I absolutely love the staff that they have hired, I think that the staff are really eclectic, alternative, smart, unique, hardworking, kind, and understanding. It has been a fantastic thing to experience a mixture of different styles of people and a diverse staff when you walk in. I think that these people do their job and they serve their community well. I have seen the staff fluctuate throughout the last 3 years and I always left happy. The coffee and the drinks are great, training takes time, and so does good service. As well as serving a line, so be patient with people, and tip well whenever you can if people treated you with decency or served your coffee in a decent fashion. I love the layout of this store, it’s very modern, clean, and bright. I hope that you receive the same experience, and I hope to see this location continue to thrive. The respect goes to the employees for serving coffee and for working at their personal best. The respect also goes to hiring managers and shift leads for coordination and ethical treatment of their employees. The community seems to be contributing to this shop and using the space as it was intended for, it’s great to see. Peet’s Coffee has history, but this new generation of employees and managers is really setting the bar for how amazing people, coffee service, and what great atmospheres can truly be. I love to see the new wave of what our generation brings to the table. I give this shop location 5 stars for every outstanding element. Protect the gems. Keep it moving.

The baked goods and sandwiches are excellent. Coffee is good and the service fast and friendly. Just what I need of an early morning. The place just feels a bit.... sterile tho.

Great outpost of this chain. Located on the corner across from a small park where you can enjoy your coffee when the weather is nicer... they have some high tables with stools and a few tables with chairs and one available restroom. Seem to do a decent amount of to go orders/mobile orders. But are usually well staffed so things don't take too long. Parking at the back!

I don't usually write reviews unless the service is truly exceptional. Whichever manager took over this store, they have transformed it since the last time I was here maybe 3 yrs ago. As soon as I walked in everyone on staff said "Welcome in!", it was so strange to hear that nowadays that I didn't even realize they were talking to me! Everyone was on top of it and, best of all, the bathroom was spotless! I'd love to know how they are hiring such great people nowadays.

Some waiting will happen and after that may not have what you ordered. Tight spaces for seating. Food and coffee was great.

I usually like this Pete’s a lot but they tend to be slow at to go drinks.. or if the barista is on Time the person moving them to the to go area is behind but most importantly the last THREE times i have been, my iced mocha had one inch LESS milk than its supposed to.. maybe because i asked for no whip so they didn’t add the milk?! No other peets does that.

Did they change change the chicken chorizo flatbread ?? Plz change it back! I bit into something hard in this one and it took 3 bites of plain bread before I got any chorizo. This is the only thing I liked from Peet’s. My pumpkin space latte was also so bad. What happened Peet’s 😩

Need to hire adults that can remember your order. I’m literally sitting right in front of these children workers and not once did they ask me what I’m waiting for. But can have multiple conversations with each other about nothing. The trash was filled to the brim as well. Hire mature adults.

It’s freezing in here. Another gentleman complained about a month ago and nothing has been done. This is aimed at corporate and not this location.

They served me hard, frozen pastries and refused to heat them up.

Will never return again. 👎

They took the order, charged me, then told me that they didn’t have it in stock - but the reason I’m angry is that I wouldn’t even though that they didn’t have that item, if I wouldn’t check back.
