This is probably my favorite diner in the New Hartford area. The staff is always quick and friendly, and the food is reliably good. The coffee is unusually good for a diner, and it's a big part of what brings me back.

Had breakfast,recently had a kidney transplant and they're very good about tending to special nutrition requests,breakfast is always spot on and you can get it all day,lunch also is great, and don't miss Friday Fish Fries 😁

Never noticed this place until yesterday. Walked in not expecting much. By far, the best diner experience I’ve had. The “What” will forever be my preferred breakfast now, and the homemade orange juice was delicious. Much nicer on the inside than you would expect, too. Definitely has a small town, we’re all family here vibe. Highly recommend.

Unassuming from the outside (maybe even further - deterring from the outside). But inside is nicely remodeled and clean, the customer service was wonderful and the food was delicious! Something for everyone from sweet to savory - the kind of diner you could become a regular at. They also seemed to have a lot of activities for kids entertainment (coloring, toys, etc).

First time ever been to this restaurant! We went there for a family get-together for breakfast! There was twelve of us there and we have one waitress and she was fantastic I believe her name was Samantha! The food was excellent the service was great and the prices are fantastic I would definitely go back again!...

A group of bike riders (10 or so) went to Riverside. The food was good and filling. Service was excellent despite the crowd of people. Very friendly place!

The grubhub driver Joshgunn took over 30 minutes to deliver, he went in opposite direction of me, on another delivery, which is infuriating, I gave him a $10 tip & delivery should take no more than 10 minutes. Then he just left food sitting in my entrance & never knocked to let me know he was here. I have specific directions for delivery drivers as I am disabled, use side entrance and knock loudly on inside door! Overall not happy at all. Have Ordered delivery several times via grubhub, everything has always been very fresh, hot & usually delivered promptly. My favorites so far are the eggs Benedict, sausage gravy & biscuits, giambotta, Pan fried home fries with peppers & onions. Fish fry very good, but needs more tartar sauce!! All of the above are delicious, freshly made & hot when received. Portions size is great. Thank you for offering delivery on these breakfast items!

Don't miss out on excellent food and service. The coffee is fresh. I had a bacon, egg & cheese on toast which was cooked to perfection. The omelets are huge and tastes like love at first bite. Old school cartoons on the television set the good Ole days vibe. I was definitely digging this quaint restaurant. 5 out of 5 stars given to Christa, staff & chef. I'll surely be back next year. Absolute classic diner experience. We stopped impulsively while on a road trip, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Service staff were kind and sassy, line cooks looked like they smoke newports (this is a compliment), and the food was amazing. The fish fry was huge! 10/10 would stop again.

Old type of diner. Was welcomed with a friendly smile. They have plenty of tables but I sat at the counter with my friend just to do like old times. Had the “Homerun” breakfast. Very good and plentiful for an affordable price. Huge portion of pancakes. I drink my coffee black and it was very good.

The chicken Philly wrap was more pepper and onion then chicken chunks.. which for me was great.. the tuna sandwich was runny but the taste was good and the breakfast skillet was great

Delicious food, fun atmosphere, and friendly waitresses. They make you feel so welcome. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. This is the best diner in the area hands down. Make sure you try their soft serve ice cream. It’s so creamy. Highly recommend!

One of the best kept secrets around. I pulled up and thought it was a small little hole in the wall, but when we went in, it was awesome. The waitress told us it was redone a few years ago and it’s awesome. On top of that, the food was great and the service was friendly and refilled our cups many times. Definitely adding this place to my list for frequent visits!

I have never had anything that I didn't like here. Everything I try on the menu is good. My family likes this place so much that we actually had a baby shower in the back room. I almost forgot to mention that you can order your fancy Christmas cookies here. My wife has ordered them for a few years now and they dont last long in our house.

First time visit. Nice place inside. Updated modern. Plenty of tables booths plus counter seating. Fresh hot coffee. Food was great. Ordered the giambotta skillet. Even the half portion was great size. Eggs sausage greens peppers onions and mozzarella over potatoes. Was awesome. Will be back woth the family. Thanks

We went for the fishfry. It was good . The piece of fish was pretty big and it was nice and crunchy on the outside and perfectly done on the inside. We had the beer battered.

The fact they charge you a fee for using credit card, is enough to make sure I don't go their again.

Food was good , service was not. We waited almost 30 minutes for our meals. People came in after us seated at the counter and were served before us.

Ehh it's okay. I had an omlette that was so so. My daughter had a pancake which they made into mickey mouse but it was kind of flat. Not like a fluffy pancake just flat. The waitress was super rude though. I said something to her she ignored what I asked and then my bf asked her and she answered him. It was going to get really loud in there if she did it again. I was not happy.

We arrived shortly before closing. Rather than saying they were closing, they served very old burnt home fries. The eggs were over cooked and the toast was even burnt. We would have rathered they sent us away.

Dirty, Butter in the condiments container had one that was mouse chewed, bathrooms were so bad hovering was not even an option. Waitress was friendly and attentive.
