Ok its fast food its supposed to be fast and cheap. It does the job and I dpnt get why people are grading uf as if its gormet. The fries are the best and they know how to make a burger. Whatever is their sprite is something else its a million times better than the normal one. :) I would love to be a franchisee
I told them 2 times to mix the McFly's but still they didn't mix it with the mixer which i hate why manager can't teach this simple thing that McFly's have to be mix
Fun indoor Playland for the kids. Typical Mickey D's food, drinks, deserts and happy meal toys available. Usually very clean and friendly service as well. The franchise owner tried hard to keep customers coming to their McDonald's restaurant again and again. Coupons are accepted.
Same as most MCD experiences. It was clean inside, fast service. Food was good. I ordered a bacon mcdouble which was on sale for $2, medium fries, and a LG sweet tea. Overall it was your average MCD experience. Was good tho no problems whatsoever and I would go back too.

My friend, Astride & I recently had lunch @ McDonald's after our TJ Maxx shopping 🛍 trip on Wednesday, September 21st. Justin, the cashier who took our order, couldn't have been more helpful & courteous, especially with me being on a walker. Thank you, Justin👍👍
This Mickey D's is by far and away the best one for miles around. Always fast courteous service and Never a problem with the food. I'm always amazed how in the franchise world there is so much difference, store to store. This Farmingdale store is clearly the Benchmark for the eastern Nassau/western Suffolk area. Hats off to this group!!
Kind & happy workers, they smiled and greeted me. They always have hot & perfectly crispy fries and I even got a couple extra nuggets in my 20 piece. I got the neatest Big Mac burger I've ever received from any location. They always keep it so clean in the restaurant. The pickup was super quick, I only waited around 5-8 minutes to receive my food after placing the order in the app, even when there was a bit of a line at the drive through. I don't recall ever having any ordering problems from this location unlike other locations. I don't get Mcdonald's often but this will be my favorite location to go to after work or shopping in the area! <3

I ordered ahead via the app and used the drive thru. I was greeted by a friendly sounding employee who asked for my mobile order number. Once I provided the number my itemized order popped up on the digital display. I pulled forward and was handed my food, hot and ready. A seamless experience.
One of the deals from the app dint go through, but I was helped quite well, but other than that, my experience at this McDonald’s was great, the nuggets melted in my mouth which I have never experienced at any McDonald’s ever, and the fries were nice and salty.

The food at this McDonald’s in Massapequa is always fresh, hot, crispy, & delicious. They work very hard at this McDonald’s. They always get orders right, the restaurant has plenty of indoor seating, 2 accessible & clean bathrooms, & a large parking lot. You can get your food to go via in restaurant pick up, the drive through, & best of all, with curbside pick up, where you avoid the drive through line & don’t have to get out of your car. Unlike some McDonald’s locations, they actually cook the chicken nuggets perfectly, so they’re juicy, & don’t have a slightly slimly texture. Also, the fries are hot, fresh, & perfectly salted & the Big Mac & Quarter Pounder are hot & presented good. Overall, this McDonald’s always goes above & beyond. They also have plastic straws, unlike some McDonald’s, which still have paper straws despite President Donald Trump banning paper straws. The sole downside is that they no longer have the drink machines right out for customer use, but the drinks taste better behind the counter anyway. I enjoy this McDonald’s much more than other locations.
It was good! The lines moved quickly! However, It is nestled away in the parking lot ( so pay attention when you’re driving on sunrise you might miss it)! But otherwise I had a pretty good experience!

McDonalds is my kind of place. The food is tasty, cheap, and the service is quick. On the other hand, it's really not healthy in a high fructose corn syrup way. It's not healthy. It shouldn't be. It's a treat.
The service is WAY better than before. Mostly servicing as a drive thru now, with 2 lanes and 2 windows, service is fast. Parking is difficult if you want to dine in, as there are only a minimal amount of parking spots now in the lot.
I only gave it 4 stars because I don't eat McDonalds, but it has been through a renovation, and they are in the outdoor strip mall in Massapequa across from the Sunrise Mall. They are very quick and convenient. My son loves their fried and nuggets.
Update- they now have hot mustard sauce, still can’t use mobile app/rewards here though. I stopped here today and you can’t use the mobile app or rewards here and they don’t have hot mustard sauce. Asked for cold coffee, repeated myself and still received a hot coffee so then I had to wait for the cold, but not long. If you say Sprite or fries you need to specify soda or say French and confirm everything on the screen. Big Mac & fries were fresh too, but I’m not coming back until there’s hot mustard again.
Place is very clean! Management is respectful as well as the the workers. Very polite and cordial. The food was very good. The rest of the McDonald's in many towns, can take a lesson in running a restaurant properly from this place.
I just popped in for a business stop For coffee. They interior was quite nice for a fast food joint. Everyone enjoyed their coffee. I rate their food a 2/5 because though it’s tasty and salty I know it isn’t good for anyone. Stick to the beverages and move on with it.
This McDonald’s is just like any other typical McDonald’s. They have all of the stuff that she would expect a McDonald’s to have the service is a little bit her but I would not recommend anybody going there. I asked to use the bathroom and they were only told me to go piss in the parking lot.

As busy as it possiblely can be during 4pm to 5pm. Drive thru and delivery are crazy. Ordered one medium french fries, $8.45!! Then found they charged and gave me two of them. This what happens when it's crazy busy.
I ordered a drink w/little ice, but received a lot of ice, so I told them I wanted very little ice and they took the drink back and gave me another which, after I left, tasted watered down. They must tell them to give a lot of ice so you only get to drink half the drink while half the cup is full of ice! It was a large $1 drink from their menu. Not pleased with my drink tasting watery!
I didn't go inside but my husband and my sister did, they said the service was good, we did like the food we took it home , chicken sandwich, fish, Big Mac and French fries, drink coffee and tea.
Makes a lot of errors with orders. Examples: Hamburger ordered received . Received everything for the burger except the burger itself. Put a ice cream shake in a bag with an open top. Left out Ice Tea on another order. Not well trained on the features of their app.
The food is okay. But tube employees real are stupid. I never seen so,many confused people. Plus it is clean but very old looking. Really got to update looks dirty.

Mobile order failure but I wasn't in a hurry to get anywhere. I'm only giving 3 star because of the the lady (I think manager) who solved the problem. Turns out the guy accepted/processed my mobile order before I arrived. Thats why they weren't seeing it in the queue, when I pulled up at the drive-thru. I can only chuckle about it, since I did the mobile order from their parking lot. Showed the order detail on my phone, showed the receipt in my email and even showed where it had already been deducted from my bank account. Jesus, I'm not trying to steal $6.18 from Macdonald. Wow, I got a card for a free sandwich which can only be used in Nassau... whoopee.
The soda here is ALWAYS watery why idk but a rule of thumb is don't scoop the ice along with a bunch of watin the scooper. If that's how they get their ice which I've seen before. Very upsetting when that's the only thing you get from there.

Its about what you'd expect from any mcdonalds across America, though I personally think this one is a tad on the cleaner side compared to some of the others. Regardless, if you've been to one you've pretty much been to all. The major differences are slight layout changes based on the size of the building.
Always quick and friendly. I have to give them three stars because they consistently forget enough items that it is becoming an issue. Today I ordered $45 of food, and they forgot: 2 apple pies, 2 four pieces nuggets, and 1 McChicken. That's enough to fill a bag and it's not chump change.
It's fast food, shouldn't be so pricey the food has gone way out of control as far as price is concerned. I f8nd for just a few extra bucks you can order larger portions from say a restaurant, which is not Fast food. FAST FOOD USED TO MEAN more affordable. Not any more. I have cut back to maybe 1 time per month or two. Whereas it was at least 1x per week.

every time I go to this McDonald’s, they can never remember barbecue sauce in my meal it honestly gets annoying. not even a straw they could remember what am I supposed to drink my drink with?
I don’t get their food because I don’t eat meat, but I do occasionally get a hot latte; however, they’re never sweet even though I get flavor. It seems they’re not putting the full pumps of flavor shots.
I gave the third star because the people were nice but almost $8 for a chicken sandwich. There was barely any chicken or lettuce and a tiny tomato. From most of the other reviews I would recommend you go there yourself .
Okay so I don't understand a couple things. Your advertising that you're open 24 hours a day which is great. But yet Google search still says that you're not open 24 hours a day. Which is strange. But my biggest issue is why are you turning off the menu board at the drive-thru by midnight. It seems like somebody doesn't want the place to be known as being open 24 hours. Also...when I try to order at the speaker the person couldn't hear me because the music inside the restaurant was so loud. I hope the owner reads this and understands that someone is setting this McDonald's up to fail. Also why is there no sign on sunrise highway that says there's a McDonald's there. It's tucked away in the corner and the only customers you're getting are the ones that know it's there already. Please make better Business choices..
Their service was better before the renovation. They always forget to put food into that magic brown paper bags. They already owned me 2 sandwiches.
McDonalds - Massapequa Park Ny Went today - Food tasted so nasty, Happy meal Hamburgers the meat was bad. Diet Coke machine was more water then soda. Most unfeeling group of people at this location Do yourself a favor, drive the extra miles And go to Amityville. Where the management truly cares.
Took the kids to this location as a treat, most of them had never been to McDonald's before. The employees attitude were so unpleasant, the kids did not had a good experience, even my 5 year old felt something was wrong. Never again.
Every time I go to this McDonalds, no matter how small my order is or even if there is only 2 cars on line, I am told to pull out of the line and wait on the side...is this fast food or what??? If I wanted to wait for my food, I would go to Lucky's across the street... they do a better job at fast and more nutritious food.
Honestly their food is good but their service is trash, I order 3 small fries and the supervisor/manager that bagged my food just throw in the fries and handed it to me with a snot face smh, I try to avoid this certain store as much as possible cause something is always wrong with them Update 3.29.2025 Found hair in all our fries, and was missing half the order on burgers. Had to go back and see why there’s hair in my food cause no one is wearing a HAIRNET only two ladies out of the 9 girls working. I can’t explain how angry it made me
Went through a drive through this morning. None of my 4 credit cards went through even though I checked with my bank. The drive thru assistant basic made it out that it was my fault. Really? 4 cards? Kids were screaming in the back of the car. I parked and called 2 out of 4 banks no issue. In fact no transactions were even posted on my account. I would have given this a1 star but the manager was good enough to give us the meals anyway at the end. But still no apology. They didn't even attempt to check on their end if there was an issue. The original guy made it out like we were trying to scam them off a $20 charge. Never been so angry in my life.
We are here inside...like 50 people waiting inside and no service because they are feeding the drive through cars...NO Service inside at all.. Waiting for 30 minutes and my order is not on the screen..
They asked us to pull over to wait for a chicken sandwich, after waiting for a staff member over 10 minutes I went into the store myself, it should not take that long. I went to the manager to complain, he found my food bag on the counter! when I got back to my car, I checked my items to find the fries cold! once more back into the store. So much for "fast food"!
We ordered one steak egg & cheese bagel meal and one steak egg & cheese bagel sandwich with NO EGG (my wife is allergic to eggs) & extra onions. I checked the bag before leaving, and one of the sandwiches did show “no folded egg” on the sticker. So I left, went home, and opened up both sandwiches to find an egg in each one and definitely no extra onions in any of them. She obviously wasn’t able to eat the sandwich at all at that point. This place used to be good as far as McDonalds standards go, but lately we’ve had nothing but problems. The time before this, we did a curbside pickup and the kid came over to drop the food off and smacked into my brand new car twice with the metal condiment basket, which I later realized had scratched the car. I don’t expect exceptional service when it comes to any fast food restaurant, but this is very basic, common sense stuff. They’re very slow at this location but I know this and always expect to wait a while. But for how long it takes, the orders should be correct and I shouldn’t have to worry about someone damaging my car just to pick up some food.
Ordered several times there. Normally no problem, but the last time I went I had a very suspicious experience. They tried to hand me a large specialty drink I had not ordered. I refused to accept it saying I had not ordered it. When I had placed my order it had been correct on the screen. They then told me that they had accidently charged me for the drink and that they would give me the drink free and also give me a cash difference. I declined, they 'subtracted the drink' and tried to hand me some cash. I declined and simply asked for a corrected order and corrected receipt. If that wasn't weird enough the 'corrected cost' on screen wasn't even close to my original order total, it was still noticeably higher than my original order. They called the manager order not to argue, thank goodness, but to correct it. This took 5+ minutes and significantly increased the line behind me. Finally I was given the right order and the right receipt. Very weird and unpleasant experience.
When did a cheeseburger become deep fried or 40% fat. I got lunch drove back to my office (5 min) Opened the bag opened up the packaging omg its a greasy mess. After i ate tossed the wrapper and noticed a shine on my desk through the wrapping. It was the GREASE that seeped through the special wrapper. Sorry don't gotta have that any more. Not a stores fault it's from the top. Feel sorry for the franchise's. McDonald's is not what it use to be
As usual you have to order about 12 times before they ‘get it’. Today, no different from every other time, they NEVER gave me the extra medium fries I ordered and also NEVER gave me the Diet Coke I ordered; the same Diet Coke I ordered 4 times! In addition, they had this lady at the window who had long, huge shovel- like nails which was really disgusting that she actually handles your food. This place is a hygiene disaster, never mind the orders that are never right?
so here’s the story. my best friend is gluten free, and mcdonald’s was one of the only places she could eat french fries at. now since this mcdonald’s doesn’t have a separate fryer for the donut sticks, she can’t eat the fries any more. please do something about this.
Service is slow. There to busy with take out orders thru drivers who work for lyft or who ever vs customers on line. I have a better experience with burger king or Wendy's.
The agent missed the orders of all the cars on the queue, coz all 4 cars ended up going to the numbered parking spots waiting (as instructed ) waiting for the other staff to walk and bring the meals by hand. He brought over my fries, NO ketchup. I had to get off the car to go get ketchup. The other lady left upset. They need improvement. Avoid frowning when you know you messed up a simple order. I said no ice, and you gave me ice. I asked for large fries (krispy) and you gave me cold suggy fries
The mobile app never seems to work here. I either have to physically walk in after ordering on the app or I am charged multiple times. It only happens at this location. Owners of this franchise also seem very stingy, they never give you any napkins or cutlery and the building has not had an update in a very very long time.

No one speaks English in there. Total dysfunction. You wait 30 minutes for a simple sausage egg and cheese. They have no idea what’s going on in there. Very poor management. Also please stop ordering delivery from here. They won’t make the food
If I could I would give 0 stars! There were 3 cars at the drive through (me being the 2nd) and only 2 customers inside that I could see. They had the first car and myself pull into parking spaces to bring us our food. 15 minutes later my food was brought out and completely wrong and missing items! Kids meal missing the drink, Ice cream cone..missing, whopper with no bun came WITH the bun! My receipt stated everything correctly. A $13 order from the drive through and I still had to go in with my toddler(which is why i did drive through) due to their incompetence.
The only thing that's good about this place is the kids area and if it was clean it would be better. The food is old and made me and my kids sick! No thank you! The area it's in is run down enough! At least get new management, better service and fresher food! Waste if money right there!

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited for quite some time. Staff manager doesn’t speak English. Workers added bacon to a Fish Filet sandwich. To correct the issue, they removed the bacon. Had to tell them to remake it and they missed adding the tartar sauce. Go somewhere else…
I ordered a sweet tea with extra ice and they gave me no ice! I had to wait back in line for 15 minutes just for them to tell me they didn't have any.. why didn't you say that when I ordered it with extra ice?
Good food bad workers
My delivery order was missing the sandwich from my meal. When I called UberEats, they gave me an insultingly small refund, basically charging me full price for the fries and drink. Ruined my day.
This is the second time something was missing from my order. A 4pc chicken McNugget was left out and when i got home i realized they didnt put it in the bag. It was too far of a drive to go back so i paid for food i never received. Please check your order before you keave.
This McDonalds really needs better leadership and organization. I order the same thing at least once every week for my daughter's arrival home from school while I work. AND EVERY WEEK THEY GET THE ORDER WRONG. However this time I am prompted to right a review for a few reasons: 1. They FORGOT FRIES - like how you forget the foundation of franchises menu item; 2. Maria the manager on site was extremely unhelpful. I paid for Uber and she insisted on me coming in to get the fries. What sense does that make if I'm will to pay upcharge and delivery fee for food? 3. FRIES!! You forgot fries is a kiss Happy Meal!!!! Please work on processing orders better.
I asked for both my burger to be extra hot. They put entire sandwich into microwave and 1 burger was too tough. The breads were too soggy and the lettuce cheese was gross. Also I requested NO PICKLES... I GOT PICKLES

Very rude not good customer service told me I had to sit up and I said I had an order waiting, cause he thought I wasn't a customer very rude, he told me I'll just have to wait outside for my food I said no nevermind I'm not ordering here ever again very very disappointed
3rd strike for me. This is my local McDonald's and I want to love it because I eat McDonald's often enough, have a 7 year old and it's quick and easy. This Friday was the third time I have gotten significantly sick from the food. I not only had digestive issues Friday night but the full next day as well. All of this was from one cheeseburger and a medium fries. The other 2 times the food got me sick the stomach issues were as bad and lasted over a day. One very hot day in the summer I saw a McD delivery truck unload their rolling crates of food in the parking lot and leave them in the 90 degree afternoon sun the entire time I was there. We went in to eat and they were still there when we left. I get the feeling the food is not well managed at this location. Also, they clown you on the sauces. You have to check your bag and be persistent if you are for real about your dippins.
When you want fast food it should come right away not have to wait 20 minutes to get your food. How hard is it to get an order to a car.
Total chaos and disorganized. If you want to dine in or in door pick up better go elsewhere. They only prioritize drive thru AFTER indoor guest. If the drive thru line is long good luck. No apologies from staff at all. Waited over 25 minutes for 2 items mobile order. You decide.
Just went to get chicken Nuggets and seen fresh batches getting served right from the grease for door dash orders, I waited 5 minutes for my dine in order and get the old batch of nuggets, which is a good slap in the face when I was watching everything going on with the food preparation and did not even see my order be made up, they were dark in color, dry and crunchy in texture, and was as hot as the warmer, nobody is going to tell me that is how they come out of the grease, for one, worked for McDonald's 30+ years ago and know what they look like coming from the grease, second I am a retired chef and graduate of a culinary arts degree and worked in the food industry since working with McDonald's, bad business relations with serving food of that quality, would you serve that to your family? That's just bad management with that one.. should look at it and fix it for the community
Unfortunately, our neighborhood McDonald's has fallen into some mis-management. Every single take out order that we have been picking up over the past few months has had either one, or several missing items, or an item not as ordered. Causing us to have to come all the way back to have the error corrected. This last time we actually checked, and made certain that all of our items were accounted for. But we got home and realized that the double quarter pounder with bacon that was ordered as part of a meal was correct on the label afixed to the box, but incorrect in the box. So, back I went to get the item corrected. The young lady that helped me was very apologetic, which refreshing and not the norm in these situations. I showed her the label, opened the box, and showed her that it was wrong. She went to the back, and came back 3 min later with a new box. I checked the box, and although the label on it specified "no sliced onions", there were onions present. By this point my frustration level was reaching a fever pitch, so I asked to speak to the manager Claudia, whom I had just seen 15 min earlier when I placed the order... but i was told that she was gone for the night. I found this strange since there were so many teen employees working. Nevertheless, she went back and brought back the correct item, which I then went home to eat with my now cold fries. Other than a sorry, there was no attempt at trying to guarantee repeat business. I suppose that a sorry should suffice with the lack-luster customer service that the consumer must endure in these days. Just another unsatisfactory visit to a previously pleasant McDonald's!
This morning… I asked if breakfast was still running bc it was 11 and I haven’t eaten food from here in a while. At first this white lady said it was over but an Hispanic woman said there was breakfast food left and ended up serving me. She was friendly, I wish I got her name or y’all know who I’m referring to. Anyway, I don’t like how I asked the white lady to toast my muffin and she stated it’s already toasted it then when I went back to work it was cold af. Like why else would I ask for butter.. Crazy. If you didn’t want to go the extra mile and toast it just say that.. don’t say it’s warm when it’s literally not it. I spent $7 at that, so it was the least she could’ve done 😭
I loath this place… besides the occasional drug addict that may be hanging out here, the service sucks… so many times I’ve provided app codes and they tell me it’s invalid, for the app to later tell me it’s been used. Never occurs anywhere except here… burgers always dripping in grease… never going here again.
I ordered happy meal and got what I want many times except this place. They charged me $13 for some kerwin box. The service is slow. I will not go back there anymore.
If I could give it no stars I would. I come there with my daughter in the snow and rain and I walk up to the door with my 3 year old for them to say there indoor dining is closed! There should be signs BIGGER so people aren’t wasting there time parking and walking in!

Torta works at midnight who takes an order extremely rude. Maybe customer service ain’t for you. I literally asked if I can order a snack wrap without a meal her response was “ i don’t know “ … I won’t be going there again.
I order a chicken wrap and it wasn't cook well it was disgusting they told me it was well cook but anyway they will give me another one it was better. But i already lost the appetite.

Massapequa, location sunrise highway. There was a large black hair in my egg.Mcmuffin. there was a large black hair in my egg. Mcmuffin, I went back to return it and get a new one. The drive through told me to pull up and wait by the door I was expecting someone to bring out new food. Instead, the little Spanish female manager came out and screamed at me and called me a liar, saying she was working the drive through all morning and didn't see me. She acted very accusatory, still yelling and then threw the egg mcmuffin into my car very violently. I showed her my receipt. I did not receive the full meal. This was at the Massapequa Location on sunrise highway. On august 3rd around 10:30 am This was extremely rude and borderline assault. Throwing the bag of food into my car at me. The way she did with a vicious attitude, as if it was a direct attack against her.
The point of fast food is FAST! Go through their drive through only to be asked to pull to the side and wait almost 10min… and THEN go inside for it.
This McDonald's strikes again with my order This time they gave my food to someone else. They tell me to go to the drive thru spot number three. Waited 20min The manager was nice but I'm pissed off. People need to do there job right.
I had been coming here for years picking up and delivering orders for customers. Suddenly as of recent I have had store cashiers badgering me to “confirm” the order in front of them. The confirm button is for me not you. Why would I confirm the order if it’s not in my custody and I’m not even in my vehicle. You are not a cop, you are a CASHIER you don’t tell me what to do with my phone without a warrant. I get people are dishonest and steal but I’m not. Customers lie and say they haven’t received orders to get free food. Don’t take it out on me I have a 100% completion rate. I shouldn’t have to prove that I’m there everyday. You aren’t entitled to see my phone or the customers address. I’ve supported this store for YEARS! I’ve gone above and beyond for them including calling customers and handing them my phone to speak to customers when they were out of items. No more helping this store! Food delivery drivers, don’t let these people mistreat and profile you as thieves. Awful experience
