I came to eat here during lunchtime, and I was seated very quickly. My server was very attentive and very friendly. She got my order right in. The food was delicious! I ordered the chiles torreados, and they were on point! Usually at the other locations, they only serve them in the lemon soy so this was definitely nice to have these again.

We came here for date night, upon arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles and were seated right away. We sat and waited for quite a while watching the hosts and other staff just walking around. This one server Alexa R. noticed we hadn’t been seen for a while and asked if anyone had helped us and she took amazing care of us, she made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often, she was so friendly and her service was top tier. My husband even said “yeah anytime we come back we’re asking for her!”

I had an incredible experience at this sushi restaurant. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor—easily some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, and the presentation was stunning. What truly made the visit exceptional, though, was our server, Juan. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on, and he made us feel welcome from start to finish. It’s rare to find service that feels both warm and professional, but Juan absolutely delivered. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-quality sushi and outstanding service. Really great food with nice presentation. Our server, Zoe, was very friendly and helpful !! They serve hot tea in a very cute cat cup + teapot set. I didn’t like the tea but the experience of pouring it out was fun haha.

Allison was so great! Super attentive and fast! Food was amazing and fresh. We had such a great experience. The tables are a little close to each other and it ruined the atmosphere a little hearing the table next to us talk. But other than that it was great!

Food is so delicious as always. The service was amazing and the drinks from happy hour are sooo good. I had the ramen and the firecracker roll, they were super flavorful. The chicken fried rice is also super good too. It was pretty busy but we didn’t have a wait time at all, we were seated immediately. The location is really pretty too.

I’ve visited this location previously and I enjoyed my lunch. Today, I walked in and was seated at the bar. The bar had a stench which I didn’t enjoy and deterred me from ordering a drink. I placed my order and not long after I saw gnats. The bar was just really messy behind the counter. I was looking out the window and thought to myself, those glasses sure look dirty. Glass were stacked against the window in rows. The server brought out my soup and I pick up my spoon to use…it was dirty. I then, checked my fork…dirty. I grabbed the silverware next to my area. Dirty. I asked for plastic ware…they said they didn’t have any. So they made sure to bring me a clean spoon. My soup was cold but so I didn’t have much of it. I picked up my glass to have a drink of water….lipstick was on my glass!!!! I waited for my sever to return as I watched one of his colleagues juice limes with his bare hands…no gloves ( he was too busy hanging out with some friend at a table top near the bar to notice me trying to get his attention)…when he finally came I asked for another water and when he asked why??? I showed him the glass. He took it and replaced it. No apology for the dirty glass or anything like that. My food came out and it was fair. He asked me if I wanted any sauces…I said sure. He left and when he came back he went to hang with his buddies at the corner table again. As I was finishing my meal, he came with the sauce… 😂 I just didn’t enjoy this visit over all.

Absolutely unacceptable service. The bartender sat on his phone watching anime instead of doing his job. Servers had to repeatedly yell his name just to get him to make drinks. It was embarrassing to watch and completely unprofessional. On top of that, I was charged $10 for a rail Kentucky bourbon while Tito’s was $8. The manager’s explanation? They “don’t have a button for it,” so they just charged $10. That’s not how pricing works. Poor service and questionable management decisions. We won’t be back.

Ordered a few rolls for delivery directly from their website. When it was delivered, the Ebi Crunch roll immediately began to fall apart when I tried to eat it. I tried a few pieces, but none of them would stay together long enough to dip into sauce and eat. I called and asked for a refund on the one roll, but the managee kept blaming me and said I let the roll sit too long. When I kept pressing, they said they couldn't help me with a refund because I ordered for delvery. They did offer a credit, but in my past experience with them, it usually is dependent on certain people being there in order to take advantage of the credit. Very poor service and food quality. Wouldn't be so upset if the manager hadn't kept blaming me for the roll not being good.

I'm not one to usually complain, but my experience with the yaki soba beef was beyond disgusting. I was halfway through my meal, enjoying what I thought was a decent dinner, when I spotted them: two fat, wriggling maggots nestled among the noodles. I had just started with my meal and we got the waiters attention and she took the bowls away. Not only was it utterly unappetizing, but it also raises serious concerns about the kitchen's hygiene standards. How can a restaurant let something like this happen? I'm questioning everything about their food handling and cleanliness. This isn't just a minor slip-up; it's a major health hazard. I'm never eating here again, and I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice unless you enjoy a side of unwanted protein. Absolutely repulsive and completely unacceptable.
