Went to a bottomless 'brunch'. They don't serve brunch food but the food we did have was delicious.

North Pole, everytime, im blown away, the entrances has now been refurbished and it just looks like you are walking into such a bright light which immediately boosts your mood!! Then you have that amazing famous bar where you can order drinks if you choose to, the bar always reminds you to be fabulous! You walk to the back and you have this amazing space to to smoke shish and chill! But whats best about it now?? I opened the menu and omg!! Turkish dishes, now im stuffing my face!! Im sorry I made u jealous guys, but get down to the north Pole! The best family run business in the business!!!

Always a great experience at North Pole! The food is consistently good with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the Shisha is top quality. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A very comfortable spot that offers great value, highly recommend!

Had an incredible time at Northpole Shisha Lounge! The shisha was top-notch, and the drinks were just as amazing. I was really impressed with the cocktail presentation—such a great touch to the whole experience. As for the food, I had the mixed grill, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious—definitely the best in town! The flavors were spot on, and everything was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was great too, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy.

The North Pole Bar and Grill in Deptford offers an overall fantastic experience. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the atmosphere was electrifying, especially with the lively after-dinner club. Drinks were fairly priced, making it a great spot for a night out. However, it’s a bit disappointing that there’s an entry fee at the door just to dine at the restaurant, which might be a deterrent for some. Despite this, the experience is definitely worth trying.

10/10 chicken wings; chunkey, meaty, and fresh. Some nice Turkish food here on the menu, and a really good Happy Hour menu, with good-value deals. Leagues better than your average "pub" experience. Will definitely re-visit when in the area. Forgot to take photos; food looked really good, clean and well-presented, and the place is really cool inside, with really comfortable seating too.

Come here quite often and each time doesn’t disappoint! They have a lamp on the table which you can press to get service and that way service is quick. Shisha is great and so is food and drink, really good value for money and have alcoholic jugs for sharing. Came recently on a Wednesday evening for a birthday and they still made sure the atmosphere was nice and we all had a really good night. Thank you so much Erin and team! Can’t recommend enough!

Our friends went to brunch on Saturday and we joined them in the bar for the after party. Love this place and while they were eating we had the venues bar food and the chicken shish was to die for! Our mates said there bruch was banging and can’t wait to go back. We had a lovely time thanks for having us! Ps we are all over 40 and still felt comfortable in there so it’s good for all ages!

We had the BEST time at Love Brunch at the North Pole Bar & Grill! We were there for my friend’s hen do, and Laura went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable night. She sorted everything from our trip to HSM to getting us into a Magic Mike bottomless brunch that absolutely topped off our weekend! If you’re planning a night out, this is the place to be — and Laura is 100% your girl. Couldn’t recommend her or the venue more!

Really kind and helpful staff, showing us through the menu and bringing our food out to us once it was ready to take away. The wrap was gorgeous and plentiful for the price. The only thing to note was the clientele seemed to mostly be hen do type groups. Which didn't fit the vibe of the bar, but looked like they were enjoying themselves!

Visited the longest last night after a recommendation - we were a party of 8 and opted for the sharing platters. What an amazing feast! Meat was lovely and tender, the Shisha was on point and the service and ambience was great. The dj was a lovely lady and was happy to take requests and we left happy. Thanks for having us x

Been here twice now, last night and in the summer. I had a wrap the first time - dry didn’t like it, and lamb Kofte this time- also dry, however the rice and salad was perfection. I wouldn’t bother eating here again but the drinks and vibe in the grill area are 100. Would love to hear more of the music played while the belly dancer performs more generally in the venue but the music is always good. shisha seems to be popular here too and I would definitely come to watch sports. Loads of screens without that being the focus. The upstairs bar area is a good vibe too the music is a bit choppy but had a good time both occasions. Definitely worth a visit for drinks and a nice vibe

Came here for a brunch and the atmosphere was really good. It was my friends birthday and they were really attentive to that . However as a vegetarian the food wasn’t great however managed to have some little bits . The night and settings were really good so felt like didn’t miss out on anything

Really great brunch, although steak was dry! Topped up our drink super quick, great outdoor area with heaters, very cute. Would recommend (toilet didn't have a seat which was not fun!) Staff are so lovely 😌

I've visited here 2 within a fortnight... It's actually not bad since the referb. The garden area at the back is for dinner and shisha.. very reasonable ranging from £25 +... Lots of nice flavours and they're not bothered about changing your coal when you ask them too. The waiting staff for the restaurant are nice. They were very attentive to me and my guests when I visited both times. The food portions are heafty and worth the money. I didn't like the chips much. You have to pay £5 on entry and ensure u carry ID as it turns into a lil dancefloor after the garden area closes. Only reason I rated them 4 stars is because of the not one once bit twice... The rude weird bar tender. He makes drinks wrong, doesn't communicate properly and when confronted about his comments he makes snardy comments which is unprofessional. Despite being in the heart of South London he should treat all customers with respect and know that he is serving individuals from all backgrounds. I would come here again. The DJ is good. Nice small vibe for a Friday or Saturday evening.

The venue is lovely. Didn’t like the fact you have pay for entry to eat in the restaurant or shisha, I can understand for the bar but I was going to the restaurant, paying to go and eat is disappointing. Pay to enter then pay for drinks and food and service charge … The food was delicious, love the change of colour light to indicate service. Shisha was really nice, great belly dancer for entertainment.

super large portions, we went for an anniversary meal on Monday evening and had a special groupon offer of 3 courses and prosecco for £35 or something. happy with the food and easy enough to get to.

Good tunes, good vibes, didn't eat, but the food I see being served looked and smelled delicious, bar gets a bit crowed so you may wait a while for a drink. Needs more toilets, but all in all, it was a good night

Really decent food for a great price - very filling, very tasty! Quite quiet, but really lovely staff. Definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere decent to eat and quench your thirst :)

Food was decent, I will be going back to try other dishes (keep hearing about their Caesar salad). You get told to tap the light on your table when you want to be served but they don’t always notice. A very nice place to chill on a weekday too.

Went on a Saturday night and went downstairs to the shisha bar, atmosphere was very relaxed ordered cocktails and food. You could taste the alcohol, most times their is so much ice you might as well be drinking water. Food was excellent (deleted photos by mistake) everything we ordered was nice. Staff were very friendly so no complaints their. Once finished with eating we went upstairs to listen to the music, it could have been better but the company made it worthwhile and the crowd were friendly.

First time and love it. Came with my boys 04/01/25 to celebrate the new year. I would bring my Mrs and kids soon. Nice vibe and food.

The service here was very good, the man serving was very attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately the steak was over cooked but the waiter changed the steak for us, it was still a bit tough and chewy but it's just down to the cut of the meat. The lobster was a little smaller than advertised too but overall the meal was OK. I'd return to try another dish as I liked the music and service here

Visited on a Wednesday evening just after 9pm for some food. It was quite a quiet night at the venue. Service was good. Cocktails were not of a high quality but that’s what to be expected tbh. I ordered the mixed grill. The salad was really nice and fresh however the meat lacked flavour but overall I was not disappointed as it was quite okay as far a shisha spots go

It was ok, I was with a group of people for bottomless brunch at 5pm. The venue itself was nice, great neon signs and decor. It felt very rushed, the staff seemed quite stressed out. Food was very average, I had a chicken burger which was very dry, the chips were cold. Cocktails were alright. I like the concept but wouldn't rush back.

Over priced! Highlight where the chips and the starters, we had Breaded prawn and chicken wings. Our plates came with items missing. No onion rings, so they gave is a bowl of them. One of the starters arrived after our main meal after being told 15min when we ordered the they ran out of squid. Glad this was half price!

Service was atrocious. We had made a booking as a group of like nine but they didn’t have a space for us. They had us in a waiting room that was so cold we were breathing out fog for like 20 minutes. Then after that, they moved us to one table then another table again The food was nice but it was overpriced.

The owner secretly over charging us. How they charging me and my friends at the door for shisha and foods. I dont get it? Its a restaurant, what restaurant do you guys know that charge on the door for eating and drinking. They need to change that stupid rules of their. I get it, they need to make money some how or entry fee for clubbing purposes . but please separate the people who actually want to go there and have a meal with their family and friends. Not Looking for a night out to go clubbing. I hope this reach out to other people, because it a robbery.

When we arrived our chair was soaked in alcohol so we had to sit on the end of the table. We asked if we could move tables, and the guy who was serving us said no because other people had booked tables and had a bigger party, which is fair enough… but no, 40 minutes later 2 people turned up for the table, we had 4 people so the server was just being difficult. Drinks were pretty slow, we were waiting 20 minutes for a jug and had to keep pestering the server to bring us another one. They also charge you up front with service charge… which I’m assuming they do as they know their service isn’t great and more than likely people won’t want to pay. The food was awful, 3 of my table brought the chicken wrap and they all left it as it was soggy and the wrap was stale. I had the veggie option which wasn’t too bad, was just oily and had no seasoning. The prawn starter was good, but it’s just standard frozen food. We also asked for our service charge back as the service was awful, but our request was ignored. Overall, it’s far too over priced for what you get.. I wouldn’t waste your money. Definitely will not be going back. The only good thing about it was the music

I went here yesterday for my friends 29th birthday and we were upstairs in the private dining room. I really was not expecting much, but damn how does a restaurant mess up Turkish food? The coconut rice tasted so artificial, my friends food was cold, orders were messed up - however, they did make up for it by giving people their replacement. The deserts were really subpar. Overall, I wouldn’t choose this place for a birthday dinner but rather a relaxed outing with friends. There were about 40 of us. I didn’t take any pictures because it was that bad. The only good thing about the food was the chips.
