The staff is always super nice and service is very quick. Food is great and you can't beat the price-quantity ratio that Panda offers.

How can you not give it 5 stars? Delicious foods for less than $10? The staffs worked hard and they were quick, attentive, and nice. My favorites were chicken with mushroom and walnut shrimp!

For a takeout it was great. Prices are within reason. Many places in the area are way too pricey. The place was really busy but the employees smiled were friendly and very efficient. The location to me seems a little tucked away so I was surprised how busy it was. Food was fresh and hot I suppose being super busy the food doesn't have a chance to go cold. A little bit of a wait for a pickup order but nothing unreasonable. I'd definitely return.

I go out of my way (passed another Panda) to make sure I go to this Panda Express when I go on my lunch break.

If you like Panda express, this is a good one. The food tasted fresh, the staff was attentive and the lobby was clean. What more can I say? The Black pepper Angus steak is delicious.

Seems decent. I don't know if I'd consider this to be ultra cheap (single dollar-sign symbol), it's more like 1.5 - 2 $s. Staff are friendly and efficient for the most part. The only bottleneck is them handing you your food only for you to have to hand it back to the cashier so they can bag it. Place is mostly clean, with some trash in places that are frequently occupied. The floor does look very warn-out and could use a polish or an upgrade.

The chicken is brunt. The rice and chow mein are too hard. [new] sometimes it's not bad. See the first photo.

Food and service are good, but I don't understand why they have to use double sided Styrofoam containers and plastic bags for meals that are eaten there. Such an environmental waste. Their trash cans are full of one-time use plastic. Terrible.

The Chinese food is okay but when I tried the other side I was disappointed. When I ordered some guacamole it tasted bland. I looked on the box and I saw that it was purchased from Pavilions next door and they charged me twice as much. So the guacamole is cheap store bought and the price is doubled. That's not okay.

It was 9:50pm now I know they close at 10;30 but servinng 9pm's old food is all bad 👎 😫 just limit the choices. I seen 10 customers walk out & I'm sure the 3 before wasn't satisfied 🙄 😒

I was in search of dinner at that holy night (not describing the opposite adjective in light of the holiday season) when I stumbled the place for mushroom chicken & a can of Sanzo mango sparkling water (with 4 g. of sugar) which tasted like lipstick. I couldn't find any unsweetened drink to think of.

I can go to Trader Joe's (which I've done), purchase Jasmine Rice and Orange Chicken for around/same price and the quality/taste will be just as good if not better than Panda Express. November 17th 2023 is the last time I will eat at Panda Express due to price increase (again) and quality/taste of food. Again, slightly below average.

This location is great however it doesn't feel very clean the entire restaurant eating area just feels like it's 60 years old and it's hasn't been cleaned since then. However this isn't true faith to keep it clean but it does didn't feel plane. Also the food doesn't look very fresh I've eaten here before a few times and had to ask for my money back several times. The only good thing about this location is the outdoor seating.

We eat there maybe twice a year and we know which ones to avoid at all costs. It is a buffet line, but it is not a buffet. They have different prices for different amounts. For example, you can get a 3 item meal or more. They have a decent selection of drinks and the service is pretty nice. Last time we went, we did take away. We had their orange chicken which was very good, the egg roll was overcooked and that sucked. The white rice was fine, just average, but fine. I did like the shrimp we ordered, it was not over cooked or over friend. It was good. Parking is pretty easy. They can get crowded, but the line moves fast. We will go back again when we just want some sort of bland, but decent food.

This afternoon my husband and my daughter and I came in here to have a quick lunch the only thing is a notice of the orange chicken with a little bit hard and hard to chew so maybe whoever Cooks the orange chicken maybe you might want to consider not cooking it so long because orange chicken should be soft and chewy not extremely hard

Its Panda Express.... tastes the same as every other Panda, good and bad thing i guess. the parking here is not so great. The line is generally pretty long. Egg rolls are nice and they give free samples. the fried rice and chow mein is horrible.

Very unsatisfactory, I order online. I ordered the Bigger Plate with Chow Mein, Black Pepper Angus Steak, Grilled Teryaki Chicken and Broccoli Beef.The container contained mostly all chow mein. There was a couple of pieces of beef and a few little strands of broccoli stems. Shame on you Panda Express Glencoe location, Marina Del Rey. I work hard for my money. This was a money grab by the franchise owner. These are hard economic times for us all. This does not entitle you to cut corners and not give your customers the food that they paid for and fill their container with your carbohydrate filled, cheap side dish. I should have received 2 egg rolls but only received 1. Maybe you are thriving with this business model. I don’t know about others but this will never work for me. Shame on You.

I live within walking distance. Sadly, this franchise leaves much to be desired. Food is mediocre and not refreshed often enough. Though Panda cooks by established formula, this Panda skimps, here and there. Service, reflects mgmt/owner (?) of franchise...not as friendly as other Panda's. Atmosphere, meh, especially for the Marina with a high end Pavilions market feet away. I prefer to drive to Westfield or Culver City Mall, off of Venice/Overland, for tastier quality meals and more pleasant service, than walk to dine at this MDR Panda.

That was the most dysfunctional staff I’ve ever witness from Panda Express. I’m clearly first in line with half the food in the box, but then I get forgotten and multiple people start getting served before me and then they didn’t even complete the order, and the cashier couldn’t even understand that I purchased a bigger plate and a small ala carte box. Like the incompetence was insane and so cringey.

Staff here is really bad. Not just rude like the lady named Heidi but fully incompetent as well. FOOD IS TERRIBLE! They need to hire different people to work here instead of the chummy, gossipy and RUDE family/friends that currently work here.

Ordered online told them I need made a certain way and when I got there they completely made it wrong after I told them I was allergic they said that the could not change it. I will never order from a place like this again

Very rude employees, this is not my first time coming but nothing has changed. They served very little servings and when you tell them they they make a face about. If im paying for the food why act like it’s free.

Rude employees/Poor Food Quality/No Customer help - especially the heavier lady with lots of makeup (Older Latina Woman). Seems like a lot of the other reviews are concerning her rude behavior & I can attest to that. She is EXTREMELY rude & does not know how to do her job. Btw, her favorite comment: “I didn’t handle it, so that’s not my problem.” Rundown: - I ordered “Family Meal” via Mobile App - Picked up my order & noticed the items are COMPLETELY WRONG despite the stickers added. - Called the store to see if I could receive minimal refund for the incorrect items, but was HUNG UP on the call MULTIPLE TIMES. (Side note: I was respectful as much as possible as I do not like aggression) - Returned to location to receive help, but received “That’s not my problem.” instead. - Had to communicate with a separate employee on the side & he was able to help. (Despite hanging up on me over the phone multiple times) - Received the correct item, but WRONG SIZE. - Returned to the allocation AGAIN & had to request help again. Went by today at 11:40am to pick up quick lunch on my way to work.. 2 people inside at tables eating, unbelievably there was no line. Unfortunately no luck picking up a quick lunch, why because food trays were empty, no veg. or chow mein and entrees looked hammered, like they were cooked yesterday... This PE is consistently bad, some staff at this location seem to just occupy space and Management seems to be nonexistent.. What part of Panda “Express” don’t you understand? Nice young lady serving, yeld vegetables and chow mein please... several minutes later I see a staff member throw some veg into boiling water, no other staff member was in the kitchen.. I left so I wouldn’t be late to work. I really hope PE corporate reads this and fixes this location.

How sadly disappointing. The food alright.... BUT, the lady, scooping the food(unfortunately the first person we met) should have stayed home that day. Her attitude was horrible. So minus 5 stars. However, the place gets one star, thanks to the cheerful cashier. We will however not return.

I came in with my service dog. No sign on the door or inside about no dogs allowed. Despite that, staff kicked me out. If you hate dogs, why work where they allowed? Terrible.

They didn’t have the cream cheese available, so I had to wait for them to make it. While waiting, the lady handed me the bag, and I left, assuming my order was complete. When I got home, the cream cheese was missing from the bag. I tried calling the store, but they never answered. On my next visit, I reminded them that they owed me two cream cheeses after placing my order which was today on 08/11/24, but they refused specifically that short-fat Mexican, telling me that I should check my order next time to make sure it’s correct. They also mentioned needing to check the cameras to see if they had given it to me or not. I asked to speak to a manager, but she said it wouldn’t make a difference. So, I asked to cancel my order and walked out to get food elsewhere. I want a refund or my two cream cheeses and an apology from that lady. This incident occurred around 1:30 PM on 08/11/2024.
