My 96 years old Mother loves her Popeyes Chicken. At her age I can't tell her to eat healthy. I use the app or coupon, always good deal. Great product, service, always fresh. I wish I could eat it every day but I do have to watch my diet.

I have lived in the Garland/Mesquite area for more than 10 years and never purchased food from this location I LOVE EVERYTHING THE FOOD WAS SOOO HOT AND GOOD FRESH AND ALL SERVED QUICKLY... TRUST THEM A WHOLE FAY WITH MY DEBIT CARD the drive through clerk did not hand it back to me after purchasing a quick chicken order.safely secured it an ID was asked for me to retrieve my card ... Phenomenal service!! From the moment I placed my order to the moment I received my food everything was great!! I was about to ask the person at the pick up window for a cup holder, but he already had my drinks in one!! I was so excited because often times when I go through drive-thru at other restaurants I have to ask for a cup holder and it makes it difficult carrying the drinks one by one. The food was very fresh and delicious. I ordered 3 of the boxes and they were absolutely wonderful. It was my 1st time visiting this Popeyes location, but I'll definitely be back!!

It makes me laugh that so many people are complaining here. I've been to many Popeyes, and I only went to this one once, and it's always packed. The employees don't have six arms to hand you your order in seconds; they do the best they can in these low-paying fast-food jobs. So don't complain, because I feel like many of you couldn't work there—I include myself in that. There are always so many people there, and some arrive angry from their homes and bother the workers, and these workers are too nice because I would tell those angry customers to shut up.

The four stars are mostly ✨️ due to slow and not so friendly service. However, that may be due to not being able to handle the stress of the afternoon rush and/or being understaffed. The food I ordered was for someone else and enjoyed it. In addition, I ordered the strawberry biscuits, which are dangerously delicious!!!

01/04/2026: My 5:30 pm order was not made on time, but Nathan was very nice and keeping me up to date. It is currently 6:10 pm and I am still waiting for my food. I’m giving 5 stars for Nathan. He is great! Got my freshly made order at almost 6:15.

Had an Uber delvy last night. Thank god for air fryers. Hard to make a delvy and keep the food hot. I put chicken and fries in for 4 minutes. Came out like just from the fryer Crispy and moist. Best crust around

The food was great the cooks are awesome. But the person taking my order inside not good at all. She didn't speak good English and I had to repeat my order 4 times and it still ended up being wrong. I'm not a racist person but you shouldn't have to repeat your order so many times and then it still comes out wrong.

Ordered the deal of the day and pop corn shrimp with an extra side of gravy and mash potatoes. First they gave me the wrong order after paying and looked irritated when i said hey this isnt my order. Finally i got my order fries were soggy, barely any shrimp it was mostly pieces of fried batter. Honestly was just alittle disappointed i was really excited i havent eaten here in ages now i know why.

Stood at the register for almost 10 min to place my order While others were just standing around doing anything when I finally ordered my food. I stated I had been standing there waiting for almost 10 minutes to the manager and one of the workers rolled his eyes and said it hasn't been 10 minutes. It had. I was on the phone with somebody when I got there. I got off the phone so I could order and it had been 10 minutes before that.wont be back if it continues.

The only reason I’m leaving two stars is because I love the food. Customer service - absolutely HORRIBLE. I would come more frequently if you didn’t have to wait in line five hours to place your order. They take about 30 minutes per customer in between orders. And they won’t answer the phone either. Nobody here seems to have the brain of someone who has gotten past the 2nd grade either - including the management

Food was fine, but staff make assumptions about your meal instead of asking, and they act very inconvenienced if you try to ask for the right thing. I've never really had a good experience with staff here, but as I said the food is fine. Popeyes in general has just gotten way too expensive, though.

Service was slow due to management not coordinating a proper team. I asked if they had any strawberry biscuits, the lady at the counter said no, so I asked if they had regular ones but she rolled her eyes at me and scoffed and put fries down on the order. It would be acceptable to at least tell me that they dont have them, but this is simply unprofessional.

Never again! I go here because it’s convenient but it hasn’t been the last few times. They are slow AS EVER!! I’ll even place an online order , get to the store 20min later & food still not ready. I went in this location and after waiting for someone to greet me in the drive thru for about 5min, I went inside where I stood waiting for another 10-15 minutes. Once I got to the counter to order , I was THEN informed they’re taking cash only. I was never greeted, there was no sign that said cash only , and no announcement was made. If there’s no one to translate, good luck understanding some of the workers or getting them to understand you as English isn’t their first language. The language barrier has cause issues & confusion in the past resulting in orders being messed up / missing items. Sometimes convenience isn’t always convenient

I went here Sunday night around 8:00pm. The wait was not long at the drive through. I ordered with ease and the personnel was polite. I received my food in a reasonable amount of time. The problem was with the quality of the food. I got a 4pc Dark meat spicy with fries, 2 biscuits and an order of BBQ wings. My drink was a strawberry Fanta. The chicken had a good flavor but the skin was soggy on one side. It was crispy on the other. The biscuits were fine. The fries was ok but I was not happy with the quantity. I usually get a bit more with the 4pc meal. The BBQ chicken wings were extremely disappointing. Basically wings with a squirt of BBQ sauce. I did not even try them they looked aghast. I really want my money back. I was thoroughly insulted by the wings and for this reason I will never visit this Popeyes again.

Was there during lunch time with my girlfriend on my hour break today. There was NOTHING BUT OLD WHITE MEAT COOKED and I prefer dark meat. We placed our order and waited. After about 10 minutes I went up to ask about our orders and the front cashier told me that it eilll take 14 minutes for dark meat meat spicy. At the time the general manager was have what seemed to be a fun filled conversation with the employees and not making calls to drop any chicken at all. When I asked to speak to him I was firm in the point of not having fresh chicken available during lunch. He walked away and said some things in Spanish that was insulting to me (my girlfriend is Spanish so she translated). Why is this happening??? The betrayal of this (what once was) a very popular and great place to eat filled with employees who actually cared about the reputation of the business just don’t care anymore. How can the owners let this happen?? Without the customers there will be no employees and without any employees there’s will be no restaurant. Fix it!!! I’m from New Orleans were it all originated from. I used to be a GM AT POPEYES!! THIS SHOULD NEVER BE A CONVERSATION Fix it!!!!

Literally the worst experience ever. I tried ordering the family Fiest and the cashier said that they don't have it. So I showed her the advertisement on her window. I ordered 2 sides of mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side. She put a little gravy in a small cup. I asked for more gravy and she refused to give me more gravy and then she said that if she did it would cost me $3.75. I will not go back to this location. They act like they don't understand English.

My bad for not double-checking. The bag. They forgot my red beans and rice. My wings were cold, and the fish sandwich was bad. Like, I don't mind some mistakes. The whole meal and different things are a little too much to be bad. Waste of money.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to today. First, they open at 10am my son and I can’t into the restaurant after standing at the counter for awhile a lady tells us “yall just have to wait we still counting the money” than she tells the other customers “yall just gotta wait like then we’ll let you know”! Complete attitude, why? At 10:30am she tells us while slamming her hand on the counter “yall can come on”. Horrible customer service horrible attitude and to top it off are order was wrong and it was fruit flys in the drinks. Never again!

DO NOT RECOMMEND Had to go 3 times, for the same meal. We went through Drive-thru. 1st time, they didn’t give us the right food. Apparently the lady at the counter doesn’t know the difference between a leg (drumstick) and a thigh. And we ordered 3 pieces and got 2. So we went back to get the order corrected. 2nd time, get the right items. Awesome! Get home and I bite into the chicken and it isn’t cooked all the way. You can get sick from undercooked chicken. So, now we had to go a 3rd time. Waste, of time ⏰, gas ⛽️ and money 💵!!!

Lady that took my order was friendly. Took forever to get my order. There was only one other person eating already. Plenty of people behind counter. For a famous chicken sandwich, it was over killed with sauce. Restaurant was filthy. Not the Popeyes I remembered from my home town in Louisiana. Food seemed overpriced also.

Absolutely the worst location I have ever been to. They are very unprofessional, rude and slow as can be. I went tonight to get a 10pc family meal and waited over 30mins in the drive through.. then I ordered extra potatoes at the window and the little guy didn't get them I got home and opened everything and they only gave me 7 PC of chicken. I've called and called and they keep putting the phone off the hook. I don't live close and I have hungry children or else I would've went back. Then my kids bit into the chicken and it's not done. Smh this location needs to close for good. The worst and they don't care. Save your self the time and waste of money and go elsewhere.

Can't tell you how the food was they sent me away hungry cause they didn't have 1's. So for $2 they wouldn't give me my meal. Told them to give me change/coins I don't care but said they couldn't. That was totally unprofessional. I would have comped the whole order if need be to keep customer happy. Management is poor here. Need to get older more experienced management. I wish there was a 0 star rating. This place is a joke and doesn’t deserve the one star! Ordered three 5 piece tender combos, because they were out of chicken sandwiches. Got order in the drive thru, and they shorted me a red beans and rice and did not give me receipt. After getting home with food kids started eating when I noticed they gave me 3 piece meals instead of 5 pieces. Every time I go to this location there always some issue of being short something or wrong order. When going back up there and demanding a difference refund, the manager tried to give me $2 when the difference is $1.70 times 3 plus tax. She said my math was wrong. The staff is very rude, and talking about me in Spanish to other employees. Never going back to this place and I will always discourage anyone I know to from going there as well!

When ordering food and you call to follow up on order and the manager is telling you she doesn’t no what company delivers their food is crazy. You’re the manager and didn’t know that door dash delivers your food. I called for an update because the online wasn’t updating properly and she said side if you picked the delivery option you must come get it we “Don’t Deliver” I also ordered the apple pie cheesecake and got a chocolate biscuit instead. Spent $33 to not get the right food and from a place where the manager doesn’t no anything about their delivery besides and I quote her “we get the receipt, make the food put it in a bag, and whoever picks it up, picks it up. I don’t know anything else about the process.” So what im gathering is anyone can come in there pick up a bag and walk out

Unacceptable behavior from the woman at the drive thru. I went to this location on March 8th 2025 and ordered a three piece COMBO. Once I told the woman I wanted dark meat she basically got angry and started to speak to me like a child. She told me I ordered the number three (a sandwich) and not a three piece combo. If there was any confusion she could have nicely told me she misunderstood. Instead she proceeded to scold me like a child and told me “look at the screen again, you’re not ordering correctly, that’s not what your telling me look again at the menu!”. She was very disrespectful, angry and made me feel humiliated. I then drove to the window and a man who said he was the manager was there. I asked him for the woman’s name and for corporates number. He says her name was Mary (African American lady). He then proceeded to give me what was supposed to be a corporate or district managers number and it turns out all he did was give me his own personal number with his name (Alex) and told me I can file my complaint there. I called the number and it was him, Alex, the manager I was just speaking to at the window. I told him I didn’t need his personal number but corporates number. He told me that was personal and he could not give me any other number. I would like to file a formal complaint with someone hire up. Alex the manager refused to direct me to anybody higher then him. Seems like workers at this location don’t like what they do for a living and want to take it out on customers now days.

They take too long serving. When its supposed a fast food restaurant. The employees are not at all paying attention to the customers. Employees do not and i repeat Do Not work great with each other. The Employees seem to have issues with each other. Meaning food is served not as fast as it should. Customers dont get a full dine in experience because of the lack of responsibility and awareness. One time i only ordered 2 sides of mashed potatoes and they couldn’t deliver to me fast enough. When two sides should already be prepped. I Do not recommend this fast food restaurant. Unless you have 2 hours of waiting time. Thank You!

i went to drive thru i was looking for my credit card and cashier screamed at me, she was being very hostile towards me and stated i needed to hurry up, i told her she didnt have to yell and she said i was taking long and her time at the window was up. and than she informed the my order i was going to wait 6 minutes for the spicy chicken i did said okay, i wait 16 minutes i went back to the drive thru window she act like she did not see me .someone else give me my order i ask her for her name she did not have a name tag on her she respond my name its Mary and i ask if she give me some condiments she close the window in my face and she keep doing something else i wave my hand to another lady in she come to the window in help me i ask her if the manager wash avalible she said not he be in tomorrow i don't appreciate the treatment.she need to worried about take care customers not to beat the time in the window if she its there for the pay check that job its not for her she need to go....

Tonight was the final straw. Getting something wrong in an order shouldn't happen EVERY time you go to a drive thru. Tonight, I ordered a spicy combo with a drumstick and breast. Food is packed in bag so that you can not easily check it right then. Got home, two thighs instead of breast and not spicy. Since this is probably a franchise, I will go to another store from now on. This is the second time this has happened. The time before when I took the food back, a young lady from the kitchen said in a loud distinct voice "How does she know it's not spicy?". The answer is obvious, but tonight, I decided I would eat the drumstick and be done. Nope, not spicy, just as I knew it wouldn't be. Both times I took the food back and did NOT ask for my money back. I was hoping that this act would show that I'm not eating the food then asking for my money back. I'll take my hard earned money elsewhere from now on. The one star is not deserved.

I’ve been trying my best not to leave a review but every single time I come here I order ahead online and I still have to wait 20-30 minutes for my food! They will literally help every one in drive thru before the walk ins. Popeyes has always been a popular place for chicken, if you know business will be booming hire more people to help with speed & accuracy

The customer service here is poor. And you can't even call about a mishap because no one ever answers the phone. They have made major mistakes on my last 2 orders. There won't be a "third times a charm" situation here because both times was totally unacceptable, and no accountability or ownership was taken. They acted like I messed my own order up and had no empathy for me having drive way back across town for them to correct it. Never again. Do not reccomend. How are you a chicken establishment and your employees don't know the difference between white meat and dark meat? I was given a leg and a thigh for a 2 piece white... super annoying because I ordered WHAT I PREFER TO EAT. Hire better staff. Rant over.

Store seemed to have a management problem. The Drive in was backed up yet there were very few people inside. I went inside and ordered a 16 piece family meal. The person taking the order said they didn't have any legs. It was 6pm. How do you not have enough chicken to fill orders? So I told him I could wait the 10 minutes. After 20 minutes my order was still not ready and the inside was now packed with other people who had ordered and not received their food. The guy next to me had only ordered a chicken sandwich and was waiting 20 minutes as well. There were at least 10 workers in the kitchen area along with 2 managers who were on the computer. The person who was taking orders was in the back with a bag asking the others how to make something. After 5 minutes he comes back and says he has everything for my order except the red beans and rice and that would take another 5 minutes. I'm wondering why he's back there trying to cook and everyone else is walking around or staring at the order monitors. At this point they now have a line of people who ordered, a line of people who can't place an order, no chicken, no beans and rice, and 10 plus works without a clue how to manage a fast food restaurant. They have problems and they just threw people at it, but they didn't address the reai problem... Poor management

Earlier in the day I went to Popeyes around 3:45 and I ordered a chicken sandwich. The customer service was terrible. The lady that was taking my order was extremely rude and giving me attitude. I also found something nasty in my sandwich. Used to love coming here don’t know what happened.

if i could give 0 stars i would. this place is terrible . the 2 most recent times have been a terrible experience. the first time i went the heavy set black lady at the window . was just rude. the 2 nd time i went i made a pick up order and ordered macaroni. and they were out the acted like the couldn’t give us or money back so we continued to sit in line. i’m assuming the manager a big mexican lady came to the window being very rude and slammed the window in our face and threatened to call the cops because they couldn’t fulfill our order. i wouldn’t recommend come to this location period.

Make sure to check your order before leaving the drive-through window! I went through the drive-through to pick up a late lunch for myself and my family today, a Thursday afternoon. I made my order around 2pm and got home at 2:15 to find that they gave me someone else's order! Nothing of our order was in the bag, and I had to return to get it fixed. I tried calling ahead so as to limit my wait time, but no one ever answered, and it just hung up on me. I called multiple times on my way back there. I got back to the Popeye's at 2:30. While I waited to speak with someone to get my order fixed, a gentleman ordered his meal from the cashier and was served the wrong food. They had an attitude about fixing it. They were also so incredibly slow to serve the front lobby. Many people were all moving around the kitchen and seemed busy, but the overall service was slow. When I gave them the bag with the wrong order and my receipt, explaining my frustration at the mistake and the extra time to come back and correct it, the lady just took the bag and receipt to the back of the kitchen repeating "I'll fix it, I'll fix it." While I waited 10 minutes for them to redo my order, another lady from the drive-through came in with a mistake in her order. Luckily, she hadn't made it all the way home, and it was a quicker fix, but really? A third mistake in customer orders? Just how many are they messing up? My order was correct when they brought it to me a second time, but said they made no offer of any kind of compensation for the 45 minutes of my time that I had to spend to correct their mistake. No apology either, for that matter. When I asked if I would get anythingfor my time, they asked me what I wanted and I asked for a discount, a coupon for a future order, or a gift card, they told me that they don't do gift cards. I couldn't believe their answer because I was standing next to a gift card display on the counter, and a lady in the line behind me even pointed that out to them. I did tell them to refill my drink for me. This location tends to be slow, but they have good enough food. And the food was good again this trip. But I will definitely think long and hard before coming back, and 100% make sure to check my order before leaving the counter or the drive-through window.

Today I visited this location and never had I'd experience the rudeness. Alex the manager was totally unprofessional about the order I placed he began to talk to the lady in the back about me complaining about fresh fries in which they were hard& cold. While I waited he then grabbed my food from across the counter threw it away and asked in a harsh tone what did you have. I'm appalled flabbergasted and I visit this location faithfully..

The food was really good besides the fries not being cooked all the way . we waited in line for over 30 minutes! And everybody in line was complaining one of the employees “Wendy” said in Spanish “if yall don’t like it go somewhere else “ we told manager and instead of correcting her she laughed service -10

I will never go back to this location. are all Popeyes like this? I bet every order that was given out tonight was wrong lol do your employees even look at what the customer is ordering? I missed food. The mac n cheese was a teeny scoop not even half of the container was full order completely wrong. Like I waited in line as did everyone else for ALMOST AN HOUR! Absolutely ridiculous.

They closed at 9:30pm their schedule shows they close at 11pm. The manager was rude, and said he wasn’t giving his name, and good luck! With contacting upper management. This happened just rite NOW! Store was closed at 9:30pm. And drive through had a SUPER LONG LINE. With nothing to serve. Because they had already closed. EAARLY

The food is good. The service if you can call it that is indifferent. They don't care if your order is correct or not. I have ordered wings one way different times and have gotten it 5 different ways. If you try and complain they just stare at you. They should concentrate on replacing every one there.

your doors shouldnt be locked at 8:40pm when a girl answered the door she stated it was locked since they were "packed." you wouldnt be packed if your lobby was open. COMMON SENSE.also when asked for corporates number she never returned to the door just kept sweeping. Wednesday 6/11. I didn’t even get a chance to eat at this restaurant. The line was wrapped around the building so I got out my car at 9:43 to go inside. As I walked to the door I noticed a young man from inside was walking to the door as well. As I reached the door he locked it on me and then smiled and waved. This was extremely disrespectful! No wonder the reviews are trash… they have nothing but kids running that place!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service at this Popeyes is unbelievably slow — it’s like watching a sloth on break. The staff clearly have no motivation, and the manager is just as careless. No one seems to take pride in their job, and it shows. Sadly, this isn’t the first Popeyes where I’ve experienced this kind of service. It feels like a company-wide issue. Other chicken spots run circles around Popeyes when it comes to service and customer experience. It starts from the top — Popeyes really needs to step up and retrain their teams if they want people to keep coming back.

I stopped by Popeyes tonight because I like their gravy it’s spicy and I love it. They were gonna charge me $.6.95 just for the gravy and mashed potatoes and gravy or $5.95! That is the most ridiculous thing that I’ve ever heard in my life And then the guy in the drive-through I had to repeat myself five times and I was talking very slow I just wanted the spicy gravy and a bath I will not be coming back here

Only person that helped us was a young man names Carlos, the older woman at the register was very rude, screaming and snapping her fingers at customers, HORRIBLE service we did oit order online and waited 30 more Mins inside the store for it, 0/0 STARS!! DO BETTER!!!

How’re yall going to let me order the Darin dab ghost pepper wings when yall are out of the last dab sauce. Yall don’t even say anything either! Yall gave me the meal and I happened to check if the sauce was in there (since yall always messing up my order) and it wasn’t in there. Haven’t been to this location in a few years or any Popeyes for that matter. We used to love Popeyes and visit weekly especially on Sundays. Decided to stop for lunch since I was in the area….needless to say, I remembered why we stopped going to Popeyes all together. Super slow! No one was even in the drive through but I still had to wait a few minutes before my order was taken. Had to repeat my order several times. Order was still wrong, tea was NASTY!! How do u make sweet tea nasty?? Chicken was hard old and super small!! The rice was dry and old and barely any beans with the beans and rice! I didn’t think to take a picture prior. I was in a rush on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to stop and have everything remade. The only thing changed are the prices! Extremely high prices for the smallest portions and slowest service ever. Wasted $19! Done with Popeyes, again!!✌🏼

The entire staff ignored all of the customers in line. NO EYE CONTACT. Alex - Gen. Mgr. Laughing and joking, basic listening skills were missing, they all seemed miffed to wait on customers or work in general. No condiments asked or added. Go past this location, unless you have 30-60 minutes to wait in line. Rude and non customer facing skills.

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I only tolerate this location because I like Popeyes and I work in the area but they really do need work on customer service. They will ignore you and walk past you with no acknowledgment at all. Mary always has an attitude every time I come in and she’s very passive aggressive.

Will never come to this Popeyes again. Waited in line for 30+ minutes then eating my chicken and notice my chicken was undercooked. Still had blood in the inside. Then I know Halloween just passed but I wanted a regular biscuit not chocolate.

The kids working here are lazy and full of attitude. He had a attitude since we pulled up to the speaker. I asked at the window if they could add cheese they said no before I even paid, I said ok. Then They gave me a cold sandwich I went in and asked kindly can they heat it up because it's cold, he refused to heat it up. And said "we don't have to do that" I ordered a hot chicken sandwich. Whoever was working at 11am Wednesday February 4th gave me a horrible experience, I got my money back. I'd rather go to the one in the hood on st Augustine, you'll get treated better!

Ask cashier how to use app didn’t speak English just started call next customer like I didn’t exist. I told her about herself and ask for manager who attitude was worse than hers. Telling me she doesn’t have to help me with the online app. I told him no she doesn’t but she doesn’t need to call the next person like I don’t exist either. Schedule ask for help from a manager. He was loud and rudeness was uncalled for. Once I receive my chicken I will never come back and he needs to take argue management as soon as possible. They finally gave me my chicken and it was supposed to be classic but they give me hard crust spicy chicken.

On January 17 I did an online order at 11:25. I came to pick it at 11:35. Restaurant was closed. I did not receive my order that cost me 48.99. Came up to the restaurant next day and ask if they could give me my order. Maria the manager on duty called 2 night managers to confirm that they had closed early to which one had said yes because she was working alone. Maria then calls store manager named Alejandro to see if she could give me my order. He tells her NO. So I ask for corporate number to which Alejandro says they dont have corporate number. I ask for his name which he didn't want to give to me but I heard Maria say his name. Then I find out he's not the manager anymore its Dayana but no one wants to call her. I've tried popeyes online support which is a joke automated system that doesn't help. I wasn't asking for my money back just wanted what I paid for the restaurant isn't losing money. They just stole my money. Don't order or buy from this location

We put in an online order and drove eight minutes to this location. We were the only car in the drive-through we were asked to pull ahead. We only ordered 2 of the 3 piece tenders and two strawberry cream pies. We then had to wait for 10 minutes. A car pulled in and ordered and got their food after us. We waited about another five minutes there. When we went inside to see what was taking the order so long, you can tell that they forgot about us because they had just put the cream pies in the oven. I remember the last visit we had to this location with similar they had us pulled for it and had us waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. I don’t know what’s going on with that, but that service is terrible.

Highly dissapointed that I spent 15 DOLLARS for this small meal. I was excited to try the freddy fazbear deluxe box when I saw people review it but when I ordered mine it looked NOTHING like what I've seen before. The 3 piece tenders were the size of my FINGER and got only a handful of the cheesy bites and half of them were hollow and stale! They didn't even have the cupcake cup and the employees forgot my marinara sauce! The drive thru worker felt that he was poorly trained and needed assistance. I will definitely not come back here unless they increase the size and quality of the food!

First of all I was excited to eat here until I went inside the Hispanic Manager that they have taking front counter orders is rude. Decided to eat Popeyes tonight and I placed my order via drive thru. I am not happy with what I received for the amount I paid. I did not receive the additional biscuit or the pepper I paid for. The biscuit that is included w/the combo is hard as a brick! Horrible quality and service all together.

Went thru the Drive Thru tonight and ordered 2 of the 3 piece chicken tender combo's. It was around 9:30 P.M. The guy asked me if my order was right on the screen which it was. I get home to feed me and my son and got the food out and there was only 1 combo plus a large fry. I paid $26.00 dollars and they can't even get my order right. But what really aggravated me is when I called the location and they don't even answer the phone it just rings and rings. Very unprofessional to me. So tomorrow I will be calling corporate.

I order my food and the lady only asked if I was going to use the mobile app. I said no and then I presented a coupon and she was yelling at me telling me “next time let us know if not we ain’t going to do it” like if I knew we were supposed to do that. Coupon never said present before taking order. Fix yalls employees, they’re really not happy working there and I wish they be gone with their ugly attitudes

Absolutely the worst Popeyes I’ve been to. No one in registers, everyone ignoring the customers and making the lines near the doors. Instead of replying to these reviews, you should go and see how your team is, they’re slow and struggle.
