It is the first time I have gone to a restaurant and it exceeds my expectations in terms of quality and price. The aesthetic is similar to a Tuscan villa, rustic and cozy, perfect for an Italian food restaurant. My friend and I ordered executive menus which includes first, second, bread, drink and dessert for only €19.90 each menu. As adults we ordered "pane con scarmoza e bacon tostata" and "stromboli", it was too much food for us, with the menus it was enough because the portions of the first and second are very generous, even so, everything was delicious and you could tell that the food was homemade, especially for the squid risotto, I couldn't eat more than half because I was already full and needed room for dessert, but the intense flavor of squid and the perfect rice left me wanting Too much (I would have eaten a pot of that risotto), one of the best risottos I have ever eaten in my life. As for dessert, I ordered a tiramisu, without exaggeration it is the best tiramisu I have ever eaten. Without a doubt I totally recommend this Italian food restaurant, it is the best place if you want to live the Italian food experience in Valladolid. And finally, the service was incredible from the waiters, immediately a girl with glasses and a ponytail attended to us and gave us a table (which I assumed she wouldn't give us because it was almost 4:00 pm and we appreciate that she gave us a table to eat so late), then the manager, Moisés (if I'm not mistaken) was very attentive and friendly, he recommended the stromboli and some other dishes, spectacular service, as well as the food. Most likely, I will return many times.

Fuimos a cenar a Nicoletta Río Shopping con mi marido y nuestros dos hijos y la experiencia fue genial. Desde que llegamos, el trato fue excelente; el personal fue muy amable, atento y cercano en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir muy cómodos. El servicio fue rápido y cuidado, siempre pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. Y la comida… simplemente deliciosa. Todo lo que pedimos estaba perfectamente preparado, con sabores auténticos y productos de calidad. Sin duda, es un restaurante italiano al que volveremos en familia. Muy recomendable tanto por la comida como por el trato y el ambiente.

The other day I went shopping at the Río Shopping mall and had dinner here before leaving. The truth is, the place was practically empty; there was only one table, but I gave it a chance because I really like Italian food and wanted to try this place's offerings. I ordered a boletus and truffle risotto with Parmesan petals, which honestly isn't the best I've ever eaten, but it wasn't bad at all. A little bland, but nothing a little salt couldn't fix. For dessert, I ordered a chocolate coulant with vanilla ice cream, and I was very surprised to find a pistachio heart in the center, something I'd never seen before, and it really gives it a very nice touch. The service was good, and the guy who served me was friendly, so I have nothing negative to say. The most surprising thing is that they have a robot waiter who helps them carry and clear the dishes. I'm sure I'll come back another day to try another dish, since I was left wanting to eat pizza 😋

My partner and I went for lunch. It took a while to get us to our table despite having a reservation, but it took over 40 minutes before they took our order after we were seated, and then another 40 minutes before we were served. A very attentive guy served us, but he was carrying the entire load of the restaurant: reception, taking orders, serving, keeping an eye on everything. Honestly, he was nonstop. There were two other girls who seemed to be strolling around. The food was good, the rice perhaps a little hard. For those who like chocolate, I recommend the chocolate cake, but come with a desire, because the portion is large. The restaurant, despite being in a shopping center, was pleasant and quiet without any noise.

We booked a table for 6 and were ushered into the inside area, seemingly sitting with a couple on the other side of the glass. The service was fast and very friendly. They made a mistake when bringing us the carbonara with pepper and exchanged it without any problem. 4 soft drinks, 2 beers, 2 waters, 4 pizzas, 2 pastas for €122.80.

They were pretty quick to get us a table, but very slow to serve us. It took them about 40 minutes to bring my dish because it had apparently been accidentally taken to another table, and it turned out to be a type of pasta I hadn't ordered. My family, however, enjoyed their dishes. The woman we contacted about our problem was very kind and professional, and not only did she not charge us for my dish, but she also gave us an additional 10% discount. I'm very grateful to her; she's a great woman. The place itself is spacious and beautiful, but I was disappointed by this incident.

We went to this Italian restaurant for lunch during the week, and the service was extremely slow. They seated us at a table and it took about half an hour for them to bring us the menu. That's my only complaint about the restaurant: they could use a little more speed and organization when serving customers, as the dishes we ordered were delicious, and we left feeling full.

First of all, it's very expensive. Half a liter of water costs €3, and the barbecue pizza is completely ruined. They charged me €35, but it was €32, although they were kind enough to say so. For two pizzas and a water. I left the barbecue pizza uneaten. Then the robot didn't even serve us.

Había comido alguna vez en este restaurante y bien, normal. Pero hoy hemos ido mi pareja y yo, hemos estado mucho tiempo a la cola hasta que nos han pasado y desde fuera se veían muchas mesas vacías sin recoger, igual hace falta un poco más de personal... Una vez sentados a la mesa, han tardado cerca de media hora en tomarnos nota, ya en el tiempo de espera habíamos decidido qué comer, tuvimos tiempo... La comida no tardó en salir, pero trajeron el plato de uno, lo compartimos, ya teníamos hambre, y después por fin llegó el otro, que también tuvimos que compartir, claro. Ya íbamos con prisa, habíamos perdido mucho tiempo en esperas, así que pedimos la cuenta, pensando que también tardaría, pero no, eso llegó volando, la chica que la trajo, que no era la camarera, nos dijo que revisáramos la cuenta pero antes de poder mirarla vino con el datáfono y nos cobró. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa que miramos la cuenta, ya pagada, y no era la nuestra...., se lo dijimos y resulta que nos pasó la nota de la mesa de al lado, se disculpó y lo solventó, pero vamos que si fueran tan rápidos para servir como para cobrar este comentario sería diferente, la comida fue rica, no pudimos probar los postres, no teníamos tiempo.

Un desastre, las ensaladas césar muy insulsas ademas de secas, pedimos mas sazonado y nos dijeron q si q para la proxima, y para colmo, había pelos. Cuando dijimos q habia pelos NI SE INMUTARON. Los profiteroles cogelados con hielo. En fin, no vamos a volver.

The staff were quite curt and unfriendly. When they brought the water bottles, they were rude, even slamming them down on the table. The restaurant was uncomfortable, with an excessively cool temperature and poor lighting. As for the food, it was very disappointing. The first course was acceptable, but nothing special. The main courses left much to be desired: the cannelloni were clearly frozen, tasteless, and the filling was poorly prepared. The pasta didn't improve the experience either, with a watery and bland sauce.

Vinimos a comer 4 personas, tres de ellas pedimos lo mismo. Spaghetti con salsa “carbonara”. Te lo venden con bacon horneado, huevo, parmesano, nata y pimienta negra. Pues estaría genial si no fuese por que te cobran casi 17 euros por unos spaghetti con nata y unos trocitos de bacon. Pésima elección.

My husband finished his food and 20min later my son and mine arrived. Would have loved to ear together. Dipping sauce for the bread did not arrive as well as my sons order of patatas. The pizza was good.
