Negatives: 1. Just to go up and place my order it took 10 min! I almost walked out cause, but we were both so hungry so we Chanced it and stayed. It took an additional 18 min to get our food🙄 almost a half a hour. I mean fast food.. needs to be fast, especially for the price it costs! $33.75 for 2 people. I could of sat at a restaurant for that wait. The restroom was a little dirty. Paper towels on the floor. Positives: The people were really friendly, recommended their favorite sauces. Answered my food allergy questions. The inside of the restaurant was clean but no napkins, straws, utensils nothing. You have to get everything over the counter and interrupt their order. And it's busy. They have a drive through and a very tiny parking lot. There is handicap access. No changing table in the restroom. I didn't see high chairs. I usually take a picture of the food but I was starving. It was good and looked good too. I got a 3 chicken meal with a side of mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit and a strawberry chill drink.

I ordered it through door dash and while the food tasted good, I didn't receive any condiments and I should've received 4 and instead I got two with a quarter and a penny for some reason? ( not complain about the change but what the hell man)

Chicken was good but only had regular available (spicy was a 12 min wait) biscuit was incredibly salty, coleslaw was way to wet iced tea tasted off. This was the Merced location. I have been to other locations and everything was good. At least the chicken is consistent.

Just save your time and money go somewhere else. Tried it for the 1st time. Order trough drive thru they made me wait for my food on the side. Once the food was out. They did not give me forks or napkins with my meals. Really disappointed. My chicken was dried and chewy dough like texture. My shrimp was okay. The only thing good was my cold coke.

Do not order from here. System crashes without allowing you to pay for food. Had to wait in drive through for 25 mins (not even long line) and when we arrived at window to pay we were unable to while our food sat in our bag. Employees gave no other way to pay and said all we could do was leave. No coupon given, no alternative solution. Just poor service. Would have rather waited in the wrap around line at In N Out.

Tonight at Popeyes location 1445 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Merced, CA 95340·68 ft I was stuck behind 3 cars unable to even order, due to first arriving and trying the lobby door at 9:57 pm they were locked with two people already inside ordering, so we went to the drive threw and asked what time lobby closes they said 10 pm I said it's still only 9:58 pm she said yeah but we close the doors soon as we cleaned it, I don't think it should have been locked till 10 pm if that's when lobby closes. And then me and the person who went there were each buying a meal and had coupons they refused to let us use two coupons cause we are in the same car didn't matter that I said we were making two separate orders and each paying for our own meal, they said they can not take more than one order per car, I find that hard to believe.

Terrible service from workers that just don’t want to work. Wanted to make two orders but I guys that is too much work for them so they flat out said they won’t do a second order from pure laziness. It’s sad that fast food companies are forced to pay these people $20 an hour but they still won’t do their job. Sad

Every time I get something here they forget something important. Just another establishment succumbing to the incompetence that plagues Merced.

I went in to get 3 pc chicken meal they got my order wrong and gave me 3 pc tinders I went back to change it and I got just some small wings no breast I had to go back again to fix it the manger came out being rude to me and told me if I went in one more time to get something fix they would have to charge me for there mistake !

We ordered 2 wraps and a lemonade, meat in wrap was rock hard and both wraps where cold as if they were just taken from fridge. Google said drive was closed and dine-in was open but when we arrived dine-in was closed and drive was open. App was bugged so we couldn’t order it and pick up.

They serve special fries with hairs which I didn’t ordered, complaint forwarded to the customer service but no resolution provided. Specifically ordered boneless wings but got with bone. Absolute waste of money, all gone to bin.

Horrible. This is supposed to be 1/4 of shrimp, no sauce. They dumped our fries in the bottom of the bag and the fries were cold. The lady at the window was rude.this horrible experience cost me $40. First time trying the merced location. Will not be going back. Wish I could get my money back. Will be leaving a review on yelp as well.

This place is really bad no attention to what you ordered this is the last time I will be going back to this location. Food was so Greasy and soggy just threw it all away. Just look at the pictures...

I asked for an item that was on the drive-through menu, and they said, "No, the advertisement was not for this month." When I got to the window, the girl was beyond rude, basically throwing the bag of food at me without saying a word. Then she slammed the window. I was surprised to be treated in such a manner when nothing negative was said. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
