This place serves burgers that are so juicy and flavorful every bite till the end. It’s our favorite burger place. LG location is also special that it’s spacious that is suitable for gatherings and has a foosball table. As much we love the location, today we noticed the fries are now the smallest regular fries we’ve seen ever. Made me so sad. I’m not asking for free fries or bagful, but I think you guys can do bit better. I wish to update my review, when I see better portions of fries.

I was bowled over by the taste of their burger! The patty of the spicy chicken sandwich was soft, and juicy , and it went so well with the crunchy lettuce. The garlic fries were perfect, and the coffee shake was dense, and rich. There were two self- ordering kiosks, but we were helped by a jolly cashier there. I really liked their design aesthetic, which include high ceilings, and exposed pipes, and ducts.

Wow! What a great establishment! We came because of the name but the food and the restaurant culture won us over. Burgers were exceptional, the layout was spacious and comfortable, and there were free homemade pickles and free Foosball tables. We also had a spiked shake (vanilla with whiskey), which was a nice surprise. They didn't really push their alcohol products, which was nice.

BEST BURGER EVER!!!! Hands down best burger you can find in the area! All aspects of the burger were perfectly balance among one another. The patties as they appear seem to be hand made, which is much appreciated. All burgers are customizable with the standard accoutrements one would expect. If you’re in the area and craving a burger this is the place to go! A decent selection of beer as well, to be paired with. Fries of many varieties are also available, the garlic fries were superb! I wold suggest to melt the cheese slightly so they stick to the fries better.

I love the burgers and my wife loves the chicken sandwich. The food is verrry good. The only complaint I have is that sometimes I get cold soggy fries which is due to the workers pre making the little bags of fries and they just sit on the service line. If they are fresh, the garlic fries are the way to go with the brown sugar lemonade.

Good juicy burger with tangy burger sauce. Sundays get busy at lunch with all the kids coming after games and whatnot but a good spot. Service is pretty quick too. Nice benches outside to sit at or inside.

In terms of food, I *LOVED* my bacon gouda burger. It was absolutely delicious. And I really liked that it wasn't too tall to wrap my mouth around. My parents had the grilled chicken sandwiches, which they said tasted good. The fresh ciabata buns were hard for them to chew, and they felt they were a little heavy. My husband had the breakfast egg and cheese sandwich, also on the ciabata bun. He said it was excellent. The service is a choice of self-serve orders or ordering with a cashier. You bus your own tables. It's loud, and the seats are super duper uncomfortable.

Got their new spicy fried chicken sandwich. It's definitely got a little kick to it, but not overwhelmingly hot. A bit on the small side. Nice and crispy. Well done on that. Flavor is good; great that they used chicken thigh and not breast. Price is a little high relative to the size.

So our first time here, place looked cool, seating was kind of weird. Ordered 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich. The burgers were good, two that we ordered didn’t come with bacon. The mini with an egg tasted all like egg. The chicken sandwich tasted like burnt flour. When I asked for a refund, I was helped by Bruce. He didn’t say a word, the whole time. No apology, no offer to remake it or to replace it with something else. Anyways he handed my receipt… no proof of the refund on the receipt, had to come back and ask him, “where’s the proof of the refund…” he said “there it is” again with no proof of a refund. Couldn’t find a corporate number or review section on the receipt. So here I am. Check #357 Terrible experience, food was alright, better off going to the Habit or 5guys.

Incredibly disappointed with both the food and the management. I placed a specific order that was completely ignored, rendering the meal inedible. When I politely brought it to the manager's attention (a Latino male working on 1-26-26 at 6:20pm, he was remarkably rude and argumentative. Instead of offering a solution, he told me 'no one else complained today,' as if that excused the poor quality of my specific meal. I took two bites and couldn’t eat it - I showed him he ripped open the bag and threw it out of anger. Others around had noticed his behavior and also thought it was an inappropriate response. Zero respect for the customer. Save your money and go elsewhere. Almost forgot to mention I asked if he could remake the order and he said I’d have to wait in line again - which it was pretty busy at the time …
