We really enjoyed the food! The Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan and Peshawari Naan was delicious. Kadai Prawns with Pulao Rice was a great combo, and the wine matched well with the meal. Excellent service and a lovely dining experience

I visited this Indian restaurant with my Mum and the dog on the 18th of May 4 days after it reopened. Yes we took the dog as they now have 2 tables outside (so fellow Dog people on a nice weather day you can go eat there with pooch). It is great to have it open again, it had been a very reliable local Indian restaurant for a long time so we wanted to go again after all this time of being closed and see how it is with the new ownership/menu. I must say, it is even better than before. The food we had was absolutely delicious, particular highlights/recommendations are the Onion Bhajiya with a yummy chuntey , the Lamb Kulambu curry with such a delicious flavoursome sauce and the Parotta bread perfectly flakey and moreish (in fact we ended up ordering second Parotta). So again, it's great to have Meghna are local down the road Indian restaurant back open, we will definitely be back and I am looking forward to trying some of the other new dish on the menu. Oh and not forgetting to mention the staff/service was very good as well. 👏🏼 😀

Had a fantastic dinner at Meghna Grill on Sunday! The Hariyali Chicken Tikka, Malabar Meen Kulambu, Garlic Naan, and Masala Dosa were all delicious and full of authentic flavour. Excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The server was outstanding, and I had a delicious chicken biryani. It was not too spicy, but spicy enough. perfect for me. Easy to get to, great cocktail menu, and they never ask dumb questions. So much fun! Order the Mango Sorbet for dessert.

The Meghna Grill served quite possibly the finest Indian food I have had in years, if not ever. The atmosphere was impeccable, as was the charm and attentiveness of the hostess and wait staff. Our table of six was served with promptness, courteousness, and a breezy je ne sais quoi. The food was delectable and sumptuously prepared. We will be back!

The starters were crisp and tasty, and the curries were rich, aromatic, and perfectly cooked – you can tell they focus on fresh ingredients and proper Indian spices. The naan and parotta were soft and flaky, perfect for scooping up the curries. Portions were generous and great value for the quality of food.

I ate the naan, butter chicken, and mango lassi at Meghan’s India Restaurant, and everything was delicious. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with tender pieces of chicken. The naan was warm, soft, and perfect for dipping into the sauce. The mango lassi was refreshing, smooth, and nicely sweet, which balanced the meal really well. The portions were satisfying, and the food felt comforting and authentic. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely order these dishes again

We had a super take out dinner from Meghna Grill last night. So good to see this local restaurant open again & under new management. All our dishes were freshly cooked & wonderfully seasoned. The crispy okra were amazing & the chicken dosa was exceptional. Very hospitable staff offering good advice about the menu. Looking forward to our next visit soon.

Had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious- every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a relaxing evening out. Special thanks to Pratik, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His service was outstanding- friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He made us feel so well looked after from start and finish. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. I ate here today and the food was spectacular. It was the best Indian food I’ve ever tried. The service was so kind and the place was so peaceful, being some Indian music which I found quite relaxing.

I visited there for my birthday back in June, was treated by my family. I didn’t know it had reopened. Yes it was a regular restaurant we used for many years until it was flooded. It was always very good and they have maintained the high standards. Very friendly staff And good portions of food which is absolutely delicious and fresh; highly recommended.

We visited this Indian restaurant yesterday after it reopened after 5 years, and it was a wonderful experience. I went with my wife and kid, and we all felt very welcome. The place is kid-friendly and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the biryani and butter chicken – both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. So happy to see this place open again!

We had dinner with some friends there the other day and it was amazing! Although we moved in the area a year ago, due to covid we haven't really discovered the restaurants of the area. Staff was so helpful and polite, everything was freshly prepared and so yummy! Amazing experience overall! Can't wait to go again!

Great food, can accommodate vegetarians and vegans too, very friendly staff, reasonably priced food. This is a great family run business under new management. Not one of these huge chains that is too corporate or cold. Wonderful atmosphere. Would encourage people to check it out and support a local business

I was surprised about how good the food was there. For St John's Wood, the prices are really low and still the quality was superb. A little restaurant with a nice atmosphere and really good Indian food. So if you're looking for Indian food in St John's Wood, this is the place to go! :)

Went to the grand re-opening. The food was excellent, very authentic and generous portion sizes. Highly recommend the mutton kothu and lamb chops. Really friendly staff and great service. Will definitely be back to visit.

I visited Meghna Grill yesterday, and the experience was simply unforgettable. The South Indian food was the highlight – the dosas were crispy and authentic, and the pulicha fish had an incredible tangy flavor that stood out. What impressed me most was the variety – from Kerala and Tamil Nadu specialties to Gujarati and Bengali flavors, Meghna Grill brings the taste of all of India under one roof. We tried the butter chicken, chicken dosa, rice and paratha. Everything was absolutely spot on. The staff were super friendly and really attentive. So glad they’ve reopened, such a great Indian spot to have back in the neighbourhood.

We went to the grand re-opening and the food was delicious. I especially liked the duck roll, the masala dosa, and the dhal makani. My kids really enjoyed the butter chicken. We will definitely go back.

Must try the Kadai Chicken with Butter Naan it is absolutely brilliant. The Dosa here reminds me of how Mothers in India make them. If you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine Meghna Grill is a must try restaurant.

This is one of the top Indian restaurants in London without a doubt. The food is perfectly cooked every time, every single dish I tried was well balanced. The staff is amazing, they always help with recommendations and were very helpful. Get a reservation as it gets busy

This is by far the best Indian in the area...yeah it's a little expensive but you get what you pay for. I'm not a loyal customer I'll try most places, but this really has always been the tastiest Indian consistently. We usually order take out but dining in is a must also. The food can be a little on the spicy side which I like but you can always have the spice tailored to your liking. Not once have I had a below 4 star experience here in 5 years!

I loved the setting and the service was impeccable. However, the food itself was just ok. I was served a "butter chicken" that was either totally wrong or the waiter had mistaken the order. It was very sweet and vaguely lumpy. The other dishes were fine but did not impress. For atmosphere this is a good place but there is better food in the area.

We were excited to find Fish Pollichatu in the Menu of an Indian restaurant very close to us and so we ordered it online, it reached us in less than 25 mins, we also ordered some butter chicken and cheese naan. Unfortunately the fish didn’t live up to the the expectations at all, the flavors of the pollichatu masala were perfect however the cook on the fish ruined it for us, the fish was extremely chewy and contrary to what a banana wrapped fish should taste like. We were thoroughly disappointed with the over cooked rubbery, chewy texture making it an unpleasant experience for us. The butter chicken was tasty and a little too sweet but nevertheless the cook on the chicken was right so we enjoyed it, the cheese naan was also palatable. Overall disappointing will not visit it order again.

I ordered from them on Deliveroo but Deliveroo didn’t give me the option to leave a review On there. I ordered the chicken with methi which was meant to be a medium hot dish. But it was SWEET and also had dried methi, NOT fresh leaves. It was very obvious they got the leftover chicken tikka masala dish had added dried methi leaves to it, probably hoping we wouldn’t taste the difference. Very disappointing cosindeing the Price of it. All other dishes were ok, the lamb chops were very good. But other than that, nothing amazing. Please don’t cheat customers of the real dish.

Went here last night. Honest and transparent about their food. The onion baji was quiet dry and some of the curries were not up to scratch. We ordered lamb danshak but were given a chicken danshak which was promptly replaced, to prompt for our liking. The keema nans were a disaster, we ordered 1 keema nan but were given 2 nans with no keema. When we questioned this the waiter said that's why we gave you 2... !?! Anyway, wouldn't recommend, to many errors for what it's worth.

Indian restaurant doesn't do madras or chilli garlic nan bread. Had to settle for jalfrezi, to be honest I've had better from the supermarket. Enough said

Opening night was disappointing very slow service,,cold tasteless food and overcharged for four items on the bill. The plates had not been washed as the labels were all still perfectly intact.This place used to be so good.We won’t be back.
