I ordered breakfast on the app and then drove to the drive through. There was a bit of a line at the drive through so I didn’t get to the ordering window until exactly 10:30 (I saw the ordering screen change from breakfast to lunch in front of me). They refused to fill my breakfast order because it was now 10:30. Horrible service.

The female manager refused to give us what we ordered on the order machine, she stole our promo and telling us she had her own rules! Did she own the store? She threatened to kick us out. This is ridiculous. Also discrimination! She refused to return our promo and refused to give us what we already ordered.

Placed a mobile order with a drive thru pick up. I was told that they could see my order but there was an issue with their system so they couldn't give me my order. Even though I showed that my card was charged and I had a code, they wanted me to place another to get my food. It felt like they were trying to scam me and double charge me. Definitely avoid this location!

It pretty sad when the staff says their job is on the line if they don't charge me for ranch. Put that on the menu not at the pickup window where there is no register. Plus this particular one always has me park and wait. I might as well go down the street to Classic Burger or Happy Hound and get a real hamburger if I'm going to just sit there.

Been a long time since I've been to McDonald's and I can't believe how expensive it's gotten and how bland the food is. The chicken wraps were not good at all. There's nothing wrong with the staff at this location, I just can't support prices going up so much while quality goes down. I won't even stop at a McDonald's during long road trips anymore.

You would think with adding a drive thru after so many years that it would be more convenient for you to pick up some food. What's the point of putting a drive thru in if every time you go through the drive thru they tell you to park while they make your food. It's called fast food for a reason. Might as well go inside and grab a seat or to a real restaurant if you have to sit and wait for them to make your food

The staff and crew here definitely need proper training. The store wasn’t busy, but there was still a long line of customers waiting—not because of the crowd, but because the staff weren’t attentive. A woman who appeared to be a manager kept walking around doing nothing to assist, and even when I called her, she looked straight at me and walked away without saying a word. My food was sitting right in front of her, and I even told her it was mine, but she completely ignored me and kept walking back and forth as if I wasn’t there. Eventually, another staff member handed me my food. Meanwhile, the employees were laughing and chatting among themselves, clearly not paying attention to the customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Staff training is absolutely necessary.

I should give them 0 star for service. They sell you stuff they don't have. After 10 min wait they tell you wait a bit more it is being cooked. And after 20 min they say we don't have it. And all these times I was the one asking. They don't care to come to you and tell you about it. They even don't say sorry. Who runs a business like this.
