I’m so happy for this Starbucks that has so much drive through business which takes priority over my walk into the store business. Ten minutes later they had not even started on my drink a simple cafe latte drink. I had to leave because I had an appointment to get to.

I waited for abkut 10 mins before going in and getting my order. When I stepped in to get my mobile order, it wasnt ready, so I just waited. Three other people who just walked in all got their order before me. They didnt even start my order. Then, the food was done. So I waited for my drink. One employee picked up a drink and just stared and then asked her coworkers. The whole time I'm thinking, is CD a hard name to read? After about 3 minutes, she finally said the name. I will never go back to this store. The service is terrible.

I don't know what it is about this Starbucks, but my order is almost always wrong. They either miss notes, or the drink taste the same at every other Starbucks but this location. Anytime I get an iced hazelnut shaken espresso, it literally just taste like coffee and milk. The same with the strawberry Frappuccino. They usually don't put the purée in there. I doubt the recipes are being followed.

Used to go to this Starbucks all the time! Until recently I was denied for a remake on my drink because it was poorly made although they are supposed to honor that.. The barista Brandy was very rude, and did not think the drink that I was given was wrong when literally it tasted like faucet water. In all honesty in felt that I was racially profiled, and that is unacceptable in the day of age that we are in now. Definitely last time I will ever go to this location.

Welp, today was my last day going to this Starbucks location although most of the barristers are very nice. I order the same drink every single day and Get a completely different taste every day most days. It’s terrible few days in between it’s perfect and frankly I’m tired of paying six dollars a day and can’t get the drink that I’m ordering so it’s been real. ✌️

Not very nice customer service, I had my gps on and I guess it didn’t pin right because I googled my closest Starbucks location and it said they closed at 9:30. So I thought I was at the right Starbucks, it would have been nice if they had told me as soon as I pulled up. I would have left. They were so rude specially that girl that shook her head and made an ugly face at me and said we’re closed. Like ok thanks anyways.SMH

As I’m paying for the latte, the cashier says next time get any size latte you want. I asked him, “why didn’t you say that before I redeemed my stars”. He said, “well at least you got a free drink”. Then I said, “But I told you I was redeeming stars at the drive through speaker before I even pulled up to the window and before I handed you my phone to scan and pay so why tell me that one second after you redeem the stars.” This confusion was an attempt to ruin my day but it’s all good. I hope he never does that again. And I wish I had of known because I had to spend almost $100 just to get one free latte and on top of that it was a small and I could have gotten a large. I don’t know why he thought disclosing this information after the purchase was doing me a favor.

I try to stop by every morning after I drop off my daughter at humble middle school. This morning I was 40 cents short today on my 2nd coffee because I drove my wife’s car & didn’t have my wallet. I asked the lady I would bring it next time. I’m here daily. She said “NO! It comes out of my check” I’m Very disappointed. She will never get a tip from me again. As a business owner I would have never told that to a customer.

Excited to start my day with a holiday flavored coffee, but they are totally out of the chestnut praline and creme brule flavors. I was informed they won't be getting any holiday flavors at all even though they are all on the menu. This is ridiculous. 6am on Dec. 23rd and no holiday coffee. What a waste of time.

Hello, If I could give this Starbucks ZERO stars I would. I have frequented this Starbucks for 5 years, and have recently started driving further to another Starbucks because their service is HORRIBLE. I started going to a different Starbucks because everyone I go there there are new people working who always get the drinks WRONG. Today I visit because i didn’t want to drive to the other Starbucks (i really should’ve taken the drive), and my drink is made incorrectly. No problem. I park and take the drink back in to have it remade, and the employee refuses to remake the drink because she says it’s made correctly. Her manager tries to show her the paper with the specifications of how it should be made and she still refused to remake the drink. I told her ma’am I’ve been drinking this drink for 5 years (it’s the ONLY thing I drink at Starbucks) and it not made correctly. She then proceeds to tell me the only thing she do is pour the same drink into another cup and blend it more. I told her no because this drink isn’t supposed to be that thick. Finally, because no one (including her MANAGER) could get her to remake the drink I said it was fine just refund me my money. This was RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This particular Starbucks need to do better, and train their workers BETTER.

The staff are so rude and uncaring! They behave as though they are doing us a favor when they take our orders. I had to wait 22 minutes for a Frappuccino and a coffee. I couldn’t find the cream for the coffee and they said they were out of it. When I asked them the reason of the delay, they just gave me a dirty look and looked the other way, and started talking to another colleague that was standing next to them. The place was empty. There are four people behind the counter but yet they take their own sweet time and get upset if you ask them any questions. I don’t see why I even have to give them one star….
