We had the best service from Kaden as we enjoyed drinks and a Charcuterie board with friends from overseas. We weren’t rushed, and enjoyed Kaden’s cocktails and help with a few extra things we needed. He was super helpful and good humoured throughout the afternoon. Thank you!

I had a lovely breakfast with my friends. Aakash was our server and he always had a pleasant smile and was so generous. He kept checking on us and made sure we had everything. Bashit was also very nice with his interactions. All the staff members were polite. I totally recommend having breakfast here.

We had breakfast here during our week long stay at the Hotel. We were attended by Bhashit who is a great guy, kind, patient and humble. He constantly tried very hard to make our experience more comfortable. He took our menu selections correctly and got our food promptly. His service was excellent and consistent.

It was such a great stay in Radisson Blue, especially the restaurant was superb. The gentleman Mr. HIMANSHU has served me and I am really impressed his kind gesture and hospitality been there. We held our work Christmas party here, and I honestly can’t praise the experience enough. A huge part of what made the night so successful was Elena, who supported us from start to finish. From the very beginning, Elena talked us through the different venue options and menu choices, making the whole planning process feel easy and stress-free. She was incredibly organised, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure the event suited exactly what we were looking for. On the night itself, Elena went above and beyond, helping us set up our DJ and Photo Booth, checking in throughout the evening, and proactively making sure everything ran smoothly. It was clear she had everything under control, which allowed us to relax and actually enjoy the night. Thanks to Elena’s professionalism and attention to detail, the evening ran perfectly and was enjoyed by everyone who attended. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for events, and if you’re lucky enough to work with Elena, you’re in very good hands.

We have planned to stay here for one week (Bangalore to London) and it's been a great experience with hotel service, food and ambience! Special thanks to Richard, Sachin & Himanshu. They made us to feel like a home! They are spot on with our requests with their happy smiles! Sometimes it's about team at great service which makes us to come back and it's this place!

So I was being served by Bhashit, he’s a really sweet and humble guy who made sure our food was served on time and I did not have to wait at all, he made sure I had a comfortable visit at the hotel as well. Also he took great caution to help me select the pure vegetarian dishes as I don’t eat meat.

Been there for Christmas, had a very nice lunch! The staff was so kind and patient with us 'cause we couldn't speak English very well. It is a lovely place too with a nice modern and cozy style.

Mohammed went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making us feel truly special. I can't recommend him enough for his outstanding service. If you want a memorable breakfast experience, ask for Mohammed – he's simply the best!

This Mediterranean Japanese fusion food is incredible. There you eat with your eyes, your nose and your tongue. And you travel at every step of your meal. Not to be missed.

Our experience at breakfast was great, the food and atmosphere were marvelous and the servers were welcoming and friendly. The server Bhashit provided especially good service and we ate our breakfast here every morning of our four day long stay.

My daughter wanted to see Elf on her birthday, so booked a pre-theatre dinner here. It was a quiet night, so service was very attentive. The food was all very good, Beth particularly enjoyed the French onion soup. My Portobello mushroom wellington was delicious too. The wine list was interesting and we selected an Argentinian white, which was perfect. Would definitely return if we're in the area.

Himanshu was our bar tender for this evening. We found him very friendly and helpful to us as this was our first night staying in this hotel. We travelled today from Ireland and enjoyed our evening in his company

The restaurant is near the British Museum. Elena and the rest of the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was also very tasty and helped us make amends with previous bad experiences with Fish and Chips.

Excellent fillet mignon, perfectly cooked as requested. Drinks were good, service was excellent as well.

A lovely, quiet break from the noise of London. The food was delicious, the servers were pleasant and attentive, and the prices were reasonable for the utterly delicious meal I had.

The breakfasts here are wonderful. The buffet has delicious hot food for a full English breakfast along with four kinds of pastries, three kinds of fruit, cold cereal, cheese, sliced meat, cucumber, tomato hummus, and guacamole. For £25, one gets all of that plus the opportunity to order from the a la carte menu. Although the omelet on that menu only has cheese, ham, and tomato listed, the accommodating chef will make a full vegetable omelet of sautéed tomato, onion, mushroom, and green pepper with about half a sliced, fresh avocado on the side. The servers are all extremely efficient, friendly, helpful, and personable. My friend and I stay at the hotel annually, so we have developed a personal relationship with two of the servers, the manager and other servers emulate our two favorites. We get treated very well here.

The standout for me was the seared scallops with citrus beurre blanc—absolutely divine. Service was impeccable: attentive without being intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable and offered excellent wine pairings that elevated the meal even further. This restaurant doesn’t just serve food—it delivers an experience. We left feeling full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates top-tier cuisine and exceptional service!

Decent food, good service. We had the Yorkshire Pudding, Tomato soup and Sirloin steak. The soup and pudding were great, the steak was Well Done when we asked for Medium, and the taste was unremarkable. We told the staff about it, got a polite response but not much else. All dishes were well presented and other than the steak failure the service was very attentive and courteous. Bottom line - nice place for dinner.

They food was disappointing, ordered a sea bass and I think I’ve better food in an economy flight to be honest. It was dry and flavourless. My friend ordered one of the specials and it tasted far better however overall the atmosphere of the restaurant felt too mundane.

Stopped at the bar for a Prosecco glass. I wasn't even seated at the table. Just I asked for a glass while standing up. I received a fraction of a glass and paid £8.25 for that plus 12.5 service charge! I have similar glasses at home, I think I received 70 ml or even less. Added to my personal "avoid-list".

I had the hot chocolate but it was too milky and not chocolate-y enough. The servers didn’t really give us a second to settle in before rushing to get our order. Not a great experience.
