I love this place, soups are amazing, my kids love the bread bowl soup. If you are a bread fan, try the Asiago cheese bagel. The one thing I wish they can improve is their coffee, it is too light and almost tasteless! No wonder they started the $9/month coffee rewards program, it is not worth it!

The food is ok, but for me it's not just about the food. It's the entire experience. I'm not a fan of kiosk ordering for one. And having ur name just randomly yelled out to go pick up ur dry sandwich. Tables lft messy. And no one ever says anything to you. Just glares from all of the employees that seem to hate their job. Don't think I will be returning.

I was really disappointed. I used the drive-through. I got a sandwich, and the cheese was old, the meat was not fresh, and the bread was hard. The soup I got wasn't good at all. This was my first time going there, and it will be my last. Sixteen dollars went to waste. I was totally disappointed. Maybe it was a bad day; I did go 30 minutes before closing. I hate giving bad reviews, but I have to be honest and tell you about my experience.

Went here for the first time. When we walked inside I noticed there was maybe four people here even at 11am.The woman at the register was as sweet as could be, and our waiter was nice. My mother got the "Bacon Turkey Bravo" sandwhich and her bread was stale. She said it tasted average and wasn't impressed in the slightest. I ordered the Broccoli cheddar mac and cheese and got plain mac and cheese with almost rock hard bread. It was so awkwardly quiet we were uncomfortable to speak. We ordered fountain drinks and they didn't have any brand names like Sprite and Coca-Cola. We both got Ginger Ale and they were both tasted slightly flat. Not a place I'll go back to.

Don't go here often . showed up 4:30 in the afternoon and the place was dead besides one other couple and they're doing business. Was amazed that there were at least four dirty tables one of them covered with dirty dishes and both trash cans had absolutely overflowing bins inside and on top of them full of old dishes look like they hadn't done the dishes in 2 weeks! Their manager must not be staying on top of things. Filthy!

I gave this place one too many chances and every single time I tell myself “why did I come here again”. The service here is absolutely terrible. Today was my last day to spend a fortune on your food. This is by far the worst Panera I have ever eaten at. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich on black pepper focaccia. What I received was a tuna salad on sugar coated bread. There were chunks of nuts in my tuna salad. So I received a sweet sandwich with nuts which is not supposed to be sweet nor should it contain nuts. Absolutely disgusting. Never again.

Okay, I have no clue what is wrong with customer service in Mansfield these days. First it’s 8:15PM, we wanted to order. Requested only 2 minutes and no one helped us for 10 min. We requested one of the employees to take our order and she said “I don’t work the front.” UNDERSTOOD. Then she said “does the iPad not work?” Now my question is, what if one is Vegan or vegetarian? And cannot sub a certain item on the menu. I explained that “the iPad won’t be able to sub what we’re trying to.” Anyways waited another few minutes. We walked out. Honestly I don’t understand why anyone works these days if they can’t have a smile on their face. Honestly love Panera but seriously this is just upsetting. I’m so over eating out in Mansfield, since no one can just put a smile.

When this place first open, it was great, now mediocre. If everyone could put their phone down service might go from mediocre to eh..Food clean, nope full of salt & sugar, atmosphere definitely not warm and inviting..

Stopped in to get a kid mac-n- cheese... $7 !! Are you kidding me ? The Goofy kid working the register had NO clue about anything. The Mgr walked Around and didn't help with anything. The epitome of today's Crapola ! Never again.

It took 40 mins to get our food in drive thru after we ordered online. There was absolutely no excuse!! We could see 6 employees plus a manager on duty. They ran out of avocados and did not tell is that when we ordered a sandwich that comes with it. This place needs either new management/ training or both.

Ordered 2 half sandwiches, and 2 Caesar salads.. definitely overpriced! Sandwich was ok, salad was nasty.. lettuce had an old bag taste. Girl at the window was very nice and sweet.

I'm vegetarian. Ordered the green goddess caprese sandwich. It's the only vegetarian sandwich on the menu. Sandwich was drowning in dressing and hardly any lettuce which should have been my first hint. But halfway through eating it I realized I had been eating chicken. Horrible experience. It had the label on it for my vegetarian sandwich. That was what was on my receipt. So angry they added chicken. I will never trust them again.

Ordered doordash from here, the Dasher drops off one small bag of food missing half of my order. So I tried to call them three times every single time they did not answer. See the picture below for how busy they were there was four people inside and there was three cars in the Drive-Thru. Then I had to wait for them to make my food so they didn't even make it in the first place. I asked for a refund for doordash since I still had to go to the store to pick up my food the manager said she will try to call doordash and get one. Never heard anything back from her except my pizza was almost done. This is a bunch of high schoolers working here but don't care about you or your food.
