If you’re looking for some AMAZING Italian food with homemade pasta, this is the place to get it. My boyfriend and I visited the other day and ordered Alfredo with shrimp and Mac and cheese with chicken. The Alfredo was creamy, cheesy, and delicious, and the shrimp were tender, cooked perfectly. The pastas were so good, you could tell they’re homemade. The Alfredo had nice thick spaghetti type noodle and the Mac and cheese had shells. The Mac and cheese was SUPER cheesy and so so good topped with crispy fried chicken breast. We ordered at the counter kiosk and our order was ready in just a few minutes. Highly recommend giving Knead a try!
Great carbonara pasta was the right amount of creaminess. Definitely worth the visit if you’re craving pasta inside Grand Central Market. They use a tablet ordering system which was convenient and easy to check out all the menu items.
I was so shocked on how great the garlic parm fries were. The alfredo was amazing and very rich. Since the pasta is homemade it kind of clumps all together and it was hard to get a normal sized spoonful. Such good food cant wait to try more items from the menu!
We asked for the Alfredo Pasta dish with crispy chicken and some pizza fries. Both dishes were really good, but the pasta dish was just outstanding. Rich Alfredo sauce, thick noodles cooked al dente, and the chicken was delicious. They were also very fast, our 3 plates order was done in minutes. Will definitely come back when in LA, bomb pasta.
Hey send noods! All jokes aside, this is my favorite spot in Grand Central Market. Every dish is packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. My photos did not do this place any justice; you just knead (hehe) to come here and try for yourself!
Easily the best garlic bread I’ve ever had, and the chicken parmesan sandwich was great as well! You get what you pay for, portion-wise, so while the price is definitely LA, you’ll get enough for lunch tomorrow, too! Staff was super sweet and the service was quicker than most places in the market.

Very fresh (they make it here) pasta. Spaghetti is cooked to perfection. Friendly staff. Atmosphere not that great due to being in the Grand Central Market.

This is a great option for Italian food at Grand Central Market. Chicken Parmesan sandwich, meatball sandwich and spaghetti & meatballs are amazing! Strawberry lemonade is delicious. Portions are big and it’s nice to see how they prepare your food in front of you. Served very warm! Friendly staff.
The steak sandwich was amazing. The bread had the right amount of crunch and the fillings were delicious. The marinara fries were also really good. The veggie pasta was sadly a little bland though. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was packaged thoroughly and beautifully. We would love to come back!
Knead Noods is a must-visit if you’re craving fresh, handmade pasta in a lively atmosphere. I tried their Spicy Vodka Fusilli and an Arnold Palmer, and both hit the spot. The Spicy Vodka Fusilli was fantastic. The sauce was rich and creamy and had just the right amount of heat to give it a kick without overwhelming the dish. The fusilli was perfectly cooked, with its ridges soaking up all that flavorful sauce. It was a comforting yet bold dish that I’d order again. The Arnold Palmer was a refreshing complement to the pasta. It leaned slightly on the sweeter side, but the balance of tart lemonade and smooth iced tea made it an excellent thirst-quencher. Overall, Knead Noods delivers on flavor, freshness, and quality. This spot is excellent for a satisfying and flavorful pasta fix if you're at Grand Central Market.
I had the brisket sandwich. Brisket was beautifully cooked moist tender full of flavor. The pan toasted challah was fresh with a light crunch. However... There were several pieces of brisket that were mostly fat, and the sauces and potato latke added to the inside of the sandwich somehow didn't work well for me. That combination of flavors all in one bite threw my taste buds for a loop. I will definitely try some other dishes and if I order brisket again I'll skip all the additions. Owner and staff are very personable.
The pepperoni pizza fries taste just as good as they look. They were big enough to share with someone else and it filled us both up. If you have a sweet tooth, check out some of the lemonades. A super chill crew made it a fun first time at Knead. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
I loved the tomato basil pasta. It was awesomely baked! They gave a bread as a side, which was a bit sticky and stretchy to eat. The staff was amazing too. Enjoyed the meal!
Great flavor and the noodles were cooked well. We got the Aglio olio with a meatball. Both tasted great, especially the meatball! There was a bit of excess oil that pooled at the bottom. However, I would definitely return and get another dish 👍.

Knead Noods Pasta is a must-try Italian food nestled in the heart of Grand Central Market. Their small outpost restaurant is a haven for those seeking the ultimate pasta experience. They have a modest selection pasta and drink items on their menu. We came late afternoon for a quick lunch and ordered Veggie Alfredo and Garlic Bread. Both tasted fresh and flavorful; portions were above average. For the price you pay, it’s bloody worth it. Staff were nice and professional. So, if you’re craving for pasta this is the place to go. Overall, I liked their pasta and bread as well as their service. I recommend you try them. Chaito! ;D

The food didn't taste bad, but it was just so so. We had a chicken parm dinner and spaghetti meatball. It didn't take too long for our food too come out. The portion could have been bigger. This place is more for grab and go than a sit down. It's good they have a few good beers.
Prepare for a rollercoaster of emotions at Knead Noods Pasta in LA's Grand Central Market! As I perused the menu, my eyes locked onto the "spag & noodle" dish. Intrigued, I took the plunge, unaware of the surprise awaiting me until after my first bite. Imagine my astonishment when the taste transported me back to childhood lunches with Heinz tinned spaghetti! Freshly cooked, yet eerily reminiscent. It was the most expensive blast from the past I've ever experienced. So, if you're in the mood for a pricey trip down memory lane with a modern twist, Knead Noods Pasta is the place to be. Just be prepared for a surprise that'll leave your taste buds nostalgic and your wallet lighter!
While the sauce for the "wings" is amazing, I don't think I've ever seen wings as small as these were (I used a standard plastic to go ramekin as a comparison size). The garlic parm fries have a long way to go as well considering the Mediterranean restaurants have the lock on how those should taste. Here they're just well toasted fries with the seasoning thrown on top. All that said, just remember the name of this place, so don't let this review stop you from trying the place...for the pasta.

The chicken Alfredo was bland, no seasoning, just a watery taste to it, and the chicken was also bland, with the batter just falling off of it and being tasteless. The only redeeming factor for me was the parmesan fries
ordered szechuan garlic noods and tasted too salty, not worth the $15
