All of the staff at this Mc Donald's location are very polite, helpful and Courteous. The food is always fresh and out promptly, I have never had an order made the wrong way either from dine-in or drive through. It is a very clean store. I definitely recommend it to everyone! 10 stars if I could give it ! Thank you

Great small town service and friendly atmosphere. Very attentive and smiling staff. Not your typical franchised fast food restaurant. A bit off the main road but I get it, don't want to compete with the independents. BK doesn't have a problem with that or was grandfathered in long ago.

I went to this McDonald's for breakfast today. I had ordered online and opted to go to the counter to pick up my order. I've been to a lot of McDonald's and it's always just McDonald's. Today was different Jose C. Immediately greeted me and arranged my order and remained actively engaged. Obviously the rest of the team was on point also as the food came up really fast on an order that I had placed just before walking in. The store was also noticeably clean. Great overall experience, but Jose is the reason for the five star review. I left with goosebumps at a freaking McDonald's. Excellent work my friend. Frfr!
Great atmosphere. Clean. Wish it could be more kid-friendly, especially for those under 5. The high chairs need some maintenance. Overall, I hadn't been to a McDonald's in a long time due to service and cleanliness. This visit has changed my mind. Just could use more amenities for the young ones who love to go to McDonald's. It's hard to see that it once was a place for them and now it is more for young adults and adults. Great atmosphere and is clean. Great job!!!

I did the app and I seen 3 cars go in a d out before I got my food So the inside is open and I used the giant touchscreen menu to order. It was different but easy to earn points with your app so that was nice.and it was easy to redeem points or rewards or deals that they have currently going on. I ordered and then I paid woth cash even though I could of paid woth my card that I have on the app I choose cash. I didn't have to wait long for someone to come up to me to pay cash. Then you go choose your seat and have a number tent and a employee comes by with condiments and brings you your food. It is very simulator to how whaterburger does there service. I'm glade McDonald's has upgraded there service.
I just want to say that the employees at this location are awesome people , and are always trying to go above and beyond with no interest in personal recognition. People that do things because it's the right thing to do are almost extinct. Keep doing good, all things will work out exactly how they are supposed to, especially for people like yall. It's a McDonald's, they are all pretty much the same. It's average fastfood quality, but it does seem to be served faster than most other places in the area. The drive through split they do is kind of awkward in my opinion, but it is functional.
A fair amount of people grouse about McDonald's...or fast food altogether, and that is okay. I will tell you, honestly and without (much) shame- I am not one of those people. Fast food has its place- and McDonald's has the best fountain Coca-Cola of any restaurant I have ever frequented. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and as such, depend on the sugar and caffeine a good old-fashioned real Coke provides when needed. Plus, they keep their syrup and water extra-cold and there is a double-filtration system in place that delivers a better, more delicious product. Swear. Also, sometimes you just need some burn-your-face-off hot, salty, and delicious French fries. There is a moment in your life when you get the perfect batch, that is transformative- at least for me. All that said, for the last several years there has been a very sweet little lady who attends the drive-thru window. She is thoughtful and charismatic, she is efficient and on top of things and mostly, she is friendly and kind. I look forward to seeing her every time and I like to think she enjoys seeing me too. Sometimes in our busyness we forget the simple pleasantries that can make a day brighter... She never forgets and always brightens mine.
This location is pretty consistent compared to cedar park and Austin establishments. The best times I've found are 11 am , 2/3 pm and 9 pm. Something about those times I just get everything I ordered correctly and pretty fast. I stopped coming during busy times because its a long wait usually. Great location otherwise.
This is a typical fast food place. I ordered a fish sandwich without cheese and a medium size fries 🍟. I have been here several times. I thought it was very unusual when they asked me to pull over to one of the numbered parking spots, and they would bring my order out to me. After about ten minutes, an employee brought my order. She was very nice and apologized for taking so long. She also gave me a free chicken sandwich for my inconvenience! This is the only McDonald's in our small city.
Everyone is really friendly here and the fries usually come out hot.
staff & food are both hit or miss. some staff treat us SO kindly & our orders are correct. other times, we wait 50 MINS in line because our order was handed out to the wrong car. prices are still cheaper than most options! if you catch the right crew, your experience could be awesome!
This place sucks. No sodas were available tried to charge me extra for unsweetened tea even though my meal came with a drink. No ice cream either and haven't had any in months.
If you order a frozen coke and it has a domed lid, you're supposed to fill it up! Otherwise, why would it have a domed lid? Also, put big mac sauce as a condiment on the kiosk. Most everyone is friendly. I love their breakfast sausage and coffee. Love the fries as long as they're fresh, otherwise I come back and get fresh ones. Might as well just give me fresh ones so you don't have to make more. Oh and when did the fish sandwich become kid size?
This location is ridiculously slow. They had 2 Lanes open for the drive thru and the outer lane had 4 cars go through before me...I've been here before all 4 cars and they went right through. Help!
At one time, it was unnecessary to rate major fast food restaurants, as they had striven successfully for uniformity in every regard. Thus, a Big Mac was the same from Portland to Portland. However, I have found unfortunately quality in most fast food chains varies extensively, rendering individual reviews necessary. To wit: This is a pretty great McDonald's restaurant. The service is excellent in that it is timely, helpful and friendly. The food is as good as one would expect from a McDonald's...with the exception of the fries, which are sad, soggy, cold and limp (an experience oddly common with fast food establishments these days...). The interior needs help in that the best adjective which comes to mind is "smudgy" Everything seems to have a lair of semi-slippery grease/soap on it, replete with smudges. I know they are trying in this regard, but try a little harder, McDonald's. Prices, unlike Taco Bell! - remain fair for portions vs. prices. All in all, I would definitely return if there is a desire only McDonald's can fulfill.

Friendly staff. Great fries, as one would expect. Great breakfast items. Lunch and dinner sandwiches/burgers are average. Good soda selection. Very slow drive-thru. Lots of flies inside the store, on and around the cash registers, the last 3 visits.
The food at McDonald's in general is just not as good as it used to be, but frequently the meat is so overcooked, it is hard. Since adding kiosks to order at, inside, there is almost No customer service. They act like it is a real bother to actually talk to you, and if you need something
Food tastes okay, I mean, it's McDonald's. But they didn't give me any butter or cutlery to eat my pancakes with, and my coffee was full of grinds. It could have been a bad day for them, I'll stop by again if I don't feel like the hotel breakfast.
I went there specifically to get sausage biscuits and coffee. I walked in, pre-paid and at 10:16 AM they had no coffee or coffee products. No xplanation was given but the employee offered me a milkshake or bottled water. What is up with that? How can McDonald’s be out of coffee?

Their soda machine wasn't working, so not happy that I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes just to be told they didn't have what I wanted.
The food is not terrible but they are very slow compared to other McDonald's. I have been a McDonalds employee before and we usually did not put our least experienced employees anywhere by themselves on registers. On one visit the lady kept asking me to repeat our order multiple times and on the third try put her hearing aids in in front of me. The next visit the guy admitted he had no training on a register and had a line waiting. He tried to make coffee but didnt know how. He had several people walk out, while 4 employees told him to handle it while they did drive thru. The scene is normal. It's pretty common we end up cleaning our own place to sit down. The cooks are good and do a great job. They have often tried to rescue the situation or make things right. We have never had a complaint on how things tasted.
Ordered at kiosk, got it about 50% correct. Label has 0 wipped cream, but it was not made as I requested. It had whipped cream.
Didn't get anything while here...they had no drinks available, and sent me over to Taco Bell across the street
While I understand the complex issues of staffing and covid precautions, I find it absolutely inexcusable for this location to still not have dine in options. Almost every other eatery in the area is managing to have dine in, yet this location still hasn't opened, even after an extensive remodel. We're tired of having to "enjoy" our food while sitting in our car(s)! Of course, if the drive thru service is an indicator, maybe there's a good reason they can't open dine in. This has never been a great location, and there is little sign that it has gotten better. Food is still good though!
Today was not a good experience as other times have been pretty good overall. I ordered a meal and when I got up to the window the young man was wearing a mask and I can barely understand him for one thing. And then my order was wrong and he handed me a bag and wanted me to check it to see if it's right but I told him I would not check it it's their job. And it was like pulling teeth trying to get him to say thank you after I acknowledged him.
I would rate this place higher but I just can’t.. every time I come here they get worse and worse. If you do come here never order inside go thru drive thru. I ordered inside and waited 32mins for my food but I watched 20-30 cars go thru drive thru I would have went through the drive thru if I had the chance.. customer service is ok if I spoke Spanish it would be better I’m not bashing that they only speak Spanish it’s just that I don’t but I’m trying.
They are always confused when you order just meat patties. The drive through person did understand my order finally and was friendly and upbeat. The staff at the drive through window were clueless and seemed bored and unhappy to be at work. I asked the one lady three times that the burgers I ordered did have cheese on them. She looked confused and finally left to ask someone and then came back and told me to drive up without ever answering. When I got my order there was no side of mustard I ordered in the drive through. Took several minutes to get my mustard but it sis finally arrive. Did not expect much as it is McDonald’s and they delivered.
Their curbside takes anywhere between 5 minutes to 30 minutes after the suggested time frame. If they can't get orders out in the time frame suggested, then do away with it.

Horrible experience! First off asked for a receipt when I paid and guy closed the windows on me didn't reply. Then got home with food it was wrong. Called and got no help. The worst part was the food was cold nit even a little warm. Felt like i was eating food that should have been in the trashJust a very frustrating experience. Wasnt the first time this has happened at this location.
The atmosphere inside at the time was calm, and the noise level was low. The restaurant was clean for the most part. The food was good, the only complaint I had was that it was lukewarm. When our food was prepared and on a tray ready to go out to our table, it was just sitting there, under no heat lamp, getting cold. I noticed that our food was just sitting there when 2 groups of people came in and ordered after us, but were getting their food before us and at their tables. I had to go ask for my order and was then asked, "Oh, you haven't gotten your food yet?" And I was like, "No." Then I was told they didn't have OJ, but then the guy brings us an OJ. I shall not be returning to this location, not even through the drive-thru.
We did an online order, and when we arrived to pick it up, it took over 30 minutes to have it delivered to the vehicle. 1 burger, 1 order of nuggets, and one order of fries…..not a big or complicated order. Not a major issue, but we tried to ordering milkshakes, but the machine wasn’t working, so not an option.

My receipt was accurate. I failed to check the receipt on the bag. I ordered 2 hamburgers with their current special: 2 for 5 bucks. I ended up with a small double cheese sandwich and a McChicken sandwich. I asked one employee for help with the electronic device and was told that he could not help me because he worked "in the back" and then walked away remaining in the front area. Time wise, it took a very long time to get the order. Going through Granite Shoals, I reached into the bag to eat a couple of french fries. They were stone cold. Additionally, there was so much salt on the fries my mouth burnt. When I arrived home, I tossed the fries into the trash.
I shouldn’t have to wait 10 plus minutes in the drive thru for three items. The girl at the window is always very friendly but I don’t go to McDonald’s expecting to become late to work especially after ordering in the app
This is the worst McDonald's ever. Why? Because they are soooo slow. Every time I come here the wait is horrible. I used the mobile app today and parked in a pick up spot. I waited 8 minutes before I went in to get my food. They were clueless as to where it was. Where did they find it? It was waiting in a que for someone to bring it to me. To top it off, I stood there for 2 minutes waiting for someone to ask me what I needed.
The only person who spoke English was the person talking orders over the intercom. I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to place my order. Then it took another 20 minutes before I could pay for and get my food! It’s called “fast food” for a reason people!!

I went in today around noon. Couldn't even order food, I was so grossed out. I have never been to this location before and don't expect too much from a McDonalds but this location smelled like someone vomited crossed with dirty diaper. I was shocked that people were actually ordering food and the drive thru was packed. Now I'm seeing other reviews complaining about the smell. Why hasn't anything been done? And why on Earth would you get food at this place?
So they are forcing you to order on the touch screen in store. This spreads diseases and is not good service it is slower and takes away cashiers jobs. Food is terrible and they will screw up your order half the time. Over priced garbage and not healthy. Avoid this place, for the price you can get a good handmade burger somewhere that is not a corporate trash can poisoning the population. Lastly and worst of all is they are giving Tarot cards in certainhappy mealsh. Keep your occult trash to yourself you POS business.
I went here with my family and wanted an inside out 2 figure but they ran out. I asked them why they still had them on display even though there was no more and that’s what kids want in their happy meal too. The staff was angry too.
Horrible since it was rebuilt. The wait times are ridiculous. It took the 27 minutes to make a Carmel frappe. They had me sit in a slot for 27 minuets. When I finally got the order they didn't bring a straw. No apologies, no its on the house. Just the same ugly attitude that I have always experienced since the new opening
I have never been inside this McDonalds before, been thru the drive thru many times. The food was excellent! It all went until the staff was looking at my truck parked in a handicap parking spot. I have Texas DV plates on my truck and confronted them and said it was my truck. They looked and my and were dumbfounded, they had no idea what that meant! Instead of cleaning tables and the lobby, they were more concerned about my truck. Unfortunately I will never return to this McDonalds as they have no idea what retired military veteran have done for this country!
They mess up my order, every single time, I order on the app. I always have to go back to the window so they can fix my order. The employees dont even speak English. This McDonalds sucks!
Literally sat in the drive through while the employees talked with my bag of food in hand, 10 mins I waited, nothing was added to the bag before he handed it to me after joking with his buddy. Forgot all the nugget sauces that were added, no salt on fries, just another awful experience at this location. If you send someone else with a mobile pickup code, non of the staff know what to do.
Why have the option of “table service” if you’re not going to honor it? When I was approached with my food in a to-go bag and informed my order was called and left on the counter the server got an attitude saying “oops, my bad” and walked away. I’ve loved McDonald’s since I was a child and I will continue to but this one has to be one of the worst ones I’ve visited.
Don’t waste your time at this location. Service is SO SLOW! Order is 9/10 times incorrect even when placed with a mobile order and itemized. Just ordered two happy meals-waited 20 mins for our curbside. No toy in one of them, no ketchup for the fries, ordered double fries and only received 1 per order. So sad that the business owner spent so much money building this new building only for the service to continue to be junk.
We waited 15 minutes to get our food, and this is not fast food at all! I talked to a guy about the waiting time, and he was really impatient. There were lots of people working there but some guys just wandered around. I paid for extra lettuce and tomato for my sandwich, but I got nothing! This is the worst McDonald’s.

Extremely slow service, between the order screen in drive thru and the window to pay they managed to lose my order. They applied my coupon to someone else's order before double checking the order with me (that was my mistake for giving coupon beforehand) took them 5 minutes to try and fix it I finally left without breakfast. The last 3 times I've been there have been awful twice the food was cold by the time they handed it out the window, but I guess cold food is better than nothing.
Ordered by door dash and I order bacon with my order and didn't get it and I called asked for a manager and let them know got hung up on called back and the girl that said she was a manager kept saying hello like she couldn't hear me. Is this how you treat people. I had to pay extra for the bacon.
Went through drive thru to order and as I was ordering it went from a girl to guy in mid order. As I get to the 2nd window order was incorrect. So was charged for stuff I ordered in drive thru but not the stuff I was shorted that they didn't add to my order asked for. Not very friendly at the window barely understand English. Over 15 minutes in the curbside order slot AFTER they were confirmed i was there in that slot. Finally had to go knock, well beat, on the window until a Doordash driver told the owner/manger i was out there waiting. Then 5 min later of her scurrying about she came out, handed me my order and said "sorry about that, people just don't want to work today and they totally skipped your order". I explained i had wait almost 20 min in the curbside slot and she replied "like I said, sorry" and she walked back inside. Terrible service at this location.
Every time I come here they miss half my order. They brought me out a melted icee. They do nothing about it when you call just say we’ll try to do better. They don’t try to do better.
Ordered curbside and it took 13 min after check in for my 10pc nuggies to arrive. Had to call them to check on status after 10 min. Nuggies tasted like they dropped it back in the grease to reheat them up. I was one of 3 customers so they were not busy. Disappointment at best!!!
This is probably one of the worst McDonald's that I have visited. There's NEVER an attendant for the register. I've always had to wait several minutes to place an order or just to get a cup after I chose to use the Kiosk instead. All the employees speak Spanish which wouldn't really bother me except my last visit I waited almost 15 minutes at the counter to place my order. Another person came in and was speaking Spanish. A worker immediately came to the counter and asked if she could take her order. I was furious because I had been waiting several minutes and was completely ignored. When I did finally make and receive my order, the worker rudly slammed the tray on the counter and walked away without a word.
Very dirty will not go back there. The fries were half frozen. This was the first time I threw out my fries. Also don't you believe in clear English speaking no heavy accents. We could not get anyone's help until we yelled. All they were doing was speaking Spanish to each other.
Not sure what's happened but this location has gone down hill. Drive thru. The employees are rude and not professional. Was told my card was declined, when in fact, I was charged the wrong order. So he lied and then asked for my card back at the second window to refund and charge the correct order. Then was given the wrong order. I asked for the receipts of said transactions and was told to pull forward. Sat there for 15 mins and no one came. I tried to call and speak to a manager and was given just a regular employee while someone in the background saying "just tell her we're sorry". We won't be going back.
After waiting a full 33 minutes in the drive through my order was attempted to be taken after I watched 3 people is drive through 1 get theirs taken. My order was then messed up on the screen. So I was trying to explain what it was that needed to be fixed when I found out I was just talking to myself. Then a few more minutes pass by and I had asked if anyone could hear me I was rudely told he was fixing my order in which my response was just forget it I’ll go somewhere else. I then called to speak with a manager which I didn’t get to speak to. But a nice gentleman answered and told me they were short handed. Which is totally understandable and I can have patience for that. But to be spoken to so rudely and just left sitting there with no response was really uncalled for and unprofessional. This isn’t my first issue. The past month I’d say has been nothing but issues with this location. I’ll drive all the way to burnet next time we want Macdonalds!
Go to your local grocery store and buy a pack of frozen patties to grill yourself... Your tongue, tummy, and health will thank you for it. Don't eat at McDonalds EVER!
Made burger wrong and wouldn't fix. Instead of remaking my order they took my burger back and then gave the same burger made wrong back to me. Long lines and food is constantly made wrong.
If i could put 0 stars, I would easily. FIRST of all, I ordered the meals with SPECIFIC instructions of a plain and dry sandwich. I was almost charged for just the sandwiches and not the meals. The girl at the window practically threw my bag at me and instantly closed the window. I would’ve asked for ketchup if she would’ve given me the opportunity to do so. My fries were practically thrown into my bag and my sandwich was not plain and dry. Worst service I have ever experienced and will never stop at this Mcdonald’s for food ever again.
The ice cream machine has been broken since like September of 2023. And they always mess up my kids happy meals. Either they forget one of their sides of fries or forget the TOY. Never give napkins or BBQ sauce for their nuggets either
If you want 21 ingredients French fries, and hamburgers that never mold or decomposes then heck ya go there and enjoy.
The service is horrible. Not to mention a lady in the drive thru that can’t even talk or think enough to fix an order. Always check your order, they NEVER get it correct.
Food was cold and weak , didnt even eat, wasted $ .Restaurant was filthy , and we got there at 7 a.m . Disgusting and disappointed. Cashier was nice but that's about it.
In my 50 years on earth this is literally the worst run fast food restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of going to. I will never go here again as long as I live. Don't go through the drive through, you'll be lucky if they even take your order. And if you go in they will act like you're the biggest inconvenience. Just a terrible place. Avoid it....go to one of the many better places.
Sad that people are so rude and can not follow drive thru direction and idiots pull in front of people who are obeying the directions needless to say we did not get to order since we could not get our order in being that people were not following the directions of your business drive thru! The person taking the order was no help. In otherwords you have lost my business. And I am a retired manager of a well know change of store.
How have they gotten this bad. So slow. Order's always missing something.
The girl who i see at the window is so rude I am not sure if she can hear me or not, but she is not intitled to be so snobby with customers. Also the people who give me my food need to wait whenever I check my food cause they'll close the window as soon as they hand it over. I like mcdonald's but the one here needs to get their act together otherwise I am not gonna be there anymore. AND I AM NOT BLUFFING GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!
Will never eat at this Mc. Donald’s again!!! Took forever to get food! I thought because it took so Long it would be fresh! Nope! It was rubber! When I tried to speak with Manager she was very rude!!! They had order wrong to begin with! I parked and went inside, to try to speak to them! Kept getting ignored and finally just left! After watching them work in line and seeing how they treated the food. I’ll never stop in there again! I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about it too!
Customer service here is non-existent or rude. Those are your only options.
Want to see the absolute worst McDonald's in the u.s. well look no further than Marble Falls McDonald's they have the absolute worst front of house staff imaginable zero personal skills and even worse customer service the entire restaurant is in a constant state of disarray food takes as long as a sit down restaurant to recieve it and it's a 50/50 chance it'll either be incorrect or cold pretty upsetting considering the owner owns the one in burnet as well and it runs flawless and is always clean inside and food is usually fresh I'm not sure what happened to this one but I'd recommend anyone who wants to go here steer clear and make another decision on what's for dinner...lmao just this evening at the first window I went to pay and was greeted by an unshaved 50+ yo man with a dip of snuff in his mouth.....moral of the story this place has zero discipline and has fallen apart and is a failure of gast food in my opinion I will do everything in my lower to eat anywhere else but here!!!
Took 50 minutes to get out order, but my favorite part was the 4 hour drive we were on before this pit stop here. Not having my food I asked for a refund but what is instead told they would make my food right away of which we got the coldest double quarter pounders with cheese. Specifically order these burgers because we were under the impression they are made to order given the McDonald's marketing campaign. 🤷♂️
This is probably the most incompetent McDonald's that I have ever been to! I went through the drive thru last night and ordered a Homestyle Burger, no mustard, add mayo and cheese. When I got home it had mustard, no mayo and no cheese. I looked at the receipt and it was correct and was charged for the cheese. I went through again this morning and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit only to get home and find a egg biscuit. Is this how they are making extra money? By charging customers for items that they aren't getting? And it doesn't do you any good to go inside and try to get your order corrected. You'll be waiting at the counter until someone finally decides to approach the counter who can't help you anyway because they don't speak English.
Absolutely the worst location ever! I’ve tried many times to give this location. A chance, at every time I food either comes out cold or completely wrong. For example, this morning I came through and ordered my regular breakfast that I always get and it ended up being completely wrong. They ended up giving me something that I just cannot have due to dietary restrictions. Call the store talk to a manager who didn’t sound like he did not understand a single word of English ended up going back-and-forth a couple times trying to explain my order was wrong. I just ended up asking for a refund. I doubt that I will get that refund because they still owed me a refund from Valentine’s Day where I took them an hour to get my order ready and I left empty-handed. It’s completely inexcusable.
This McDonald’s needs a completely new staff. Second time in less than a week they have completely messed up my order. They tried to give me 3 different orders each time, and when I finally received the order I placed it was missing both hash browns and they gave me all the wrong condiments.. I asked for strawberry jelly and got 20 grape jelly’s. I asked for medium picante and received 15 hot picante packets for 2 breakfast meals. Smh.
Hardly any employees speak englis, makes it really difficult to communicate with the employees. Or they just look at you like your dumb.
This mcdonalds has a pointless drive throu whatever happend to 90 sec wait times, I guess those dont times dont exist anymore and franchises owners like to spend money on redesign their stores instead improving its services and wages.
The lobby is absolutely disgusting, food and trash everywhere, the drink stand is disgusting, the tea is leaking all over the place, every table is dirty and the floors are filthy. Can’t imagine what their kitchen looks like.
This McDonald's needs better staff & management. I waited in line for over 15 mins to order another 10 minutes at the windows to pay then had to wait another 20 mins to get my food & my order was wrong. The burgers are put together sloppy, fries are always cold. The staff is rude & doesn't acknowledge anything you have to say until you get rude with them yourself. I know what i ordered & what i paid for they try to correct you & act like you was wrong when you clearly check ur order & its not all there or they charge you for something extra you didn't order. This establishment definitely needs work on customer service all the way around.
Hands-down, the worst McDonald’s. They are in efficient in the drive-through they ask you what you order when you get to the window even though you’ve already paid. And they let a car sit in the pick up Lane number two for 20 minutes and try and serve everyone else out of one window instead of asking them to move to a curbside spot do better.
Went last week and they forgot half my order. Went again today and waited 40 minutes for my order to be ready. When I finally went up to the register to ask about it I saw them grab it, already assembled, off the little table in the kitchen where they put the orders in the bag. All my food was cold. Will not be coming back.
There was a young man working very sweet and helpful but the filipino lady was really rude and slapped the young man’s hand for trying to give out some ranch dressing. Also the Mexican manager guy can barely speak English and should not be working there. The way that they treat their customers and their workers is ridiculous and sad
If you want the wrong order and incompetant service come to this McDonald’s! We were told they weren’t able to do a plain mcchicken and add Big Mac sauce despite ordering that every time we go with the guy on the speaker said “I got you bro” whoever was working 11:45am 8/9. We also asked for 3 plain cheeseburgers and those were plain either. Looks like he’ll be working here for the rest of his life!
Cashier could not take credit card. Had to use kiosk because employees would not take orders. Went to kiosk add tried place order. Kiosk would not take credit card. After several minutes got an employee to help me and they printed ticket that said take to cashier. Went to cashiers and was told cash only. After three differnt employees walked away from helping me I tried another kiosk. That one took card but would not print receipt. When I finely got order was missing drink. Asked for drink and was asked for receipt. This stop took 30 minutes. Will never use this McDonald's again.
This place is gross, the lack of cleanliness in this location is mind boggling. There was tea all over the floor, the tables were not clean at all, the bathrooms were disgusting. The employees didn't even care that the floor has a liquid spill which is a huge liability/ hazard. It took over 20min to get cold food that you could tell had been sitting for a while. If their guest area looked this bad, there is no telling how dirty their kitchen area looks like. Don't take your kids here, they may get sick from the lack of cleanliness/sanitation. 0 stars for this place, I will also file a complaint with the health department.
