Everyone enjoyed the taste of their dish and would return to Madison again. The chicken Alfredo was creamy with a rich taste. We shared creamy artichoke dip. It was the best I've had.

I came with my friend and we were greeted with amazing staff and food. Our server Siena was amazing! She was so nice and helpful she was always there for refilling our mimosas and was very friendly! If you ever go see if you can request Siena as your server she made our experience the best!

We stopped in to grab a bit to eat before a concert at the Majestic. The next door location was perfect. The nachos are MASSIVE and were more than enough for a meal for 2.

Always have a great time here, quick service and our waitress Ella and Kenzie were very attentive! Bottomless mimosa service is great. Our favorites are the wings and spinach dip. 10/10 recommend for brunch or drinks!

The BEST beef stew that I ever ate! No kidding, it was delicious! The cheese curds were also great!

In the heart of the Capitol Square, this full-service bar and restaurant is always a treat. Plenty of indoor and outdoor (weather permitting) seating. Large selection of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer to pair with their varied menu.

I go here every week with a group for trivia and absolutely love this place. The staff is very friendly (especially Taylor, she’s great!), and the food is amazing. Also love the cocktails, I am still yet to have one I don’t like. Trivia is fun and the atmosphere is lively, would highly recommend.

The strawberry rhubarb vodka that they make in-house is insanely good. Loved every drink that I tried and the bartenders were great.

This place is literally the best of Madison. Wings are incredible, curds are off the hook, and every drink is killer. Waiting staff is always so friendly, and service is second to none for the city! It’s become a frequent visit

Few places open on a snow storm. This was one, and feel so welcomed. Fish fried was on the spot. Tried a new IPA and a mezcal cocktail that were gold. Service is always been great but today was amazing, nice tunes and felt very spoiled. Highly recommended. Bathrooms are an experience, super clean!!

It was a Saturday night in late February when I first visited Madison’s. They were playing Meg Thee Stallion and I knew we just had to go in. Megan brought me in the door, but the 80s music video / dance showcase on the TV is what I stayed for. I’m currently drinking a strawberry rhubarb Moscow mule — life is good.

Great atmosphere. Modern in a historic building. Bloody Mary and Espresso Martini-yummy! Attached ice cream parlor and nice spacious bathrooms. Will come back!

The menu says city’s best wings and boy are they awesome! The blackened tuna sandwich was also great....not over-cooked like many places. A lively bar scene particularly on weekend with mimosa specials, but would definitely recommend this place

All I can say is AMAZING!! the FOOD!!!🤌 , drinks and staff never disappoints I’ll be back tomorrow and the next day after that!! Also happy hour is a must 🔥🔥🔥

Everything was amazing! Highly recommend the espresso martini! The holiday drinks weee great as well! The staff was friendly and attentive despite being extremely busy!

I have been dining at Madison’s for about 6 months somewhat regularly. I have to say I have tried most of the menu and it is all incredibly good. I have not had a bad meal for brunch or dinner. The wings are fantastic, the salmon is great, the soups, everything. Also found I actually love avacado toast. I usually ask the server or bartender to recommend something and it is all spot on. Great service, food, and drinks. Will continue to make this a regular stop.

Elijah was absolutely wonderful. He was so welcoming and friendly, we immediately felt comfortable and excited to be in the establishment. We are so grateful for Elijah and his above and beyond service! So much fun!

Waiting for a show at majestic and the manager greeted us and said wed get fast service to be in line for doors and he wasn’t kidding! Service was quick, staff was friendly and the food was amazing, I got 2 tacos and they were genuinely delicious! We were in and out within 30 minutes! Highly recommend

I came here with my family for dinner, and had a phenomenal experience! My server Ella was delightful and very attentive without being overwhelming. Food came quick and my burger was delicious, the atmosphere was very modern and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

This place is great. Had a very calm atmosphere, but beyond that the food was amazing. We got the cheese curds, pretzel bites, and wings and holy… they were amazing. The dry rub on the wings is a must try. Next time I’m in Madison I’ll be sure to visit and tell my friends. Ethan, Vinny and Sienna were some of the workers and they were great. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot on the corner with a cool vibe. Got carnitas with soft shell corn tacos & rice with a ceviche special side that came with house made tortilla chips. Food was pretty great & service was kind & helpful. Draft selection was pretty decent. Would be willing to go back & try some other dishes too.

They had a glitch with their online order; let me order Prime Rib on a day that they did not serve; when I arrived to pickup, they had no online order for me, even though I received a confirmation. They prepared another steak meal - but it was excellent!! Great flavor!! When ordering online, may want to double check they received the order.

I love the ambience. The vibe is phenomenal, but the food is sub-par. My wife ordered chicken tacos and they were SUPER bland. I ordered dry rub wings and though they were cooked to perfection they didn't have enough spice to them. They were too sweet without any heat to offset the sweetness. Maybe try adding a little less brown sugar and add some cayenne or paprika to the rub.

Madison's Wisconsin, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, which arrived at my table astonishingly fast—within two minutes of placing the order. While this might initially seem impressive, it raised concerns about the preparation process. The dish tasted as if it had been microwaved, with cold beans at the center and the rest of the meal watery and lacking flavor. On the positive side, the service was excellent. The staff were polite, attentive, and pleasant throughout the visit, which is why I’ve awarded an additional star. However, the quality of the food overshadowed the good service. While the prices are affordable and may appeal to those prioritizing cost over quality, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a flavorful or well-prepared meal. Overall Rating: 2/5 Stars Madison's may work for budget-conscious diners, but for those seeking quality food, this might not be the right choice.

I ordered biscuits and gravy with eggs. Ordered the eggs over medium, and I saw her write OM on the order pad. Look at the photos, and you tell me how the eggs look to be done. (Sunny side up) also ordered the avocado toast with an egg over easy. Is it over easy? (No, sunny side up) I don't like to complain, never do. Mom always said to be polite and eat what's in front of you and be thankful . Thank you for the good French toast.

Not a bad place to have a drink and hang out but we were not impressed with our food. Their grilled fish taco was ok, but the fried fish breading was soggy and rubbery and the fish tasted quite bland. Service and atmosphere was good.

The service was beyond excellent. I was sincerely hoping their food would match. But...no. After one bite, I was forced to ask for more of the horseradish mayo/spread because that brisket sandwich was so dry. It was like eating rehydrated jerky. The horseradish mayo had so little horseradish, I had to dip a finger in to try it by itself. At least the iced tea was good. I only stopped here because Roast Public was closed due to weather and I was catching a movie at The Majestic. Won't make that mistake again.

Came on a busy weekend game day so I’m sure that had something to do with the service. Seemed understaffed for the day. Did not get service for 10-15 minutes sitting at table. Then our food was ran out by someone else (not our server). And was not checked on until it was time for the bill. Burger was a good burger, nothing special. But the hangover breakfast sandwich came out cold and did not taste good. No server checked on us so we were unable to problem solve the issue. Did not offer to take it off the bill which would have been nice. Would not come back to eat food. Decent bar selection though.

Ordered shrimp because of how good it looked on their website and I was catfished!(see photo) Very disappointed how it was not fried crispy as shown. Thankfully the beef stew was flavorful but the beef was very fatty. I would definitely not order these plates again but would try something else though!

Tried Madison’s for the first time and will be the last time. Our party had the hangover sandwich and Madison’s hamburger. It felt like our food was made from frozen. The tots tasted like the ones I get frozen. The burger tasted like a big mac. And the hangover sandwich was not fresh. The sausage definitely in the sandwich had to be frozen and the eggs were questionable. We loved the server she was great. Provided a great environment and made us feel welcomed. Would recommend for a great hangout spot but definitely not if you’re looking for good food.

The fish fry was decent. The fish itself was fried well and the batter was good, but it only came with ketchup. I prefer to eat fried fish with tartar sauce. The soft pretzel bites are great and the queso that comes with them is good. The tots are good, too. Very crispy! The person the burger was for did not eat it as we used the special instructions to ask for the burger to come without pickles and dijonaise. The burger came with those ingredients. We chalked that up to a minor issue, until I received an email from Door Dash informing me that the restaurant has just requested an additonal $2.43 charge "based on the special instructions requested in your order." So, I would not recommend ordering from Madison's if you dislike certain ingredients as they will intentionally make your order wrong and then charge you for asking for fewer ingredients.

We had a reservation, so my party and I were seated immediately. However, we were then left unattended for 30 minutes until one of us physically walked back up to the hostess to ask when we might have our orders taken. Our waitress was kind and hospitable. I don't recommend the breakfast burrito unless you appreciate having it soaked in salsa verde to the point a knife and fork are required. This, of course, defeats the point of it being a burrito because the contents spill out while attempting to cut it into bitesize pieces. Absolute mess.

The food tasted good, however, it took over an hour to get the food on our table and it was lukewarm at best. I could have forgiven the wait for our order to arrive (it was so busy and the staff was working super hard) if the food had been warm :/ Would love to try again at a less busy time.

Absolutely horrible hostess. Went for Saturday brunch on 10/25, got in at 12 and the hostess told me a 30 minute wait for 4 so I put my name in. I sat at the bar and got a drink while I waited. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer, she said 5 minutes and then tried to seat us for 2. We were like no, 4, and then stood waiting for over 30 more minutes before someone in my party asked again at 1:15, in which she gave her attitude and said it will be 45 more minutes. She had seen us standing there and didnt think to tell us our wait has increased. After wasting over an hour of our lives by the rude hostess we gave up and left.

Crowded and can’t hear anything. They let dinner reservations go through 10pm yet the kitchen closes at 9pm. Wasn’t a truly enjoyable experience and felt like such a waste of money with the choices right next door. We ended up going around and getting much better drinks as well.

We arrived at the front door and stood at a sign that said, “please wait to be seated by hostess.” We stood there for several minutes while many staff members stared and looked at us, some walking by, and none saying anything. No “hi, welcome”. Nothing. Finally I made a wise crack and then they apologized and seated us. The place was dead with most tables open, and for some reason the hostess sat us at the only table that had folding chairs. Extremely uncomfortable and ridiculous, so we asked to be moved to another table with normal padded chairs. The food was expensive for a pub, and almost all of it was from frozen, not freshly made. I could easily tell this by eating it. After the meal when asked how it was, I mentioned this, and the waitress admitted it was frozen. We were not happy with this fact. High prices similar to a fine restaurant that cooks fresh. I would never go back there, it’s a total rip off. Don’t waste your money, there are tons of other restaurants and pubs within blocks or even across the street that I’m sure are much more worth the money.

Went to watch the Packer game 1/10/26. made a reservation as suggested on their website. Sat at 6:45 and waited over 35 mins, no one came up to even greet us. We let the host know and still, nothing . Multiple table around us were greeted immediately with waters. After waiting so long and also finding out they would not be showing the game in the lower dining room, we left l. Very disappointed.
