Prices really amazing! Taste was good, not excellent, but good. Service was ok. But the rolls that I ordered definitely didn’t look like the ones on the menu.

The food here is really good, the selection can be a bit overwhelming but once you break it down its easy to navigate because everything has picture. We came in a 2 for Wednesday which is buy 1 get 1 sonthe place was really busy, we ordered the spicy edamame, two shrimp rolls and a couple of small noodle plates to start. Necause the restaurant was full it took about 25 min to get our appetizers which the waiter did warn us about up front the sushi itself took about 50 min to an hour there was 4 of us so we got a total of 8 rolls, the geisha, the volcano, the samurai, the mango roll, the banana roll, the other 3 I cant remember but those 5 where the best. The food itself was really good and withe 2 for 1 was really affordable the overall experience was a 3 because of how slow the service was the food is a solid 4 restaurant was really clean and had zero issues overall would definently go back but maybe not on a Wednesday

I went to the Lago Garda branch. They take forever to deliver orders; there was no one there, and it still took an hour. The portions are too small, and the flavor is nothing special. Whenever I pass by, it's always packed or there are too many delivery drivers waiting for their orders, but we were disappointed with the place.

Me agradan sus productos y ustedes como marca, pero en esta sucursal tache, hoy acudí a la sucursal para hacer un pedido y como puede ser posible que solo tengan a una persona trabajando... Quise ordenar y para empezar casi ni me pelo el que esta en la barra del frente, y le sumamos que cuando se digno a contestar dijo; "que tardaría demasiado". Precisamente acudí porque si pido por cualquier app son super tardados. Cero recomendables aquí.

The food is okay, but the service is terrible. They advertise closing time as 11:00 PM, but by 10:00 PM they've stopped serving customers. They spend their time chatting and neglecting the staff. The owners should pay more attention to the people they hire. If they don't like their jobs, they'd be doing the owners a huge favor by leaving and letting those who actually want to work take over and provide a better experience. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Good morning, the reason for this email is to request a ticket that was refused to be delivered to me and to file a complaint about Ms. Dallana García, who served us today, September 5, 2025. 1.- A product, Mango Roll, was added to our consumer account without having ordered it. When we reviewed the account, it was noted that it was not given to us and that it had not been ordered. She told us that she could no longer change the ticket and that she would see if they had the product already prepared. In a matter of 3/5 seconds, she returned with the dish and a box for us to put it to go, without having asked us if we wanted it that way. 2. We ordered two drinks, one 7up and one Mirinda. She told us they couldn't be charged to our card due to a problem with her register and that we had to pay in cash. We agreed. However, when we tried to pay, she wanted to charge us $100 for both drinks, when each one costs $44. When we told her, she got angry and took our bill, charging us $96. When we asked for the drink receipt to process the invoice, she told us to get it from the email address on the other receipt she gave us. When we asked for the extra change, she just frowned, not giving it back. We decided to leave to avoid conflict with the lady. However, she was being abusive about the theft, in that she didn't even write down the drinks on her register, and the theft was in the form of the product she added and didn't plan on giving us until we noticed it on the receipt. Thank you in advance for your time, and it's pending. Excellent day. I'm attaching evidence of the ticket that was charged to the card and the product we had to take because we didn't deliver it to the store's lobby.

My partner and I had a bad experience with the waitress. First, she misordered one of our drinks, and we ordered two rolls, but she didn't bring mine. We noticed that when we told her this, she barely went to order it, even though more than 30 minutes had passed. However, we asked for her attention on multiple occasions and were ignored behind her back. In the end, she asked us for a tip, all in a very rude manner. The food is good, I won't deny it. But that treatment takes away a lot of the pleasure of the visit.
