Pann's is an LA landmark for a reason. I've been a long-time fan, and the food has remained consistently delicious over the years. The service is also spectacular—everyone is so friendly and attentive. ​While the atmosphere has changed a bit over the past few years, the heart of the restaurant is still there. On a recent visit, the inside was completely packed with a crowd of people waiting to get in, but we opted to sit outside and were seated right away. The outdoor seating is a great new addition and offers a wonderful dining experience. If you're looking for great food, excellent service, and a piece of Hollywood history, you can't go wrong with Pann's.

My boyfriend and I just shared an absolutely FABULOUS meal at panns. I got the chicken and waffles with hasbrowns and a killer iced coffee. Everything was superb. And we had the best server!!! Lorenzo made our experience even more wonderful, so attentive and full of energy!!!!! Please please please come to this iconic LA stop!

The building and interior are amazing, you have to visit. The food was really great too. The pancakes were so light, best diner pancakes I’ve had. My server Brenda was amazing she made the visit even better by giving me such a great experience, she is an absolute darling and the reason for posting this 10/10 review. I will be back.

We’ve now been to Pann’s twice, and both times were nothing short of amazing. By coincidence, we sat in the same seats and had the same server, Brenda — and wow, she is phenomenal. Warm, personable, and truly makes you feel right at home. If you’re ever offered a counter/bar seat, don’t pass it up — Brenda makes the experience even more special. The food here is lights out — they do not miss. From fried chicken to country fried steak, every dish has been delicious. Their biscuits are hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the iced coffee is a must (especially with Brenda’s sweet cream — trust me on this one). On our second visit, I ordered the chicken thigh and leg, and after I finished my plate, Brenda surprised me with an extra wing just to try while my boyfriend was still finishing his meal. That small act of kindness really stood out and made the experience unforgettable. The whole vibe at Pann’s is classic and timeless — a 1950s diner feel with framed photos lining the walls. Between the welcoming atmosphere, incredible food, and Brenda’s thoughtful service, Pann’s has quickly become one of our favorite spots. We can’t wait to come back again!

Outstanding food and incredible service. Jorge S was our server and he was professional, fast, and friendly. You could tell her loved his job, and the people he served. Picture includes a Po Boy, but I had already eaten half ;). Chicken was unbelievable, and pancakes had the best flavor. I can’t say enough about this place, but you won’t be disappointed!

I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday morning, shortly after they opened and had an excellent experience. There was plenty of parking and seating available, which made things easy. Although my friend was running late, our wonderful server, Ms. Brenda, was incredibly patient and attentive. As soon as my friend arrived she quickly took our orders and brought such a joyful energy to our table. I ordered the hotcake platter, which included French toast, scrambled eggs, and a pork chop—it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was relaxed, and I was impressed with how well-maintained and clean the restaurant was. Overall, the combination of great service, amazing food, and a welcoming vibe makes this a fantastic spot to dine. Highly recommend!

I've been a loyal customer of Pann's for many years, and there's a good reason why I keep coming back! The restaurant is consistently spotless, tables are cleared with impressive speed, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Every dish I've had is served fresh, hot, and utterly delicious, a true testament to the kitchen's quality. Moreover, the majority of your team is incredibly friendly and embodies excellent customer service, making every visit enjoyable. However, I've consistently observed a specific issue with the greeter at the front door. On multiple occasions, this individual's demeanor has been less than welcoming, sometimes appearing quite rude. I've also noted a difference in how she interacts with customers, specifically seeming to exhibit more attitude towards female patrons compared to male patrons. As the first point of contact, A GREETER PLAYS A CRUCIAL ROLE in setting the tone for the entire visit. Unfortunately, this particular staff member's approach sometimes detracts from the otherwise wonderful atmosphere and the positive impressions created by the rest of your dedicated team. While her behavior hasn't deterred me from returning due to the fantastic food and the superb service from others, it does make me hesitate when considering bringing out-of-town guests, as I'd want their initial welcome to reflect the true warmth of Pann's. I offer this as constructive feedback, hoping it might prompt a reflection on the placement of staff in front-facing roles, ensuring every customer's journey begins with a truly welcoming smile. Pann's is a gem, and addressing this would make the experience truly perfect.

I had an exceptional experience at Pann’s! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive. I was impressed by how quickly our meals arrived, making the entire dining experience enjoyable and seamless. This was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that reservations weren't necessary. Plus, the convenient parking lot right next to the restaurant made it even easier to get there. Overall, it was a fantastic outing!

I really dont know how people like this place, the worst omlett I ever ate. You can see clearly the color of it is weird first, second you can see they cooked separately. They cook the omelet and after it added some frozen veggies. The worst I had.
