A script version of the words Dunkin' Donuts was filed on March 31, 1955, and registered on February 2, 1960. A later logo was for a drawing and word logo depicting a figure with a donut for a head and a coffee cup and donut body wearing a garrison cap, with Dunkin' emblazoned on both the coffee cup and cap. The design was rendered primarily in yellow and brown. The logo was applied for on June 23, 1958, registered on May 23, 1961, and put into use on July 1, 1964. In 1961, the company began using a hot pink color for its branding and used a logo showing a stylized coffee cup with the company's name rendered on one line as a circle, evoking a donut dunking into the cup. In 1980 bright orange was added to the hot pink. As of 2014 the logo was a variation of the logo that has been in use since about 1980: an all-capitals rendering of the words Dunkin' Donuts (Dunkin' in orange; Donuts in pink) in a thick, Frankfurter typeface with a coffee cup outlined in brown with a "DD" monogram. In September 2018, the company announced that it would shorten its name to Dunkin', with a wider roll-out beginning in January 2019. The company acknowledged that "Dunkin'" was already a common shorthand name for the chain among customers and in its marketing (including the slogan "America Runs on Dunkin'"), and that the rebranding would reflect the chain's continuing shift towards being a "beverage-led" brand at a time when consumers have shown a preference for healthier trends and options as they consume fewer donuts. While stores in the U.S. started using the new name in 2019, the company intends to roll out the rebranding to all of its international stores eventually. In April 2018, Dunkin' named BBDO as their primary advertising agency. This replaced Hill Holliday, which had been producing print, digital, broadcast, and billboard advertising for almost twenty years. Hill Holliday was the agency responsible for the tagline "America Runs on Dunkin'". ARC/Leo Burnett was also named to lead all in-store promotions.
Love this Dunkin mostly due to the employees there I always am treated nicely and with patience John and Isaias always help me abs greet me and make the best sandwiches and my coffee always comes out the way I want it will definitely be returning
Excellent Dunkin’ Donuts. I get Dunkin almost every day and this place was exceptional. The nice man gave us a free extra large latte because we ordered so much. Amazing Dunkin, would definitely come here again
Joanna had great positive energy and helped me with something I’m going through. Thank you so much. 🙏🙏
Was helped by a woman named Gabby. She had the best attitude I’ve ever seen a worker have. For a minimum wage job she seemed very happy with great service and was super fast. Give this woman a raise 🙏
Literally order from here almost every day. I love the staff because of how friendly they are, and my orders are always ready and fresh by the time I get here. Whenever they didn't have something that I ordered through their mobile app, they immediately let me know once I'm there and let me choose something to replace the item with. Definitely worth it!

Didn't get complete order right. Didn't care for the strawberry drink. Bagle was nice and soft. Employees wearing mask and gloves. Would try it again.
The drinks here are great. I went there a little later once and they were sold out of many different types of donuts which I guess is understandable but very inconvenient. Sometimes the cashiers are nice and sometimes they aren’t. I don’t know if it’s just me but they seemed like they were annoyed or something a few times I came.
New Dunkin across from Starbucks- on 111. I have been coming to this place for about a month now. (7:45am) If i could give Zero stars I would. For a start I have neverrr, ever taken the time out of my day to write a review. But I am soooo disgusted with this place I just have to. The entire lack of professionalism and the way these people handle themselves is the worst I have EVER seen. If they had handled it differently this wouldn't even be that big of a deal. But for the 4th time today I received a iced tea instead of the advertized iced GREEN TEA. I tell the woman very nicely before she even handed it to me, (because it was very dark as she was pouring it) "are you sure that's green tea?" she tells me yes, i taste it. Its not. So i tell her nicely again "look this is the 4th time, I drink green tea every day, this is not it. Could you have possibly poured the wrong one?" She gives me an attitude, tells me well taste this one then. -Handing me a small cup of the the other labeled "iced tea" from the other container.. Not only does the color exactly match, ITS THE SAME THING!! both regular tea. So instead of being an honest, decent business person, the girl and her boss were sooo incredibly nasty and rude. Telling me I am wrong, and they MADE IT THIS MORNING. All they could've done was nicely say "Hey look we are new to green tea, Im sorry would you like something else?". But instead I get a hugeee attitude from both the woman and "owner" telling me I am wrong, who you can barely understand by the way, and not what i ordered. I have never been spoken to like that, in my life. Just horrible, and very bad way to start off my morning. I will NEVER go to this place again. **I have also noticed and heard from other complaining customers, they take forever and barely have a selection of donuts and bagels like other stores. -Their excuse by the way is " I didn't make it yet". I will make sure all of my family and friends know how rude and unprofessional these people are. STICK TO STARBUCKS ACROSS THE STREET. Id rather pay an extra $1-2, for the correct order and honest, nice friendly people.

The staff here is usually really rude except for a select few times. There have been many times where I’ll order curbside for Covid exposure reasons and they never bring it out. I don’t normally post negative reviews but the mix of errors plus the rude staff is just a bad vibe.
Extremely overpriced and understaffed. Typical of franchises such as these. Had I not had a gift card I wouldn’t have went in the first place. Be careful you don’t get ripped off even more then the prices, incompetence or straight up trying to overcharge you or not give the correct change back is likely just incompetence but I’ll never go again and I didn’t even want to truth is I expected it to suck what else is new. It wasn’t many years ago when ONE damn egg and a coffee could be bought with the sound of change rather the shuffle of paper. This is for the city idiots you’re better off at one of the 2 delis on main st in Center Moriches or even the 7 eleven right next door and I’d never think I would say that but it’s true.

Awful customer service, don’t waste your money.
It was 8:30am when we ordered 3 donuts. Please tell me how they were all stale at this hour unless you are trying to get rid of last nights donuts first. It was equivalent to when you have donuts sitting around all day. I will never go to this location again.
Paid for a Large Iced Coffee, got a medium. I get Dunkin iced coffees everyday in a medium, so I know the size of the cups. Needed extra caffeine today. Next time I pay for a large coffee I expect a large.
Store closed at 9 on Friday but on the DOOR it says 10. I got out of work late, haven't seen my daughter all week and all she wanted was a donut. Should really fix the hours on the DOOR.
Zero stars!!! Stay Away!!! Service is the absolute worse. Always have to wait. Service is beyond slow. Usually one person doing everything while one person sits in the back. Manager is very rude and obnoxious when asked about service. Not customer friendly at all. Also not the cleanest looking store for an establishment that serves food.
ordered a medium ice coffee and a small latte while in store. after i paid and waited for my coffee i noticed he charged me for a medium hot. i told him amd he didn’t even apologize or offer the diffrence in price. just left but if u make a mistake say sorry about that or give the money diffrence back!
Don't bother at this location. Did curbside check in. Checked in at the spot in front with the curbside check in sign.. they could clearly see my car in the spot.. and after 12 minutes of waiting and seeing others walk out with their drinks, I decided to call 3 times... all with no answer. What's the point of having curbside check in if you can't use it?!
I ordered online and showed up to the store and it is closed. This is bad business when you advertise being open and you are not open when the customer shows up to get their order.
