They were super nice and made me a vegetarian dinner of multiple vegetables and rice. I appreciate the extra effort to make something that I could enjoy. My husband also had a spicy margarita that he enjoyed. It was good and spicy, just how he likes it. They also have a tv if you want to watch sports.

It was a very nice evening - only point: the hotel was under construction. But staff and the restaurant was very good. Food was good - but for a hotel the n this category it could be better. Still - we liked it there and would come back !

Food was delicious but service was slow. We went on New Years Eve with a 5pm reservation. We were the only ones seated and it took an hour and 40 minutes there. The butter board was definitely not worth the money. Frozen butter and 5 slices of bread the size of a saltiness. Everything else was great and the hotel has a nice vibe.

First of all, the food is EXCELLENT. Everything was amazing. Service was as good as it could be with only one to two servers handling the entire place. The server present did an incredible job, but gosh they really are shorthanded currently. A whole lot of places are though, so even though the food took a long time and service was limited, the meal was well worth it. Just make sure you're not in a hurry and you'll enjoy it. That pestachio-crusted chicken fried steak and gravy is unbelievable - one of the best things i ever ate. Asparagus was a little tough and stringy - probably needed to trim the tough ends off, but it was still a great dinner.

We find this place open in marfa to go have a dinner. We were sitted at the bar sit and had to wait bartender or server for while to get drink and order to food. This was the only issue but once we got our drinks and food it was pretty worth to wait for. I like their fried steak with jalapeño gravy on and pistachio crumbles. It was so yummy. And cocteils were really good as well.

Paired with the historic Hotel Paisano, Jett's doesn't quite rise to the occasion. Striving for the refined rustic setting of the hotel, the restaurant's ambience feels more dated than decorative. The staff is friendly, but twice during our dinner the host interrupted our group's conversation with incidental small talk. The host also took photos of our table for the "night manager to see how busy we are". The host did this without asking for permission. Our server was more engaged than intrusive, friendly and helpful. The kitchen and bar were on the slow side, and unfortunately the food/drinks were not exceptional enough to offset the delays. Though remote, Marfa has an eclectic food scene, and there's better options that Jett's.

Maybe they were short-staffed the day my husband and I stopped for drinks and small plates. It took a loooong time to get our drinks and food. The food was good when it arrived, but by then we had to hurry to get to the MacDonald Observatory for the star party. I had a Moscow Mule. It was served in a copper-clad mug, but it wasn't that great. The courtyard of the El Paisano Hotel, where we were seated, was very nice.

This restaurant is not upscale as it leads you to think. The bartender was on it! Good! The server was new, but trying. We changed our minds about ordering a steaks here. Went with the burger and it was good. The ambiance needs attention.

Amazing patio with shade and live music on Friday is worth more than the minimum, but... Waitress took 30 minutes between visits, so you have to order WELL before you want something, we ended up going to the bar inside to order drinks (and previous order was sitting at ethe end if the bar waiting to go to the table), Manager said they'd check if they could make gravy without jalapenos, waitress said they could, but gravy was still served spicy, 2 steaks were both ordered medium-rare, one was served medium and the other rare, and after sending it back it came back still rare (pics & video are AFTER the steak was returned "cooked more"). Overall, the service wasn't good and the kitchen wasn't good, but it is a great atmosphere.

I made a birthday reservation at this restaurant a month in advance and received a confirmation text the day before my reservation. When I arrived with my party, we were told the restaurant had decided that day to close to give employees the day off. While I understand businesses sometimes need to close, what was extremely disappointing was that no one contacted me to cancel the reservation — even though they clearly had my information and had just confirmed it the day before. I hope the restaurant improves its communication so other customers don’t experience the same situation. If you are looking for an upscale, delicious dinner in Marfa there are so many fantastic options with a much better track record than Jett’s Grill seems to have.

We had a reservation @ 6:30. We were seated at 6:28 and had not been greeted by a server or anyone by 6:45. We got up and left. The menu was very sparse and had several items marked out. Sad because we had eaten there last year and really enjoyed it.

Talk about the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Waitress clearly did not care and would walk past us. Brought other peoples food out before us, brought others bread. When we asked for bread she lied and said they were out. Then asked another waiter and they brought it to us. Then some kid who works there came up to us and said we were being too rude to “his staff”. Dude was a literal bus boy. Then found us outside the restaurant and pulled the good ol race card. We get youre clearly racist toward white people because nobody once brought up race during this whole experience LOL. Would rather not eat then deal with this place again. We made sure we escalated with hotel management since we stayed there. They can have the one star because the quail was good. Don’t go here. Go elsewhere or drive the extra 25 to Alpine.

Service: Took us atleast an hour and a half to get our food and we only got our water refilled about twice the whole time. Food: The staff wasn’t familiar with the “gluten free diet” and there was a fly in my friends food. Also overpriced and automatic gratuity is the only way they will get a tip out of me. Atmosphere: It’s a white table cloth restaurant and they were playing club music and “Anaconda” by Nicki Minaj. Also feels very empty inside and not a good dining experience overall. Go to Margaret’s instead, the food, atmosphere, and service are all far better than Jetts. What happened to this place?
