brought the wrong drink, we had to ask three times for water and finally we had to go ask the bartender ourselves, I had to send back the cauliflower wings because they were not cauliflower wings at all (and there was definitely no cashew ranch sauce in sight). The fish and chips were drowning in grease and they gave us two pepper shakers and no salt. This is easily the worst restaurant experience of my life!

Please explain, why you wouldn't warn your guests that they will have an additional charge in their bill according to their attire? Or why do you expect tourists from other countries just happen to have a cocktail dress just to fit into your "super posh" space with tired dirty plastic plants on tiny tables? Our company was very nicely dressed. Do you consider disrespecting people to be a good marketing?

Don’t order the fish and chips! It looks like it should when it arrives but there is a strange orange layer between the batter and the fish. Tasted it. Disgusting. Not mentioned on the menu. Took ages to get anyone’s attention to ask what it was. Turns out they put paprika on the fish. Not mentioned on the menu at all! It was disgusting and the 2 year old left hungry. Why mess with a something like fish and chips and if you’re going to mess with a favourite , let people know!!! put it on the menu!!!! Bangers and mash. Another firm favourite! Not here. They made something in it taste like liquorice. Possibly star anise. But why!!!!!

For a start, noone bothered to take us to the table. 6 people behind bar, not even 1 cares about customers. Menu full of cocktails, but can't order any (barman not in today). Chef was in and had half of meals available. Noone asked, how was food or took dishes away. We asked for a bill, but none of 6 would bring it. 10min later chef came out of kitchen, so we and other 3 tables asked for a bill again. Chef brought bills to all tables. Avoid

Stopped in yesterday for lunch. Ordered a sandwich which was served on bread which was dried out. Felt like it had been next to a dehumidifier to remove all the moisture. Told our waiter who promptly argued that it was all fresh. I said “ it feels dried out “ he returned to the kitchen to speak to the chef / sandwich maker and then told me that they were made fresh. No attempt was made to rectify the issue. It may have been made up fresh but on old bread. Would not recommend this place. Staff training need revisiting on customer service. Then had the cheek to charge me £5 service charge. First & Last time. AVOID !!!!
