Love this place and very reasonable. We sat at the bar and had Manhattan's. The barten6was friendly and knowledgeable. I got the 3 rib plate and couldn't finish it, so I took 1 home for lunch the next day. Definitely coming back.

Love coming to this place before walking the canals to see the Christmas lights. Yes, I ordered blackened chicken pasta at a rib joint. It’s soooooooo good and I end up taking half home. You can honestly split it with someone and still not finish it. My friend got the lighter meal of 2 ribs and a baked potato while another friend got a cheeseburger. I guess we didn’t want to get messy! Cocktails are great and it was 1/2 off bottle of wine day. Lucky me!

My family has been coming here for years and it is a favorite spot. Cornbread to start is nice and warm. Delicious ribs and sides. Bbq chicken sandwiches was very good too. Large portions so always take home leftovers. There is a valet parking a a couple handicap spots.

Our server, Tyler was really great and the food was so good! We got an appetizer, build your own combo, and the shrimp skewers. The place was packed and the service was still great. Definitely would recommend.

I came here with my son and his girlfriend to celebrate our birthdays and we got a newbie. He wasn't bad but I feel like he needed more training. The food is always awesome here and normally the service is on point. Parking is usually pretty good and the place is always clean and you don't ever wait too long for the food. The food in the picture is the grilled chicken with mushroom, full rack baby back ribs, and prime rib steak.

Food was great, it felt a little bit like some items were sitting out before being served. Kind of like stuff on a buffet. It's always reliable and solid food.

Like the mozzarella cheese sticks. The best I ever tried, soft, chewy and the cheese just burst from inside out.😄 The sweetness of the BBQ sauce enhanced the savory of the baby back ribs. The cornbread is the best. Warm and soft. Pulled Pork with Hawaiian buns are so so.

Best ribs, amazing corn bread. Sometimes they are understaff and or just busy. Came on a Thursday last week took a short bit to be seated but as served almost right away. Love the staff. The issue I have here is they are open from mon-Fri they are only open from 4pm-9pm which is very short and on weekends from 12pm-9pm and or 10pm. Now it's hard for some people to eat here because of the timing. Some people have to work on weekends which is difficult to come eat here since for some it's far and by the time you get there it could be busy and or be to late in the day to even want to go out and eat. I know it's a cost/dinner thing but I would like to see the place open more since I'm one of the few who works on weekends and has one day off. Secondly is parking. The lot is very small maybe 18 spots but probably less I didn't count. Other than that a great place to eat!

This is a very popular restaurant and it's famous for their ribs. The good thing is, it's actually good. The ribs are done great with their different sauces. The breads came with their special honey sauce was great. The bad, well, no parking. They have a little tiny parking lot and you will need to drive further for street parking. It's not too bad since you need to walk after chowed down all that good food. The really bad is the slow service. We called ahead of time but had to wait for 10-15 minutes until someone came out to greet us. It took them another 10-15 minutes to set us up even though there were plenty of empty tables. Not sure if this is a handicap friendly facility but the inside was pretty dark and there were steps to many sections. The restroom was really clean and spacious.

I dont like leaving bad reviews... But this place sucked... The only thing worse than the service was the food... Unfriendly sloppy waiters, homeless people outside, and then the stsff let a family come in with a shaggy DIRTY dog and sit next to us INSIDE (not a service dog). The BBQ was the worst we ever had and was WAAAAAAY overpriced for the poor quality. The Mac & cheese was like a box of Kraft and tasted horrible... the place did not smell like BBQ when we came in, rather smelled like a restroom / nasty... This was BY FAR THE WORST BBQ RESTAURANT we have ever been to.

For a place to have “Ribs” in the name and have their ribs taste like nothing... what a crime and a shame. Without the sauce—which was overly sweet—the ribs would’ve tasted as if they were just baked. Despite having grill marks, they tasted like unseasoned pork. The tri-tip was the same story. The only good thing was the potato skins. The macaroni tasted like plain noodles with a faint hint of cheese and black pepper. The baked beans had this oddly sweet, tangy flavor that didn’t sit right either. It’s like the food is catered to a very specific palate, with a weird fusion kind of taste—like they’re doing too much but also not enough (especially with actual seasoning). Never again. Despite the meal being over $100, this was one of those times where it just wasn’t worth the calories—and I ended up giving the leftovers to an unhoused neighbor.

Honestly, this place has gone downhill. We’ve been here for years since I was a child and my mom loves it because it has a dim atmosphere. They are charging Mastro’s prices for inadequate food and poor service. Even Nick’s on 2nd is cheaper. We went here for my mom’s birthday, and the service was extremely poor. He didn’t educate us on the menu, nor shall specials, and was just “there”. The server did not care. I very kindly asked him to make sure my chicken strips were gluten-free. (It’s on the menu) I expressed this 3 times. He said he would make sure they were not. I didn’t say anything because I was in a big party and didn’t want uphold everyone from going ahead and eating. Management if you’re going to give a server a big party with these prices, please make sure they can uphold standards. Going out to eat is a now a luxury, and this was disappointing.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The staff were extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. There was no basic courtesy, no professionalism, and no sense of responsibility. As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand busy environments — but this was not about being busy. It was pure attitude and lack of respect. I would strongly recommend management to seriously reconsider their hiring standards and customer service training. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone expecting basic decency.

Crap! Spent a lot of money on a take out that I really want to take back and return. What a disgrace of a BBQ place. It was nasty! The meat was dry and hard like you just steamed some beef jerky! Honestly I want my money back and will be calling for a refund, absolute joke! This is not BBQ! Are you freaking kidding me! I’m so pissed off

This place is a joke. We ordered baby ribs and chicken, and we got this nasty-looking food. They also mixed pork and chicken, which is a problem for me because I don't eat pork. Additionally, their sides are a joke. It was supposed to be enough for 3-4 people, but the sides aren’t even enough for 2. Do not waste your money at this place; the food quality is terrible.
