I had an amazing experience at Dunkin' Donuts recently, and I couldn't wait to share it! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the coffee, as always, was top-notch. But what really stood out to me was the service I received from Stephanie. She was incredibly attentive and efficient, making sure every order was prepared to perfection. Despite the busy rush, she maintained a positive attitude and handled everything with ease, ensuring that my visit was enjoyable. It's rare to see such dedication to customer service, and Stephanie truly made my day better. Thanks to her, I'll definitely be returning!

Great place to have a Dunkin' Donuts, which is inside of a Mobil Gas Station. The coffee was hot, and the donuts were fresh! Great place to grab a quick bite after you fill up your vehicle with fuel!

The employees are incredibly! God bless the manager of this establishment, had an issue with the gas station manager, long story short the man physically assaulted me, verbally abusing me and the D&D manager came over to defuse the situation. Another employee of dunken came over to assist me with the situation. They truly are angels. Highly recommend stopping by and giving them a big tip! They are really awesome people. :)

So at 10:30 this morning, went through drive through and ordered a medium toasted almond hot coffee, light with almond milk. On the order board of my order it showed an added $1.00 to my coffee? I asked the girl at window, and she said that is an added amount? I said, can I get just regular milk instead, due to the cost? she said, No, because my coffee was already made by the other girl? REALLY!?????

This Dunkin is awful. Everytime I order a bacon egg and cheese it’s burnt and they fill a small hot chocolate up halfway. Complete scammers and don’t do their jobs correctly ever. I’ve given them multiple chances and they never fail to ruin my experience

Never have croissants available, will not toast your breakfast sandwiches. I have been going here at least twice a week for the last month and they have never gotten my order right once. I will not be going back. You’re better off going to one of the Dunkin’s in highland or Newburgh.

Coffe is not always good here. Avocado toast with bacon they have put maple bacon( disgusting) or they don’t put no bacon or a few tiny pieces. Bagel bites asked for plain and the employees give everything bagel. They need to work on customer relations at this location

First time going there on a Wednesday at 230. Was told I couldn’t order a ham and cheese roll up because they were cleaning. Second day going there on a Friday at 430 was told they didn’t have any donuts. Definitely a horrible impression for a brand new store. Should retrain your staff and at least explain to them what their job entails.

Like others who have reviewed I have experienced many problems in this dd. Last week only drive thru was open. Today only people paying with cards could order bc they had no change at 9:00 am. Seriously? On top of the annoying logistical issues, the young woman preparing the orders was extremely rude. She messed up the person’s order ahead of me. No apology. Fixed it and handed it back wordlessly. Next she plunked a drink on the counter also without a word, turned her back and went onto another order. I tried to get her attention twice saying excuse me is this mine. She wouldn’t acknowledge me. I checked the label myself, not really wanting to handle another person’s drink, but no one else that actually worked there’s was being helpful. Turned out to be mine. I took my drink and left. Won’t be going back to this dunkin again. Terrible service.

Manager came from behind the counter to greet her friends while an employee took some time to flirt with someone who had there order while my cup from my MOBILE order, meaning I ordered it in ADVANCE. was sitting on the counter. No customers but me inside waiting still. I understand places get busy and it may not always be ready every time but this was just rude and made me late.

We ordered a bacon egg and cheese. We asked for it not toasted and they gave it to us toasted. Then the cheese wasn’t even melted. The bacon didn’t even look cooked. The egg looked gross. So over all I will never get it again.

Wow! What can i say. If negative stars where a thing!! This location would get -5. VERY dissapointed in this location. Went in today for some Munchkins and an Ice vanilla Coffee. And boy did i get an order. The treatment was by far so dissapointing from the one who was supposed to set an example of good customer service. ALAN i belive her name was . She said she was the manager. I had requested an additional ice coffee at the window. I know that maybe it was late to order the drink in the window but her responce was what didnt sit right with me. She said i have my timer to worry about you are setting me back. When she could of addressed the matter in a different way. Her priority was clearly on the timer not on the customer service she provides. The interaction escalated quickly with her. She started yelling and threatning to call the cops just because i told her her attitude and service was not it. I was calm and collected she was frantic, explosive and darn rude. These people make the business look bad. Like she said drive to Highland (another location) maybe i will because her nasty service is not something i will continue to support. Avoid this location at all cost. And also my ice coffee taste and looks nasty just like her attitude. What a waste of my money.

If I could give zero stars I would and I don’t really say that about any other place! My latte is made wrong every single time. They literally would’ve been better off not putting a Dunkin here. That’s how bad this Dunkin is. I have to drive 6 miles down the road every single day out of my way to go to a different Dunkin. I thought this Dunkin would be convenient being that it was closer to me. It is literally a waste Everything that comes out of there food drink whatever the case may be is terrible.

Just no. The staff is so sweet, and this review does not reflect them in any way. The lack of product and quality is trash. Coffee always tastes horrible, and if you want a donut 🍩 forget it. You can choose from 3 flavors. For a newer shop it is lacking in every aspect. Pass it and go to Highland or newburgh. This one is a hard NO!

I stopped around 4 pm for a ice coffee. I hand the lady at the window the cash for the coffee. After she takes the money and puts it in the draw says I’m sorry we have no change there is a shortage. I then say why didn’t you tell me before I paid I would have used my card or paid exact. She said we are very busy and there is a shortage everywhere. She was nasty and rude. As I’m telling her to tell ppl before they pay she walks away and begins to take another order behind me. This was at the window. I then call over another woman bc I can see that the first woman was mad/upset at this point . I said please tell her I’m not being rude but if I paid exact you then would have Change your draw. It’s not the customers problem you have no change. I was shocked at the rudeness.
